Background
The voice mail service is a service based on various networks and taking voice information interaction as a main function, and can enable an operator server to provide services such as storing, forwarding and extracting voice information for a user terminal. When the client installed on the user terminal is not connected with the internet, the operator server sends the message to the user terminal (such as a smart phone) in the form of a short message, and the operator server synchronizes the message to an interactive voice response (Interactive Voice Response, IVR) platform of the user, so that the user can conveniently see the message through a plurality of different ways.
However, in the case that the user terminal is in international roaming, the user terminal may also send a short message to the operator server to inquire whether it subscribes to the related service. If the user terminal can not normally receive the short message replied by the operator server or the short message center number of the user terminal is set to be wrong, the user terminal can send a plurality of uplink international roaming short messages to the server, thereby increasing the data processing amount in the communication network, enabling the user terminal to generate unnecessary international roaming short message cost and reducing the use experience of the user.

Detailed Description
The following detailed description of specific embodiments of the present application refers to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description is presented herein for purposes of illustration and explanation only and is not intended to limit the present application. It will be apparent to one skilled in the art that the present application may be practiced without some of these specific details. The following description of the embodiments is merely intended to provide a better understanding of the present application by showing examples of the present application.
For the purpose of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the embodiments of the present application will be described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The voice mailbox service can support traditional interactive voice response (Interactive Voice Response, IVR) and can seamlessly interface with a traditional IVR voice platform through a website and/or a client; the voice technology with high recognition rate and the special text double-display technology are adopted, so that the use experience of a user can be improved. In addition, the user can flexibly set a personalized telephone prompt tone, and polite refuses any unwanted telephone; the call transfer is easily set, and any incoming call is not missed. When a user uses a client on a terminal, an account number is not required to be registered; but the user needs to register an account number when logging in the website.
In the voice mail service, at least one visual way of Web pages, clients and multimedia message forwarding is provided for users through visual processing, and information sent by opposite-end equipment is obtained. Through the visual processing of the voice box service, the user operation is more convenient, the use experience of the user is improved, and the method has wide commercial value.
When the client on the terminal is not online (for example, when the terminal is in an offline state), the message in the voice mail service is sent to the terminal (for example, a smart phone used by a user) in a form of a short message, and the message is synchronized to an IVR voice platform and a website of the user. The user can view the message in two different ways as described above. And, the application software corresponding to the voice mail business can be downloaded freely. The data flow rate fee generated by the terminal using the voice box service is charged by the operator server; the communication fee generated by using the voice mail is the same as the communication fee directly used on the terminal, and the member of the voice mail service can pay the communication fee by adopting the monthly subscription system.
However, when the terminal is in the international roaming state, if the terminal fails (for example, some software installed in the terminal fails such as conflict or software crash, etc.), the voice mail client on the terminal frequently sends out-of-band short messages to the server; the out-of-band short message is invisible to the terminal, and the server needs to repeatedly process a large number of out-of-band short messages sent by the terminal, so that the data processing pressure of the server is increased; meanwhile, the terminal frequently sends out-of-band short messages to the server, so that the short message cost of the terminal is increased; particularly, if the terminal is in the international roaming state, a large amount of international roaming short message cost is generated by the terminal, and the use experience of the user is reduced.
Fig. 1 shows a schematic architecture diagram of a visual voice mail system according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 1, the visual voice mail system includes the following devices.
A voicemail client 101, a short message center server 102, and a voicemail server 103.
The voicemail client 101 may execute a visual voicemail (Visual Voice Mail, VVM) service, and the voicemail client 101 may acquire service subscription information carried in an out-of-band sms by intercepting the out-of-band sms sent by the terminal.
It should be noted that the visual voice mail system is a system built on an existing voice mail (voicemail) system. The existing server-side protocol must meet the definition of the interactive mail access protocol (Internet Message Access Protocol, IMAP) interface in the protocol specification; also, an operator providing a service to the terminal must provide a short message service (Short Message Service, SMS) interface (e.g., an interface used by the short message center server 102, etc.). Through the SMS interface, the terminal may implement information interaction (e.g., obtaining Out-Of-Band (OOB) data, etc.) between the voicemail client 101 and the voicemail server 103.
It should be noted that, through the OOB data connected independently of the IMAP interface, operation maintenance and basic information setting of the user on the account can be realized. For example, the OOB data may include: type 0SMS interface information. To ensure that the SMS interface information is not visible on a conventional handset terminal, a tag protocol identification (Tag Protocol Identifier, TP-PID) in the message header of the Type 0SMS interface information may be set to "ME data download" (e.g., 0x 7D).
The voice mail client 101 may obtain the voice message sent by the voice mail server 103 through the IMAP interface, so that a user may set a prompt tone conveniently, and the user may set information such as a personal identification code (Personal identification number, PIN) through a user interface on the terminal.
The sms server 102 may also report the uplink status information to the voicemail server 103 in an out-of-band sms.
The voice mailbox client 101 may query its own voice mailbox status through a short message service center service (Short Message Service Center, SMSC) address; the SMSC address is an address provided by the short message center server 102 for routing all outgoing visual voicemail out-of-band signals.
In some implementations, the operator server predefines the SMSC address for routing the interactive signals of the voice mail service and writes it in a preprogrammed manner to the terminal device using the visual voice mail. The definition of the port address of the voicemail client 101 is required to conform to a short messaging technology implementation protocol (e.g., the definition of sections 3GPP TS 23.040TS 23.040, 9.2.3.24.3 and 9.2.3.24.4 in the third generation partnership project (3rd Generation Partnership Project,3GPP) protocol).
When the Out-Of-Band States in the OOB is Active, it indicates that the visual voicemail system is available. When the voicemail client 101 sends a request for inquiring about status information to the voicemail server 103 through the short message center server 102, the voicemail server 103 must return an inquiry result to the voicemail client 101. However, the query result sent by the voicemail server 103 cannot be guaranteed to be necessarily obtained by the voicemail client 101; if the preset duration is exceeded, the voice mail client 101 does not receive the query result yet, and the voice mail client 101 will resend the query status information request again.
Because the voice mail client 101 communicates with the voice mail server 103 in an out-of-band short message mode, when the terminal installed with the voice mail client 101 is in an international roaming state, the terminal also sends a short message to inquire about the state of the subscription service to the voice mail server 103, and if the terminal cannot receive the short message replied by the voice mail server 103 or the short message center number of the terminal is set in error, the terminal sends a plurality of uplink international roaming short messages to the voice mail server 103, thereby increasing the data processing capacity of network side equipment, increasing unnecessary international roaming short message cost and reducing the use experience of users.
Based on the above problems, the present application provides an information processing method, a network side device and a terminal. In the process of registering the terminal in the network, whether the terminal subscribes to the preset service can be determined, so that the interaction times of out-of-band short messages between the terminal and the network side equipment are reduced, unnecessary international roaming short message cost is saved for the user, and better user experience is provided for the user; and the data processing capacity of the network side equipment can be reduced, and the communication efficiency is improved.
Fig. 2 is a flow chart illustrating an information processing method according to an embodiment of the present application. The method can be applied to network side equipment. As shown in fig. 2, the information processing method includes, but is not limited to, the following steps.
Step S201, responding to the registration request sent by the terminal, determining that the terminal is in an international roaming state, and acquiring the identification of the terminal.
The registration request may include an identifier of whether the terminal is in an international roaming state, through which whether the terminal is in the international roaming state can be explicitly known; and further obtains the identifier of the terminal in the international roaming state, so as to facilitate the subsequent processing for the terminal.
Step S202, inquiring and obtaining service subscription information corresponding to the terminal according to the identification of the terminal.
The service subscription information comprises a subscription identifier of the terminal, and the subscription identifier is used for representing whether the terminal subscribes to a preset service.
It should be noted that, the preset service may include: voice mailbox services and/or video traffic services.
The video flow service is used for enabling the user to obtain the service of network flow of video data aiming at specific applications, so that the user can obtain data flow in a specific direction when watching video online, the use of conventional data flow of the user is reduced, and the use experience of the user is improved.
The subscription identifier can represent whether the terminal subscribes to the preset service, and different types of preset services are processed differently according to the preset service of different types under the condition that the terminal subscribes to the preset service, so that the processing efficiency of the service is improved.
Step S203, generating a registration response according to the subscription identifier and the identifier of the terminal.
The registration response is used for enabling the terminal to determine a data communication mode between the terminal and the network side equipment based on the subscription identification, reducing unnecessary data interaction times, improving communication efficiency, reducing communication cost of a user and improving use experience of the user.
Step S204, a registration response is sent to the terminal, so that the terminal determines the information interaction mode between the network side equipment and the terminal based on the subscription identification.
The information interaction mode may include a plurality of different modes, for example, a data network-based interaction mode, a mobile communication network-based interaction mode, a voice processing-based interaction mode, and the like.
By adopting different types of information interaction modes, the interaction between the terminal and the network side equipment can be faster and more convenient, the terminal can obtain the communication service provided by the network side equipment more quickly, and the use experience of the terminal is improved.
In this embodiment, by responding to a registration request sent by a terminal, it is determined that the terminal is in an international roaming state, and an identifier of the terminal is obtained; inquiring and obtaining service subscription information corresponding to the terminal according to the identifier of the terminal so as to acquire that the terminal subscribes to the services specifically, thereby facilitating the subsequent targeted processing of the services carried out by the terminal; the service subscription information comprises a subscription identifier of the terminal, and whether the terminal subscribes to a preset service can be represented by the subscription identifier; generating a registration response according to the subscription identifier and the identifier of the terminal; and sending a registration response to the terminal so that the terminal determines the information interaction mode between the network side equipment and the terminal based on the subscription identification. In the process of registering the terminal in the network, whether the terminal subscribes to the preset service is determined, so that the interaction times of out-of-band short messages between the terminal and the network side equipment can be reduced, unnecessary international roaming short message cost is saved for the user, and better user experience is provided for the user; and the data processing capacity of the network side equipment can be reduced, and the communication efficiency is improved.
Another possible implementation manner is provided in the embodiments of the present application, where the registration request includes: real-time location information of the terminal.
In response to the registration request sent by the terminal in step S201, it is determined that the terminal is in the international roaming state, which may be implemented as follows.
Responding to a registration request sent by a terminal, and obtaining real-time position information of the terminal; inquiring a database according to the identification of the terminal, and determining the attribution position information of the terminal; and determining that the terminal is in an international roaming state according to the real-time position information of the terminal and the home position information of the terminal.
The home location information is used for representing location information of network side equipment of a home location corresponding to the terminal.
For example, the home location information may be a network address of an operator server of a home location corresponding to the terminal, or may be a common home address corresponding to a user using the terminal, and the above home location information is merely exemplary, and may be specifically set according to actual needs, and other home location information not described is also within the scope of protection of the present application and will not be described herein.
The real-time position information of the terminal and the home position information of the terminal are analyzed to determine whether the terminal is in a home position, and when the terminal is determined not to be in the home position, the terminal can be determined to be in a roaming state; further, the distance between the terminal and its home server may be determined according to the real-time location information of the terminal and the real-time location information of its home server, and when the distance is greater than a preset distance threshold (e.g., 500 km, etc.), it may be determined that the terminal is in an international roaming state.
The real-time position information of the terminal can be analyzed through the acquired registration request sent by the terminal, so that the current position state of the terminal is clear; in the registration process, the terminal is determined to be in an international roaming state, so that the terminal can be conveniently processed in a specific area, and the processing accuracy of the terminal is improved.
Fig. 3 is a flow chart of an information processing method according to another embodiment of the present application. The method can be applied to network side equipment. As shown in fig. 3, the information processing method includes, but is not limited to, the following steps.
Step S301, the identification of the terminal is obtained in response to the voice mail service activating request sent by the terminal for the first time.
When the terminal needs to activate the voice mail service, the terminal can be marked by analyzing the voice mail service activating request sent by the terminal for the first time to obtain the identification of the terminal, so that the terminal can be conveniently and subsequently activated, and when the terminal uses the voice mail service, the terminal can be accurately charged, information in the voice mail is sent and the like, and the use experience of the terminal is improved.
In some implementations, activating the voicemail service request includes: at least one of identification of the terminal, server information corresponding to the voice mail service, real-time location information corresponding to the terminal, subscriber Identity Module (SIM) information installed in the terminal, and operator server information where the terminal resides.
The server information corresponding to the voice mailbox service may include: at least one of a server port number, a server name, and a password.
The real-time position information corresponding to the terminal comprises: longitude and latitude information, or physical geographic location information of landmark buildings, etc. The terminal can be accurately positioned through the real-time position information corresponding to the terminal so as to determine whether the terminal is in a roaming state or not, and the subsequent processing is convenient.
The subscriber identity card (Subscriber Identity Module, SIM) information installed in the terminal may include: whether the SIM card is a newly installed card, or attribute information of the SIM card, etc.
The operator server information where the terminal resides can characterize information of an operation server (e.g., public land mobile network (Public Land Mobile Network, PLMN) information corresponding to the operator server) to which the terminal is currently connected, so as to facilitate positioning of the terminal.
By activating the voice mail service request to carry the information of multiple dimensions, the network side equipment can accurately acquire the requirement information of the terminal, the processing accuracy of the terminal is improved, and the voice mail service required by the terminal is accelerated to be activated.
Step S302, activating voice mail service for the terminal according to the terminal identification, and generating voice mail service subscription identification.
The voice mail service subscription identifier is used for indicating that the terminal has subscribed to the voice mail service and successfully activates the voice mail service.
The voice mail service is activated for the terminal based on the identification of the terminal, so that the terminal can use the voice mail service, the proportion of missing information of the terminal is reduced, the voice mail is used for storing the voice information missed by the terminal, the user using the terminal is prompted to check, and the use experience of the user is improved.
Step S303, the identification of the terminal and the voice mail service subscription identification are stored in a unified data warehouse function entity.
Wherein the unified data warehouse function (Unified Data Repository, UDR) entity is for storing communication data, which may comprise shared data and/or user data. Other devices in the network can learn the data needed by the devices through the UDR entity.
For example, the unified data management function (Unified Data Management, UDM) entity may facilitate processing of a service used by a user by accessing the UDR entity and retrieving data stored in the UDR entity based on user data (e.g., an identifier of a terminal, etc.), obtaining service subscription data corresponding to the user data, etc.
As another example, the policy control function (policy control function, PCF) entity can obtain policy data (e.g., authentication policy and authentication parameters information for the terminal) that it needs by retrieving the data in the UDR entity.
By storing the identifier of the terminal and the voice mail service subscription identifier to the UDR entity, service information (such as the voice mail service subscription identifier) of the specific subscription of the terminal can be quickly obtained conveniently based on the identifier of the terminal, and the processing efficiency of the service used by the terminal is improved.
Step S304, responding to the registration request sent by the terminal, determining that the terminal is in an international roaming state, and obtaining the identification of the terminal.
It should be noted that, the registration request is a request sent to the network side device by the terminal when the terminal is started, and the terminal has subscribed to the preset service before being automatically powered off or manually powered off by the user.
The power-on operation has not been performed when the terminal moves to a location other than home (for example, when the terminal is in an international roaming state), and step 304 is an operation performed when the terminal is first powered on when it is in an international roaming state.
Step S305, inquiring and obtaining service subscription information corresponding to the terminal according to the identification of the terminal.
Step S306, generating registration response according to the subscription identifier and the terminal identifier.
Step S307, a registration response is sent to the terminal, so that the terminal determines the information interaction mode between the network side equipment and the terminal based on the subscription identification.
It should be noted that, steps S305 to S307 in the present embodiment are the same as steps S202 to S204 in the previous embodiment, and are not described here again.
In this embodiment, the identifier of the terminal and the identifier of the voice mail service subscription are stored in the UDR entity, so that service information of the specific subscription of the terminal can be obtained quickly based on the identifier of the terminal, and the processing efficiency of the service used by the terminal is improved. In addition, in the process that the terminal is in the international roaming state and performs network registration, whether the terminal subscribes to the preset service is determined, so that the interaction times of out-of-band short messages between the terminal and the network side equipment can be reduced, unnecessary international roaming short message cost can be saved for a user, the data processing capacity of the network side equipment can be reduced, and the communication efficiency is improved.
In some implementations, the service subscription information further includes: service subscription state information of the terminal, wherein the service subscription state information is used for representing state information of preset services subscribed by the terminal.
The step S202 or the step S305 may be implemented as follows according to the identifier of the terminal, and the service subscription information corresponding to the terminal is obtained by querying.
Generating a query request according to the identification of the terminal; sending a query request to a unified data warehouse function (UDR) entity; and responding to the inquiry response fed back by the UDR entity to obtain the terminal.
The service subscription status information may include: whether the subscription data is changed, and change state information when the subscription data is changed.
The service subscription state information corresponding to the identification of the terminal and the subscription identification of the terminal are obtained through the inquiry of the UDR entity, which services the terminal subscribes to and whether subscription data corresponding to the subscribed services are changed can be clarified, the subsequent processing of the services subscribed by the terminal is facilitated, and the service processing efficiency is improved.
The embodiment of the application provides another possible implementation manner, wherein the information interaction manner at least comprises the following steps: and an out-of-band short message interaction mode.
For example, the information interaction means may also include a network channel interaction means. The generation of the registration response according to the subscription identification and the identification of the terminal in step S203 or step S306 may be implemented as follows.
Determining whether the state information of the preset service subscribed by the terminal changes according to the service subscription state information of the terminal under the condition that the terminal subscribes the preset service according to the subscription identification of the terminal; under the condition that the state information of the preset service subscribed by the terminal is not changed, generating a registration response according to the subscription identifier and the identifier of the terminal.
The registration response is used for indicating the terminal not to send the status short message to the network side equipment in the form of the out-of-band short message, and enabling the visual voice mail VVM client installed in the terminal to send service data corresponding to the preset service to the network side equipment based on the network channel.
For example, the status short message includes: the service subscription queries status information and/or service data. The service data are data when the terminal and the network side equipment perform service interaction.
It should be noted that, because the terminal has subscribed to the preset service and the state information of the preset service has not changed, the VVM client installed in the terminal does not need to send the query message to the network side device any more, so that the number of interactions of short messages between the terminal and the network side device can be reduced, and unnecessary communication cost is reduced; and when the terminal fails, the client of the voice mail service can not frequently send the uplink international roaming short message any more, so that the data processing amount of the network side equipment is reduced, and the communication efficiency is improved.
Fig. 4 is a flow chart illustrating an information processing method according to still another embodiment of the present application. The method is applicable to the terminal. As shown in fig. 4, the information processing method includes, but is not limited to, the following steps.
Step S401, in the case of determining that the terminal is in the international roaming state, sending a registration request to the network side device.
Wherein the registration request includes an identification of the terminal. For example, the identification of the terminal may include: device number of the terminal, or unique network number of the terminal in the network, etc.
For example, the registration request may carry real-time location information of the terminal, and compare the real-time location information with location information of a home server corresponding to the terminal, so as to determine whether the terminal is in an international roaming state.
When the real-time position information is different from the position information of the home server corresponding to the terminal, determining that the terminal is in a roaming state; further, the distance between the terminal and its home server may be determined according to the real-time location information of the terminal and the real-time location information of its home server, and when the distance is greater than a preset distance threshold (e.g., 500 km, etc.), it may be determined that the terminal is in an international roaming state.
The above determination manner of the terminal in the international roaming state is merely illustrative, and may be specifically set according to actual situations, and other determination manners of the terminal in the international roaming state, which are not illustrated, are also within the protection scope of the present application, and are not described herein.
Step S402, in response to the registration response fed back by the network side equipment, acquiring the subscription identification corresponding to the identification of the terminal.
The subscription identifier is used for representing whether the terminal subscribes to a preset service. For example, the preset service may include: voice mailbox service, video traffic service, etc. The above preset service is only exemplified, and can be specifically set according to actual situations, and other non-explained preset services are also within the protection scope of the present application, and are not described herein again.
For example, the registration response may include an order identifier, through which whether the terminal has subscribed to the preset service can be clarified, so as to determine a subsequent execution step, facilitate processing of the preset service by the terminal, and improve service processing efficiency.
Step S403, based on the order identification, determining the information interaction mode between the network side equipment and the terminal.
The information interaction mode comprises the following steps: and the out-of-band short message interaction mode and/or the network channel interaction mode.
If the subscription identification indicates that the terminal has subscribed to the preset service, the terminal can interact information with the network side equipment in a network channel interaction mode, so that short information interaction between the terminal and the network side equipment is reduced, and unnecessary communication cost is reduced.
For example, under the condition that the subscription identifier is determined to be used for identifying that the terminal subscribes to the preset service, the terminal does not send the state short message to the network side device in an out-of-band short message interaction mode, and the visual voice mail VVM client installed in the terminal performs service data interaction with the network side device based on a network channel interaction mode.
If the subscription identification indicates that the terminal does not subscribe to the preset service, the terminal needs to send a subscription request to the network side device in an out-of-band short message interaction mode, so that the network side device can provide communication service of the preset service for the terminal. Further, when the terminal determines to obtain the subscription response fed back by the network side device in the out-of-band short message interaction mode and determines that the subscription of the preset service is successful, the terminal can acquire the data information corresponding to the preset service provided by the network side device in the network channel interaction mode.
For example, under the condition that the subscription identifier is determined to be used for identifying that the terminal does not subscribe to the preset service, the terminal sends the state short message to the network side equipment in an out-of-band short message interaction mode. The service data is data corresponding to a preset service.
By adopting different information interaction modes, the terminal can communicate with the network side equipment by adopting different processing modes, the communication efficiency is improved, unnecessary communication cost of the terminal is reduced, the information interaction mode of the terminal is determined when the terminal is initially registered to the roaming operator server, the condition that the terminal frequently sends out-of-band short messages to the home operator server under the condition of failure is avoided, the communication cost of the terminal is reduced, and the communication efficiency is improved.
In this embodiment, when the terminal is determined to be in the international roaming state, a registration request is sent to the network side device, so that the network side device can acquire the current roaming state of the terminal, and different communication processes are performed on the terminal in a targeted manner; responding to a registration response fed back by the network side equipment, acquiring an ordering identifier corresponding to the identifier of the terminal, wherein the ordering identifier is used for representing whether the terminal has ordered a preset service, determining whether the terminal has ordered the preset service, and accelerating the service processing speed of the terminal; based on the order identification, the information interaction mode between the network side equipment and the terminal is determined, so that the network side equipment can communicate with the terminal by using different information interaction modes, the interaction times of out-of-band short messages between the terminal and the network side equipment are reduced, unnecessary international roaming short message cost is saved for a user, and better user experience is provided for the user; and the data processing capacity of the network side equipment can be reduced, and the communication efficiency is improved.

Fig. 7 shows a block diagram of the information processing system provided in the embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 7, the information processing system includes, but is not limited to, the following devices.
A terminal 710, a first operator server 720, a communication gateway 730, a second operator corresponding network side device 740, and a unified data warehouse function (Unified Data Repository, UDR) entity 750.
The network side device 740 is a device belonging to a second operator, where the second operator and the first operator are operators in different areas, and the second operator is an operator corresponding to the home location of the terminal 710. The network side device 740 includes: an access and mobility management function (Access and Mobility Management Function, AMF) entity 741 and a unified data management function, UDM, entity 742.
In the process of communicating with other devices (for example, the first operator server 720, the network side device 740 corresponding to the second operator, etc.), the terminal 710 needs to use State information, so that other devices can learn the current State of the terminal 710.
The manner in which the terminal 710 transmits the request for inquiring the status information to the network-side device 740 may be implemented as follows.
First, when the voice mail client installed in the terminal 710 activates the voice mail service for the first time, an uplink query message needs to be sent, where the uplink query message may include: at least one of status, device model and Type (Type). The Type at this time is 1.
Next, after the user inserts a communication card (e.g., a subscriber identification card (Subscriber Identity Module, SIM), etc.) on the terminal 710, the voice mail client sends an uplink query message, which may include: at least one of status, device model and Type (Type), where Type is 2.
When the terminal is started and registered to a communication network (such as a mobile cellular network) through a SIM card, the network side device 740 sends service subscription information subscribed by the terminal 710 to the terminal 710, and a voice mailbox client installed in the terminal 710 determines whether the service subscription information has a related service subscription identifier by searching a cache of the terminal 710.
If, through the service subscription identifier, it is determined that the terminal 710 does not subscribe to the preset service, the terminal 710 may send an uplink query message to the network side device 740, where the uplink query message may include: at least one of status, device model and Type (Type), the Type at this time being 3. If it is determined that the terminal 710 has subscribed to the preset service, the terminal 710 does not transmit the uplink query message any more.
The STATE (STATE) includes: online or offline. In the case where it is determined that the network-side device 740 does not feed back the inquiry response to the terminal 710, the terminal 710 needs to set its own state offline. The server notification (Server Notifications) fed back by the network side device 740 may be characterized by the STATE. In the case of determining that the State information of the preset service subscribed to by the terminal 710 changes, the network side device 740 may make the terminal 710 learn the change of the State information by transmitting the State information.
For example, table 1 shows variable names and their corresponding meanings included in STATE information in embodiments of the present application. As shown in table 1, the PLMN therein is capable of characterizing the identity of the PLMN corresponding to the first operator server 720 where the terminal 710 is currently resident.
Table 1 variables included in state information
When the first operator server 720 receives a State message, where "State" is "Active", it characterizes that the terminal 710 has information (e.g., voice message and/or alert tone) updated.
It should be noted that, when the terminal 710 first sends a request for activating the voice mail service to the network side device 740 corresponding to the second operator, the network side device 740 obtains the identifier of the terminal 710; then, the network side device 740 activates the voice mailbox service for the terminal 710 according to the identifier of the terminal 710, generates a voice mailbox service subscription identifier, and stores the identifier of the terminal 710 and the voice mailbox service subscription identifier in the UDR entity 750. The voice mail service activating request can be in the form of State information to transfer information.
When the terminal 710 performs international roaming, when the terminal 710 is booted and registered on a first operator server (for example, a foreign operator server, etc.), subscription information (for example, subscription information includes service subscription information) corresponding to a visual voicemail (Visual Voice Mail, VVM) service of the terminal 710 may be obtained from a network side device 740 corresponding to a second operator (i.e., a home server of the terminal 710). So that the VVM client installed on the terminal 710 may determine, through the service subscription information, not to send the status short message to the network side device 740 in the form of an out-of-band short message.
Fig. 8 is a flowchart illustrating an operation method of the information processing system according to the embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 8, the method specifically comprises the following steps.
In step S801, the terminal 710 roams into the range of the first operator server 720, and the terminal 710 is powered on and transmits a registration request to the first operator server 720.
The first operator server 720 is a server in a first area, the home location of the terminal 710 is a second area (the second area is a coverage area of the network side device 740 corresponding to the second operator), and a distance between the second area and the first area is greater than a preset distance threshold (for example, 500 km). The registration request includes an identification of the terminal 710 and real-time location information of the terminal 710.
For example, the home of the terminal 710 is china, and the first area corresponding to the first operator server 720 is another country other than china, and so on. For another example, the home location of the terminal 710 is Beijing, and the first area is Shanghai, etc.
In step S802, after receiving the registration request, the first operator server 720 forwards the registration request to the communication gateway 730.
Among them, the communication gateway 730 may include an international communication gateway and a domestic communication gateway; communication gateway 730 may also include only a national communication gateway. When the first operator server 720 is a foreign operator server, the registration request needs to be forwarded through the international communication gateway and the national communication gateway, so that the national communication gateway can learn about the registration request.
When the first operator server 720 is a national operator server, the registration request only needs to pass through the national communication gateway.
In step S803, the communication gateway 730 forwards the received registration request to the AMF entity 741 corresponding to the second operator.
In step S804, the AMF entity 741 sends a Registration request (e.g. nudm_uecm_registration message) to the UDM entity 742, and obtains the service subscription status information corresponding to the terminal 710 through the nudm_sdm_get instruction.
In step S805, the UDM entity 742 queries the UDR entity 750 for subscription data of the terminal 710 to determine service information subscribed to by the terminal 710.
For example, the subscription data may include: service subscription status information of the terminal 710 and subscription identification of the terminal 710.
In step S806, the UDR entity 750 sends a query response to the UDM entity 742.
For example, the query response includes: subscription identification of the terminal 710; the subscription identity of the terminal 710 may be denoted as "VVM" to determine whether the terminal 710 is subscribed to VVM services. If the VVM is 1, characterizing terminal 710 has subscribed to the VVM service; if the VVM is 0, then the characterizing terminal 710 is not subscribed to the VVM service.
In step S807, the UDM entity 742 forwards the query response to the AMF entity 741.
Wherein the service subscription status information of the terminal 710 and the subscription identification (e.g., VVM service subscription identification, etc.) of the terminal 710 may be obtained through the nudm_sdm_get Response message.
Step S808 needs to be performed in addition to step S807.
In step S808, the AMF entity 741 performs information interaction with the UDM entity 742 for subscribing to the subscription data change notification service.
For example, the AMF entity 741 may subscribe to a change notification service of subscription data with the UDM entity 742 using a nudm_sdm_subscrib message. In the case of determining that the subscribed subscription data includes change information of state information of a preset service (for example, a VVM service, etc.), the AMF entity 741 receives a change notification actively sent by the UDM entity 742.
Step S809, in the case that it is determined that the terminal 710 has subscribed to the preset service (e.g., the VVM service, etc.), and the state information of the preset service has not changed, generating a registration response according to the subscription identifier and the identifier of the terminal 710; and transmits the registration response to the terminal 710.
Wherein the registration response is forwarded through communication gateway 730 and first operator server 720, so that terminal 710 may obtain the registration response, and thus terminal 710 may obtain the service information subscribed to by the terminal.
In step S810, the terminal 710 determines an information interaction manner between the terminal 710 and the network side device 740 corresponding to the second operator based on the subscription identifier in the registration response.
For example, in the case where it is determined that the subscription identifier is used to identify that the terminal 710 has subscribed to a preset service (for example, VVM is 1), the terminal 710 does not send a status short message to the network side device 740 in an out-of-band short message interaction manner, and the VVM client installed in the terminal 710 performs interaction of service data with the network side device 740 based on a network channel interaction manner, where the service data is data corresponding to the preset service.
In the case that the subscription identifier is determined to identify that the terminal 710 does not subscribe to the preset service (for example, VVM is 0), the terminal 710 sends the status short message to the network side device 740 in an out-of-band short message interaction manner.
In this embodiment, when the terminal is started up at roaming location and registered to a roaming location operator server (for example, a first operator server) under the condition that the terminal is determined to be in an international roaming state, the UDM of the home location of the terminal sends the subscription information of the preset service (for example, a voice mail service, etc.) to the first operator server, so that the first operator server forwards the subscription information of the preset service to the terminal; therefore, when the terminal receives the message sent by the operator server (such as the network side equipment corresponding to the second operator) of the attribution, the terminal can send the status short message to the network side equipment corresponding to the second operator without an out-of-band short message interaction mode, the interaction times of the out-of-band short message between the terminal and the network side equipment can be reduced, unnecessary international roaming short message expense can be saved for the user, the problem that the client of the voice mail service frequently sends the uplink international roaming short message when the terminal fails can be avoided, the data processing capacity of the network side equipment can be reduced, and the communication efficiency can be improved.
It is to be understood that the above embodiments are merely illustrative of the exemplary embodiments employed to illustrate the principles of the present application, however, the present application is not limited thereto. Various modifications and improvements may be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and substance of the application, and are also considered to be within the scope of the application.
