The invention discloses a quick installation method of a universal coupling of a heavy and medium plate mill, which comprises the following steps of using an installation tool to finish quick installation of the universal coupling of the heavy and medium plate mill; sleeving the end part of the universal coupling roller on the main driving roller, abutting the bottom of a supporting block of an adjusting tool and the bottom and the nut of an adjusting screw on the inclined surface of a shaft neck of the end part of the universal coupling roller, adjusting the height of a pre-tightening ring of the adjusting tool to ensure that the pre-tightening ring abuts against the end surface of the universal coupling so as to fix the end part of the universal coupling roller, the universal coupling and the shaft end part, and positioning the main driving roller and the universal coupling by moving a hydraulic driving roll changing trolley; the positioning tool is used for connecting the flange at the end part of the universal coupling shaft and the flange at one end of the main shaft, so that the two flanges with larger concentricity deviation can be concentrically positioned, buckled and tensioned. The invention can solve the problems of high replacement difficulty, high danger and low replacement speed of the universal coupling of the conventional heavy and medium plate mill.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of steel manufacturing and equipment thereof, in particular to a quick installation method of a universal coupling at the end of a main transmission roller of a large-sized rolling mill in plate and strip production.
Background
In the production process of the medium plate belt, the universal coupler at the main transmission roller end of the rolling mill comprises a roller end part with one end connected with the main transmission roller and a shaft end part with the other end connected with the main shaft, the two sections are movably hinged through universal joints, the two sides of the shaft neck adjacent to the roller end part and the universal joints are inclined, the shaft end part and the universal joints are fixed and do not move relatively, the shaft end part is buckled with the flange at one end of the main shaft through the flange of the end head, and the universal coupler is replaced after being replaced periodically or failed, namely the old universal coupler is detached, and then a new universal coupler is reinstalled. When installing a new universal coupling, a common method is to use a crane and a corresponding special lifting appliance for lifting, and after the universal coupling is lifted in place, the universal coupling is manually positioned and tensioned by using a connecting bolt. Because the main transmission universal coupling of the rolling mill belongs to a special-shaped piece, and the two parts of the universal coupling can swing relatively, especially one end of the universal coupling is fixed after rotation, the other end of the universal coupling can fall down, and therefore, when the crane is hoisted, the universal coupling is difficult to fix and bind; after the universal coupling is in place, because the shaft end part of the universal coupling is not coincident with the central line of the flange at one end of the main shaft, the universal coupling needs to be positioned and tensioned manually, and great danger exists; in addition, the bolts are used for positioning and tensioning, so that the efficiency is low, and the labor intensity of workers is high.

The installation tool shown in fig. 1 comprises an adjusting tool 5 which is clamped between the inclined surface of the shaft neck of the roller end 4-1 of the universal joint shaft 4 and the universal joint shaft 4-2, and a positioning tool 6 which penetrates through the flange 4-4 of the shaft end 4-3 of the universal joint shaft 4 and the flange 8-1 at one end of the main shaft 8.
The adjusting tool shown in fig. 2 to 4 comprises an inverted U-shaped supporting block 5-1 with a horizontally-raised middle part, wherein two ends of the bottom of the supporting block 5-1 are long and short, the short side of the bottom of the supporting block 5-1 is inclined and consistent with the inclination of the inclined plane of the shaft neck of the end part 4-1 of the universal coupling, an adjusting screw 5-2 vertically penetrates through the horizontally-raised middle part of the supporting block 5-1, an internally-threaded pre-tightening ring 5-3 is arranged at the top of the adjusting screw 5-2 above the supporting block 4, an adjusting nut 5-4 is arranged below the pre-tightening ring 5-3 at the top end of the adjusting screw 5-2 of the adjusting tool, the bottom of a nut 5-5 at the bottom end below the supporting block 5-1 is inclined and consistent with the inclination of the inclined plane of the shaft neck 4-1 of the end part of the universal coupling, and a hole through which the adjusting screw 5-1 penetrates is a long hole 5-6 and extends to one side of the supporting block 5-1.

Compared with the original installation method, the quick installation method is safer and more efficient, and completely meets the production requirement.
