receiving a payment application of an inquiry call, and acquiring a payment mode, a purchase quantity and a user type selected by a user, wherein the payment mode comprises long-time payment and time-interval payment, and the user type comprises a new user and an old user;
acquiring a corresponding first target charging standard according to the payment mode and the user type;
calculating a first target charge according to the first target charging standard and the purchase quantity and sending the first target charge to a user side;
and after the first target expense is obtained, the corresponding first target conversation time length is allocated.
2. The method for regulating and controlling the charge for an interrogation call according to claim 1, wherein obtaining the corresponding charging standard according to the payment mode and the user type comprises:
acquiring a preset first charging standard according to the payment mode;
acquiring a preset second charging standard according to the user type;
and acquiring a corresponding first target charging standard according to the first charging standard and the second charging standard.
3. The method for regulating and controlling the charges for an inquiry call according to claim 2, wherein obtaining a preset second charging standard according to the user type comprises:
if the user is a new user, inquiring whether the user carries out recharging or not;
if the user does not recharge, the corresponding second charging standard is zero;
and if the user recharges, acquiring a second charging standard corresponding to the recharged user.
4. The method of regulating and controlling interrogation call charges of claim 3, wherein calculating a first target charge based on the first target billing criteria and the purchase amount comprises:
and multiplying the first target charging standard by the purchase quantity to obtain a corresponding first target charge.
5. The method of regulating the cost of an interrogation call of claim 1, further comprising:
if the user selects to prolong the call duration in the inquiry process, calculating a second target cost according to the payment mode, the purchase quantity and the user type selected by the user;
and after the second target expense is obtained, the corresponding second target conversation time length is allocated.
6. An apparatus for regulating the cost of an interview session, the apparatus comprising:
