The protective garment as claimed in claim 8, wherein the protective sleeve is provided with a first anti-slip member on an inner side thereof, and the inner lining body is provided with a second anti-slip member on an outer surface thereof, the first anti-slip member being adapted to be secured to the second anti-slip member.

10. The protective garment as in claim 8, wherein said protective jacket is covered with a waterproof membrane.
