The wine product grading traceability management system based on data analysis of claim 1, wherein the production data comprises production date, production process type, production process time and production environment parameters of the analysis object; the transportation data comprises a transportation time period, a transportation mode and transportation personnel of the analysis object; the sales data includes the number of sales of the analysis object, the time of sales, and the name of the sales buyer.
3. The wine product grading and traceability management system based on data analysis of claim 1, wherein the operation process of the production analysis unit is as follows:
acquiring a maximum temperature fluctuation value in the production process of an analysis object and an average environmental humidity in the production process, and comparing the maximum temperature fluctuation value with a temperature fluctuation value threshold value and an average environmental humidity threshold value range respectively:
if the maximum temperature floating value in the production process of the analysis object exceeds the temperature floating value threshold value or the average environmental humidity in the production process is not in the average environmental humidity threshold value range, judging that the production process analysis of the corresponding analysis object is unqualified, generating a production analysis abnormal signal and sending the production analysis abnormal signal to a control server;
if the maximum temperature floating value in the production process of the analysis object does not exceed the temperature floating value threshold value and the average environmental humidity in the production process is within the average environmental humidity threshold value range, judging that the production process of the corresponding analysis object is qualified, generating a normal production analysis signal and sending the normal production analysis signal to the control server.
4. The wine product grading and traceability management system based on data analysis of claim 1, wherein the transportation analysis unit is operated as follows:
acquiring a difference value between actual transportation time consumption and predicted transportation time consumption of the analysis object and a transportation damage rate of the analysis object, and comparing the difference value with a time consumption difference threshold value and a transportation damage rate threshold value respectively:
if the difference value between the actual transportation time consumption and the predicted transportation time consumption of the analysis object exceeds the time consumption difference value threshold value, or the transportation damage rate of the analysis object exceeds the transportation damage rate threshold value, judging that the transportation analysis of the corresponding analysis object is unqualified, generating a transportation analysis abnormal signal and sending the transportation analysis abnormal signal to a control server;
if the difference value between the actual transportation time consumption and the expected transportation time consumption of the analysis object does not exceed the time consumption difference value threshold value, and the transportation damage rate of the analysis object does not exceed the transportation damage rate threshold value, the transportation analysis of the corresponding analysis object is judged to be qualified, a transportation analysis normal signal is generated, and the transportation analysis normal signal is sent to the control server.
5. The wine product grading traceability management system based on data analysis of claim 1, wherein the sales analysis unit is operated as follows:
