Abstract
The invention discloses a luminous interior trim part assembly which is characterized by comprising a lamp and a light guide plate, wherein the light guide plate comprises a plate body and a first three-dimensional structure; the lamp is arranged around the light guide plate and emits light towards the first three-dimensional structure, and the first three-dimensional structure reflects or refracts light. The light emitted by the lamp irradiates on the first three-dimensional structure of the light guide plate. Due to the first three-dimensional structure on the light guide plate, after the light irradiates the first three-dimensional structure on the light guide plate, the light can be reflected or refracted to generate a three-dimensional effect. The user can produce third dimension and science and technology sense in the process of using the product, so that the method is beneficial to increasing industrial additional output value for the whole product. The second three-dimensional structure is arranged, so that the reflection or refraction effect can be further increased.

There is a need for mood lighting in automotive upholstery, however, mood lighting is currently generally planar. The market has higher and higher requirements on atmosphere lamps, and the atmosphere lamps are required to have a three-dimensional effect.

a light fixture;
the light guide plate comprises a plate body and a first three-dimensional structure, and the first three-dimensional structure is arranged on the surface of the plate body;
the lamp is arranged around the light guide plate and emits light towards the first three-dimensional structure, and the first three-dimensional structure reflects or refracts light.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the first three-dimensional structure is a plurality of first protrusions protruding from a surface of the plate body and/or a plurality of structures recessed from the surface of the plate body toward an inside of the plate body.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the first protrusion is a polyhedron or a body of revolution.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the first protrusion is a polyhedron which is bounded by rhomboid, triangular, square or trapezoidal faces.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the three-dimensional structure further comprises a second three-dimensional structure, wherein the second three-dimensional structure is arranged on the first three-dimensional structure and protrudes out of the surface of the first three-dimensional structure.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the first steric structure is the same as or different from the second steric structure.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the cross-section of the depressions is diamond-shaped, triangular, square-shaped or trapezoidal.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the number of the first three-dimensional structures is plural, and the first three-dimensional structures are sequentially arranged in series or arranged at intervals.
The lamp light emitted by the lamp irradiates on the first three-dimensional structure of the light guide plate. Due to the first three-dimensional structure on the light guide plate, after the light irradiates the first three-dimensional structure on the light guide plate, the light can be reflected or refracted to generate a three-dimensional effect. Detailed Description
The invention is described in detail below with reference to the attached drawing figures:
as shown in fig. 1, the luminous interior assembly of the present embodiment includes a lamp (not shown) and a light guide plate 1. The light guide plate 1 comprises a plate body 11 and a first three-dimensional structure 12, wherein the first three-dimensional structure 12 is arranged on the surface of the plate body 11;
the lamp is disposed around the light guide plate 1, emits light toward the first three-dimensional structure 12, and the first three-dimensional structure 12 reflects or refracts light. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the first three-dimensional structure 12 is a plurality of first protrusions protruding from the surface of the plate body and/or a plurality of structures recessed from the surface of the plate body toward the inside of the plate body. According to one embodiment of the invention, the first protrusion is a polyhedron or a body of revolution. The first protrusion is a polyhedron formed by enclosing rhombic, triangular, square or trapezoidal surfaces.
In the example shown in the figures, the first three-dimensional structure 12 is a first protrusion protruding from the surface of the plate body 11, and the first protrusion is a polyhedron surrounded by six triangular planes 14.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the display device further comprises a second three-dimensional structure 13, wherein the second three-dimensional structure 13 is disposed on the first three-dimensional structure 12 and protrudes from a surface of the first three-dimensional structure 12. The first three-dimensional structure and the second three-dimensional structure are the same or different. In the example shown in the figure, the second three-dimensional structure 13 is structurally different from the first three-dimensional structure 12. The second three-dimensional structure is a cylinder.
In another embodiment according to the present invention, the cross-section of the depressions is diamond-shaped, triangular, square-shaped or trapezoidal.
When the LED lamp is used, light of the lamp irradiates on the light guide plate. Because the first three-dimensional structure on the light guide plate, light can produce three-dimensional effect after shining the first three-dimensional structure on the light guide plate. The user can produce three-dimensional sense and science and technology sense in the process of using the product, so be favorable to increasing industry additional output value for whole product.

Claims (8)
1. A lighted trim piece assembly, comprising:
a light fixture;
the light guide plate comprises a plate body and a first three-dimensional structure, wherein the first three-dimensional structure is arranged on the surface of the plate body;
the lamp is arranged around the light guide plate and emits light towards the first three-dimensional structure, and the first three-dimensional structure reflects or refracts light.
2. The illuminated interior trim component assembly of claim 1, wherein the first three-dimensional structure is a plurality of first protrusions protruding from a surface of the panel and/or a plurality of structures recessed from the surface of the panel into the interior of the panel.
3. The lighted trim component assembly of claim 2, wherein the first protrusion is a polyhedron or a body of revolution.
4. The illuminated interior trim component assembly of claim 3, wherein the first protrusion is a polyhedron bounded by diamond-shaped, triangular, square, or trapezoidal faces.
5. The lighted trim component assembly of claim 2, further comprising a second relief structure disposed on the first relief structure and protruding from a surface of the first relief structure.
6. The lighted trim component assembly of claim 5, wherein the first and second stereostructures are the same or different.
7. The illuminated interior trim component assembly of claim 2, wherein the recess has a diamond, triangular, square, or trapezoidal cross-section.
8. The illuminated interior trim component assembly of claim 1, wherein the first three-dimensional structure is a plurality of structures, and is sequentially arranged in series or at intervals.
