According to the computer-readable storage medium of the embodiment of the invention, by the rice washing control method of the cooking utensil of the embodiment, the water inlet unit and the steam heating unit are controlled to inject the rice washing warm water into the rice washing cavity, then rice washing is carried out according to the rice washing warm water, and finally the drainage unit is controlled to discharge the rice washing water, so that full-automatic rice washing is completed, the requirements of users are favorably met, and the cooking experience of the users is improved.
In addition, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a cooking appliance, including a memory, a processor, and a rice washing control program of the cooking appliance stored on the memory and operable on the processor, where when the processor executes the rice washing control program of the cooking appliance, the rice washing control method of the cooking appliance according to the above embodiment is implemented.
According to the cooking appliance provided by the embodiment of the invention, through the rice washing control method of the cooking appliance provided by the embodiment, the water inlet unit and the steam heating unit are controlled to inject the rice washing warm water into the rice washing cavity, then rice washing is carried out according to the rice washing warm water, and finally the water drainage unit is controlled to discharge the rice washing water, so that full-automatic rice washing is completed, the requirements of users are favorably met, and the cooking experience of the users is improved.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, another cooking appliance according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a water inlet unit 802, a first heating unit, a water discharge unit 804, a rice washing chamber 201, and a controller 801, wherein the water inlet unit 802 is configured to provide cooking water, the first heating unit is configured to heat the cooking water, the water discharge unit 804 is configured to discharge the water in the rice washing chamber 201, and the controller 801 is configured to determine an amount of rice to be cooked and calculate a rice washing parameter according to the amount of rice to be cooked; controlling the first heating unit and the water inlet unit 802 according to the rice washing parameters so as to inject rice washing warm water into the rice washing cavity 201; after the injection of the rice washing warm water is finished, rice washing is carried out according to the rice washing warm water; after the completion of the rice washing, the control drain unit 804 operates to drain the rice washing water.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the cooking appliance further comprises a second heating unit for heating the cooking water to inject steam into the rice washing chamber 201, wherein the rice washing is performed according to the rice washing warm water, comprising: the second heating unit and the water inlet unit 802 are controlled to wash rice by injecting steam into the rice-washing warm water. Further, the first heating unit and the second heating unit are integrally provided together to serve as the steam heating unit 803, and the steam heating unit 803 may heat the cooking water injected into the rice washing chamber 201 to form cooking water in different states, for example, rice washing warm water suitable for rice washing, steam suitable for rice washing, and steam suitable for cooking. According to the cooking appliance provided by the embodiment of the invention, the working conditions of the water inlet unit, the steam heating unit and the water discharge unit are adjusted through the controller, full-automatic cooking of food can be realized, when rice is washed, the water inlet unit and the steam heating unit are controlled to inject rice washing warm water into the rice washing cavity, then rice washing is carried out according to the rice washing warm water, and finally the water discharge unit is controlled to discharge the rice washing water, so that full-automatic rice washing is completed, the requirements of users are favorably met, and the cooking experience of the users is improved.
It should be noted that by adjusting the working conditions of the water inlet unit, the steam heating unit and the water discharge unit, not only the function of cleaning food to be cooked can be realized, but also the cooking of the food to be cooked can be realized in the subsequent cooking stage, that is, for the cooking appliance of the embodiment of the present invention, no additional rice washing device and structure need to be added to the cooking appliance, so as to facilitate the reduction of the cost of the cooking appliance and the increase of the reliability of the cooking appliance.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the water supply pump 510 and the drain pump 710 include, but are not limited to, a direct current or alternating current electromagnetic pump, which is resistant to high temperatures up to 100 ℃ and meets the life requirement. The water storage container 500 is used for providing cooking water to the water supply pump 510, the waste water container 700 can accommodate the cooking water discharged by the drainage pump 710 during the drainage stage, and the volumes of the water storage container 500 and the waste water container 700 can be designed according to the cooking mode and the food quantity to meet the cooking requirement. The steam generator 110 includes, but is not limited to, a steam generator 110 formed by die-casting aluminum contact, boiler or thick film heating, etc., the steam generator 110 is controlled to operate in a power-constant or power-adjustable manner, and the steam generator 110 may integrate a temperature detection device and sample the temperature by a Micro Controller Unit (MCU) to dynamically feedback and adjust the amount of water pumped by the water supply pump 510, so as to control the cooking water flowing from the steam generator 110 to the rice washing cavity 201 to be warm water or cold water or steam, and to control the temperature of the cooking water. The cooking utensil also comprises auxiliary devices such as a power supply, control and detection unit and the like, and necessary conditions are provided for the normal work of the whole equipment.
It should be noted that the processor may be an integrated circuit chip having signal processing capability. The processor may be a general-purpose processor, including a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a Network Processor (NP), and the like; but may also be a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) or other programmable logic device, discrete gate or transistor logic device, discrete hardware components. The various methods, steps and logic blocks disclosed in the embodiments of the present invention may be implemented or performed.
Also, the logic and/or steps represented in the flowcharts or otherwise described herein, such as an ordered listing of executable instructions that can be considered to implement logical functions, can be embodied in any computer-readable medium for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device, such as a computer-based system, processor-containing system, or other system that can fetch the instructions from the instruction execution system, apparatus, or device and execute the instructions. For the purposes of this description, a "computer-readable medium" can be any means that can contain, store, communicate, propagate, or transport the program for use by or in connection with the instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. More specific examples (a non-exhaustive list) of the computer-readable medium would include the following: an electrical connection (electronic device) having one or more wires, a portable computer diskette (magnetic device), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber device, and a portable compact disc read-only memory (CDROM). Additionally, the computer-readable medium could even be paper or another suitable medium upon which the program is printed, as the program can be electronically captured, via for instance optical scanning of the paper or other medium, then compiled, interpreted or otherwise processed in a suitable manner if necessary, and then stored in a computer memory.
It should be understood that portions of the present invention may be implemented in hardware, software, firmware, or a combination thereof. In the above embodiments, the various steps or methods may be implemented in software or firmware stored in memory and executed by a suitable instruction execution system. For example, if implemented in hardware, as in another embodiment, any one or combination of the following technologies, which are well known in the art, may be used: a discrete logic circuit having a logic gate circuit for implementing a logic function on a data signal, an application specific integrated circuit having an appropriate combinational logic gate circuit, a Programmable Gate Array (PGA), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), or the like.

A rice washing control method of a cooking appliance, the cooking appliance including a water inlet unit for supplying cooking water, a first heating unit for heating the cooking water, a drain unit for draining an amount of water in a rice washing chamber, and a rice washing chamber, the rice washing control method comprising the steps of:
s1, determining the amount of rice to be cooked, and calculating rice washing parameters according to the amount of the rice to be cooked;
s2, controlling the first heating unit and the water inlet unit according to the rice washing parameters so as to inject rice washing warm water into the rice washing cavity;
s3, washing rice according to the rice washing warm water after the injection of the rice washing warm water is finished;
and S4, controlling the drainage unit to work after the rice washing is finished, so as to drain the rice washing water.
2. The rice washing control method of the cooking appliance according to claim 1, wherein the cooking appliance further comprises a second heating unit for heating the cooking water to inject steam into the rice washing cavity, wherein the rice washing is performed according to the rice washing warm water, comprising:
and controlling the second heating unit and the water inlet unit to realize rice washing by injecting steam into the rice washing warm water.
3. The rice washing control method of the cooking appliance according to claim 2, wherein the first heating unit and the second heating unit are integrally provided together as a steam heating unit.
4. The rice washing control method of the cooking appliance according to claim 1, wherein the cooking appliance further comprises a stirring unit provided corresponding to the rice washing chamber to stir the rice washing chamber, wherein the rice washing according to the rice washing warm water comprises:
and controlling the stirring unit to work, and stirring the rice water in the rice washing cavity to realize rice washing.
5. The rice washing control method of the cooking appliance according to claim 3, wherein the rice washing parameters include a rice washing water temperature and a rice washing water amount.
6. The rice washing control method of the cooking appliance according to claim 5, wherein controlling the first heating unit and the water inlet unit according to the rice washing parameter comprises:
after the steam heating unit is controlled to work, the water inlet unit is controlled to work, and the temperature of the rice washing warm water in the rice washing cavity is detected;
and adjusting the power of the steam heating unit according to the temperature of the rice washing warm water in the rice washing cavity, so that the temperature of the rice washing warm water in the rice washing cavity reaches the temperature of the rice washing water until the water volume of the rice washing warm water in the rice washing cavity reaches the water volume of the rice washing water.
7. The rice washing control method of the cooking appliance according to claim 6, wherein after the steam heating unit is operated, a temperature of a heat pipe of the steam heating unit is further detected, and the water inlet unit is controlled to operate when the temperature of the heat pipe of the steam heating unit reaches a first preset temperature.
8. The rice washing control method of the cooking appliance according to claim 3, wherein the rice washing parameter further includes a steam rice washing time, and wherein the controlling the second heating unit and the water inlet unit includes:
after controlling the steam heating unit to work, controlling the water inlet unit to work, and detecting the steam temperature;
adjusting the power of the steam heating unit according to the steam temperature to enable the steam temperature to reach a preset target temperature, and starting timing;
and when the timing time reaches the rice washing time by the steam, controlling the steam heating unit and the water inlet unit to stop working.
9. The rice washing control method of the cooking appliance according to claim 8, wherein after the steam heating unit is operated, a heat pipe temperature of the steam heating unit is further detected, and the water inlet unit is controlled to operate when the heat pipe temperature of the steam heating unit reaches a second preset temperature.

The rice washing control method of a cooking appliance according to claim 1, wherein the rice washing parameter further includes a water discharge amount, wherein the water discharge unit is controlled to operate at a preset water discharge flow rate after completion of rice washing, and is controlled to stop operating after a preset time, which is determined based on the water discharge amount and the preset water discharge flow rate, has elapsed.
11. The rice washing control method of the cooking appliance according to any one of claims 1 to 10, wherein the cooking appliance is controlled to perform steps S2 to S4 in a cycle to perform a plurality of times of rice washing.
12. A computer-readable storage medium, having stored thereon a rice washing control program of a cooking appliance, which when executed by a processor, implements a rice washing control method of the cooking appliance according to any one of claims 1 to 11.

A cooking appliance, comprising a memory, a processor and a rice washing control program of the cooking appliance stored on the memory and capable of running on the processor, wherein the processor implements the rice washing control method of the cooking appliance according to any one of claims 1 to 11 when executing the rice washing control program of the cooking appliance.

controlling the first heating unit and the water inlet unit according to the rice washing parameters so as to inject rice washing warm water into the rice washing cavity;
after the injection of the rice washing warm water is finished, washing rice according to the rice washing warm water;
and after the rice washing is finished, controlling the drainage unit to work so as to drain the rice washing water.
