背景技术
玫瑰在培育过程中需要施加肥料,肥料可以帮助玫瑰生长,肥料是指提供一种或一种以上植物必需的营养元素,改善土壤性质、提高土壤肥力水平的一类物质,是农业生产的物质基础之一。主要包括磷酸铵类肥料、大量元素水溶性肥料、中量元素肥料、生物肥料。
现有的玫瑰用的肥料存在污染和公害,会造成土地板结和盐碱化,为此,我们提出一种玫瑰专用有机肥制造工艺。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种玫瑰专用有机肥制造工艺,解决了上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:一种玫瑰专用有机肥制造工艺,所述有机肥制造工艺采用屠宰场动物血液生物发酵而生产出液态生物有机肥料,组成成分有机质含量20%,氨基酸总量8%~10%、微量元素铁和锌总量1%~3%、氮3%~9%、磷2%~6%、钾1%~3%和动物血液生物发酵液,所述动物血液生物发酵液的发酵和制备方法如下:将动物血液灭菌,将EM菌与糖混合均匀制成发酵混合液,把屠宰场废血水升温至75-85℃灭菌,降温50℃,加入发酵混合液搅拌,继续酶解,好氧发酵10-12小时,降温30℃后厌氧发酵13-15小时,采样测定活菌数2亿/ml以上,测pH值5-6,即降温至20℃或室温和血液沼液6:4的比例混合后进行罐装。

应用本玫瑰专用有机肥实际应用结果如下:
施肥实验地点1,新疆于田县阿热勒乡拜什托格拉克村6小队,实验人:买提司地克·艾克木,施肥套作小麦的5亩地玫瑰花,肥料施用量2桶,去年施用生物有机肥之前的总收入7550元,施用生物有机肥之后的总收入9500,比去年总收入增加1950元。即每亩地使用8kg玫瑰专用肥,每亩产生的经济效益位390元。
施肥实验地点2,新疆于田县阿热勒乡拜什托格拉克村6小队,实验人:买提玉素甫·吾司曼,施肥套作小麦的10亩地玫瑰花,肥料施用量6桶,去年施用生物有机肥之前的总收入10000元,施用生物有机肥之后的总收入14500,比去年总收入增加4500元。即每亩地使用12kg玫瑰专用肥,每亩产生的经济效益位450元。
