The shelf e1 for the decorative paper e2 arranged in a stack will be placed on the first front-rear conveyor d3 and the second front-rear conveyor, therefore, if the position of the rack e1 in the left-right direction needs to be adjusted, the position of the first front-rear conveying mechanism d3 and the position of the second front-rear conveying mechanism in the left-right direction need to be adjusted in synchronization, in some embodiments, the left-right movement mechanism d2 comprises a slide rail d21, a sliding frame d22 and a second telescopic device d23, the slide rail d21 is fixed on the lifting mechanism d1, the slide rail d21 extends along the left-right direction, the sliding rack d22 is connected with the sliding rail d21 in a sliding fit manner, the sliding rack d22 and the sliding rail d21 can slide relatively, two ends of the second telescopic device d23 are respectively connected with the sliding frame d22 and the lifting mechanism d1, the first front and rear conveying device and the second front and rear conveying device are respectively arranged on the sliding rack d 22. Two ends of the second telescopic device d23 are respectively connected with the sliding frame d22 and the lifting mechanism d1, and the sliding frame d22 and the lifting mechanism d1 can move left and right relatively along the length direction of the sliding rail d21 under the driving of the second telescopic device d 23.
In order to make the relative sliding between the sliding rack d22 and the sliding rail d21 smoother, in some embodiments, the sliding rack d22 includes a bracket d221 and a first pulley d222, two sliding rails d21 are provided, two sliding rails d21 are arranged in front and at the back, two sliding rails d21 are arranged facing each other or facing away from each other, at least one first pulley d222 is provided on each sliding rail d21, and the first pulley d222 and the corresponding first sliding rail d21 are slidable relative to each other. Preferably, the two slide rails d21 are disposed toward each other, so that all the first pulleys d222 are disposed between the two slide rails d21, thereby making the structure more compact and occupying less space.
Since the weight of the sliding frame d22 is relatively large, the sliding frame d22 needs to overcome the friction force between the sliding frame d22 and the lifting mechanism d1 when sliding, and in order to reduce the friction force between the sliding frame d22 and the lifting mechanism d1 and make the sliding movement smoother, thereby improving the accuracy of the left and right movement, in some embodiments, the sliding frame d22 further includes a second pulley d223, a plurality of the second pulleys d223 are provided, all the second pulleys d223 are provided on the sliding frame d22, the second pulleys d223 and the lifting mechanism d1 can slide relatively, and the second pulleys d223 are used for supporting the sliding frame d 22. The second pulley d223 supports the slide frame d22, and the second pulley d223 presses the lifting mechanism d 1. In some embodiments, the second pulley d223 presses against the crane d 14.
The first front-rear conveying mechanism d3 and the second front-rear conveying mechanism are both used for driving the rack e1 to move in the front-rear direction, and the first front-rear conveying mechanism a1 is taken as an example for explanation: the first front-rear conveying mechanism d3 includes a first motor d31, a first chain frame d32 and a first chain assembly d33, the first motor d31 drives the first chain assembly d33 to convey in the front-rear direction, the first chain frame d32 is fixed to the left-right moving mechanism d2, and the first motor d31 is fixed to the first chain frame d 32. The rack e1 is moved by the first motor d31 driving the first chain assembly d33, and the rack e1 is placed on the first chain assembly d33, and the rack e1 is moved by the static friction force generated between the chain of the first chain assembly d33 and the rack e 1.
For convenience of production and installation, both the first front-rear conveyance mechanism d3 and the second conveyance mechanism have the same structure. When in use, the two can be arranged symmetrically with each other.
In order to facilitate the determination of the position of the decorative paper e2 stacked on the shelf e1, so that a user can adjust the position of the decorative paper e2 stacked on the shelf, in some embodiments, the adjusting device further includes a sensor d5, and the sensor d5 is configured to acquire the position and posture of the decorative paper e2 placed on the first front-back movement mechanism and the second front-back movement mechanism.
In practical use, the sensor d5 may be an industrial camera disposed above the first front-rear conveying mechanism d3 and the second conveying mechanism, so that the decorative paper e2 can be photographed from top to bottom to determine the three-dimensional position of the decorative paper e 2.
In addition, in other embodiments, the sensor d5 may further include a plurality of photosensors d5, a plurality of photosensors d5 are disposed on the adjustment rack d0, and for example, the photosensors d5 are disposed flush on the left and right sides of the front end of the adjustment rack d0, so that it can be determined whether the decorative paper e2 is conveyed flush.
When the decorative paper e2 is put down, the decorative paper e2 may be floated due to the existence of air, so that the position of the actually put down decorative paper e2 is not accurate enough, and for this purpose, in some embodiments, the positioning device b0 comprises a positioning table b1 and a pressing mechanism b2 arranged on the positioning table b1, and the pressing mechanism b2 is used for pressing the decorative paper e2 downwards. When the decorative paper E2 is placed on the positioning table b1, the decorative paper e2 is pressed by the pressing mechanism b2, and then the conveying device c0 releases the decorative paper e 2.
In order to press the decorative paper e2 conveniently, and simultaneously, the veneer and the decorative paper e2 can move synchronously when being put together, in some embodiments, the pressing mechanism b2 comprises a swing arm assembly b21 arranged on the positioning table b1 and a pressing roller b22 arranged on the swing arm assembly b21, the pressing roller b22 extends along the left-right direction, and the pressing roller b22 is used for pressing the decorative paper e2 downwards. Preferably, the compression roller b22 and the swing arm assembly b21 can rotate relatively, so that the friction between the compression roller b22 and the decorative paper e2 is reduced, and the decorative paper e2 and the decorative panel are not easy to shift relatively.
The handling device c0 is used for handling and gripping the decor paper e2, and thus, in some embodiments, the handling device c0 comprises a handling assembly c1 and a gripping clamp c2 arranged on the handling assembly c1, and the gripping clamp c2 is used for gripping the decor paper e 2. The carrying component c1 can be used to drive the grabbing clamp c2 to move along the up-down direction and the front-back direction, so that the grabbing requirement of the decorative paper e2 and the turning requirement of the decorative paper e2 can be met. In special cases, such as where the gripping jig c2 is also used to grip a veneer panel, the user may also give the handling assembly c1 more freedom. Therefore, the carrying module c1 may be a robot hand or a two-axis or more moving mechanism, in this embodiment, a two-axis moving mechanism is optionally used, and in order to carry with a plurality of degrees of freedom, a robot hand is preferably used, and a two-axis moving mechanism refers to a mechanism capable of moving forward and backward and up and down.
After the grabbing clamp c2 carries the decorative paper e2 to the positioning table b1, and after the decorative paper e2 is pressed by the pressing mechanism b2, after the grabbing clamp c2 releases the decorative paper e2, a part of the decorative paper e2 which is not pressed by the pressing mechanism b2 is still likely to be influenced by the air flow to generate a certain position deviation in the downward movement process under the action of gravity, for this reason, in some embodiments, an electrostatic generator c25 is further arranged on the grabbing clamp c2, and in the process from the grabbing clamp c2 grabs the decorative paper e2 to the releasing of the positioning table b1 of the decorative paper e2, static electricity can be applied to the decorative paper e2 through the electrostatic generator c25, so that the e2 sticks to the positioning table b1 under the action of static electricity, and is not prone to generate deviation. Alternatively, after the grabbing clamp c2 drags the decorative paper e2 to a designated position on the positioning table b1, the pressing mechanism b2 presses the decorative paper e2, and then the static generator c25 applies static electricity to the decorative paper e 2.
Because some faceplates require double-sided appliques, double-sided appliques generally refer to the application of decorative paper e2 on both the front and back sides of the faceplate. Thus, one decorative paper e2 was facing down and the other decorative paper e2 was facing up, the facing sheet bottom was pressed against the downward facing decorative paper e2, and the upward facing decorative paper e2 was laid on the top of the facing sheet.
In the prior art, some paper turning mechanisms capable of turning over the decorative paper e2 exist, for example, a paper turning mechanism for a board pressing device disclosed in publication No. CN109110531B, but such a turning mechanism employs a suction cup to vertically and downwardly suck the decorative paper e2, then directly rotates the suction cup by one hundred and eighty degrees, so that the suction cup faces upwards, and then pulls the decorative paper e2 to turn over the decorative paper e2, however, after the paper suction cup turns over by one hundred and eighty degrees, the decorative paper e2 still needs to be put down, but because the suction cup turns over by one hundred and eighty degrees, there is a problem of interference, it is difficult to directly lay the decorative paper e2 flat, and it is difficult to accurately position the decorative paper e2 when the decorative paper e2 is put down. To this end, in some embodiments, the gripping jig c2 includes a gripping rack c221, a first swing assembly c222, a second swing assembly c223, a first suction cup assembly c224, and a second suction cup assembly c225, the gripping rack c221 is disposed on the movable portion of the carrying device c0, the first swing assembly c222 and the second swing assembly c223 are disposed on the gripping rack c221, respectively, the first suction cup assembly c224 is disposed on the first swing assembly c222, the second suction cup assembly c225 is disposed on the second swing assembly c223, the first swing assembly c222 and the second swing assembly c223 respectively swing the first suction cup assembly c224 and the second suction cup assembly c225, the first suction cup assembly c224 is used for sucking the front side of the decorative paper e2, and the second suction cup assembly c225 is used for sucking the back side of the decorative paper e 2.
When the first swing assembly c222 on the grabbing frame c221 drives the first sucker assembly c224 to swing, the second swing assembly c223 on the grabbing frame c221 drives the second sucker assembly c225 to swing, when in use, the front side of the stacked first decorative paper e2 is sucked through the first sucker assembly c224, the first sucker assembly c224 is driven by the carrying device c0 to lift, so that an accommodating space is formed between the first paper and the second decorative paper e2, under the swinging of the first sucker assembly c224 and the second sucker assembly c225 driven by the first swing assembly c222 and the second swing assembly c223, the position of the sucked part of the decorative paper e2 is adjusted, so that the second sucker assembly c225 can suck the back side of the decorative paper e2, and further, a user can enable the first sucker assembly c224 to release the decorative paper e2, the second swing assembly c223 drives the second sucker assembly c225 to swing, and the carrying device c0 is combined to carry the decorative paper e2, the turnover of the decorative paper e2 can be effectively realized, and the good quality of the decorative paper e2 is ensured.
In use, the first swing assembly c222 and the second swing assembly c223 respectively drive the first suction cup assembly c224 and the second suction cup assembly c225 to swing until the first suction cup assembly c224 and the second suction cup assembly c225 are opposite to each other, at this time, the first suction cup assembly c224 sucks the front side of the decorative paper e2, and the second suction cup assembly c225 sucks the back side of the decorative paper e 2.
The first oscillating assembly c222 is configured to drive the first chuck assembly c224 to oscillate, and for this purpose, in some embodiments, the first oscillating assembly c222 includes a first oscillating cylinder c2221 and a first oscillating bar c2222, the first oscillating cylinder c2221 drives the first oscillating bar c2222 to oscillate, and the first oscillating bar c2222 is fixedly connected to the first chuck assembly c 224. The structure is simple, the setting is convenient, the first swing cylinder c2221 drives the first swing link c2222 to swing, and the first swing link c2222 drives the first sucking disc assembly c224 to swing.
In order to drive a number of first swing links c2222 greater than or equal to one, in some embodiments, the first swing assembly c222 further includes a first rotating shaft c2223, the first rotating shaft c2223 is disposed on the grabbing frame c221, the first rotating shaft c2223 and the grabbing frame c221 are relatively rotatable, the first swing link c2222 is fixed on the first rotating shaft c2223, and the first swing cylinder c2221 drives the first rotating shaft c2223 to rotate. In this way, the user can fix one or more first swinging rods c2222 on the first rotating shaft c2223, and through the swinging of the first swinging cylinder c2221, the user drives the first swinging rods c2222 on the first rotating shaft c2223 to swing. When the first swing link c2222 is provided in plurality, all the swing arms are fixed to the first rotating shaft c 2223.
For mass production and convenient assembly, in some embodiments, the first swing assembly c222 and the second swing assembly c223 are arranged in a mirror-image manner. Here, for example, in the case that the first suction cup assembly c224 first sucks the decorative paper e2 and the paper needs to be turned over, in practical use, the second suction cup assembly c225 first sucks the decorative paper e 2. Preferably, the axes of the rotating shafts of the first swing assembly c222 and the second swing assembly c223 are parallel or collinear with each other, when the first suction cup assembly c224 and the second suction cup assembly c225 respectively suck the front and the back of the decorative paper e2, so that the first suction cup assembly c224 and the second suction cup assembly c225 are opposite to each other, when the first suction cup assembly c224 releases the decorative paper e2, the position of the decorative paper e2 sucked by the second suction cup assembly c225 is just the reverse of the suction of the first suction cup assembly c224, i.e. the normal direction of the decorative paper e2 is adjusted.
Before the grabbing clamp c2 grabs the decorative paper e2, the decorative paper e2 is generally fixed, and after the grabbing clamp c2 grabs the decorative paper e2, the adjacent decorative paper e2 may be attracted together due to static electricity generated during transportation, for this reason, in some embodiments, the grabbing clamp c2 further includes a first air nozzle c23 and/or a second air nozzle c24, the first air nozzle c23 is disposed on the first swing assembly c222 or the first sucker assembly c224, and the second air nozzle c24 is disposed on the second swing assembly c223 or the second sucker assembly c 225. Preferably, the gripping fixture c2 in this embodiment includes a first showerhead c23 and a second showerhead c 24.
When in use, a user can firstly utilize the first air nozzle c23 to spray air from top to bottom towards the decorative paper e2, so as to press the decorative paper e2 downwards. In addition, since the first air nozzle c23 is disposed on the first suction cup assembly c224 or the first swinging assembly c222, when the first swinging member swings, the first air nozzle c23 also swings accordingly, and the user can adjust the direction in which the first air nozzle c23 faces, so that the decorative paper e2 can be picked up and carried flexibly. For example, when a plurality of decorative papers e2 are stacked with their back surfaces facing upwards, a user can suck the decorative paper e2 through the second suction cup assembly c225, and lift the second suction cup assembly c225 by the carrying device c0, so that an included angle is formed between the first paper and the second paper, and air can be blown toward the included angle through the first air nozzle c23, so that the first paper and the second decorative paper e2 are separated.
Alternatively, in the present invention, the first jet head c23 is disposed on the first chuck assembly c224, and the second jet head c24 is disposed on the second chuck assembly c 225.
In practical use, the first chuck assembly c224 and the second chuck assembly c225 have the same structure and are symmetrically arranged with respect to each other for easy installation and production. The first suction pad assembly c224 includes a first suction pad frame c2241 and a first suction pad body c2242 provided on the first suction pad frame c2241, and the first suction pad body c2242 is linearly arranged in the left and right direction so as to grasp an edge of the decorative paper e 2. In some embodiments, the first jet head c23 is disposed on a first chuck rack c 2241. Optionally, the first showerhead c23 and the second showerhead c24 are symmetrically disposed, but may be asymmetrically disposed.
In order to facilitate the grabbing and carrying of the veneer, in some embodiments, the grabbing fixture c2 is further used for carrying the veneer, and the grabbing fixture c2 further comprises a plurality of sheet material suction cups c261, and the plurality of sheet material suction cups c261 are disposed on the grabbing frame c 221. In the practical use, accessible panel sucking disc c261 snatchs the decorative board, and it is very convenient to use.
Because of the different sizes of the various faceplates, it may be necessary to adjust the position of the sheet suction cups c261 to accommodate faceplates of various sizes during use. For this purpose, in some embodiments, a first rail is disposed on the grabbing frame c221, a second rail c262 is disposed on the first rail, the first rail and the second rail c262 are perpendicular to each other, the first rail and the second rail c262 are relatively slidable, the sheet suction cup c261 is disposed on the second rail c262, the sheet suction cup c261 and the second rail c262 are relatively slidable, and the sheet suction cup c261 is locked to the second rail c262 by a screw. Through the setting of first track and second track c262, can realize adjusting the position of panel sucking disc c261, second track c262 can set up many in addition, and first track can set up many, and each second track c262 is connected with all first track sliding fit, all can set up panel sucking disc c261 on each second track c 262.
In order to avoid the problem of interference between the plate suction cup c261 and the first and second suction cup assemblies c224 and c225, in practical use, the plate suction cup assembly c261 is disposed on one side of the grabbing frame c221, and the first and second suction cup assemblies c224 and c225 are disposed on the other side of the grabbing frame c221, so that the included angle between the first and second suction cup assemblies c224 and c225 and the plate suction cup c261 is approximately one hundred eighty degrees. Of course, the angle between the first suction cup assembly c224 and the second suction cup assembly c225 and the sheet material suction cup c261 may be approximately ninety degrees.
In practical use, through the cooperation of the plate suction cup c261, the first suction cup component c224 and the second suction cup component c225, the grabbing clamp c2 can grab both the decorative sheet and the decorative sheet.
The invention also provides a veneer production line, which comprises a veneer feeding line and a veneer paper laying line arranged beside the veneer feeding line in any technical scheme, wherein the carrying device c0 is also used for carrying the veneer on the veneer feeding line to the positioning device b 0. Since the above veneer paper laying line has been described, those skilled in the art should be able to construct it in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, and therefore, the description thereof will not be expanded herein. The veneer feeding line is disposed beside the veneer paper laying line, so that, in some embodiments, the carrying device c0 can also be used for carrying the veneer in the veneer feeding line, for example, the veneer is carried to the positioning table b 1.
The invention also provides a paper laying method, which comprises the following steps: step one, adjusting the position of stacked decorative paper e2, and adjusting the orientation of decorative paper e2 to enable the left side and the right side of decorative paper e2 to be parallel to the front-back direction, so as to determine the position and the orientation of decorative paper e 2; step two, grabbing the front side edge of the top surface of the first paper of the stacked decorative paper e2 from top to bottom through a carrying device c0, lifting the first paper until an included angle with a forward opening is formed between the first paper and the second paper, grabbing the front side edge of the back surface of the first paper through a carrying device c0, and loosening the front side edge of the front surface of the first paper; step three, dragging the decorative paper e2 backwards to a specified position, so that the back of the turned decorative paper e2 faces upwards; step four, fixing the decorative paper e2 at a specified position, and then loosening the decorative paper e2 by a carrying device c 0; step five, the carrying device c0 picks the veneer and places the veneer on the decorative paper e2 at a designated position; and step six, the carrying device c0 grabs the rear side edge of the currently stacked first decorative paper e2 and then drags the rear side edge to the decorative panel at the designated position.
The veneer paper laying line can adopt the paper laying method in the invention. In the first step, the position of the paper is adjusted by the adjusting device, which may be implemented by the position adjusting device d999 in the veneer paper laying line, and the position of the shelf d0 is adjusted by the position adjusting device d999, so as to adjust the position of the decorative paper e2, and the position of the paper can be determined by the sensor d 5. In the second step, before the grabbing clamp c2 of the carrying device c0 grabs the first paper, the first air jet head c23 or the second air jet head c24 may eject an air flow to press the paper, for example, the second air jet head c24 presses the paper, and then the first suction tray assembly c224 sucks and lifts the edge of the decorative paper e2, so as to form the above-mentioned angle, in order to complete the separation of the first paper from the second paper, the air may be blown to the angle by the first air jet head c23 or the second air jet head c24, for example, when the edge of the decorative paper e2 is sucked by the first suction tray assembly c224, the air may be blown to the angle by the second air jet head c24, so that the first paper is separated from the second paper. In step three, specifically, the decorative paper e2 is dragged from the position adjusting device d999 to the positioning device b0, and in some embodiments, the decorative paper e2 is dragged to the positioning table b 1. In the fourth step, specifically, the decorative paper e2 is pressed downwards by the pressing mechanism b2 on the positioning table b1, in addition, the user also applies static electricity to the decorative paper e2 through the static electricity generator c25, so that after the decorative paper e2 is released, the decorative paper e2 can be attached to a designated position under the action of the static electricity by the grabbing clamp c2, and in some embodiments, the decorative paper e2 is attached to the positioning table b1 under the action of the static electricity. In step five, the veneer can be sucked by the plate sucking disc c261, the position of the veneer can be mechanically positioned by a veneer feeding line, the single veneer is spatially positioned, and in addition, a CCD camera can be arranged on the grabbing clamp c2 and can be used for determining the position of the veneer.
In order to further improve the accuracy of placing the decorative paper e2 and the decorative panel on the positioning table b1, in some embodiments, an industrial camera can be further arranged above the positioning table b1, and the industrial camera can be used for shooting the decorative paper e2 and the decorative panel on the positioning table b1 downwards so as to achieve accurate positioning.
While the preferred embodiments of the present invention have been illustrated and described, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention is not limited to the details of the embodiments shown and described, but is capable of numerous equivalents and substitutions without departing from the spirit of the invention as set forth in the claims appended hereto.

Claims (13)

1. A veneer layup wire, comprising:
the device comprises a material preparing device (a0), wherein the material preparing device (a0) is used for placing a plurality of shelves (e1), and the shelves (e1) are used for stacking and placing decorative paper (e 2);
the position adjusting device (d999) is arranged behind the material preparing device (a0), the material preparing device (a0) is used for conveying the rack (e1) to the position adjusting device (d999), and the position adjusting device (d999) is used for adjusting the front-back, left-right, up-down positions and orientations of the rack (e 1);
the positioning device (b0), the positioning device (b0) is arranged behind the position adjusting device (d999), and the positioning device (b0) is used for placing the decorative paper (e2) and positioning and fixing the decorative paper (e 2);
and a conveying device (c0), wherein the conveying device (c0) is used for conveying the decorating paper (e2) on the rack (e1) on the position adjusting device (d999) to the positioning device (b 0).

Veneer laying wire according to claim 1, wherein said stock preparation means (a0) comprises a stock holder and a plurality of transportation means (a1) for transporting in a front-to-back direction, all said transportation means (a1) being arranged in an up-and-down direction, each said transportation means (a1) being adapted to place one said shelf (e 1).
3. Veneer layup line according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the position adjustment device (d999) comprises:
an adjustment rack (d0), the adjustment rack (d0) being disposed downstream of the stock preparation apparatus (a 0);
a lifting mechanism (d1), the lifting mechanism (d1) being provided on the adjustment bracket (d 0);
the left and right movement mechanism (d2), the left and right movement mechanism (d2) is arranged on the lifting mechanism (d1), and the lifting mechanism (d1) drives the left and right movement mechanism (d2) to move up and down;
a first front-rear conveying mechanism (d3), the first front-rear conveying mechanism (d3) being provided on the left-right moving mechanism (d 2);
conveying mechanism around the second, conveying mechanism sets up around the second on side-to-side motion (d2), first preceding back conveying mechanism (d3) with conveying mechanism sets up side by side about the second, first preceding back conveying mechanism (d3) with be used for placing same paper frame around the second on the conveying mechanism, side-to-side motion (d2) drive first preceding back conveying mechanism (d3) with conveying mechanism side-to-side motion around the second.
4. The veneer paper laying line according to claim 3, wherein the left and right movement mechanism (d2) comprises a slide rail (d21), a sliding frame (d22) and a second telescopic device (d23), the slide rail (d21) is fixed on the lifting mechanism (d1), the slide rail (d21) extends in the left and right directions, the sliding frame (d22) is connected with the slide rail (d21) in a sliding fit manner, the sliding frame (d22) and the slide rail (d21) can slide relatively, two ends of the second telescopic device (d23) are respectively connected with the sliding frame (d22) and the lifting mechanism (d1), and the first front and rear conveying devices and the second front and rear conveying devices are respectively arranged on the sliding frame (d 22).
5. The veneer board laying line according to claim 1, wherein the positioning means (b0) comprises a positioning table (b1) and a pressing mechanism (b2) provided on the positioning table (b1), the pressing mechanism (b2) being for pressing down the decorative paper (e 2).
6. The veneer sheet laying line according to claim 5, wherein the pressing mechanism (b2) includes a swing arm assembly (b21) provided on the positioning table (b1) and a pressing roller (b22) provided on the swing arm assembly (b21), the pressing roller (b22) extending in the left-right direction, the pressing roller (b22) being used to press down the decorative paper (e 2).
7. The veneer board laying line according to claim 1, wherein the handling means (c0) comprises a handling assembly (c1) and a gripping gripper (c2) provided on the handling assembly (c1), the gripping gripper (c2) being adapted to grip the decor paper (e 2).
8. 13. A method of laying paper, comprising:

step four, fixing the decorative paper (e2) at a designated position, and then loosening the decorative paper (e2) by a carrying device (c 0);
step five, the carrying device (c0) grabs the veneer and places the veneer on the decorative paper (e2) at the designated position;
and step six, the carrying device (c0) grabs the rear side edge of the currently stacked first decorative paper (e2) and then drags the rear side edge to the decorative panel at the designated position.
