a treatment tank 1 for receiving sludge to be treated;
a collecting tank 3 disposed below the treatment tank 1 for receiving the water from the treatment tank 1;
a partition drying unit 6 disposed above the treatment tank 1 for partition drying of sludge in the treatment tank 1; and
a secondary drying module 7 capable of sucking the sludge from the divided drying module 6 and performing a secondary drying process thereon.
In this embodiment, the treatment tank 1 is utilized to discharge part of the water in the sludge into the collecting tank 3, so that preliminary dewatering treatment of the sludge is realized, and after the sludge is separated and dried by the separation drying treatment of the separation drying assembly 6, the sludge with low water content is sent to the secondary drying assembly 7 for further drying treatment, so that gradual drying treatment of the sludge is realized, and the overall treatment efficiency is improved.

the semi-permeable membrane can allow water to pass through, so that preliminary dehydration treatment of sludge is realized, the dryness of the sludge is improved, the semi-permeable membrane is further supported by the supporting frame, the service life of the semi-permeable membrane is prolonged, and the dehydration treatment of the semi-permeable membrane is matched with the linear oscillator to improve the uniformity of treatment.

It should be noted that by discharging the dry sludge particles into the mixing bin 71, mixing of the dry sludge particles and the sludge can be achieved, so that the dryness of the mixed sludge is improved in a short time, and the sludge meets the requirements of the next treatment process, so that the process is performed to the next process, the residence time in the treatment process is reduced, and the treatment efficiency is improved.

wherein the semipermeable membrane is capable of allowing a body of water to pass through;
the interception net can penetrate high-water-content sludge;
the divided drying module (6) comprises:
a fixed shaft (61) fixed to the fixed base;
a turntable (62) which is rotatably provided on the fixed shaft (61) and has rotational power;
a plurality of catching grooves (63) circumferentially arranged on the turntable (62), and a notch direction of the catching grooves (63) faces the outside of the turntable (62); and
the separating net (67) is of an arc-shaped structure and is coaxially arranged on the fixing seat with the fixing shaft (61), and the separating net (67) can form limit with the catching groove (63) so as to assist the catching groove (63) to convey sludge caught in the separating and drying assembly (6) to the top position;
