The psoriasis multispectral photographing device according to claim 3, wherein the power actuator comprises a support frame (7), a first deceleration servo motor (8) is connected to the top surface of the support frame (7), a longitudinal lead screw (13) is connected to the output end of the first deceleration servo motor (8), bearing seats (14) are fixedly sleeved on the peripheries of the top end and the bottom end of the longitudinal lead screw (13), and a lead screw nut (23) which is matched with the longitudinal lead screw (13) is movably sleeved on the periphery of the longitudinal lead screw (13).
