Abstract
本发明公开了一种包含卵磷脂和半叶素的农用组合物,有效组分包括组分A和组分B,所述组分A为卵磷脂和半叶素,所述组分B为褐藻寡糖和L‑焦谷氨酸的复配物。所述组分A中,所述卵磷脂和半叶素的质量配比为10:1~1:30;所述组分B中,述褐藻寡糖和L‑焦谷氨酸的质量配比为5:3;包含卵磷脂和半叶素的农用组合物中,以质量比计,所述组分B的用量为组分A的5%~10%。在一定的配比范围内,该组合物在促进农作物生长,提升农作物产量,改善农作物品质,增强农作物抗逆性方面表现出优异的效果。

技术领域
本发明属于农业栽培与种植技术领域,涉及一种包含卵磷脂和半叶素的农用组合物。
背景技术
卵磷脂是由甘油、胆碱、磷酸、脂肪酸组成的一种含磷脂类物质,普遍存在于蛋黄、动物脑、大豆、玉米、棉籽等资源中。卵磷脂的成分是磷脂酰胆碱或胆碱磷酸甘油碱,其三甘油酯分子上的磷酸与胆碱结合。卵磷脂分子结构中含有亲水的磷酸脂基团和亲油的脂肪酸基团,因此,它可以被植株吸收,增强植株的抗病能力。卵磷脂的亲水基可保持植株叶片湿润,防止病菌侵害,从而抑制其生长繁殖。同时,卵磷脂也具有防治蔬菜、水稻等农作物病虫害的作用。
半叶素化学名称为N-乙酰-硫代脯氨酸、乙酰硫代脯氨酸,是一种生物刺激性农作物生长调节剂。半叶素可以调节植物细胞渗透压,保持水分营养素运输平衡,促进种子发芽和植物细胞分裂生长,保持叶绿素不流失。半叶素结合叶酸,作为一种生物兴奋剂进行叶面喷施,能够调高坐果率和果实产量。
褐藻寡糖是褐藻胶的寡聚物。褐藻胶是一种由褐藻和细菌合成的多糖物质。褐藻寡糖主要通过3种方式对农作物发生作用包括对植物生长的调节作用,诱导植物抗病反应,直接作用于农作物病原菌。褐藻寡糖同植物内源性寡糖半乳糖醛酸结构类似并具有类似内源性寡糖的信号分子作用已经得到了普遍研究,目前已有很多报道称褐藻寡糖在促进植物生长、增强植物抗逆、抑制植物病原菌方面有很好的效果。
氨基酸作为小分子蛋白质,易于被作物吸收,有提高植株抗病性、改善作物品质的功能。外源氨基酸为植物补充必需的氨基酸,刺激和调节植物快速生长,促进植物对营养物质的吸收,增强植物的代谢功能,提高光合作用,加快植物生长繁殖。L-焦谷氨酸属外源氨基酸,可有效促进植株叶绿素的合成,并提升各种生物酶的活性。
专利CN110698270A提供了一种葡萄叶面肥及其制备方法、施用方法和应用,所述葡萄叶面肥包括聚丙烯酰胺、三聚磷酸钾、聚乙烯醇、硫酸锰、木质素磺酸钙、硫酸锌、硫酸铁、硼酸、大豆卵磷脂和蒸馏水。专利CN110881468A公开了一种农作物生长调节剂组合物,有效成分为半叶素和生长素类物质,所述的生长素类物质为吲哚乙酸、萘乙酸、吲哚丁酸、对氯苯氧乙酸和对碘苯氧乙酸中的任意一种,具有促进根系发育、促进果实膨大或籽粒饱满、增加产量的功效;该发明的调节剂组合物为半叶素和生长素类物质组成的调节剂复配物,不仅增加农作物根系的数量与根长,并能增加果实膨大速度和果重,具有见效快、活力强的特点。上述两个专利的活性成分分别包含了卵磷脂和半叶素,但组合使用卵磷脂和半叶素未见文献报道,其组合应用于促进农作物生长,提升农作物产量,改善农作物品质,增强农作物抗逆性方面的功能难以预知。
不同农药品种的混配,是提升作物抗性、改善作物品质的常见方法。通过农药配方筛选,筛选出合理的配方,可有效提高实际效果,促进作物生长发育和品质改善,减少用药量,降低成本。当前农业耕作过程中,大量滥用农药和化肥,造成了土壤环境的破坏,限制了产量的提高。本专利申请发明人通过深入研究,探索出一种包含卵磷脂和半叶素的农用组合物,该组合物能有效促进农作物生长,提升农作物产量,改善农作物品质,增强农作物抗逆性,且该组合物也未出现在已知的文献中,本领域普通技术人员也难以知晓该组合物用于农作物生长调节所产生的有益效果。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种包含卵磷脂和半叶素的农用组合物,该组合物在促进农作物生长,提升农作物产量,改善农作物品质,增强农作物抗逆性方面有着优异的效果。
基于上述目的,本发明提供了一种包含卵磷脂和半叶素的农用组合物,该组合物包含有效组分A和有效组分B,所述组分A为卵磷脂和半叶素,所述组分B为褐藻寡糖和L-焦谷氨酸。
本领域普通技术人员易于知晓,提高农用组合物的药效,避免耐药性的发生,多采用多种农药组合使用或者联合使用,但由于各组分与内在机理的不明,多种农药组合使用或者联合使用后的效果是否为协同增效是难以预期的。本发明人经过深入的试验探究,根据田间试验表现出的综合效果评定,本发明所述的农用组合物,在促进农作物生长,提升农作物产量,改善农作物品质,增强农作物抗逆性表现出优异的效果,且都优于单剂的使用效果。
进一步地,在本发明提供的一种包含卵磷脂和半叶素的农用组合物,所述组分A为卵磷脂和半叶素,所述组分B为褐藻寡糖和L-焦谷氨酸。
进一步地,在本发明提供的一种包含卵磷脂和半叶素的农用组合物中,在组分A中,所述卵磷脂和半叶素的质量配比为10:1~1:30;优选地,质量配比为5:1~1:13。
进一步地,在本发明提供的一种包含卵磷脂和半叶素的农用组合物中,在组分B中,所述褐藻寡糖和L-焦谷氨酸的质量配比为5:3
进一步地,在本发明提供的一种包含卵磷脂和半叶素的农用组合物中,以质量比计,所述组分B的用量为组分A的5%~10%。
根据实际应用需要,本发明组合物按照本领域技术人员公知的方法,可制备成为水乳剂、微乳剂、悬浮剂、可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂等剂型中的一种。所述的功能性组合物还含有配制农药制剂所需的助剂,助剂可以是溶剂、乳化剂、润湿剂、稳定剂、分散剂、增稠剂、pH调节剂、消泡剂、防冻剂、填料等中的一种或几种的混合。本发明所述的助剂可以均为已知物质,比如农药制剂中常用的各种助剂,根据不同情况可以有所变化,并无特别限定。
施药方式可以采取喷雾、灌根、浸根、浸种、甩施、撒施、沟施、穴施等。
与现有技术相比,本发明所述包含卵磷脂和半叶素的农用组合物的有益效果或优点:
与现有技术相比,本发明的主要贡献在于提供了一种包含卵磷脂和半叶素的农用组合物,该组合物的有效成分为卵磷脂、半叶素、褐藻寡糖和L-焦谷氨酸。本专利发明人对该组合物进行了田间药效试验,发现在一定的配比范围内,该组合物在促进农作物生长,提升农作物产量,改善农作物品质,增强农作物抗逆性方面优于单剂使用,表明该组合具有协同增效的效果。
具体实施方式
下面,结合实施例对本发明的技术方案进行说明,但是,本发明并不限于下述的实施例。
实施例1
本实施例提供一种包含卵磷脂和半叶素的农用组合物水悬浮剂的制备。
以质量份计,每100份一种包含卵磷脂和半叶素的农用组合物水悬浮剂中包含卵磷脂30份、半叶素3份、褐藻寡糖1份、L-焦谷氨酸0.6份、聚羧酸盐10份、乙二醇3份、聚乙烯醇1份、丁醇0.5份、水余量。
该悬浮剂的具体生产步骤为先将其他助剂混合,经高速剪切混合均匀,将有效成份卵磷脂、半叶素、褐藻寡糖和L-焦谷氨酸混合后,在磨球机中磨球2~3小时,使粒直径均在5mm以下,与其他助剂充分混合均匀后,即可制成本发明组合物的水悬浮剂制剂。
实施例2
本实施例提供一种包含卵磷脂和半叶素的农用组合物水悬浮剂的制备。
以质量份计,每100份一种包含卵磷脂和半叶素的农用组合物水悬浮剂中包含卵磷脂30份、半叶素6份、褐藻寡糖1.1份、L-焦谷氨酸0.7份、聚羧酸盐10份、乙二醇3份、聚乙烯醇1份、丁醇0.5份、水余量。
该悬浮剂的具体生产步骤同实施例1。
实施例3
本实施例提供一种包含卵磷脂和半叶素的农用组合物水悬浮剂的制备。
以质量份计,每100份一种包含卵磷脂和半叶素的农用组合物水悬浮剂中包含卵磷脂2.5份、半叶素32.5份、褐藻寡糖1.1份、L-焦谷氨酸0.7份、聚羧酸盐10份、乙二醇3份、聚乙烯醇1份、丁醇0.5份、水余量。
该悬浮剂的具体生产步骤同实施例1。
实施例4
本实施例提供一种包含卵磷脂和半叶素的农用组合物水悬浮剂的制备。
以质量份计,每100份一种包含卵磷脂和半叶素的农用组合物水悬浮剂中包含卵磷脂1份、半叶素30份、褐藻寡糖1份、L-焦谷氨酸0.6份、聚羧酸盐10份、乙二醇3份、聚乙烯醇1份、丁醇0.5份、水余量。
该悬浮剂的具体生产步骤同实施例1。
实施例5
本实施例提供所述一种包含卵磷脂和半叶素的农用组合物对促进苹果生长、提高苹果产量的田间试验。
供试苹果为2年生红富士,试验地点在陕西省宝鸡市千阳县苹果试验示范站,统一正常土肥水管理。
供试药剂一种包含卵磷脂和半叶素的农用组合物的水悬浮剂,其制备方法与实施例1相同。试验对照处理药剂为卵磷脂单剂、半叶素单剂、褐藻寡糖和L-焦谷氨酸(褐藻寡糖:L-焦谷氨酸=5:3)的复配物,为了达到更好的对比效果,其所需助剂和制备方法与实施例1相同,以清水(CK)为空白对照,进行试验。
选择生长势基本一致、无病虫害的苹果树,每5株为1个处理组,小区内重复,各处理分别于3月20日进行第1次喷施,5月30日进行第2次喷施,7月20日统计树干直径累计增长量和叶面积,待成熟后,统计果实产量,其数据记录结果见表1。

从表1数据可以看出,一种包含卵磷脂和半叶素的农用组合,有效组分卵磷脂、半叶素、褐藻寡糖和L-焦谷氨酸在一定的配比范围内提升了苹果树干直径累计增长量,叶面积以及产量。施用一种含卵磷脂和半叶素的农用组合后,苹果最大树干直径累计增长量为19.63mm,最大叶面积为30.95cm2,最高产量为23.76kg/株,且效果明显优于各有效组分单剂使用的效果,即使用所述包含卵磷脂和半叶素的农用组合可有效促进苹果树生长,提高果实产量。
实施例6
本实施例提供所述一种包含卵磷脂和半叶素的农用组合物对改善猕猴桃果实品质的田间试验。
供试猕猴桃品种为“海沃德”,试验地点在陕西省周至县某猕猴桃种植基地,统一正常土肥水管理。
供试药剂一种包含卵磷脂和半叶素的农用组合物的水悬浮剂,其制备方法与实施例1相同。试验对照处理药剂为卵磷脂单剂、半叶素单剂、褐藻寡糖和L-焦谷氨酸(褐藻寡糖:L-焦谷氨酸=5:3)的复配物,为了达到更好的对比效果,其所需助剂和制备方法与实施例1相同,以清水(CK)为空白对照,进行试验。
选择生长势基本一致、无病虫害的猕猴桃树,每10株为1个处理组,小区内重复,分别在猕猴桃谢花后第25d喷施第1次,在谢花后第55d喷施第2次,待成熟后,每棵树随机摘取10颗果实,即每处理取100颗果实,测定糖酸比和果实可溶性固形物含量,统计平均产量,其数据记录结果见表2。

从表2数据可以看出,一种包含卵磷脂和半叶素的农用组合,有效组分卵磷脂、半叶素、褐藻寡糖和L-焦谷氨酸在一定的配比范围内提升了猕猴桃果实糖酸比、可溶性固形物含量和产量。施用一种含卵磷脂和半叶素的农用组合后,猕猴桃果实糖酸比最高为6.73%,可溶性固形物含量最高为14.99%,产量最高为59.97kg/株,且效果明显优于各有效组分单剂使用的效果,即使用所述包含卵磷脂和半叶素的农用组合可有效改善猕猴桃果实品质,提高果实产量。
实施例7
本实施例提供所述一种包含卵磷脂和半叶素的农用组合物提升小麦抗寒能力的试验。
供试小麦品种为“豫麦22”,试验地点在华南农业大学园艺学院温室进行。
本领域普通技术人员知晓,生物膜是植物细胞与外界环境的一个界面结构,各种逆境对细胞的影响首先表现在生物膜上,低温伤害也是如此。低温胁迫下,质膜的结构发生改变,进而损害膜的功能,导致细胞膜透性增大,电解质外渗,电导率增大,可以反映逆境环境对植物的伤害状况。再者,CAT酶可以分解H2O2,参照CAT酶活性,可预测植物整个保护酶系统的活性。另外,MDA作为膜脂过氧化的最终产物,能够抑制细胞保护酶活性和降低抗氧化物的含量,从而加剧膜脂过氧化,因此MDA含量也可作为植株抗逆性能的评判依据。
将小麦种子经48h浸泡,用10%过氧化氢消毒,28℃下催芽12h,选择露白一致的种子,播种于含药器皿中,具体药剂浓度用量如表3所示。每种药物浓度处理100粒,24h计为1d,每天定时补充水分至原体积,以蒸馏水为空白对照。昼夜温度设置为(25±0.5)℃/(18±0.5)℃,光照(2500lx)为L/D=12h/12h。10d后测量生理指标,其结果数据记录见表3。再将培养的小麦幼苗于4℃处理12h(小麦幼苗遭受冷害),接着在原培养条件下恢复培养12h,检测其生理指标,其数据记录见表3。

表3结果显示,相对于冻害前,冻害后水稻幼苗的相对电导率、CAT活性、MDA含量均有上升。与空白对照相比,使用上述试验药剂后,各含量增幅均有所降低,表明上述试验药剂均有提高水稻幼苗抗寒性能的作用。
如上所述,即可较好地实现本发明,上述的实施例仅仅是对本发明的优选实施方式进行描述,并非对本发明的范围进行限定,在不脱离本发明设计精神的前提下,本领域普通技术人员对本发明的技术方案做出的各种改变和改进,均应落入本发明确定的保护范围内。

1.一种包含卵磷脂和半叶素的农用组合物,其特征在于,有效组分包括组分A,所述组分A为卵磷脂和半叶素。
2.根据权利要求1所述的农用组合物,其特征在于,在组分A中,所述卵磷脂和半叶素的质量配比为10:1~1:30。
3.根据权利要求2所述的农用组合物,其特征在于,在组分A中,所述卵磷脂和半叶素的质量配比为5:1~1:13。
4.根据权利要求1所述的农用组合物,其特征在于,还包含组分B,所述组分B为褐藻寡糖和L-焦谷氨酸的复配物,以质量比计,所述褐藻寡糖和L-焦谷氨酸的质量配比为5:3。
5.根据权利要求1所述的农用组合物,其特征在于,以质量比计,所述组分B的用量为组分A的5%~10%。
6.权利要求1~5任一项所述的农用组合物在促进农作物生长,提升农作物产量,改善农作物品质,增强农作物抗逆性方面的应用。
7.根据权利要求6所述的应用,其特征在于,所述农作物包括苹果、猕猴桃和小麦。
