Optionally, the communication device according to the embodiment of the present application further includes: the card identification module is used for judging whether the entity user identity identification card exists or not under the condition that the communication mode is the first communication mode; the network state judging module is used for judging whether the network is normal or not under the condition that the entity identity identification card exists; the first kind communication module is used for communicating by using an entity identity identification card under the condition that the network is normal; and the recovery module is used for recovering the network according to a preset communication strategy under the condition that the network is abnormal.
Further, optionally, the recovery module includes: the detection unit is used for detecting the entity identity identification card and judging whether to execute soft restart or not; the restarting unit is used for executing the soft restart to recover the network under the condition that the judgment result is yes; the power-off and power-on judging unit is used for judging whether to execute power-off and power-on operations on the communication module under the condition that the judging result is negative; the power-off and power-on unit is used for performing power-off and power-on operations on the communication module under the condition that the judgment result is that the power-off and power-on operations are performed on the communication module; and the communication switching unit is used for judging whether to use a preset communication mode for communication under the condition that the judgment result is that the power-off operation and the power-on operation are not performed on the communication module.
Optionally, the communication device according to the embodiment of the present application further includes: the access module is used for performing network authentication through the equipment information and accessing the network under the condition of using a preset communication mode for communication; and the state clearing module is used for clearing the abnormal state of the network when the entity identity identification card is used for communication under the condition that the preset communication mode is not used for communication.
Optionally, the communication device according to the embodiment of the present application further includes: and the upgrading module is used for upgrading the terminal under the condition that the judgment result is negative so that the terminal supports a preset communication mode.

Claims (18)

  1. A method of communication, comprising:
    judging whether the terminal supports a preset communication mode, wherein the preset communication mode is a communication mode using a user identity identification card without an entity;
    if the judgment result is yes, setting a communication mode;
    and carrying out communication according to the communication mode.
  2. The method of claim 1, wherein the setting the communication mode comprises:
    judging whether a communication module exists in the terminal;
    if the judgment result is yes, receiving a communication mode confirmation instruction sent by an upper computer under the condition that the communication mode comprises the preset communication mode, the first communication mode and the second communication mode;
    acquiring a communication mode indicated in the communication mode confirmation instruction;
    if the communication mode indicated in the communication mode confirmation instruction is the predetermined communication mode, determining that the communication mode used for communication is the predetermined communication mode;
    if the communication mode indicated in the communication mode confirmation instruction is the first communication mode, determining that the communication mode used for communication is the first communication mode;
    if the communication mode indicated in the communication mode confirmation instruction is the second communication mode, determining that the communication mode used for communication is the second communication mode, wherein the second communication mode is a communication mode for automatically identifying the terminal, and if the terminal supports the predetermined communication mode and the first communication mode, preferentially selecting the first communication mode as the communication mode.
  3. The method of claim 2, wherein the first communication mode is a communication mode using a physical user identity card; the first communication mode priority is greater than the predetermined communication mode.
  4. The method of claim 2, wherein the communicating in accordance with the communication mode comprises:
    judging whether the preset communication mode of the terminal is available or not under the condition that the communication mode is the preset communication mode;
    acquiring equipment information under the condition that the judgment result is yes;
    and performing network authentication according to the equipment information, and accessing a communication network for communication according to the equipment information under the condition that the network authentication is successful.
  5. The method of claim 2, further comprising:
    judging whether an entity user identity identification card exists or not under the condition that the communication mode is the first communication mode;
    judging whether the network is normal or not under the condition that the entity identity identification card exists;
    under the condition that the network is normal, using the entity identity card to carry out communication;
    and under the condition that the network is abnormal, restoring the network according to a preset communication strategy.
  6. The method of claim 5, wherein the restoring the network according to the preset communication policy comprises:
    detecting the entity identity identification card and judging whether to execute soft restart;
    if the judgment result is yes, executing soft restart to recover the network;
    judging whether to perform power-off and power-on operations on the communication module under the condition that the judgment result is negative;
    performing power-off and power-on operations on the communication module under the condition that the judgment result is that the power-off and power-on operations are performed on the communication module;
    and under the condition that the power-off and power-on operations are not performed on the communication module as a result of the judgment, judging whether to use the preset communication mode for communication.
  7. The method of claim 6, further comprising:
    under the condition of using the preset communication mode for communication, performing network authentication through equipment information, and accessing a network;
    and clearing the abnormal state of the network when the entity identification card is used for communication without using the predetermined communication mode for communication.
  8. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
    and upgrading the terminal under the condition that the judgment result is negative, so that the terminal supports the preset communication mode.
  9. A communications apparatus, comprising:
    the terminal comprises a judging module, a judging module and a judging module, wherein the judging module is used for judging whether the terminal supports a preset communication mode, and the preset communication mode is a communication mode using a user identity identification card without an entity;
    the setting module is used for setting a communication mode under the condition that the judgment result is yes;
    and the communication module is used for carrying out communication according to the communication mode.
  10. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein the setup module comprises:
    a first judging unit, configured to judge whether a communication module exists in the terminal;
    the receiving unit is used for receiving a communication mode confirmation instruction sent by the upper computer under the condition that the judgment result is yes, and the communication mode comprises the preset communication mode, a first communication mode and a second communication mode;
    an acquisition unit configured to acquire a communication mode indicated in the communication mode confirmation instruction;
    a first setting unit configured to determine that a communication mode used for communication is the predetermined communication mode if the communication mode indicated in the communication mode confirmation instruction is the predetermined communication mode;
    a second setting unit, configured to determine that a communication mode used for communication is the first communication mode if the communication mode indicated in the communication mode confirmation instruction is the first communication mode;
    a third setting unit, configured to determine that the communication mode used for communication is the second communication mode if the communication mode indicated in the communication mode confirmation instruction is the second communication mode, where the second communication mode is a communication mode that automatically identifies the terminal, and preferentially select the first communication mode as the communication mode if the terminal supports the predetermined communication mode and the first communication mode.
  11. The apparatus of claim 10, wherein the first communication mode is a communication mode using a physical user identity card; the first communication mode priority is greater than the predetermined communication mode.
  12. The apparatus of claim 10, wherein the communication module comprises:
    a second determination unit configured to determine whether the predetermined communication mode of the terminal is available, if the communication mode is the predetermined communication mode;
    an acquisition unit configured to acquire device information in a case where the determination result is yes;
    and the communication unit is used for carrying out network authentication according to the equipment information, and accessing a communication network for communication according to the equipment information under the condition that the network authentication is successful.
  13. The apparatus of claim 10, further comprising:
    the card identification module is used for judging whether an entity user identity identification card exists or not under the condition that the communication mode is the first communication mode;
    the network state judging module is used for judging whether the network is normal or not under the condition that the entity identity identification card exists;
    the first type communication module is used for carrying out communication by using the entity identity identification card under the condition that the network is normal;
    and the recovery module is used for recovering the network according to a preset communication strategy under the condition that the network is abnormal.
  14. The apparatus of claim 13, wherein the recovery module comprises:
    the detection unit is used for detecting the entity identity identification card and judging whether to execute soft restart;
    the restarting unit is used for executing soft restart to recover the network under the condition that the judgment result is yes;
    the power-off and power-on judging unit is used for judging whether to execute power-off and power-on operations on the communication module under the condition that the judging result is negative;
    the power-off and power-on unit is used for performing power-off and power-on operations on the communication module under the condition that the judgment result is that the power-off and power-on operations are performed on the communication module;
    and the communication switching unit is used for judging whether to use the preset communication mode for communication under the condition that the judgment result is that the power-off operation and the power-on operation are not performed on the communication module.
  15. The apparatus of claim 14, further comprising:
    the access module is used for performing network authentication through equipment information and accessing a network under the condition of using the preset communication mode for communication;
    and the state clearing module is used for clearing the abnormal state of the network when the entity identification card is used for communication under the condition that the predetermined communication mode is not used for communication.
  16. The apparatus of claim 9, further comprising:
    and the upgrading module is used for upgrading the terminal under the condition that the judgment result is negative so that the terminal supports the preset communication mode.
  17. A multimedia play box, comprising: a communication device, wherein the communication device comprises the apparatus of any one of claims 9-16.
  18. A playback system, comprising: the multimedia player comprises a multimedia playing box, a display screen and an upper computer, wherein the upper computer is connected with the multimedia playing box, the multimedia playing box is connected with the display screen, and the multimedia playing box comprises the multimedia playing box of claim 17.
