Fig. 1 shows a block diagram of an anti-lost security management system according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, where the anti-lost security management system 100 includes at least a door access device 101, a first wireless communication device 103, and a management device 105. The door access device 101 is disposed at an entrance 102 of an activity space to open or close the entrance 102. The access control device 101 is used to control the opening or closing state of the entrance 102 of the activity space, and the specific position and distribution of the access control device 101 at the entrance 102 of the activity space are not particularly limited as long as the access control device 101 can control the opening or closing of the entrance 102.
Specifically, the first wireless communication device 103 arranged around the entrance 102 of the activity space is configured to communicate with the second wireless communication device 104 carried by the monitored person, so as to realize real-time monitoring and accurate positioning of the activity track of the monitored person, and facilitate obtaining of real-time activity data of the monitored person. The first wireless communication device 103 is disposed around the entrance 102 of the activity space, and the specific position of the first wireless communication device 103 around the entrance 102 is not limited as long as the first wireless communication device 103 can communicate with the second wireless communication device 104. For example, the first wireless communication device 103 may be a base station deployed with iBeacon, and the second wireless communication device 104 may be a watch, a bracelet, a backpack, an anti-lost belt, etc. with GPS positioning and network communication functions, which are not limited herein.
The management device 105 is configured to obtain managed data of the monitored person, wherein the managed data at least comprises the monitored person, a guardian corresponding to the monitored person and an allowable activity range of the monitored person. Wherein, the person to be monitored includes but is not limited to children, patients with senile dementia or other mental diseases, and other persons needing monitoring. The managed data in this embodiment gives at least information about the ward to verify the identity of the ward, such as the physical characteristics of the ward's face, age, sex, height, etc. that facilitate identification of the identity information. Meanwhile, the managed data in this embodiment further includes a guardian corresponding to the ward, for example, the ward is a child, and the guardian may be a parent, a grandparent, an outlook, a girl, a uncle, or the like. When the ward is an elderly person suffering from senile dementia, the guardian thereof may be a child, a descendant, or other guardian thereof. The management device 105 acquires the guardian corresponding to the monitored person, which is beneficial to realizing efficient interaction with the guardian. The managed data in this embodiment further includes the range of permitted activities of the monitored person, and once the range of activities of the monitored person exceeds the range of permitted activities, important monitoring or even prompting is required.
The management apparatus 105 acquires the position of the ward based on the communication status of the first wireless communication apparatus 103 and the second wireless communication apparatus 104, and realizes real-time monitoring of the ward. The first wireless communication device 103 and the second wireless communication device 104 cooperate to perform real-time communication, so that the position information of the monitored person can be acquired and monitored in real time, and the acquired real-time position information provides a premise for subsequent monitoring of the monitored person.
In this embodiment, the management device 105 transmits the acquired location of the ward to the third wireless communication device 106 owned by the corresponding guardian, so that the guardian can acquire real-time location information of the ward. The third wireless communication apparatus 106 may be any device with a wireless communication function, such as a mobile phone, a smart watch, a smart band, and the like, which is not limited in particular. In this embodiment, the management device 105 sends the position information of the monitored person to the monitoring person, and the monitoring person can check the activity track of the monitored person at any time based on the third wireless communication device, for example, the monitoring person opens the APP in the mobile phone to check the position information of the monitored person at any time or within a certain period of time.
Further, the management device 105 determines whether the ward leaves or leaves the allowable moving range based on the acquired position of the ward and the managed data of the ward, controls the entrance guard device 101 to close the entrance 102 in the case where the ward leaves or leaves the allowable moving range, and sends an abnormal leaving alarm to the third wireless communication device 106, thereby implementing active intervention on the ward and timely making feedback to the ward.
In this embodiment, the managed data includes the range of the allowed activity of the ward, which is set by the guardian, and the range of the allowed activity beyond the limit is regulated. The management device 105 acquires the real-time location of the ward through the communication status between the first wireless communication device 103 and the second wireless communication device 104, and determines whether the ward needs to be supervised or not by comparing the real-time location with the range in the managed data. As shown in fig. 2, taking the activities of the child in the community as an example, the parent may set hosting data through the parent-side device 203 (step 206), which includes setting the allowable activity range of the child. The iBeacon base station 201 is used to obtain the child position data in real time (step 205). The hosting data set by the parent-end device 203 and the child position data obtained by the iBeacon base station 201 are both sent to the management back office 202, and the management back office 202 obtains the hosting data and the child position data (step 207). Management backend 202 determines whether the child has left the allowed activity range based on the hosting data and the child's location data (as in step 208). When the activity range of the child exceeds the allowable activity range, it is determined that the child has a tendency to leave the allowable activity range or the ward has left the allowable activity range, and at this time, the management back office 202 controls the entrance/exit room 204 to close the entrance/exit (as in step 209), so as to prevent the child from leaving the community, and ensure the safety of the child.
Meanwhile, the management background 202 controls the entrance and exit of the entrance guard room 204 to be closed, and sends an abnormal departure alarm of the child to the home terminal device 203 in time under the condition of active intervention of management and control of the child. The parental side device 203 acquires the abnormal departure warning (step 210) and timely grasps the activity of the child. When the child is not outside the range of permitted activities, management backend 202 may log save data (step 211). The above embodiments are merely examples.
In some embodiments, the management device 105 is further configured to receive a review indication from the guardian of the third wireless communication device 106 after sending an alert of an abnormal departure to the third wireless communication device 106. After receiving the abnormal departure alarm, the guardian determines whether the child or the parent of the guardian is beyond the safety range by looking at the mobile phone APP and gives a corresponding indication. Wherein the recheck indication comprises any one of an approve leave indication, a call request indication, a trap indication, and a cancel trap indication. For example, the mobile phone APP sets options corresponding to an approved leaving indication, a call request indication, a trapping indication and a trapping canceling indication, and a guardian selects any one of the processing methods to feed back to the system based on actual conditions. And controlling the access control device 101 to restore the openable state in response to the confirmation operation of the rechecking indication by the entrance guard.
Specifically, when the guardian considers that the ward is allowed to go out of the community during the time period, an approval leaving instruction may be selected, and the gatekeeper carries out passing of the ward based on the approval leaving instruction. When the guardian considers that the guardian cannot judge whether the guardian exceeds the safety range or cannot judge how to process, the guardian can select a call request instruction and communicate with a entrance guard or other management personnel through a mobile phone, so that how to process is further discussed. When the guardian deems it desirable to continue to administer the ward, a trap indication may be selected based on which the entrance 102 is to be closed by the gatekeeper. Of course, if the guardian considers that the interception can be directly cancelled, the entrance guard unlocks the entrance guard device 101 after receiving the corresponding indication. Through the cooperation among the management device 105, the entrance guard device 101 and the third wireless communication device 106, the timeliness of the communication between the guardians and the managers such as the entrance guard is improved, and the efficiency of the management and control processing of the guarded personnel is improved.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, the anti-lost security management system 100 further comprises a guard facility 300, wherein the guard facility 300 comprises an alarm device 301 for sending a signal to a guard or security personnel. Wherein, the management device 105 is further configured to control the alarm device 301 to send out an alarm in an acousto-optic manner to prompt the intervention of security personnel when the monitored person leaves or leaves the allowable moving range, on one hand, the timely intervention of the security personnel is beneficial to timely stopping the dangerous behavior of the monitored person, and on the other hand, the security personnel timely verifies the situation. Taking to survey based on iBeacon basic station as an example, in case children walk out of the safe activity area, iBeacon basic station acquires this children's data and conveys it to management device 105 and analyze the contrast, judges this children's activity condition. When the management device 105 confirms that the child is about to leave or has left the allowable movement range by analyzing and comparing, the control alarm device 301 issues an alarm in the form of an acousto-optic alarm to prompt security personnel to perform verification.
In some embodiments, the management device 105 is further configured to request location information from the third wireless communication device 106 if a review indication has not been received after a predetermined period of time has elapsed since the transmission of the abnormal departure alert. In one embodiment, the management device 105 sends an abnormal departure alarm to the guardian, and interacts and communicates with the corresponding guardian to confirm the next processing method. In this embodiment, a predetermined time period is set, the predetermined time period is used for defining an optimal time period for the guardian to feedback to the supervisor, and if the predetermined time period is exceeded, the management device 105 further actively prompts the guardian for the feedback of the guardian. For example, the predetermined time period is 1 minute, and if the rechecking instruction of the guardian is not received after exceeding 1 minute, the management device 105 sends a request positioning message to the mobile phone of the guardian to obtain the location of the guardian, so as to further prompt the guardian.
Specifically, the management device 105 performs positioning according to the acquired positioning information of the third wireless communication device 106, for example, by using a cell phone of a guardian. Then, the acousto-optic electric device 400 within the preset range of the positioning information is controlled to send out an alarm so as to further prompt the guardian to feed back as soon as possible. For example, in a noisy mall where the monitoring person is located, the management device 105 controls the electro-acoustic device 400 within 100 meters to send an alarm. The preset range is not particularly limited and may be set based on actual conditions. As shown in fig. 4, the acousto-optic device 400 includes a speaker 401 and/or an electronic billboard 402, wherein the electronic billboard 402 is represented by a dashed box, and the acousto-optic device 400 may include the electronic billboard 402 or may not include the electronic billboard 402.
In some embodiments, the management device 105 is further configured to, upon receiving the call request indication from the third wireless communication device 106, cause a voice and/or video call to be connected with the third wireless communication device 106, thereby enabling an efficient communication between a manager, such as a guard, and a guardian. For example, the guardian needs to make a voice or video call with a manager such as a guard, and the guardian can select a call request instruction on a mobile phone or other intelligent equipment, and then realize the time-efficient communication with the manager such as the guard.
The management device 105 may be further configured to cause initiation of a voice and/or video call with the third wireless communication device 106 if a recheck indication has not been received for a predetermined period of time since the transmission of the abnormal away alert. For example, when the rechecking instruction from the monitoring person is not received after a predetermined period of time, the administrator such as the responsible entrance can actively initiate a voice and/or video call to the monitoring person through the calling device in the management apparatus 105, so as to contact the monitoring person as soon as possible.
Further, the management device 105 may be further configured to cause a voice and/or video call to be initiated with the third wireless communication device 106 or to cause a voice and/or video call to be initiable with the third wireless communication device 106 for further verification with the monitoring personnel, if a rejection indication or a cancellation rejection indication is received from the third wireless communication device 106.
In some embodiments, the voice and/or video call with the third wireless communication device 106 is a key communication method, which is beneficial to improving the communication efficiency and convenience between the manager such as a guard and the guardian.
In some embodiments, the anti-lost security management system 100 further includes an image capturing device 107 (see fig. 1) disposed around the entrance 102 of the activity space, and the abnormal departure alarm includes an image captured by the image capturing device 107 when the monitored person is about to depart or leaves the allowable activity range. The camera 107 is arranged around the entrance 102 of the activity space, so that the image of the monitored person can be accurately and timely shot, the information such as the identity, the activity track and whether the monitored person leaves the allowable activity range can be determined through the image, and the management device 105 summarizes and sends the information to the guardian, so that the guardian can timely know and verify the relevant condition of the monitored person.
In some embodiments, the management device 105 is further configured to record an abnormal exit event including physiological identification information of the monitored person, the occurrence time and location of the abnormal exit event, push the abnormal exit event to the third wireless communication device 106 of the monitored person, and inform the relevant monitoring person of the relevant dynamics of the monitored person, in case the monitored person without the hosting data is to exit or leaves the allowable activity range. Specifically, in the case that the management device 105 detects that the monitored person leaves or leaves the safety range, but does not receive corresponding managed data of the monitored person, the management device 105 acquires physiological identification information of the monitored person, including name, sex, facial features, and the like, and the time and place when the range of motion of the monitored person exceeds the safety range, and forms an abnormal leaving event, and reports the abnormal leaving time to the monitoring person. The guardian can timely know the activity track of the monitored person based on the related report of the abnormal leaving event, and timely take corresponding safety measures to ensure the safety of the monitored person.
In some embodiments, the management device 105 is further configured to determine a risk of loss of the ward of each abnormal exit event based on the record of the abnormal exit event. For example, the system counts the records of each abnormal exit event and calculates the loss risk of the corresponding monitored person, wherein the loss risk can be understood as that the probability that the corresponding monitored person goes out of the allowable range of motion is higher and the loss risk is higher. In the event that the risk of loss of a guardian exceeds a preset threshold, prompting the third wireless communication device 106 of the guardian for a follow-up handling option for the abnormal exit event, including at least one of: and setting managed data, intercepting the ward person and starting voice and/or video call. When the risk of losing is represented by a probability value, the preset threshold may be a probability value, for example, the preset threshold is 60%, and a risk of losing exceeding 60% means that the guardian is out of the range of the allowable activities at a high frequency, and has a high risk of losing, at this time, the management device 105 prompts a subsequent processing option of the abnormal leaving event to a mobile phone or a bracelet of the mother of the child with the high risk of losing, so as to obtain a processing right. For example, a guardian may be prompted to perform data hosting, or may be prompted to intercept the ward, and a voice and/or video call is opened to continue to manage the ward after obtaining the authorization of the guardian. In this way, the safety of the person under supervision can be further ensured.
In some embodiments, the risk of loss of a person being monitored is associated with a frequency of occurrence of an abnormal exit event of said person being monitored and physiological identification information, the higher the frequency of occurrence, the higher the monitored level indicated by the physiological identification information, the higher the risk of loss.
Fig. 5 shows a flowchart of a method for anti-lost security management according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
