Referring to fig. 1, 5 and 8, the protective garment 10 of the present invention mainly includes a headgear 100, a jacket 200, a pair of pants sleeves 300, a locking member 400, a protecting member 500 or a reinforcing member 600. The protective suit 10 is provided with an opening and closing seam 101, and a locking piece 400 is connected with the coat 200 for opening or closing the opening and closing seam 101. The cap 100, the coat 200 and the trouser legs 300 are integrally connected, that is, the cap 100, the coat 200 and the trouser legs 300 are always connected together to be an inseparable whole in the process of detaching, wearing, transporting and storing the protective suit 10. By the integral connection, the sealing performance and safety performance of the protective suit 10 are improved, and the convenience of use is also improved.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the pullover cap 100 is located on the upper portion of the protective garment 10, and the pullover cap 100 is mainly used for covering the head of a human body. The trouser legs 300 are located at the lower part of the protective suit 10, and the trouser legs 300 are mainly used for covering the legs of the human body, namely, the legs are worn in the trouser legs 300. The upper garment 200 is positioned in the middle of the protective suit 10, the upper garment 200 is connected between the cap 100 and the trouser legs 300, namely, the upper end of the upper garment 200 is connected with the cap 100, and the lower end of the upper garment 200 is connected with the trouser legs 300. The upper garment 200 includes a front garment portion 210, a rear garment portion 220, and a crotch portion 230, and the crotch portion 230 is connected between the front garment portion 210 and the rear garment portion 220, and specifically, the crotch portion 230 is connected to lower ends of both the front garment portion 210 and the rear garment portion 220. The front garment part 210 is located at the front side of the human body, the front garment part 210 can mainly cover the chest and the abdomen of the human body, the rear garment part 220 is located at the rear side of the human body, and the rear garment part 220 can mainly cover the hip, the waist and the back of the human body. The crotch part 230 can mainly cover the crotch of the human body.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4 together, in some embodiments, the opening and closing slit 101 extends from the pullover cap 100 to a position where the rear garment portion 220 covers the waist of the human body through the front garment portion 210 and the crotch portion 230 in sequence, so that the opening and closing slit 101 extends from the front side of the human body to the rear side of the human body around the crotch portion. In other words, the opening and closing slit 101 is positioned on the front and rear garment parts 210 and 220 and the crotch part 230, one end of the opening and closing slit 101 extends to the headgear 100, and the other end of the opening and closing slit 101 extends to a position where the rear garment part 220 covers the waist of the human body. The locking unit 400 may be a zipper 410, and the zipper 410 includes a zipper element connected to the upper garment 200 at both sides of the opening and closing slit 101 and a zipper head connected to the zipper element, so that the opening and closing slit 101 is in an opened state when the zipper head is pulled to release the zipper element at both sides of the opening and closing slit 101 from an engaged relationship; when the chain head is pulled to engage the teeth on both sides of the opening/closing slit 101 with each other, the opening/closing slit 101 is in a closed state. In other embodiments, the locking element 400 may also be a hook and loop fastener or an adhesive tape.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, since the opening and closing seam 101 sequentially passes through the front part 210 and the crotch part 230 from the pullover cap 100 to the position where the rear part 220 covers the waist of the human body, the opening and closing seam 101 has a reasonable length, when the zipper 410 completely opens the opening and closing seam 101, the protective clothing 10 is still worn on the human body without completely detaching the protective clothing when the toilet is needed, the opened opening and closing seam 101 exposes the part of the clothing which is originally completely closed by the protective clothing 10, and a human hand can completely remove or drop the exposed clothing below the hip through the limited reasonable space provided by the opening and closing seam 101, so that the hip is completely exposed without covering the clothing and the protective clothing 10, and further, the limited reasonable space provided by the opening and closing seam 101 is fully utilized again to smoothly relieve the bowels.
In the process of relieving the bowels, the protective suit 10 is always worn on the human body, so that on one hand, the time and the workload required for detaching and wearing the protective suit 10 again are reduced, and the convenience of using the protective suit 10 is ensured; on the other hand, the protective clothing 10 prevents damage which is not easily perceived by a person during the process of being taken off or worn, prevents viruses from entering the human body from the damage to cause infection, and improves the safety of the protective clothing 10. And simultaneously avoids the pollution caused by the falling of the protective suit 10 after being taken off because the protective suit is carelessly contacted with the ground. On the other hand, the human body is kept covered by the protective clothing 10 in a wearing state as much as possible, so that the contact between the human body and external viruses is reduced to the maximum extent to reduce the risk of infection, and the safety of the protective clothing 10 is further improved. After the defecation is finished, the limited reasonable space provided by the open-close seam 101 is continuously utilized to carry out middle finishing and re-wearing on the clothes, and after the clothes are prevented from being worn, the zipper 410 closes the open-close seam 101 again. Therefore, the whole process is convenient to operate, and the safety of the human body in and after the toilet can be well ensured.
In particular, the protective garment 10 provides significant benefits for more frequent toileting, i.e., time and effort are saved for multiple removals and donning. Secondly, the damage to the protective clothing 10 caused by multiple detachment and wearing can be prevented, and the economic waste caused by the scrapping can be effectively avoided because the damaged protective clothing 10 cannot be scrapped after being used for the second time.
Referring to fig. 5, 6 and 7, in some embodiments, the protecting member 500 is coupled to the upper garment 200, that is, the protecting member 500 is coupled to the front portion 210, the rear portion 220 and the crotch portion 230 at the same time. When the zipper 410 closes the open/close slit 101, the protector 500 can cover the open/close slit 101, so that the protector 500 also extends from the front side of the human body around the crotch to the rear side of the human body. Specifically, the protector 500 includes a cover sheet 520, a first connecting member and a second connecting member, the cover sheet 520 has certain flexibility, the cover sheet 520 may be made of cloth or plastic material, and the cover sheet 520 may be substantially in a sheet-like long-strip structure with a large length-width ratio. One end of one long side of the covering sheet 520 is a fixed end, the fixed end is directly fixed on the left side and the right side of the opening and closing seam 101 of the coat 200, the first connecting piece is connected with the other side of the opening and closing seam 101 of the coat 200, namely, the fixed end of the covering sheet 520 and the first connecting piece are separated from two sides of the opening and closing seam 101. For example, the fixed end of the covering sheet 520 may be fixedly connected to the jacket 200 by sewing, but the covering sheet 520 may be integrally formed with the jacket 200. The end of the other long side of the cover 520 is a free end, and the second connecting member is fixed to the free end of the cover 520.
When the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece are connected with each other, the whole covering piece 520 spans the opening and closing seam 101, so that the whole opening and closing seam 101 is shielded and protected, on one hand, the possibility that viruses invade the human body through the closed opening and closing seam 101 can be further prevented, on the other hand, the overall consistency of the whole protective suit 10 on the appearance can be improved, and the zipper 410 exposed outside is prevented from having adverse effects on the overall external appearance of the protective suit 10. When it is desired to open the opening and closing slit 101, the coupling between the first coupling member and the second coupling member, i.e., the free end of the covering sheet 520 and the jacket 200 is released, so that the zipper 410 is pushed to open the opening and closing slit 101. Thus, the detachable connection between the free end of the covering sheet 520 and the jacket 200 can be achieved by the first and second connecting members.
In some embodiments, either one of the first connector and the second connector is provided with a hook surface of the hook and loop fastener 510, and the other connector is provided with a hook surface of the hook and loop fastener 510, for example, the first connector is provided with the hook surface of the hook and loop fastener 510, and the second connector is provided with the hook and loop fastener 510, so that the free end of the covering sheet 520 and the jacket 200 can be detachably connected by adhering the hook and loop surfaces of the two hook and loop fasteners 510 to each other. For another example, the first connecting member is a male buckle having a protrusion, the second connecting member is a female buckle having a counter bore, and when a pressing force is applied to the free end of the covering sheet 520, the protrusion on the first connecting member can be matched with the counter bore on the second connecting member, so that the free end of the covering sheet 520 is fixedly connected to the coat 200, and the covering sheet 520 covers the zipper 410 and the opening and closing seam 101. Conversely, the first connecting member may be a female snap provided with a counter bore, and the second connecting member may be a male snap having a projection for applying a pressing force to the free end of the covering sheet 520. It is also possible to realize that the female snap of the first connecting member cooperates with the male snap of the second connecting member so that the covering piece 520 covers the zipper 410 and the opening and closing slit 101. Of course, when a pulling force is applied to the free end of the cover sheet 520, the engagement between the protruding buckle and the protrusion is released, so that the connection between the first connector and the second connector is released, and then the free end of the cover sheet 520 is separated from the jacket 200, so that the opening and closing seam 101 is exposed and the opening and closing seam 101 is opened by the zipper 410. For another example, one of the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece is a convex strip of the self-sealing strip, and the other connecting piece is a concave strip matched with the convex strip.
Referring to fig. 8, 9 and 10, in some embodiments, the reinforcement member 600 is disposed on two sides of the crotch portion 230, the reinforcement member 600 includes a connection strip 630, the connection strip 630 may be substantially a sheet-shaped long strip structure with a large length-width ratio, the connection strip 630 may be made of cloth, plastic material or metal material, one end of one short side of the connection strip 630 is a fixed end, the fixed end is fixed on either side of the opening and closing seam 101 of the crotch portion 230, one end of the other short side of the connection strip 630 is a free end, and the free end is detachably connected to the other side of the opening and closing seam 101 of the crotch portion 230. When the free end of the connecting strip 630 is fixedly coupled to the crotch part 230, the connecting strip 630 straddles the opening-closing slit 101. The connecting strip 630 may be made of cloth, plastic or metal material, the fixed end of the connecting strip 630 may be fixedly connected with the crotch 230 by sewing, and of course, the fixed end of the connecting strip 630 may also be integrally formed with the crotch 230.
The reinforcement member 600 may further comprise a locking buckle 610 and a locking seat 620, and the free end of the connecting strip 630 may be detachably connected to the crotch part 230 by the connection of the locking seat 620 and the locking buckle 610. Specifically, the lock catch 610 has a clip, and the lock base 620 is provided with a clipping hole, so that the lock base 620 and the lock catch 610 can be connected to each other when the clip is engaged with the clipping hole. When the locking buckle 610 is fixedly installed on the connecting strip 630, the locking seat 620 is fixedly installed on the crotch part 230; alternatively, when the locking buckle 610 is fixedly mounted on the crotch part 230, the locking seat 620 is fixedly mounted on the connecting strip 630. In short, the free ends of the connecting strips 630 are releasably and releasably connected to the crotch portion 230 by means of a snap connection. In other embodiments, the surface of the free end of the connecting strip 630 facing the crotch 230 may be provided with a hook and loop fastener with a hook surface, and the crotch 230 may also be provided with a hook and loop fastener with a hook surface, so that when the hook and loop fasteners are connected to each other, the connecting strip 630 and the crotch 230 may be fixedly connected to cross the opening and closing slit 101. Of course, the connecting strip 630 may also be connected to the crotch portion 230 by means of the zipper 410.
Since the human body can walk, squat, bend and the like during the operation, a large pulling force exists at the crotch part 230, the zipper 410 at the crotch part inevitably bears a large tension, and the opening and closing seam 101 is opened because the zipper teeth are torn when being pulled by an external force, the reinforcement member 600 is arranged on the crotch part 230 and spans across the opening and closing seam 101. When the free end of the reinforcing element 600 is fixedly connected with the crotch 230, the reinforcing element 600 bears a part of pulling force, so that the pulling force directly acting on the zipper 410 is greatly reduced, the risk of tearing the zipper teeth is effectively reduced, the opening and closing seam 101 is ensured to be in a stable and reliable closing state in the use process of the protective suit 10, viruses are prevented from invading from the torn zipper teeth to infect the human body, and the use safety performance of the protective suit 10 is further improved. Therefore, the reinforcing member 600 can provide a certain share and relief of the pulling force acting on the slide fastener 410, and improve the reliability of the closure of the opening/closing slit 101.
In some embodiments, the number of the reinforcing members 600 may be one or more, and when the number of the reinforcing members 600 is plural, the plurality of reinforcing members 600 may be provided at intervals in the extending direction of the opening/closing slit 101. When the number of reinforcing members 600 is increased, the stronger the effect of all the reinforcing members 600 on the reduction of the pulling force on the slide fastener 410, the more the reliability of the closure of the opening/closing slit 101 can be improved. Generally, the number of the reinforcing members 600 may be increased or decreased according to the actual needs, and when the amount of exercise of the human body is large, the number of the reinforcing members 600 may be increased as appropriate. In fact, when the pulling force applied to the zipper 410 is large, most of the free ends of the reinforcing members 600 are connected to the crotch part 230, and the remaining small portions of the reinforcing members 600 are not connected to the crotch part 230, so that the number of times of pressing and pulling between the locking bases 620 and the locking clasps 610 is reduced as much as possible, and the convenience of the operation of the protective suit 10 can be improved while ensuring the stability of closing the opening/closing seams 101. Of course, when the pulling force applied to the zipper 410 is small, a small portion of the free end of the reinforcement member 600 can be connected to the crotch portion 230, and the remaining large portion of the reinforcement member 600 is not connected to the crotch portion 230, which can also improve the convenience of handling the protective garment 10 while ensuring the stability of the closed open/close seam 101.
Referring to fig. 1, in some embodiments, the upper garment 200 further includes a sleeve part 240, the sleeve part 240 is used for covering the arms of the human body, that is, the arms are worn in the sleeve part 240, one end of the sleeve part 240 is a fixed end, the fixed end is connected to both the front part 210 and the rear part 220, and the other end of the sleeve part 240 is a free end, and the free end is disposed far away from the front part 210 and the rear part 220. The free ends of the sleeve parts 240 are provided with first elastic bands 241, the first elastic bands 241 are ring-shaped and can elastically deform, and when the elastic deformation occurs, the area of the opening surrounded by the first elastic bands 241 changes. By providing the first elastic band 241, when the arm of the human body is put on the sleeve part 240, the area of the opening surrounded by the first elastic band 241 is relatively reduced to tighten the wrist of the human body, thereby eliminating the gap between the sleeve part 240 and the wrist to improve the sealing performance of the protective suit 10, preventing the virus from entering the human body from the gap between the sleeve part 240 and the wrist to cause infection, and further improving the safety performance of the protective suit 10. When the protective garment 10 needs to be taken off, the area of the opening surrounded by the first elastic band 241 is relatively increased, so that the sleeve part 240 can be smoothly separated from the arm.
Referring to fig. 1, in some embodiments, the number of the trousers 300 is two, and the trousers 300 are used to cover both legs of the human body, i.e., both legs of the human body are worn in the trousers 300. The upper end of the trouser leg 300 is a fixed end, the fixed end is connected with the jacket 200, the lower end of the trouser leg 300 is a free end, the free end of the trouser leg 300 is provided with a second elastic band 310, the second elastic band 310 is in an annular structure and can generate elastic deformation, and when the elastic deformation is generated, the area of the opening enclosed by the second elastic band 310 changes. By providing the second elastic band 310, when the legs of the human body are put on the trouser legs 300, the area of the opening surrounded by the second elastic band 310 is relatively reduced to tighten the ankle of the human body, thereby eliminating the gap between the trouser legs 300 and the ankle to improve the sealing performance of the protective clothing 10, preventing the virus from invading into the human body from the gap between the trouser legs 300 and the ankle to form infection, and further improving the safety performance of the protective clothing 10. When the protective garment 10 needs to be taken off, the area of the opening surrounded by the second elastic band 310 is relatively increased, so that the trouser legs 300 can be smoothly separated from the two legs.
Referring to fig. 1, in some embodiments, a third elastic band 110 may be further disposed on the headgear 100, the third elastic band 110 is disposed around the face of the person, and when the elastic band is elastically deformed, the area of the opening defined by the third elastic band 110 changes. When the area of the opening surrounded by the third elastic band is smaller, the headgear 100 can almost completely cover other parts of the head except for human eyes, so that the sealing performance and the safety of the protective suit 10 are further improved, and when the protective suit 10 needs to be taken off, the area of the opening surrounded by the third elastic band 110 is relatively increased, so that the headgear 100 can smoothly separate from the head of a human body.
