Example one
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a method for controlling a business process in an embodiment of the present application, which is applicable to a situation of approval and control of a budget payment application, and relates to the technical field of computers. The method may be executed by a control apparatus of a business process, and the apparatus may be implemented in software and/or hardware, and is preferably configured in an electronic device, such as a computer device or an intelligent terminal. As shown in fig. 1, the method specifically includes:
s101, responding to the fact that the application amount in the budget payment application exceeds the budget balance, and obtaining the reserved budget amount.
The budget payment application is an application initiated by an approval system by an applicant, and can be implemented after approval. The applicant needs to fill the system with information including the applicant, the applicant department, the application title, the date, the application amount, and the budget project.
If the approval system judges that the application amount in the current budget payment application exceeds the budget balance, the application cannot be directly passed. Thus, the acquisition of the reserved budget amount continues. The reserved budget amount is the portion of the budget that is reserved in advance for the item outside the budget of the item itself.
And S102, if the reserved budget amount meets the preset addition condition, performing budget addition for the budget payment application from the reserved budget amount, and ending the approval process of the budget payment application.
S103, if the reserved budget amount does not meet the preset adding condition, returning back the budget payment application and indicating the applicant of the budget payment application to submit the budget payment adjustment application.
When the amount of the application in the budget payment application exceeds the budget balance, the budget can be added from the reserved budget. However, depending on the requirements of the actual scenario, it is also necessary to pre-configure an addition condition, that is, an addition from the reserved budget for an item can only be performed if the addition condition of the item is met. After acquiring the reserved budget amount, the embodiment of the application judges whether the reserved budget amount meets a preset addition condition, for example, whether the reserved budget amount exceeds the current application amount, or whether the amount of the set amount remains in the reserved budget amount after the current budget payment application addition amount, and the like.
If the reserved budget amount meets the preset adding condition, the budget adding can be performed for the budget application from the reserved budget amount, and after adding the budget, the approval process of the current budget application can be finished. If the reserved budget amount does not meet the preset adding condition, the budget addition for the budget allocation application can not be carried out from the reserved budget amount, and then the budget allocation application can be returned, and the applicant of the budget allocation application is instructed to submit the budget allocation adjustment application so as to complete the budget allocation through the adjustment later.
In the technical scheme of the embodiment of the application, when the application amount in the budget payment application exceeds the budget balance, the application is not returned to the applicant of the application immediately, but the reserved budget amount is automatically acquired, and when the reserved budget amount meets the preset addition condition, the budget payment application can be directly subjected to budget addition from the reserved budget amount, and then the approval process of the budget payment application can be ended. And if the reserved budget amount does not meet the adding condition, returning back the budget payment application, and indicating the applicant of the application to submit the budget payment regulating application so as to finish the examination and approval of the budget payment application through the regulation. Therefore, the method has the advantages of few examination and approval links, simple operation steps and no resource waste, and improves examination and approval efficiency.
Example two
Fig. 2a is a flowchart of a method for controlling a business process in the second embodiment of the present application, and the present embodiment is further optimized based on the foregoing embodiments. As shown in fig. 2, the method includes:
s201, judging whether the application amount in the budget payment application exceeds the budget balance according to a preset over-budget condition, if not, executing S202, and if so, executing S203.
S202, budget payment is carried out from the budget balance, and the approval process of the budget payment application is ended.
If the application amount in the budget payment application does not exceed the budget balance, the payment can be directly made from the budget balance, and therefore, the approval process is also finished.
S203, acquiring the reserved budget amount, judging whether the reserved budget amount meets a preset addition condition, if so, executing S204, and if not, executing S205.
S204, adding budget for the budget payment application from the reserved budget amount, and ending the approval process of the budget payment application.
S205, returning the budget payment application and indicating the applicant of the budget payment application to submit the budget payment adjustment application.
And S206, carrying out budget allocation on the budget allocation application according to the budget allocation application, and ending the approval process of the budget allocation application.
After receiving the instruction on the system, the applicant can submit a budget payment dispatching application, wherein the application comprises budget items and money to be dispatched, specifically comprising budget dispatching items, dispatching money, budget calling items, dispatching money and the like. After receiving the budget expenditure adjustment application, the financial staff can perform budget adjustment on the budget expenditure application according to the information, and can finish the approval process of the budget expenditure application after the adjustment is finished.
It should be further noted that, the budget balance, the reserved budget amount, and the remaining budget of the called item, which are involved in the budget dispensing process, in the approval process may be directly extracted from the database by the approval system of the embodiment of the present application, so as to implement automatic determination, and prompt the determination result to the approver through the system, thereby improving the approval efficiency.
In one embodiment, not all items have a reserved budget, and therefore, failure to acquire the amount of the reserved budget indicates that no budget addition is possible, returns the budget allocation application, and instructs the applicant of the budget allocation application to submit the budget allocation application.
In another embodiment, if the budget application includes a budget appending schedule or a budget adjusting schedule, the method of the embodiment of the present application further includes: and according to the budget addition details or the budget adjustment details in the budget branch application, performing budget addition or budget adjustment on the budget branch application, and ending the approval process of the budget branch application. Specifically, in order to further improve the approval efficiency of the system, a form for filling the budget addition details and the budget adjustment details may be added to the interface for the system budget payment filling application. Since the applicant having a certain authority can know the current budget balance and the usage of the reserved budget amount in advance, it can be determined in advance whether the current budget amount is directly allocated from the budget balance, can be added from the reserved budget amount, or needs to be adjusted. Therefore, the applicant can directly fill the budget addition details or the budget adjustment details on the application form of the budget expenditure application, so that the financial approver can directly approve the budget addition or the budget adjustment when receiving the budget expenditure application without returning to the applicant to fill the application form again, thereby saving the flow steps and improving the approval efficiency.
Exemplarily, fig. 2b, 2c and 2d are an application form interface style diagram of a budget expenditure application, an expression setting interface style diagram of an over-budget condition and an expression setting interface style diagram of an addition condition in the embodiment of the present application, respectively. Through the filling interface of the expense application form shown in fig. 2b, the applicant needs to fill in expense details and carry related accessories if necessary, and meanwhile, for an authorized applicant, when the authorized applicant knows that the budget balance of the current project is insufficient, and no budget is reserved, or the budget is insufficient, the expense adjustment details can be directly filled in the application form, so that financial staff can directly perform budget adjustment during approval, other intermediate approval links are omitted, and the efficiency is improved. In the expression setting interfaces of the over-budget conditions and the additional conditions shown in fig. 2c and 2d, the applicant can configure the expressions of the over-budget conditions and the expressions of the additional conditions through the form items of parameters, conditions, values and logics, and the configured over-budget conditions and additional conditions are used for automatic judgment of the approval process. The applicant can configure various conditions according to the needs of an actual scenario, and the embodiment of the present application is not limited in this respect.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the application, whether the budget balance is exceeded or not and whether budget addition is carried out or not can be automatically judged by the system, and the application is returned to the applicant to fill in the budget adjustment application only when the budget balance is exceeded and sufficient or no budget is reserved, so that in the whole approval process, the approval links are few, the operation steps are simple, the waste of resources is avoided, and the approval efficiency is improved.
EXAMPLE III
Fig. 3a is a flowchart of a method for controlling a business process in a third embodiment of the present application, and the present embodiment is further optimized based on the foregoing embodiments. As shown in FIG. 3a, the business process of budget approval of the embodiment of the present application relates to the applicant, the upper approver and the financial approver. In the process, firstly, in step 1, the applicant initiates a budget expenditure application, then the process enters step 2, and a superordinate approver performs approval, wherein the approval is usually a right approval and includes judging whether the reason of the expense application is reasonable and the like, and the process flows to step 3 after the approval is passed. In step 3, the financial approver will approve the current budget payment application, for example, determine whether the reason of the fee application is reasonable, and then go to step 4, the system will obtain the budget balance, and determine whether the application amount in the budget payment application exceeds the budget balance. If the budget balance is judged to be exceeded, step 5 is entered to further judge whether there is sufficient reserved budget. If the budget is judged to be sufficient, the method enters step 6, the budget is added for the current budget supporting application, and then the approval process of the current budget supporting application is completed, and the approval is passed. If the budget is not sufficiently reserved, step 7 is entered, and the application is returned to the applicant, so as to instruct the applicant to fill the budget items needing to be scheduled, that is, to submit the budget scheduling application. And then, entering a step 8, carrying out budget adjustment on the current budget expenditure application by the financial staff according to the information in the budget adjustment application, and then ending the approval process of the current budget expenditure application.
FIG. 3b is a diagram illustrating a budget approval process in the prior art. As can be seen from FIG. 3b, the conventional budget approval process is generally as follows: firstly, a budget applicant initiates a budget payment application, a superior approver enters financial approval after approval, and when the payment amount of the application is larger than the residual budget, the financial approver refutes the budget application. And then, initiating a budget adjustment application by the budget applicant, entering financial approval after the approval of the upper-level approver, adding budget or adjusting the budget by the financial approver, informing the applicant to reinitiate a budget payment application, entering financial approval after the approval of the upper-level approver is passed, and modifying the payment amount of the application to be in accordance with conditions and passing the approval of financial staff.
In contrast, in the budget approval process in the prior art, the applicant needs to initiate an application many times, the upper-level approver needs to perform approval on the same event many times, and the financial approver needs to perform repeated approval to complete the whole approval item, so that resources are wasted. In the method for controlling the business process according to the embodiment of the present application, the applicant only needs to initiate a budget payment application at most, and fills in a budget adjustment application when the budget balance is insufficient or the budget cannot be added, and the upper approver of the applicant only needs to perform an event right approval, so that the financial staff only needs to perform budget addition when the system automatically determines that the balance is insufficient and the budget is allowed to be added, and perform budget adjustment according to the information of the budget adjustment application. Therefore, the method and the device have the advantages that the number of examination and approval links of the budget expenditure application is less, the operation steps are simpler, and the waste of resources is avoided, so that the examination and approval efficiency is improved.
Example four
Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of a control device of a business process in a fourth embodiment of the present application. The embodiment can be applied to the conditions of approval and control of budget payment applications, and relates to the technical field of computers. The device can realize the control method of the business process in any embodiment of the application. As shown in fig. 4, the control device 400 of the business process specifically includes:
