The carrier 1 can be any structure that can be disposed in the negative pressure cup 900 and has a light-permeable panel 15, and in the embodiment, the carrier includes a housing 1a and a light-permeable cover 1b, and the housing 1a and the light-permeable cover 1b can be combined with each other.

As shown in fig. 1 to 4, in detail, the light-transmitting cover 1b includes a ring 16 and the panel 15, the ring 16 surrounds the periphery of the panel 15, and the light-transmitting cover 1b is connected to the housing 1a through the ring 16. The needle-proof cover 5 has a plurality of surrounding plates 51 spaced from each other, and the second groove bottom plate 1521 has an insertion groove 1522 corresponding to each surrounding plate 51. By commonly inserting the enclosing plates 51 into the embedding grooves 1522, the needle-proof cover 5 is fixed in the cover-receiving groove 152 and covers the cover-receiving groove 152.
