when the multifunctional bathing device is used, a main switch button on a display panel with a control function is turned on, the water temperature in the clean water tank 11 is adjusted through a water temperature adjusting button, the flushing time is set through a flushing time adjusting button, the massage intensity is selected through a massage intensity adjusting button, a start/stop button is pressed, a controller receives a signal and then turns on a fourth electromagnetic valve 18 and a fifth electromagnetic valve 19, the air pump starts to work, the first air pump 401 respectively inflates air into the upper air column belt 101, the middle air column belt 103 and the lower air column belt 105 through the air inflation pipe 5, the second air pump 402 respectively inflates air into the waist annular belt 102 and the ankle annular belt 104 through the air inflation pipe 5, so that the space in the bathing cover is divided into an upper closed space, a middle closed space and a lower closed space, and the bathing spaces of the upper body, the lower body and the feet of a human body are separated and relatively independent at intervals;
the default time of the inflation is 1 minute, after the inflation is finished, the four solenoid valves 18 and the five solenoid valves 19 are closed, the air pump stops working, the first solenoid valve 1501 is opened, the second solenoid valve 1502 and the third solenoid valve 1503 are closed, the controller firstly starts a pre-flushing program after receiving signals, starting a first water inlet pump 601 and a second water inlet pump 602 according to the set time, when the first water inlet pump 601 is started, when the water inlets 22 on the odd-numbered rows of the compaction belts 2 of the upper gas column belt 101, the middle gas column belt 103 and the lower gas column belt 105 start to feed water, and the water inlet pump II 602 is started, the water inlets 22 on the compaction belts 2 in the even rows of the upper air column belt 101, the middle air column belt 103 and the lower air column belt 105 start to feed water, the first water inlet pump 601 and the second water inlet pump 602 can be simultaneously started, the water inlets 22 on the compaction belts 2 in the odd rows and the even rows simultaneously feed water, and the controller adjusts the pressure of the water feed pump according to the set strength signal so as to realize that the water outlet pressure of the water inlets 22 reaches the set strength;
quantitative shower gel can be sucked in the threaded injector 10 in advance, and during the first cleaning, the shower gel enters the upper body area, the lower body area and the foot area along with the water inlet pipe 7, and during the washing, the shower gel is not required to be added;
the nursing staff then extends the hands into the bath cover through the bath glove 107 to help the patient wash his body;
when the first pre-washing is carried out, the first drainage pump 801 is started at the same time, and the wastewater enters the wastewater tank 12 from the drainage pipe 9;
then the controller starts the first inlet pump 601 and the second inlet pump 602 again according to the set time, and water is fed for flushing again;
the pre-washing time is fixed time, the default time is 2 minutes, and the set time is the sum of the pre-washing time and the washing time;
after the wastewater is flushed and cleaned, the first electromagnetic valve 1501 is closed, the second electromagnetic valve 1502 and the third electromagnetic valve 1503 are opened, the low-temperature hot air unit 13 is started, and low-temperature hot air is introduced into the water inlet pipes 7 of the odd-row compaction belts 2 and the even-row compaction belts 2 through the first air inlet pipe 1401 and the second air inlet pipe 1402 respectively, so that scalding or discomfort is avoided;
if the water temperature sensor detects that the water temperature does not reach the specified temperature, heating the water through the heating rod;
after the drying is finished, the four solenoid valves 18 and the five solenoid valves 19 are opened, the first air pump 401 and the second air pump 402 start to work, the air exhaust of the bathing cover is finished, the waterproof zipper 3 is unzipped, the bathing cover is drawn out from the lower part of the patient, and the patient can wear clothes directly.

Claims (10)

1. An automatic bathing device for bedridden patients is characterized by comprising a bathing sleeve with a closed space inside, an inflating mechanism and a water inlet and drainage mechanism;
the bathing cover comprises an upper air column belt (101), a waist annular belt (102), a middle air column belt (103), an ankle annular belt (104) and a lower air column belt (105) which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom according to a human body;
the top edge of the bathing cover is provided with a fastening belt (106), and the fastening belt (106) is attached to the skin of the neck of a human body;
the upper gas column belt (101), the middle gas column belt (103) and the lower gas column belt (105) are all composed of a plurality of inflatable columns (1011) which are connected in sequence, strip-shaped compacted belts (2) are arranged between every two adjacent inflatable columns (1011) at intervals, and an inflatable cavity is arranged inside each inflatable column (1011);
the waist annular belt (102) and the ankle annular belt (104) are both composed of annular inflatable belts (1012), strip-shaped compacting belts (2) are arranged between the upper end and the lower end of each inflatable belt (1012) and the edges of adjacent inflatable columns (1011), and an inflatable cavity is arranged inside each inflatable belt (1012);
the upper air column belt (101) corresponds to the position between the neck and the waist of the human body, the upper air column belt (101) is annular, and the top of the upper air column belt is connected with the fastening belt (106);
the waist annular belt (102) corresponds to the position of the waist of the human body;
the middle gas column belt (103) corresponds to the position from the waist to the ankle of the human body, the upper part of the middle gas column belt (103) is annular and corresponds to the position from the waist to the crotch of the human body, and the lower part of the middle gas column belt (103) is bifurcated and corresponds to two legs of the human body respectively;
the ankle annular band (104) corresponds to the position of the ankle of the human body;
the lower air column belt (105) corresponds to the position of the foot of the human body, the lower air column belt (105) is annular, and the bottom of the lower air column belt is sealed;
the upper air column belt (101) and the middle air column belt (103) are provided with bath gloves (107), the bath gloves (107) are made of waterproof elastic materials, the bath gloves (107) are bag-shaped, and the edges of the bath gloves (107) are fixedly connected with the side walls of the upper air column belt (101) and the middle air column belt (103);
the bathing cover is made of high-elasticity PVC materials.
2. The automatic bathing device for bedridden patients as claimed in claim 1, wherein the extending direction of said inflatable column (1011) is in accordance with the up-down direction of the human body;
the extending direction of the inflatable belt (1012) is consistent with the transverse direction of the human body;
the waist and ankle endless bands (102, 104) after inflation dividing the interior space of the overall bathing enclosure into an upper body region, a lower body region and a foot region;
the two waterproof zippers (3) are fixedly arranged on one side of the bathing cover corresponding to the front side of the human body, and each waterproof zipper (3) is pulled to the position of the fastening belt (106) of the neck by the upper part of the ankle sequentially through the leg part, the waist part and the upper body;
and the whole bathing sleeve is divided into a front piece and a rear piece by the waterproof zipper (3), the front piece corresponds to the position of a narrow strip of the chest and crotch of a human body, and after the waterproof zipper (3) is pulled up, the front piece and the rear piece are connected in a sealing way.
3. The automatic bathing device for bedridden patients as claimed in claim 2, wherein said inflating mechanism comprises an air pump and an inflating tube (5) connected to the air pump, said air pump comprising a first air pump (401) and a second air pump (402);
the inflatable chambers of each inflatable column (1011) of the upper air column belt (101) are communicated with each other, the inflatable chambers of each inflatable column (1011) of the middle air column belt (103) are communicated with each other, and the inflatable chambers of each inflatable column (1011) of the lower air column belt (105) are communicated with each other;
the upper air column belt (101), the middle air column belt (103) and the lower air column belt (105) are respectively provided with an inflation inlet, the inflation inlets of the upper air column belt (101), the middle air column belt (103) and the lower air column belt (105) are respectively connected with an inflation tube (5), the three inflation tubes (5) are connected to an air column inflation header pipe (20), the air column inflation header pipe (20) is provided with a fourth electromagnetic valve (18), and the air column inflation header pipe (20) is connected to the first air pump (401);
the waist annular belt (102) and the ankle annular belt (104) are respectively provided with an inflation inlet, the inflation inlets of the waist annular belt (102) and the ankle annular belt (104) are respectively connected with an inflation tube (5), the two inflation tubes (5) are connected to an annular belt inflation manifold (21), the annular belt inflation manifold (21) is provided with a fifth electromagnetic valve (19), and the annular belt inflation manifold (21) is connected to a second air pump (402);
the air pump adopts a single pumping and inflating dual-purpose air pump.

The automatic bathing device for bedridden patients according to claim 3, wherein said water intake and drainage mechanism comprises a clean water tank (11), a waste water tank (12), a water intake pump and a water intake pipe (7) connected with the water intake pump, a drainage pump and a drainage pipe (9) connected with the drainage pump; the water inlet pump comprises a first water inlet pump (601) and a second water inlet pump (602), and the water discharge pump comprises a first water discharge pump (801);
the water inlets (22) are formed in the compaction belts (2) on the back piece of the bathing cover, the water inlets (22) on odd rows of the compaction belts (2) of the upper air column belt (101), the middle air column belt (103) and the lower air column belt (105) on the back piece are connected to a water inlet pipe (7), and the water inlet pipe (7) is connected with the water inlet pump I (601);
the water inlets (22) on the compaction belts (2) of the even rows of the upper air column belt (101), the middle air column belt (103) and the lower air column belt (105) on the rear sheet are all connected to a water inlet pipe (7), and the water inlet pipe (7) is connected with a second water inlet pump (602);
the bottommost compaction belt (2) corresponding to the back of the human body is provided with a water outlet, the water outlets of the upper air column belt (101), the middle air column belt (103) and the lower air column belt (105) are connected to a water outlet pipe (9), and the water outlet pipe (9) is connected with the first drainage pump (801);
a water inlet main pipe (17) is communicated with the clean water tank (11), the two water inlet pipes (7) are connected to the water inlet main pipe (17) of the clean water tank (11) through a tee joint, and the drain pipe (9) is connected to the waste water tank (12);
the upper air column belt (101), the waist annular belt (102) and the air column (1011) and the air belt (1012) on the middle air column belt (103) on the front piece are in a sealed state of full air, and the air column (1011) and the air belt (1012) on the front piece and the rear piece are relatively independent.
5. The automatic bathing device for bedridden patients as claimed in claim 4, wherein the diameter of said water outlet is larger than the diameter of said water inlet (22).

The automatic bathing device for the bedridden patient according to claim 4, wherein the water inlet manifold (17) is provided with a shower gel inlet, the shower gel inlet is connected with a threaded injector (10) through threads, and the water inlet manifold (17) between the outlet of the clean water tank (11) and the shower gel inlet is provided with a one-way valve.
7. Automatic bathing device for bedridden patients as claimed in claim 4, characterized in that a water temperature sensor and a heating rod are arranged inside the clear water tank (11).
8. The automatic bathing device for bedridden patients as claimed in claim 7, further comprising a drying mechanism, said drying mechanism comprising a low temperature hot air unit (13) and an air inlet pipe;
the air inlet pipe comprises a first air inlet pipe (1401), a second air inlet pipe (1402) and a main air inlet pipe (1403);
a first electromagnetic valve (1501) is arranged on the water inlet main pipe (17);
one side of a water inlet pump I (601) which is positioned on the water inlet pipe (7) of the odd-number row of compaction belts (2) and is far away from the clear water tank (11) is communicated with a first air inlet pipe (1401) through a tee joint, and a second electromagnetic valve (1502) is arranged on the first air inlet pipe (1401);
one side of a water inlet pump II (602) which is positioned on the water inlet pipes (7) of the even rows of compaction belts (2) and is far away from the clear water tank (11) is communicated with the air inlet pipe II (1402) through a tee joint, and the air inlet pipe II (1402) is provided with an electromagnetic valve III (1503);
one ends, far away from the water inlet pipe (7), of the first air inlet pipe (1401) and the second air inlet pipe (1402) are communicated with the air inlet main pipe (1403) through a tee joint, and the air inlet main pipe (1403) is connected to the low-temperature hot air unit (13).

The automatic bathing device for bedridden patients as claimed in claim 8, further comprising a controller and a display panel with control function, wherein the controller is electrically connected with the air pump, the water inlet pump, the water discharge pump, the water temperature sensor, the heating rod, the low temperature hot air unit (13), the first solenoid valve (1501), the second solenoid valve (1502), the third solenoid valve (1503), the fourth solenoid valve (18) and the fifth solenoid valve (19);
the display panel with the control function comprises a plurality of display areas and control buttons, wherein the control buttons comprise a main switch button, a water temperature adjusting button, a washing time adjusting button, a massage intensity adjusting button and a start/stop button.

The automatic bathing device for bedridden patients according to claim 8, wherein the air charging pipe (5), the air column inflation header pipe (20), the annular band inflation header pipe (21), the air inlet pipe, the water inlet pipe (7), the water inlet header pipe (17) and the water outlet pipe (9) are all pressure-resistant rubber hoses.
