The invention relates to down penetration preventing down jacket fabric which comprises two layers of fabric bodies, wherein the two layers of fabric bodies are divided into a plurality of down filling spaces through a transverse separation structure and a longitudinal separation structure, the transverse separation structure comprises two layers of transverse separation cloth strips which are bonded with each other, and the parts, which are not bonded on the two sides of each transverse separation cloth strip, are folded inwards and fixed with a main body of each transverse separation cloth strip to form a first folded edge. The down jacket is one of the warm-keeping clothes preferred by modern people in winter. Eiderdown is an animal protein fiber, and ten million triangle-shaped's tiny gas pocket is densely covered on the eiderdown globular fibre, can shrink the inflation along with temperature variation, produces the function of adjusting the temperature, can absorb the human body and give off mobile steam, isolated external cold air's invasion, and the down coat need be used for pinning the eiderdown in a plurality of regions of partition department between surface fabric and lining, and the partition mode commonly used is that quilting line separates, and the quilting line forms the pinhole easily, causes easily to bore the fine hair and runs the eiderdown.
The existing down penetration preventing technology is divided into two types, namely a seamless attaching technology and an integrated weaving technology, wherein the seamless attaching technology is poor in water resistance, adhesive parts are easy to degum after being washed for many times, and the integrated weaving technology needs a large amount of equipment and design cost and is not beneficial to large-scale production.

the fabric comprises a fabric body, a transverse separation structure and a fabric body, wherein the transverse separation structure comprises two layers of transverse separation cloth strips which are bonded with each other, non-bonded parts on two sides of each transverse separation cloth strip are folded inwards and fixed with the main body of the transverse separation cloth strip to form a first folded edge, the first folded edge is bonded with the fabric body through a second adhesive, and the bonded part of the two layers of transverse separation cloth strips is sewn with the fabric body through a first quilting line;
the longitudinal separation structure comprises two layers of longitudinal separation cloth strips which are mutually bonded, connectors connected with the transverse separation cloth strips are arranged at two ends of the longitudinal separation cloth strips, non-adhesion parts at two sides of the longitudinal separation cloth strips are mutually folded inwards and fixed with the main body of the longitudinal separation cloth strips to form second folding edges, two ends of each second folding edge are adhered to the fabric body through a third adhesive, and the adhesion parts of the longitudinal separation cloth strips are sewn with the fabric body through second quilting threads.
As a further optimization of the invention, the transverse separating cloth strip and the longitudinal separating cloth strip are both adhered by the first adhesive at the center of the separating cloth strip, the first adhesive is positioned at the center line of the separating cloth strip, and the adhering width is less than 1/3 of the width of the separating cloth strip.

The transverse separation structure 3 comprises two layers of transverse separation cloth strips 31 which are bonded with each other, the non-bonded parts on the two sides of the transverse separation cloth strips 31 are folded inwards and fixed with the main body of the transverse separation cloth strips 31 to form first folding edges 32, the first folding edges 32 are bonded with the fabric body 1 through second bonding agents 34, and the bonding parts of the two layers of transverse separation cloth strips 31 and the fabric body 1 are sewn through first quilting lines 35.
Wherein, the horizontal separation cloth strip 31 is through forming first hem 32 and the bonding of surface fabric body 1, can play the effect of preventing boring the fine hair, first quilting line 35 is used for making horizontal separation cloth strip 31 fixed with surface fabric body 1, when the down coat is rubbed and washed, first hem 32 swings along with surface fabric body 1, can prevent effectively that second adhesive 34 position from being torn, the pinhole that first quilting line 35 formed is located first adhesive 33, can prevent that the space department between the two-layer horizontal separation cloth strip 31 from outwards boring the fine hair.
The longitudinal separation structure 4 comprises two layers of longitudinal separation cloth strips 41 which are bonded with each other, two ends of each longitudinal separation cloth strip 41 are provided with connectors 43 connected with the transverse separation cloth strips 31, non-adhesion parts on two sides of each longitudinal separation cloth strip 41 are mutually folded inwards and fixed with the main body of each longitudinal separation cloth strip 41 to form second folding edges 42, two ends of each second folding edge 42 are adhered with the fabric body 1 through third adhesives 45, and the adhesion parts of the longitudinal separation cloth strips 41 are sewn with the fabric body 1 through second quilting lines 44.
Different from the transverse separation cloth strips 31, the longitudinal separation cloth strips 41 are provided with the connecting heads 43, the connecting heads 43 extend into the space between the two layers of transverse separation cloth strips 31 from the side edges of the transverse separation cloth strips 31 and are adhered and fixed through the first adhesive 33, the transverse separation cloth strips 31 and the longitudinal separation cloth strips 41 are mutually fixed, a down filling opening 46 and a filling space 47 are reserved in the middle section of the longitudinal separation cloth strips 41, the filling space is used for filling sponge, the down filling opening 46 is closed, and mutual down fleeing between the down filling spaces 2 is prevented.
The transverse separating cloth strip 31 and the longitudinal separating cloth strip 41 are both adhered by the first adhesive 33 at the center, the first adhesive 33 is positioned at the middle line of the separating cloth strips, and the adhering width is less than 1/3 of the width of the separating cloth strips.

The region between the longitudinal separation cloth strip 41 and the fabric body 1 which is not sewed and adhered forms a filling space 47 and a down filling opening 46, and filling sponge 48 is arranged inside the filling space 47.
The filling sponge 48 is fixedly connected with the longitudinal separation cloth strip 41 through a suture.

the fabric comprises a fabric body (1) and is characterized in that the longitudinal separation structure (4) comprises two layers of longitudinal separation cloth strips (41) which are bonded with each other, connectors (43) connected with the transverse separation cloth strips (31) are arranged at two ends of the longitudinal separation cloth strips (41), non-adhesion parts at two sides of the longitudinal separation cloth strips (41) are mutually folded inwards and fixed with a main body of the longitudinal separation cloth strips (41) to form second folding edges (42), two ends of the second folding edges (42) are adhered with the fabric body (1) through third adhesives (45), and adhesion parts of the longitudinal separation cloth strips (41) are sewn with the fabric body (1) through second quilting lines (44).
