Abstract
The invention discloses a down cut-part capable of preventing down penetration, which comprises a fabric layer and a lining cloth layer, wherein a plurality of quilting line positions are arranged between the fabric layer and the lining cloth layer, down penetration preventing strips are arranged on the quilting line positions, the fabric layer, the down penetration preventing strips and the lining cloth layer are quilted and connected on the quilting line positions, a down filling cavity is formed between the adjacent quilting line positions by the fabric layer and the lining cloth layer, down is arranged in the down filling cavity, and the fabric layer and the lining cloth layer are sewn outside. The down cut pieces for preventing down penetration are combined and sewn to form the down coat. The invention adds a layer of down penetration preventing strips on quilting stitch seams, and adds a resistance to down penetration from quilting stitch needle holes under the compression of static electricity and external force, thereby realizing the purpose of blocking down penetration from the needle holes.

With the development of the fashion trend, autumn down and light and thin down products, such as two-layer fabric quilted down garment or three-layer fabric quilted down garment, appear. In summary, in the prior art, an interlayer for locking down feather is arranged between the fabric and the lining cloth, and the down feather is filled in the interlayer. But the problem of running down at the quilting line is not solved.

The invention provides down cut pieces capable of preventing down penetration and a down jacket, aiming at overcoming the problem of down penetration at the quilting seam of the down jacket.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the down cut-parts capable of preventing down penetration comprise a fabric layer and a lining cloth layer, wherein a plurality of quilting line positions are arranged between the fabric layer and the lining cloth layer, down penetration preventing strips are arranged on the quilting line positions, the fabric layer, the down penetration preventing strips and the lining cloth layer are quilted and connected on the quilting line positions, a down filling cavity is formed between the adjacent quilting line positions on the fabric layer and the lining cloth layer, down is arranged in the down filling cavity, and the fabric layer and the lining cloth layer are sewn outside.
Preferably, the material of the penetration-proof fluff strip is one of penetration-proof fluff liner cloth, high-density fiber fabric and non-woven fabric.
Preferably, the height of the down penetration preventing strip is 0.5 cm-2 cm.
Preferably, the inner surface of the lining cloth layer is provided with a down-proof fabric layer to form a three-layer fabric surface quilting line down cut piece.

The first embodiment is as follows:
as shown in figure 1, the down cut-parts capable of preventing down penetration comprise a fabric layer 1 and an inner cloth layer 4, wherein a plurality of quilting line positions are arranged between the fabric layer and the inner cloth layer, down penetration preventing strips 2 are arranged on the quilting line positions, the fabric layer, the down penetration preventing strips and the inner cloth layer are quilted and connected on the quilting line positions, a down filling cavity 3 is formed between adjacent quilting line positions on the fabric layer and the inner cloth layer, down is arranged in the down filling cavity, and the fabric layer and the outer edge of the inner cloth layer are sewn.
The down penetration preventing strip 2 is made of one of down penetration preventing lining cloth, high-density fiber fabric and non-woven fabric. The materials can be matched according to the fabric performance of the quilted down jacket, the effect of preventing down penetration is optimal by using high-density light and thin fabric, the effect of blocking down penetration is good, and the flat jacket is not influenced. The height of the down penetration preventing strip 2 is 0.5 cm-2 cm, and the width is matched with the down cut piece.
The down cut pieces for preventing down penetration are combined and sewn to form the down coat. The preparation process comprises the following steps:
1. manufacturing a quilting template, and dividing two grinding tools, namely a surface layer and a bottom layer;
2. manufacturing down-proof strips with the height of 0.5 cm-2 cm;
3. the inner cloth layer is placed on the bottom layer of the quilting template, the down-proof strips are placed in the middle of the quilting line positions according to the number of the quilting line positions, and the fabric layer is placed on the down-proof strips;

With respect to the problem of down penetration from the face fabric layer or the inner fabric layer, the addition of a down-proof layer on the inner surface of the face fabric layer and the inner surface of the inner fabric layer of the down jacket is a preferred design for the present invention.
Example two: the difference with the first embodiment lies in that the inner surface of the lining layer 4 is provided with a down-proof fabric layer to form a three-layer fabric surface quilting line down cut piece.
Example three: the difference with the first embodiment is that the inner surface of the fabric layer 1 is provided with a down-proof fabric layer to form a quilting down cut piece in three layers of fabrics.
Claims (8)
1.
