Referring to fig. 1 to 8, the exhaust gas purifying device for an engine test bed comprises a cylinder 1, a cover 2, a three-way catalytic assembly 3 and a heating assembly 4, wherein a bracket 8 fixed with the engine test bed is arranged on the outer wall of the cylinder 1 so as to realize the fixed connection between the whole purifying device and the bed. The lower part of the cylinder body is fixed with a transfer tube 5, one end of the transfer tube 5 penetrates through the inner wall of the cylinder body 1 and is communicated with a cavity in the cylinder body 1, the other end of the transfer tube is opened to serve as an air inlet, and the air inlet is connected with an exhaust gas discharge port at the terminal of the engine 12 through a pipeline. The end part of the transfer tube 5 serving as an air inlet is connected with a first flange 6, and an inner hole of the first flange 6 is in interference fit with the outer wall of the transfer tube 5. The cover body 2 is connected to the opening of the upper part of the cylinder body 1 through bolts, and is convenient to install or detach. The cover body 2 is provided with an air outlet connected with the post-treatment assembly, a second flange 7 is connected to the position of the air outlet, and an inner hole of the second flange 7 is in interference fit with the outer wall of the air outlet. When bench test is carried out on different engine models, the first flange 6 and the second flange 7 of the air inlet and the air outlet are directly connected with corresponding parts respectively, compared with the conventional three-way catalytic converter for purifying tail gas, the method can prevent the phenomenon that the exhaust and tail gas devices are frequently replaced due to different structures of the whole engine emission accessories during mixed line production of the engine on the premise that the process emission indexes of the engine are not affected, and has the advantages of simple structure and easiness in maintenance.
The three-way catalytic assembly 3 and the heating assembly 4 are both arranged in the cylinder body 1, and the three-way catalytic assembly 3 comprises a shell and a purifying agent arranged in the shell. The heating component 4 is arranged below the three-way catalytic component 3, and the three-way catalytic component 3 is heated through the heating component 4, so that the purifying agent in the three-way catalytic component 3 is at the optimal catalytic temperature, and harmful gas in tail gas discharged by an engine is purified, and the purification efficiency and purification quality are ensured. Referring to fig. 9, if the purifying agent in the three-way catalytic assembly 3 reaches the service life, the cover body 2 is disassembled, the three-way catalytic assembly 3 is taken out from the cylinder body 1 to be replaced, and the three-way catalytic assembly 3 can be quickly assembled and disassembled, so that the purification device is convenient and quick. If the heating component 4 is damaged, the bench receives an alarm signal through the pins 43, the first flange 6 and the second flange 7 are manually disassembled, the purification device is taken down, the cover body 2 is opened, the three-way catalytic component 3, the limiting disc 9 and the heating rod 41 are sequentially taken out, and the heating rod 41 is maintained or replaced.
The heating assembly 4 comprises six heating rods 41 which are vertically arranged and a temperature control sensor 42 which is arranged at the lower end of the heating rods 41, and the upper ends of the heating rods 41 extend into the three-way catalytic assembly 3 to be in contact with the purifying agent. The bottom surface of the cylinder 1 is provided with first mounting holes 11 for fixing the respective mounting bars 41 of the heating assembly 4. The lower end of the heating component 4 is provided with a pin 43 connected with a power supply and an electric control component, so that the heating component 4 is continuously powered, and the heating component can be communicated with a temperature sensing signal of the heating rod 41, thereby achieving the purpose of temperature constant temperature control.
The heat insulation sleeve 10 is sleeved outside the heating rod 41, the heat insulation sleeve 10 is in a cylindrical shape with an upper opening and a lower opening, and the heat insulation sleeve 10 can isolate high temperature in the inner space of the heat insulation sleeve 10, so that the influence of the high temperature on the cylinder 1 and the outside of the cylinder 1 is weakened.
In order to prevent the heating rod 41 from shaking and ensure the position accuracy of the heating rod 41, two limiting plates 9 are arranged in the cylinder 1 at intervals along the up-down direction, and limiting holes 91 are arranged at positions of the limiting plates 9 corresponding to the heating rod 41.
The cover body 2 is provided with an installation part 21 protruding outwards, the installation part 21 is provided with a second installation hole 22 for fixing a temperature sensor, the second installation hole 22 penetrates through the inner wall of the cover body 1 to be communicated with an airflow passage, and the temperature of the gas treated by the purifying agent is measured through the temperature sensor.
