In some embodiments, the side of the light-transmitting portion without the adjacent light-transmitting portion is further reinforced by the reinforcing portion 230 to further reinforce the wind resistance, snow resistance and durability of the main body film unit 240 and the entire main body film 200, and the reinforcing portion 230 may be made of the high-strength PVDF white film material as described above, or may be made of other materials as long as the wind resistance, snow resistance and durability of the main body film unit 240 and the entire main body film 200 can be achieved.
In some embodiments, the main body film 200 mainly improves the light transmittance through the light-transmitting portion 210, but does not mean that the reinforcing portion 230 and the ventilation portion 220 do not have the light-transmitting property, and therefore, the reinforcing portion 230 and the ventilation portion 220 can be selectively set to have a certain light transmittance or be completely non-light-transmitting. In an embodiment, the light transmittance of the light-transmitting portion 210 is greater than the light transmittances of the ventilation portion 220 and the reinforcement portion 230, so that the light-transmitting portion 210 has a greater light transmittance with respect to both the reinforcement portion 230 and the ventilation portion 220, wherein the reinforcement portion 230 and the ventilation portion 220 may be integrally formed, and the reinforcement portion 230 and the ventilation portion 220 may be made of the same material and integrally formed or formed in a separate manner, or the reinforcement portion 230 and the ventilation portion 220 may also be made of different materials and formed in a separate manner, which is selected according to convenience of engineering and manufacturing, and is not limited herein.
When the main body film unit 240 has a plurality of light-transmitting portions 210, the plurality of light-transmitting portions 210 may be arranged along a direction from one end to the other end of the main body skeleton region 110, and the arrangement form may be a linear type or a curved type, and the like, which is not limited herein. Moreover, in one embodiment, the light transmittance of the light-transmitting portion 210 is greater than 80%, for example, the light transmittance of the light-transmitting portion 210 is 80%, 84%, 86%, 90%, 96%, 98%, and the like, and when there are a plurality of light-transmitting portions 210, different light transmittances can be provided for different light-transmitting portions 210, and a person skilled in the art can set the light transmittance of the light-transmitting portion 210 according to needs, without limitation, and the high light transmittance can promote sunlight to shine into the tent inner cavity, so that not only is the illumination requirement for crop growth satisfied, but also the temperature rise of the tent inner cavity is accelerated, and the efficiency of temperature adjustment is effectively improved.
In order to realize rapid installation of the main body membrane 200, the main body membrane 200 is designed in a modular manner, and according to the length of the frequently detachable planting tent, the main body membrane 200 capable of completely covering the main body framework region 110 is formed in a detachably connected manner by using the main body membrane unit 240, in some embodiments, the detachable connection mode may be that the reinforcement part of the main body film unit at the edge and the reinforcement part of the adjacent main body film unit at the edge can be connected and detached in an up-and-down overlapping manner, as an exemplary illustration, as shown in fig. 5, 6, 7 and 9, the reinforcing part 230 of the main body film unit 240 at the edge is partially bent to form a bent region, the rope 250 is arranged in the bending area, after the reinforcing part 230 of the main body film unit 240 positioned at the edge and the reinforcing part 230 of the adjacent main body film unit 240 positioned at the edge are partially or completely overlapped, the adjacent ropes 250 are caught to each other, and the direction of the ropes 250 is the same as that of the arch bar unit 111. Further, two adjacent ropes 250 are respectively located at two sides of the arch bar unit 111 below the reinforcing portion 230, extend from one end to the other end of the arch bar unit 111, and are respectively fixed at two ends of the arch bar unit 111 in a detachable connection manner, as an exemplary illustration, two ends of the arch bar unit 111 are respectively provided with a lantern ring, two ends of the ropes 250 penetrate through the two lantern rings to be knotted and fixed, when the ropes 250 are detached, the ropes 250 are unfastened, and the main body film unit 240 is rapidly disassembled and assembled.
In some embodiments, a shielding portion (not shown) may be further disposed near the end film 300 on a side of the edge of the reinforcing portion 230 that is not adjacent to the light-transmitting portion 210, the shielding portion may be made of the high-strength PVDF white film material as described above, or may be made of other high-strength materials, the high-strength PVDF white film material is bent downward along the direction of the end film 300 to form a bending area, a rope is disposed in the bending area to form the shielding portion, and the shielding portion (not shown) prevents rain and snow from entering the tent inner cavity 140 through a connection portion between the end film 300 and the main body film 200.
In some embodiments, in order to ensure that the main body film 200 can stably cover the main body framework region 110 of the tent framework 100, in addition to the above manner, referring to fig. 6 and 7, a wind rope 260 may be provided, and the reinforcing part 230 is provided with a first through hole 270 and a second through hole 280, one end of the wind rope 260 passes through the first through hole 270 and is fixedly connected with the ground, and the other end of the wind rope 260 passes through the second through hole 280 and is fixedly connected with the ground, as an exemplary illustration, the fixed connection manner may be that one end of the wind rope 260 close to the ground is fixed on the ground by using a ground nail or a bolt ground pile, so that even if the external wind is strong, the main body film 200 is not blown over by the strong wind, and the main body film 200 is better fixed on the tent framework 100, and the main body film units 240 and the wind rope 260 may be paired one-to-one or many, and may be flexibly selected according to local climate conditions, without limitation.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 8, the frequently detachable planting tent includes an insect net 400, and the insect net 400 has insect-proof and ventilating effects, so that the insect net 400 is disposed inside the main body film, and optionally, the insect net 400 is disposed inside the ventilating portion 220, and the insect net 400 is connected to the ventilating portion 220, and when the ventilating portion 220 is opened to expose the main body framework region 110 of the tent framework 100, the insect net 400 can satisfy both the ventilating function and the insect-proof effect.
In some embodiments, the end film 300 and the main body film 200 cover the tent frame 100 in a connection manner to form a relatively sealed tent inner cavity 140, where the connection manner includes any one or a combination of a zipper connection, a hook and loop connection, and a buckle, so as to ensure that the end film 300 can stably cover the end face frame region 130 of the tent frame 100 and be quickly disassembled and assembled, and the connection manner is selected according to convenience of quick installation in field construction, and is not limited herein.
In some embodiments, the end film 300 may be detachably connected to the arch bar unit 111, the end film 300 may be made of the aforesaid high-strength PVDF white film, the detachable connection manner may be any one or a combination of an adhesive, a buckle, and a rope, for example, a pair of ropes is disposed under the end film 300, one end of the pair of ropes is connected to the end film 300, and the other end of the pair of ropes wraps the arch bar unit 111 and then is fastened, so as to ensure that the end film 300 can stably cover the end face framework area 130 of the tent framework 100 and be quickly disassembled and assembled.
In some embodiments, a door opening is formed in the end film 300, a door curtain 310 is connected to the door opening, the door curtain 310 is configured to be capable of opening or closing the door opening, the door curtain 310 is a pedestrian passageway, a planting house and other people can open the door curtain 310 to enter the planting tent, preferably, the lower end of the door curtain 310 can extend to the lower end of the end film 300 to enhance the tightness of the planting tent which can be frequently disassembled and assembled, door openings can also be formed in two sides of the main body film 200, the door curtain 310 is connected to the door opening, and the door curtain 310 is configured to be capable of opening or closing the door opening for the people such as the planting house to come in and go out. The curtain 310 and the door opening may be connected by a zipper.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, the planting tent that can frequently dismantle and install still includes fresh air handling unit 500, fresh air handling unit 500 with tent inner chamber 140 intercommunication supplies new trend for tent inner chamber 140, makes the circulation of air in tent inner chamber 140, has satisfied the required humiture requirement of crops growth in tent inner chamber 140, and when tent inner chamber 140 seals, utilize fresh air handling unit 500 can realize that tent inner chamber 140 forms the malleation space, further prevents the mosquito infringement, can set up the universal wheel on the fresh air handling unit 500, convenient removal, transportation etc..
In some embodiments, the electrical supply device of the fresh air handling unit 500 may be a portable box, and is powered by an aviation plug, and the LED moistureproof lamp may be disposed in the tent inner cavity, and the fast plugs are connected in series, so that the electrical structure has the capability of fast installation and higher safety.
In some embodiments, the frequently detachable planting tent further comprises an air circulation tube 520, the air circulation tube 520 may be hung on the upper portion of the main framework region 110 and located in the tent inner cavity 140, one end of the air circulation tube 520 is connected to the fresh air unit 510, and the other end of the air circulation tube extends into the tent inner cavity 140 through the end membrane 300. The fresh air unit 510 uses the air circulation tube 520 to input fresh air into the tent inner cavity 140, and when the tent inner cavity is relatively closed, a positive pressure space is formed to prevent mosquitoes from entering from the outside. In order to increase the air flow and the temperature and humidity balance of the tent inner cavity, the other end of the air circulation pipe 520 can extend to the position close to the end membrane on the other side, the port on the other end of the air circulation pipe 520 can be designed to be open to supply air to the tent inner cavity, a plurality of air outlets are arranged on the side wall of the air circulation pipe at intervals to blow in fresh air to the tent inner cavity to improve the air flowability, the air circulation pipe can also be designed to be closed, and a plurality of air outlets are arranged on the side wall of the air circulation pipe at intervals to blow in fresh air to the tent inner cavity to improve the air flowability.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 3, the number of the fresh air handling units 510 is not limited to 1, for example, 2, when the number of the fresh air handling units 510 is 2, the fresh air handling units can be respectively disposed outside the end membranes at both sides, both ends of the air circulation pipe 520 respectively penetrate through the end membranes at both sides and are connected with the fresh air handling units 510 outside the end membranes at both sides, a plurality of air outlets are disposed at intervals on the sidewall of the air circulation pipe 520, both the fresh air handling units 510 blow fresh air into the tent inner cavity through the air outlets on the sidewall of the same air circulation pipe 520, so as to increase air flow and temperature and humidity balance in the tent inner cavity, when the tent inner cavity is relatively sealed, a positive pressure space is formed to prevent insect damage, in order to better monitor the growth condition of crops in the tent inner cavity, a temperature and humidity sensor can be disposed in the tent inner cavity, when the temperature in the tent inner cavity rises to a certain value (which can be set by a grower according to the growth condition of the crops being planted), and exhausting air and cooling by using the ventilation part.
In some embodiments, for quick assembly and disassembly of the air circulation tube 520, the air circulation tube 520 may be formed by splicing a plurality of air tubes, for example, adjacent air tubes may be spliced together by using zippers, and the air tubes may be flexible tubes, such as telescopic air tubes.
In some embodiments, the planting tent capable of being frequently disassembled and assembled specifically comprises S1, spreading arch bar units 111 on the ground 700, and connecting the arch bar units 111 with cross bar units 112 to form a tent framework;
s2, hanging an air circulation pipe 600 on the upper part of the tent framework 100; s3, covering the main framework area 110 of the tent framework 100 with the main membrane 200; s4, covering the end face framework region 130 of the tent framework 100 with an end film 300; s5, the fresh air handling unit 500 and the air circulation pipe 600. In order to fix the tent frame 100 on the ground 700, the arch bar units 111 have ground studs or bolt ground piles at the bottoms thereof so as to be fixed on the ground 700.
In some embodiments, due to the requirement of quick installation and disassembly of the planting tent, all functional components are in a modular design, when the planting area is large, a plurality of planting tents which can be frequently disassembled and assembled can be quickly installed, and a multi-span is formed.
The tent framework can be quickly built, disassembled and transported by the components such as the tent framework, the main body membrane, the end membrane, the fresh air unit and the air circulation pipe, so that recycling is realized.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.

Claims (12)

the main body film covers the main body surface of the tent framework, the main body film is formed by detachably connecting a plurality of main body film units, each main body film unit comprises at least one light-transmitting part and a reinforcing part connected with the light-transmitting part, and adjacent main body film units are connected through the reinforcing parts positioned on the edges;
the end film covers the end face of the tent framework;
the area formed by the main body membrane and the end membrane is the inner cavity of the tent.
2. The frequently demountable planting tent of claim 1, wherein the main body membrane unit further comprises a vent portion configured to be openable to be revealed or closable to cover a main body surface of the tent frame.
3. The frequently detachable planting tent of claim 2, wherein the ventilation part is provided at the edge of the main body film unit.
4. The planting tent of claim 2, wherein the light-transmitting part is not provided with a reinforcing part at other regions connected with the adjacent light-transmitting part, and the ventilation part is provided in the middle of the reinforcing part at the side of the main frame region.
5. The frequently detachable planting tent of claim 1, wherein the reinforcing part is detachably coupled to the arch bar unit so that the body film unit can be stably covered and detached from the body surface of the tent frame.
6. The frequently detachable planting tent of claim 1, wherein the reinforcing part of the main body film unit at the edge and the reinforcing part of the adjacent main body film unit at the edge can be connected and detached in an up-and-down overlapping manner.
7. The planting tent capable of being frequently disassembled and assembled as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a wind rope, wherein the reinforcing part is provided with a first through hole and a second through hole, one end of the wind rope penetrates through the first through hole to be fixedly connected with the ground, and the other end of the wind rope penetrates through the second through hole to be fixedly connected with the ground.
8. The frequently detachable planting tent of claim 1, wherein the end membranes are detachably connected to the arch bar units.
9. The frequently detachable planting tent of claim 1, wherein the end membranes are provided with door openings, and door curtains are connected to the door openings and configured to open or close the door openings.
10. The frequently detachable planting tent of claim 1, further comprising:
the insect-proof net is positioned on the inner side of the main body membrane and is connected with the main body membrane.
11. The planting tent of claim 1, further comprising a fresh air unit, wherein the fresh air unit is communicated with the tent inner cavity to supply fresh air to the tent inner cavity, and when the tent inner cavity is closed, the tent inner cavity forms a positive pressure space.
12. The frequently demountable planting tent of claim 11, further comprising;
and the air circulating pipe is hung on the upper part of the tent framework and is positioned in the tent inner cavity, one end of the air circulating pipe is communicated with the fresh air unit, and the other end of the air circulating pipe penetrates through the end membrane and extends into the tent inner cavity.
