Different drivers of the kernel layer are used for calling hardware equipment of the equipment and executing responding operation. For example, a display driver of an electronic device is used to support interface display of the electronic device. The camera driver of the intelligent device or the electronic device is used for supporting the intelligent device or the electronic device to call the camera inside the device so as to acquire image data and the like when a user carries out video call by means of the intelligent device or the electronic device, and the audio driver of the intelligent device or the electronic device is used for supporting the intelligent device or the electronic device to call an audio component inside the device so as to acquire audio data and the like when the user carries out voice or video call, and the description is omitted.
It is worth mentioning that if the smart device does not support the video call function, the smart device may not include the camera driver.
A method for making a call using a smart device provided in some embodiments of the present application will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings, in which a mobile phone is taken as the electronic device 100, and the smart speaker 200, the smart television 300, and the smart speaker 400 are taken as one or more smart devices.
As shown in fig. 4A and 4B, an embodiment of the present application provides a method for performing a call by using an intelligent device, where the method may include two stages:
the first stage is as follows: and (5) a registration phase.
Step 401, the mobile phone establishes communication connection with the smart sound box 200, the smart television 300 and the smart sound box 400 respectively.
As mentioned above, the communication connection between each smart device and the mobile phone may be established in a wired or wireless connection manner, which is not described herein again. For example, taking the case that a communication connection is established between the mobile phone and the smart sound box 400 as an example, the mobile phone is installed with an APP corresponding to the smart sound box 400, and the mobile phone can establish a communication connection with the smart sound box 400 through the APP. Taking the example of establishing a communication connection between the smart sound box 400 and a mobile phone through bluetooth as an example, an exemplary description is given. When connecting for the first time, smart speaker 400 turns on the bluetooth. The APP is opened by the mobile phone, the Bluetooth of the mobile phone is started, and nearby Bluetooth is scanned. After the bluetooth of smart sound box 400 is scanned, the mobile phone is connected in pair with smart sound box 400. The specific bluetooth establishment process may refer to the prior art, and is not described herein in detail. After the mobile phone and the smart speaker 400 successfully establish communication connection, when the smart speaker 400 and the mobile phone both start bluetooth, if the two devices are close to each other, communication connection can be automatically established.
Step 402, the mobile phone sends a query request message to smart sound box 200, smart television 300, and smart sound box 400. Accordingly, smart sound box 200, smart television 300, and smart sound box 400 receive the query request message from the handset. The query request message is used for querying whether the intelligent device supports the conversation capability.
For example, the query request message includes a query field, and the query field is used to query whether the intelligent device supports the call capability. The query field may be set based on actual requirements, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present application.
In one embodiment of the present application, step 402 may be implemented by: after the mobile phone has communication connections with smart sound box 200, smart television 300, and smart sound box 400, respectively, the mobile phone may broadcast the query request message. Therefore, one or more intelligent devices in communication connection with the mobile phone can receive the query request message, and the process that the mobile phone sends the query request message to different intelligent devices respectively is omitted.
In another embodiment of the present application, step 402 may be implemented by: the handset sends a query request message 1 to smart sound box 200. The query request message 1 is used to query whether the smart sound box 200 supports the speech capability. The handset sends a query request message 2 to smart sound box 400. The query request message 2 is used to query whether the smart sound box 400 supports the speech capability. The handset sends a query request message 3 to the smart tv 300. The query request message 3 is used to query whether the smart tv 300 supports the call capability.
In an embodiment of the present application, the query request message may also carry an identifier of the mobile phone, since the same smart device may have a communication connection with different devices. So the smart device can make sure which handset the inquiry request message comes from by carrying the identification of the handset.
In an embodiment of the present application, a method provided in an embodiment of the present application may further include: the mobile phone sends the indication information that the mobile phone has the function of managing the address book to the smart sound box 200, the smart television 300 and the smart sound box 400.
In an embodiment of the present application, the mobile phone may actively send an indication that the mobile phone has a function of managing the address book. For example, once the mobile phone establishes a communication connection with any one of smart sound box 200, smart television 300, and smart sound box 400, the mobile phone may send an indication that the mobile phone has the function of managing the address book.
In another embodiment of the present application, the mobile phone may send the indication that the mobile phone has the function of managing the address book under the trigger of any one of the smart sound box 200, the smart television 300, and the smart sound box 400.
In an embodiment of the present application, the query request message (corresponding to the second message related in the embodiment of the present application) may further carry indication information for indicating that the mobile phone has a function of managing an address book.
For example, the indication information that the mobile phone has the function of managing the address book may be a first field (for example, "1"), which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
In an embodiment of the present application, the message (corresponding to the second message mentioned in the embodiment of the present application) carrying the indication information that the mobile phone has the function of managing the address list is different from the query request message.
For example, the mobile phone may send instruction information that the mobile phone has the function of managing the address book to the smart sound box 200, the smart television 300, and the smart sound box 400, respectively. Or the mobile phone can periodically broadcast the indication information that the mobile phone has the function of managing the address list.
In an embodiment of the present application, taking a smart device as the smart sound box 200 as an example, after the mobile phone and the smart sound box 200 establish a communication connection, the mobile phone and the smart sound box 200 may also establish a service connection, so as to subsequently interact data on the service connection. Such as call commands, capability information, etc. The smart speaker 200 has call management services therein. The mobile phone can establish a service connection with the call management service of the smart speaker 200 by means of the call management service of the mobile phone.
In one embodiment of the present application, smart speaker 200, smart tv 300, and smart speaker 400 turn on call management service monitoring by default, supporting discovery. Therefore, the process that the user starts the call management service of the intelligent equipment is avoided.
In an embodiment of the present application, the user may turn on the call management service of the smart speaker 200, the smart tv 300, and the smart speaker 400, so as to establish a service connection with the mobile phone.
For example, taking smart sound box 200 as an example, a user may input a wake-up word to smart sound box 200, and after smart sound box 200 wakes up, the user may control smart sound box 200 to start the call management service through voice. Or the user may voice-control the smart speaker 200 to turn off the call management service.
As an example, the mobile phone actively queries the call capability of each smart device, and of course, the mobile phone may also send a message of the indication information that the mobile phone has the function of managing the address list instead of sending a query request message to each smart device. After receiving the message of the indication information that the mobile phone has the function of managing the address list, each intelligent device can report whether the intelligent device supports the call capability to the mobile phone. Or after the mobile phone and the smart speaker 200, the smart television 300, and the smart speaker 400 respectively establish communication connections, the smart speaker 200, the smart television 300, and the smart speaker 400 actively report to the mobile phone whether each of them supports the call capability, or the smart device may periodically broadcast the indication information of whether the smart device has the call capability according to a preset period, at this time, step 402 may be omitted. Specifically, the user can set a broadcast period by means of the APP corresponding to the smart device installed on the mobile phone, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
Step 403, the smart sound box 200, the smart television 300, and the smart sound box 400 respectively send query response messages to the mobile phone. Accordingly, the handset receives the query response messages from smart sound box 200, smart television 300, and smart sound box 400. The query response message (corresponding to the first message referred to in this embodiment) carries capability information indicating whether the device supports the call capability.
If smart sound box 200 and smart television 300 support the telephony capabilities, but smart sound box 400 does not support the telephony capabilities, then the query response message from smart sound box 200 is used to indicate that smart sound box 200 supports the telephony capabilities. The query response message from smart sound box 400 is used to indicate that smart sound box 400 does not support talk capability. The query response message of the smart tv 300 is used to indicate that the smart tv 300 supports the call capability.
In one embodiment of the present application, in the case that the smart device supports the call capability, the query response message may further include the type of the call capability supported by the smart device. For example, the types of call capabilities can be classified as: voice calls and video calls.
For example, smart sound box 200 may report the type of the supported call capability to the mobile phone as a voice call, which means that the user may initiate a voice call to the called party by means of smart sound box 200. The smart tv 300 may report the types of call capabilities supported by the smart tv 300 to the mobile phone as a video call and a voice call, which means that the user may initiate any one of the video call and the voice call to the called party by means of the smart tv 300.
In an embodiment of the present application, the smart speaker 200 and the smart television 300 may further send respective supported communication modes to the mobile phone. For example, the call mode may be Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN)/voice call/video call. For example, if smart sound box 200 supports a voice call, the call mode reported by smart sound box 200 to the mobile phone is one or more of PSTN or smooth voice call. If the smart sound box 200 supports voice call and video call, the call mode reported by the smart sound box 200 to the mobile phone is one or more of PSTN, smooth voice call, and smooth video call. In other words, if a smart device does not support video calls, the call modes reported by the mobile phone on the smart device do not include call modes supporting video calls (e.g., a smooth connection video call).
The intelligent device supports different call modes, and the resources consumed when the intelligent device is used for voice call or video call are different. For example, when a user uses a smooth voice call/a smooth video call supported by a smart device, the data traffic of a WLAN to which the smart device is connected or an SIM card of an operator associated with the smart device is consumed, and the call package duration of the operator bound to the smart device is not consumed, that is, the charging mode is: and (4) flow rate. The user can consume the operator call package duration bound by the intelligent device when calling by the PSTN supported by the intelligent device, in other words, the charging mode is as follows: the length of time.
It should be noted that indication fields corresponding to different capabilities exist in the mobile phone and each smart device, for example, the correspondence between the different capabilities and the indication fields stored in the mobile phone is shown in table 1:
TABLE 1
Figure BDA0002871027790000161
Figure BDA0002871027790000171
In one embodiment of the present application, since smart sound box 200 supports voice calls and does not support video calls, the query response message from smart sound box 200 may also indicate that the type of call capabilities that smart sound box 200 supports is voice calls.
For example, the query response message from smart sound box 200 includes a first field for indicating that smart sound box 200 supports the call capability and that the call capability is a voice call. Or the query response message from smart sound box 200 includes a first field and a second field, where the first field is used to indicate that smart sound box 200 supports talk capability. The second field is used to indicate that the call capability is a voice call type. For example, the first field may be "1" in table 1 above. The second field may be "10" in table 1 above. It should be noted that the query response message may also include a second field instead of the first field, so that the mobile phone can determine that the smart sound box 200 supports the call capability according to the second field and that the call capability is a voice call.
Optionally, a third field may be further included in the query response message from smart sound box 200, where the third field is used to indicate that smart sound box 200 does not support the video call type.
In one embodiment of the present application, since the smart tv 300 supports both voice calls and video calls, the query response message from the smart tv 300 may also indicate that the call capabilities supported by the smart tv 300 include voice calls and video calls.
For example, the query response message from the smart tv 300 includes a fourth field, where the fourth field is used to support the smart tv 300 to support the call capability, and the call capability includes a voice call and a video call. Or the query response message from the smart tv 300 includes a fourth field and a fifth field, where the fourth field is used to indicate the call capability supported by the smart tv 300. A fifth field is used to indicate that the call capabilities include a voice call type and a video call type.
Optionally, the field indicating that the smart television 300 supports the voice call and the video call may be different fields, which is not limited in this embodiment of the application. Then the fifth field may be 11 in conjunction with table 1.
In one embodiment of the present application, since smart sound box 400 does not support either a voice call or a video call, then a sixth field is included in the query response message from smart sound box 400 indicating that smart sound box 400 does not support a call capability. Alternatively, the query response message from smart sound box 400 includes a seventh field indicating that smart sound box 400 does not support either a voice call type or a video call type. Whether the sixth field or the seventh field is carried, after the handset receives the query response message from smart sound box 400, it can determine that smart sound box 400 does not have the call capability. Then the fifth field may be 00 in conjunction with table 1.
Optionally, the field indicating that smart sound box 400 does not support voice call and does not support video call may also be a different field, which is not limited in this embodiment of the application.
In one possible embodiment, the query response message from a different smart device may carry the identity of the smart device. This is because the mobile phone may receive the query response message from different smart devices, and the identification of the smart device in the query response message facilitates the mobile phone to identify the specific smart device corresponding to the call capability in the query response message. For example, the query response message from the smart tv 300 includes the name or MAC address of the smart tv 300 or other information that can identify the smart tv 300.
In a possible embodiment, after the mobile phone and the smart device establish a communication connection, the smart device may actively report the capability information of the smart device to the mobile phone. The capability information is used to indicate whether the intelligent device supports call capability. Then step 402 may be omitted at this point, i.e., step 402 is optional.
For example, in an embodiment of the present application, each time the device is powered on or restarted, the smart sound box 200, the smart television 300, and the smart sound box 400 automatically report the capability information of the device to the mobile phone through the communication connection established between the device and the mobile phone, so that the mobile phone can store the capability information.
For example, in some other embodiments, the smart sound box 200, the smart television 300, and the smart sound box 400 may also report their own capability information to the mobile phone periodically and automatically.
For example, in some other embodiments, the smart sound box 200, the smart television 300, and the smart sound box 400 may also automatically report their own capability information to the mobile phone based on the trigger of the user.
For example, when a user sits on a sofa in a living room, the user may use the voice control function to control the smart sound box 200 to report the capability information of the smart sound box 200 to a mobile phone. For example, the user may speak the wake-up word "small E", and report the capability information of whether the call capability is supported "to the mobile phone. Then, the smart speaker 200 may send, according to the wakeup word, an indication message of the call support capability to the mobile phone in the case of determining that the smart speaker itself supports the call capability. In other embodiments, the user determines whether smart sound box 200 supports speech capabilities, for example, the user may determine that smart sound box 200 supports speech capabilities by looking at a usage instruction of smart sound box 200, and the like. Then, the user can speak the awakening word "small E", and report the capability information supporting the call capability "to the mobile phone. Then, the smart sound box 200 may report the indication information supporting the call capability of the smart sound box 200 to the mobile phone. In other words, the user triggers smart sound box 200 to report the capability information of smart sound box 200 to the mobile phone.
Certainly, the user may also trigger the smart sound box 400 to report, to the mobile phone, indication information that the smart sound box 400 supports the call capability through a key on the smart sound box 200.
In a possible embodiment, after the mobile phone and the smart device establish a communication connection, if the smart device receives indication information from the mobile phone for indicating that the mobile phone has the function of managing the address book, the smart device determines to report to the mobile phone whether the smart device supports the call capability.
In a possible embodiment, after the mobile phone and the smart device establish a communication connection, the smart device may determine to report whether the smart device supports the call capability based on a request of the mobile phone. Then the above step 402 needs to be retained at this point.
In a possible embodiment, after the mobile phone sends the query request message, if the mobile phone does not receive a feedback (for example, the query response message) from the smart device within a specified time period, the mobile phone may determine that the smart device does not support the call capability, so that signaling of the smart device may be omitted. For example, the handset sends a query request message to smart sound box 400. The query request message may also carry a time period of 1 minute for instructing smart sound box 400 to perform feedback. If smart sound box 400 receives the query request message but smart sound box 400 does not support the call capability, then smart sound box 400 may choose not to feed back the query response message to the mobile phone, and at this time, if the mobile phone does not receive the query response message from smart sound box 400 within the time period, it may be determined that smart sound box 400 does not support the call capability.
Step 404, the mobile phone determines that the smart sound box 200 and the smart television 300 support the conversation capability according to the capability information carried in the query response message by each device.
It should be noted that the mobile phone may also determine that the smart speaker 400 does not support the call capability according to the capability information reported by the smart speaker 400.
The above steps 401 to 404 may correspond to step 1 in fig. 4B, that is, in the case that the mobile phone and the smart device have a communication connection, the device capability is interacted.
Step 405, the mobile phone registers the information of the smart sound box 200 and the information of the smart television 300 in an address book of the mobile phone.
The information of the smart device may include one or more of an identification (such as a MAC address) of the smart device, capability information of the device, and a name of the smart device, among others.
The step 405 may correspond to step 2 in fig. 4B, that is, the call management service of the mobile phone registers information of the smart device supporting the call capability in the address book of the mobile phone.
The mobile phone registers the information of the intelligent device with conversation capability (for example, the information of the intelligent loudspeaker box 200 and the information of the intelligent television 300) in the address book, so that under the condition that communication connection exists between the mobile phone and the intelligent device with conversation capability, the mobile phone can display the name of the intelligent device with conversation capability and the second calling control corresponding to the intelligent device with conversation capability in the address book, and a user can conveniently call a called party subsequently by means of the second calling control corresponding to the intelligent device with conversation capability, so that voice conversation or video conversation with the called party is established. It should be noted that the purpose of displaying the names of the smart devices with conversation capability is to facilitate the user to specify which smart device can be used to initiate a call to a contact in the address book of the mobile phone.
In the embodiment of the application, the second call control corresponding to the intelligent device can trigger a video call or a voice call. As one example, the second call control may be divided into a video call control and a voice call control. Specifically, if the call capability supported by the smart device is voice call, the second call control corresponding to the smart device and displayed in the address book by the mobile phone is a voice call control. And if the call supporting capability of the intelligent equipment is voice call and video call, displaying a second call control corresponding to the intelligent equipment in the address list by the mobile phone, wherein the second call control is a voice call control and a video call control. The user can trigger the intelligent device to initiate a voice call to the called party by means of the voice call control. The user can trigger the intelligent device to initiate a video call to the called party by means of the video call control. In other words, the mobile phone may determine the type of the call control corresponding to the smart device according to the type of the call capability supported by the smart device.
For example, in fig. 5 (a), the smart speaker 200 supports voice call and the name of the smart speaker 200 is: for example, the smart speaker in the living room displays a pop-up window 501 (corresponding to the first notification message) to prompt the user whether to agree to register the smart speaker in the living room in the address book of the mobile phone. For example, the content of the pop-up window 501 is: the method comprises the steps of detecting that the intelligent sound box in the living room supports the conversation capacity, registering the intelligent sound box in the address list of the mobile phone, and enabling the intelligent sound box in the living room to be used for carrying out voice conversation with a contact person, and asking whether the intelligent sound box in the living room is registered in the address list of the mobile phone. If the mobile phone detects that the user clicks the control 503, the mobile phone indicates that the user agrees to register the smart sound box in the living room in the address book of the mobile phone, and the subsequent mobile phone can register the smart sound box in the living room in the address book of the mobile phone. If the mobile phone detects that the user clicks the control 502, the user does not agree to register the smart sound box in the living room in the address list of the mobile phone, and then the mobile phone does not register the smart sound box in the living room in the address list of the mobile phone temporarily.
After the mobile phone successfully registers the smart sound box in the living room in the address book of the mobile phone, as shown in (B) of fig. 5, taking "dad" as an example of the contact in the address book, the user can see the name of the smart sound box 200 (for example, the smart sound box 505 in the living room) and the second call control (for example, the voice call control 504) corresponding to the smart sound box in the living room on the detail interface of the contact "dad" in the mobile phone. The user may click on the voice call control 504 to trigger the handset to send a call command to the smart sound box 200. That is, the user can click the voice call control 504 to call the contact "dad" in the address book of the mobile phone by means of the smart sound box 200, thereby avoiding the need for the user to add the phone number of the called contact "dad" in the address book of the smart sound box 200.
As shown in fig. 6, fig. 6 differs from fig. 5 in that: since the smart television 300 supports voice calls and video calls, after determining that the user triggers the control 603 on the pop-up window 601, the mobile phone indicates that the user agrees to register the smart television in the living room (i.e., the name of the smart television 300) in the address book of the mobile phone. Thereafter, the mobile phone displays an interface as shown in (B) of fig. 6, so that the user can see the name of the smart tv 300 (e.g., the smart tv 605 in the living room) and call controls (e.g., the voice call control 604 and the video call control 606) corresponding to the smart tv 605 in the living room on the detail interface of the contact "dad" of the mobile phone. If the mobile phone determines that the user triggers the widget 602 on the pop-up window 601, which indicates that the user does not agree that the smart tv in the living room (i.e. the name of the smart tv 300) is registered in the address book of the mobile phone, the mobile phone does not display the name of the smart tv 300 (e.g. the smart tv 605 in the living room) and the call widget corresponding to the smart tv 605 in the living room in the address book.
In one embodiment of the present application, the mobile phone may select to register information of only the smart devices that support call capability in smart sound box 200, smart television 300, and smart sound box 400 in the address book. For example, in combination with the above example, since smart sound box 200 and smart television 300 support the call capability, the mobile phone uses the call management service of the mobile phone to record the information of smart sound box 200 and the information of smart television 300 in the address list.
It should be noted that, as shown in fig. 5 and fig. 6, a first call control corresponding to the mobile phone is also included in the detail interface of the contact "dad". For example, the first call control may include one or more of a voice call control 509-1, a video call control 509-2, and a text message control 509-3. The voice call control 509-1 is configured to trigger the electronic device to initiate a voice call to a device corresponding to the phone number of contact dad to establish a voice call. Voice call control 509-2 is used to trigger the electronic device to initiate a video call to the device corresponding to the phone number of contact dad to establish a video call. The short message control 509-3 is used for triggering the electronic device to send a short message to the device corresponding to the phone number of the contact dad. It should be noted that, for example, in fig. 5 and fig. 6, the first call control may include a voice call control 509-1, a video call control 509-2, and a short message control 509-3, in an actual process, the first call control may include all or part of the first call control that may include the voice call control 509-1, the video call control 509-2, and the short message control 509-3, for example, for a mobile phone that does not support a video call, the first call control may not include the video call control 509-2.
In an embodiment of the application, the mobile phone may select to register information of all the smart devices that establish communication connection with the mobile phone in the address list, but for the smart devices that do not support the call capability, the mobile phone records an identifier of the smart device that does not support the call capability, and does not display names and the like of the smart devices that do not support the call capability in the address list.
In an optional embodiment of the present application, after the mobile phone receives whether each of the capabilities supported by the smart device and reported by each of the smart devices supports the call capability, the mobile phone may store the capabilities reported by each of the smart devices and an identifier (e.g., a Media Access Control (MAC) address of the device) of the smart device in a corresponding manner, for example, a corresponding relationship between the capabilities reported by each of the smart devices and the identifier of the smart device stored in the mobile phone is shown in table 2.
TABLE 2
Figure BDA0002871027790000201
In table 2, MAC address 1 is the identifier of smart sound box 400. MAC address 2 is the identification of the smart tv, and MAC address 3 is the identification of smart sound box 400.
The mobile phone reports whether the call capability is supported to the mobile phone or not by storing the corresponding relation between the call capability reported by each intelligent device and the identification of the intelligent device, so that the intelligent device does not need to report whether the call capability is supported to the mobile phone or not when the intelligent device establishes communication connection with the mobile phone each time.
For example, the mobile phone and the smart speaker 200 establish a first communication connection at time 1, and at this time, the mobile phone acquires that the smart speaker 200 supports the call capability. Then, the mobile phone stores the corresponding relationship between the MAC address 1 and the call capability supported by the smart sound box 200. At time 2, the handset is disconnected from communication with smart sound box 200. At time 3, the mobile phone establishes communication connection with smart sound box 200 again, so that the mobile phone can determine that smart sound box 200 supports the call capability from table 1 according to the MAC address of smart sound box 200 when establishing communication connection with smart sound box 200 again, thereby omitting the process of requesting smart sound box 200 from the mobile phone again to determine whether smart sound box 200 supports the call capability.
In an embodiment of the present application, each time the device is powered on or restarted, the smart sound box 200, the smart television 300, and the smart sound box 400 automatically report their own capability information to the mobile phone through a communication connection, so that the mobile phone can store the capability information.
In addition, it should be noted that the smart sound box 200, the smart television 300, and the smart sound box 400 may report the capability information of the mobile phone to the mobile phone each time a communication connection is established with the mobile phone, so that the mobile phone can be updated in time when the capability information of the device is updated. Or, the smart sound box 200, the smart television 300, and the smart sound box 400 may report the updated capability information to the mobile phone when the capability information of the mobile phone is updated, so that the mobile phone can also update the capability information in time.
In an embodiment of the present application, after the smart sound box 200 and the smart television 300 support the smart device with call capability are determined by the mobile phone, the mobile phone may automatically register information of the smart device with call capability in the address list.
In an embodiment of the present application, after the mobile phone determines that the smart speaker 200 and the smart television 300 support devices with call capabilities, the method provided in the embodiment of the present application may further include: the handset displays a second notification message (e.g., the prompt box 501 shown in fig. 5 or the prompt box 601 shown in fig. 6). The second notification message is used for prompting whether the information of the intelligent equipment with the conversation capability is registered in the address list. And under the condition that the mobile phone detects the operation of agreeing to registration triggered by the user, the mobile phone can register the information of the intelligent equipment with the conversation capability in the address list. For example, if the mobile phone detects that the control 503 is triggered in the interface shown in fig. 5 (a), or detects that the control 603 is triggered in the interface shown in fig. 6 (a), the mobile phone may detect the operation of agreeing to registration triggered by the user.
In an embodiment of the application, after the mobile phone registers the smart device with the call capability in the address book of the mobile phone, the mobile phone can also prompt that the smart device with the call capability is successfully registered in the address book of the mobile phone, so that a user can conveniently judge whether the registration is successful.
In another embodiment of the present application, after the mobile phone and the smart device establish a communication connection, the mobile phone may automatically determine whether the smart device supports the call capability according to information such as the MAC address or the device model of the smart device. For example, after the mobile phone and the smart device establish a communication connection, the mobile phone sends an inquiry request to the server, where the inquiry request carries information such as an MAC address or a device model of the smart device. The server may then determine whether the smart device supports call capability based on information such as the MAC address or device model of the smart device. Then the server feeds back feedback information that the intelligent device supports the conversation capability or feeds back feedback information that the intelligent device does not support the conversation capability, and if the conversation capability is supported, the specifically supported conversation capability is the voice capability or the video capability or both the voice capability and the video capability.
In an embodiment of the present application, after a smart device with a certain call capability is registered in an address list of a mobile phone, if the mobile phone is disconnected from the smart device, when the mobile phone establishes a communication connection with the smart device again, the mobile phone needs to re-register the smart device in the address list of the mobile phone, so as to display a name of the smart device in the address list subsequently.
In an embodiment of the application, after a certain intelligent device with call capability is registered in an address list of a mobile phone, if the mobile phone is disconnected from the intelligent device in a communication mode, and if the mobile phone is again connected with the intelligent device in a communication mode, and if the capability information of the intelligent device is stored in the mobile phone, the mobile phone does not need to register the intelligent device in the address list of the mobile phone again, and a second call control corresponding to the intelligent device is directly displayed in the address list.
In an embodiment of the application, a user may update a type or a name of a call control corresponding to an intelligent device with a call capability in an address book of a mobile phone. For example, the name of the intelligent device with the call capability displayed in the address book by the mobile phone is the updated name of the intelligent device by the user. For example, the name of the smart sound box 200 is smart sound box X, so that the user can modify the name of the smart sound box 200 from smart sound box X to the smart sound box in the living room in the address book, and finally the name of the smart sound box 200 displayed in the address book of the mobile phone is the smart sound box in the living room, so that the user can determine the specific smart device.
In an embodiment of the application, during the process that the mobile phone registers the smart device with call capability in the address book of the mobile phone, or after the smart device successfully registers in the address book of the mobile phone, the mobile phone may further display a first prompt message, where the first prompt message is used to prompt whether to modify the name of the smart device with call capability. If the user indicates that the intelligent device does not agree with the change, the mobile phone displays the name or other information of the intelligent device with the conversation capability in the address list. And if the user indicates that the intelligent equipment agrees to change, the mobile phone displays the updated name of the intelligent equipment in the address list.
In an embodiment of the present application, the name of the intelligent device with a call capability and the corresponding call control may be displayed below the contact address of each contact in the address book, or may be displayed above the contact address of each contact in the address book, or may be randomly displayed, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present application.
In an embodiment of the present application, after the mobile phone successfully registers the smart device (taking the smart sound box 200 as an example) in the address book of the mobile phone, when there is a communication connection between the smart sound box 200 and the mobile phone, the name of the smart sound box 200 and the second call control corresponding to the smart sound box 200 are displayed in the address book of the mobile phone, as shown in (B) of fig. 5. When the communication connection between the smart sound box 200 and the mobile phone is disconnected (for example, the bluetooth between the mobile phone and the smart sound box 200 is disconnected or the mobile phone and the smart sound box 200 are not in the same WiFi network), the name of the smart sound box 200 and the second call control corresponding to the smart sound box 200 are no longer displayed in the address book of the mobile phone. Or, in a case that there is a communication connection between the smart sound box 200 and the mobile phone, the name of the smart sound box 200 and the second call control corresponding to the smart sound box 200 displayed in the address list of the mobile phone are in an enabled state, that is, the user may see the name of the smart sound box 200 and the second call control corresponding to the smart sound box 200 in the address list, and may also trigger the second call control corresponding to the smart sound box 200 to initiate a voice call. And under the condition that no communication connection exists between the smart sound box 200 and the mobile phone, the name of the smart sound box 200 and the second call control corresponding to the smart sound box 200 displayed in the address book of the mobile phone are in a non-enabled state, that is, although the user can see the name of the smart sound box 200 and the second call control corresponding to the smart sound box 200 in the address book, the user cannot trigger the second call control corresponding to the smart sound box 200 to initiate a voice call.
In an embodiment of the application, the mobile phone may further display the call modes supported by the intelligent devices on an address list of the mobile phone according to the call modes supported by the intelligent devices. For example, the call mode may include, but is not limited to: public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN)/voice/video call, etc.).
Referring to fig. 5 (B), if the mobile phone determines that the call mode supported by the smart sound box 200 is a smooth voice call, a word "smooth voice" 506-1 may also be displayed in the address book. This is convenient for the user to determine that after triggering the call control 504, the smart speaker 200 can be used to initiate a smooth conversation with the device corresponding to the contact "dad".
It should be noted that if the mobile phone determines that the call mode supported by the smart sound box 200 is PSTN and smooth voice call, the mobile phone displays the characters of PSTN and smooth voice in the address list. Thus, as shown in fig. 7 (a), when the call control 504 is triggered, the mobile phone may further prompt to select a call mode from PSTN and smooth voice through the prompt message. As shown in fig. 7 (B), the handset displays an interface 506, where the interface 506 includes a control 506-1 corresponding to PSTN and a control 506-2 corresponding to fluent speech. After the user selects the call mode, the mobile phone can notify the smart speaker 200 to initiate a call connection to the device corresponding to "dad" in the mode selected by the user.
Taking the example that the smart sound box 200 supports voice call as described above, if the smart television 300 supports voice call and video call, and the call modes of the smart television 300 include PSTN, smooth voice call, and smooth video call, the interface 506 shown in (B) in fig. 7 may also prompt smooth video call.
The above steps 401 to 405 may be understood as a process of registering the smart sound box 200 or the smart television 300 with a call capability in the address book of the mobile phone, and a process of calling a contact in the address book of the mobile phone by means of the smart sound box 200 or the smart television 300 in this embodiment of the present application will be described below with reference to steps 406 to 411.
And a second stage: the called party is called by means of the smart device.
In an embodiment of the present application, after the mobile phone registers a smart device (such as smart sound box 200 or smart television 300) with a call capability in an address book of the mobile phone, in a case that there is a communication connection between the mobile phone and the smart device (such as smart sound box 200 or smart television 300), as shown in fig. 5 (B), a second call control corresponding to smart sound box 200 is displayed in the address book of the mobile phone, and as shown in fig. 6 (B), a second call control corresponding to smart television 300 is displayed in the address book of the mobile phone. With continuing reference to fig. 4A, the method provided in this embodiment of the present application may further include, after step 405:
step 406, the mobile phone detects the trigger operation. The triggering operation is used for triggering the mobile phone to display an address list interface of a first contact in the contact list.
The address book interface comprises a name of the first contact person, a phone number of the first contact person, and a second call control corresponding to the smart sound box 200 or the smart television 300. Optionally, the address book interface may further include a first call control corresponding to the mobile phone. The first call control is used for triggering voice call or video call or short message sending. The content of the first call control can refer to the above description, and is not described herein again.
For example, the address book interface may be a details interface for the first contact. Such as the interfaces shown in fig. 5 (B) and fig. 6 (B). Or the address list interface can be a call list interface of the mobile phone. The call list interface records all calls of the mobile phone, as shown in fig. 8. The interface shown in fig. 8 includes a name of the first contact, a phone number of the first contact, and a second call control corresponding to a target smart device with call capabilities (e.g., smart sound box 200). It should be noted that, on the interface shown in fig. 8, if the mobile phone detects that the control 1001 is triggered, the mobile phone may display the interface shown in fig. 7 (a).
For example, the trigger operation may be a touch operation for a certain contact on a contact list interface of the mobile phone, or the first operation may be a voice control instruction. For example, the user issues a voice control command "please display the detail interface of the first contact in the mobile phone". In response to the voice control instruction, the mobile phone displays a detail interface of the first contact, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
For example, as shown in fig. 9, the mobile phone displays an interface shown in (a) of fig. 9, and the interface includes an address book APP 801. When the mobile phone detects that the address book APP801 is triggered, the mobile phone displays an interface as shown in (b) of fig. 9, where information of one or more contacts stored in the mobile phone is recorded in the interface. On the interface shown in the diagram (b) in fig. 9, the user can trigger the mobile phone to switch the contacts displayed on the interface through a gesture operation of sliding upwards or downwards. The first contact in the address book of the mobile phone will be referred to as "dad" as an example.
The first contact person may be any one of one or more contact persons included in the address book, which is selected by a user through a trigger operation.
Step 407, the mobile phone responds to the trigger operation and displays an address list interface corresponding to the first contact person.
It should be noted that, assuming that the user wants to trigger the smart sound box 200 or the smart television 300 to establish a voice call or a video call with the device corresponding to the first contact by using the mobile phone, the mobile phone is already displaying the address book interface corresponding to the first contact, step 406 and step 407 may be omitted.
Step 408, the mobile phone detects a first operation of a second call control, triggered on the address book interface, for the smart sound box 200 or the smart television 300.
The first operation may be a touch operation or a voice control instruction, which is not limited in this embodiment of the application.
Step 409, responding to the first operation, the mobile phone sends a call command to the intelligent device through the communication connection between the mobile phone and the intelligent device, and correspondingly, the intelligent device receives the call command from the mobile phone through the communication connection between the mobile phone and the intelligent device.
The call command is used for instructing the intelligent device to call the first contact. The call command includes: the intelligent device comprises a telephone number of a first contact person and indication information of a call type corresponding to a second call control, wherein the indication information of the call type is used for the intelligent device to determine that the device corresponding to the first contact person establishes a voice call or a video call.
It is worth mentioning that the mobile phone sends the call command to the smart device based on the communication connection between the mobile phone and the smart device.
The indication information of the call type may be a first indicator indicating that the call type is a voice call or a second indicator indicating that the call type is a video call. For example, the first indicator may be indicated by at least one bit, for example, the first indicator may be 0, and the second indicator may also be indicated by at least one bit, for example, the second indicator is 1.
Step 410, the intelligent device calls the device corresponding to the first contact according to the call type to request the device corresponding to the first contact to establish a voice call or the video call.
After the intelligent device calls the device corresponding to the first contact according to the call type in the call command, the device corresponding to the first contact can send an answer response to the intelligent device and can also send a rejection response to the intelligent device. If the smart device receives an answer response, the smart device may perform step 411, described below.
For example, if the call type is a voice call, the smart device requests the device corresponding to the first contact to establish a voice call. And if the call type is a video call, the intelligent equipment requests equipment corresponding to the first contact person to establish a video call.
Step 411, when receiving an answer response from the device corresponding to the first contact, the intelligent device establishes a voice call connection or a video call connection with the device corresponding to the first contact.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment of the application, the device corresponding to the first contact may refer to a device associated with the phone number corresponding to the first contact, that is, a device where the SIM card corresponding to the phone number is located. If one contact corresponds to multiple phone numbers, the device corresponding to the first contact may be the device associated with the phone number carried in the call command.
If the call type is voice call, when receiving answer response from the equipment corresponding to the first contact, the intelligent equipment establishes voice call connection with the equipment corresponding to the first contact. If the call type is a video call, when receiving the equipment corresponding to the first contact person, the call connection established with the equipment corresponding to the first contact person is a video call connection.
In an embodiment of the present application, after the intelligent device calls the device corresponding to the first contact according to the call type, the method provided in the embodiment of the present application further includes: the intelligent device determines that the device corresponding to the first contact refuses to establish a voice call or a video call with the intelligent device, and the intelligent device terminates calling the device corresponding to the first contact or automatically calls the device corresponding to the first contact again. Under the condition of calling the equipment corresponding to the first contact for multiple times, if the intelligent equipment determines that the equipment corresponding to the first contact rejects the calling of the intelligent equipment every time, the intelligent equipment terminates the calling of the equipment corresponding to the first contact. As an example, if the smart device receives a rejection response from the device corresponding to the first contact, the smart device determines that the device corresponding to the first contact rejects establishing a voice call or a video call with the smart device.
The above steps 406 to 408 may correspond to steps 3 and 4 in fig. 4B. Step 409 corresponds to step 5 in fig. 4B. Step 410 corresponds to step 6. It should be noted that if smart sound box 200 determines that the call mode is "talk-talk" voice, smart sound box 200 uses internet traffic to perform Real-time communication (RTC). If smart sound box 200 determines that the calling mode is PSTN, smart sound box 200 calls the phone number of contact "dad" (e.g., 12345678901) using the basic telecommunication service provided by the telecommunications carrier.
The following takes as an example that the user uses a cell phone to trigger smart sound box 200 to make a call to contact "dad".
For example, as shown in fig. 9 (b), the mobile phone displays the contact list interface 900, and when the mobile phone detects operation 2 input by the user on the contact list interface 900, it may be considered that the user has triggered the first operation of opening the address book interface of the first contact, and then the mobile phone displays the interface 1000 shown in fig. 10 (a). On interface 1000, if the mobile phone detects a first operation of the user on voice call control 504, and the address book identification of the mobile phone is to initiate a voice call using an external callable device, the call management service of the mobile phone is notified to send a call command to smart sound box 200 using a service connection with smart sound box 200. The call command may include the following: the surname is dad, the phone number 507, and the call type is voice call.
As can be seen from fig. 10 (a), the detail interface of the first contact may further include a voice call control 509, a short message control 510, and a video call control 511. The user can trigger the voice call control 509 to trigger the cell phone to initiate a voice call to a device (such as a cell phone) corresponding to the contact "dad". The user can trigger the video call control 511 to trigger the cell phone to initiate a video call to a device (such as a cell phone) corresponding to the contact "dad". The user can trigger the video call control 510 to trigger the mobile phone to send a short message to a device (e.g., mobile phone) corresponding to the contact "dad".
In one embodiment of the present application, after smart sound box 200 receives a call command from a cell phone, smart sound box 200 can start to call a device corresponding to the contact "dad". As shown in fig. 10 (C), the display interface of the device corresponding to the contact "dad" (which can be referred to as mobile phone a) is shown after smart speaker 200 calls the device corresponding to the contact "dad". The interface shown in fig. 10 (C) includes a prompt message. For example, "XX speaker invites you to have a voice call," specifically, may prompt the call to come from smart speaker 200, or may prompt a user (e.g., a user of a mobile phone) from which the call originates with smart speaker 200, so that contact "dad" can determine the calling party. In addition, fig. 10 (C) may further include a control 1004 and a control 1005. If the device corresponding to contact "dad" detects that control 1005 is triggered, the device corresponding to contact "dad" can determine that the user wishes to answer the phone from XX speaker, at which time the device corresponding to contact "dad" can send an answer response to smart speaker 200 to establish a voice call connection with smart speaker 200. As shown in fig. 10 (D), after the voice call connection is established between the device corresponding to the contact "dad" and the smart speaker 200, a call interface displayed on the device corresponding to the contact "dad" is displayed. A typeface 1009 indicating the call duration, a typeface 1006 indicating the device of the call, and a control 1010 are included in the interface shown in fig. 10 (D). If the control 1010 is triggered, the device corresponding to contact "dad" sends a call termination command to smart speaker 200 to terminate the call with smart speaker 200. Of course, the interface shown in fig. 10 (D) can also include other controls, such as a volume adjustment control and a recording control, and if the recording control is triggered, the device corresponding to contact "dad" starts recording audio or video during the call. If the volume adjustment control is triggered, the device corresponding to the contact person "dad" responds to the trigger operation to adjust the volume in the call process.
If the device corresponding to contact "dad" detects that control 1004 is triggered, the device corresponding to contact "dad" can send a response of refusing to smart speaker 200, so that no call connection is established with smart speaker 200.
In an embodiment of the application, after the mobile phone sends the call command to the smart device through the communication connection, before the smart device establishes a voice call connection or a video call connection with a device corresponding to the first contact, a call interface may be displayed on the mobile phone. A terminating call control is included on the call interface. If the terminating call control is triggered, the mobile phone can also send a terminating call command to the intelligent device through a communication connection with the intelligent device, wherein the terminating call command is used for triggering the intelligent device to terminate calling of the device corresponding to the first contact person. Accordingly, after the intelligent device receives the call termination command, no matter whether the intelligent device establishes a call connection with the device corresponding to the first contact or is in a stage of continuing to call the device corresponding to the first contact at this time, the intelligent device terminates the call of the device corresponding to the first contact in response to the call termination command.
Fig. 10 (B) shows a call interface displayed on the mobile phone after the mobile phone triggers smart sound box 200 to call the device of contact "dad". Optionally, after the mobile phone triggers smart sound box 200 to call the device of contact "dad" (i.e. sends a call command), the mobile phone may not display a call interface. The call interface is displayed so that the user can control the smart device to terminate the call to the device of the contact 'dad' by means of the call interface displayed on the mobile phone.
For example, after the mobile phone sends a call command to smart sound box 200, the mobile phone may display a call interface as shown in fig. 10 (B), and in addition to displaying prompt information 1002, the call interface shown in fig. 10 (B) may also display a control 1001 (corresponding to the call termination control), and during the process that smart sound box 200 calls the contact "dad", if the control 1001 is triggered, the mobile phone sends a call termination command to smart sound box 200 through a communication connection. After receiving the call termination command, smart speaker 200 can stop calling the device corresponding to the contact "dad". Displaying the call interface facilitates to know whether the smart speaker 200 has established a call connection with the device corresponding to the contact "dad", and to trigger the smart speaker 200 to terminate the call with the device corresponding to the contact "dad".
As a possible embodiment, in the case that the smart device has a display screen, in the case that the smart device receives a call command, a call interface may also be displayed on the smart device, and the content of the call interface displayed on the smart device may refer to the interface content shown in fig. 10 (B). Of course, in the case where the smart device and the device of the contact "dad" establish a voice call or a video call, a call interface can also be displayed on the display screen of the smart device. The contents of the call interface displayed on the smart device may also refer to the call interface illustrated in (E) of fig. 10.
It should be noted that fig. 10 takes a phone number 507 corresponding to a contact as an example, when a contact includes a phone number 507, the handset sends the phone number 507 to the smart sound box 200 through a call command. When a contact includes multiple telephone numbers. Still taking the contact "dad" as an example, as shown in (a) of fig. 11, the phone number corresponding to the contact "dad" includes: phone number 507 and phone number 508, after the user performs the first operation on the handset, as shown in (B) of fig. 11, the handset can also prompt the user to use phone number 507 or phone number 508 to make a voice call or video call to contact dad using prompt message 512, and if the user selects phone number 508, the handset sends a call command to smart sound box 200 including phone number 508. If the user selects telephone number 507, then the handset sends a call command to smart sound box 200 that includes telephone number 507.
In an embodiment of the present application, after the user triggers the second call control corresponding to smart sound box 200 or smart television 300, the mobile phone may further display a prompt message to prompt the user to confirm whether to call the device corresponding to the contact "dad" using smart sound box 200 or smart television 300. If authorized, the handset can send a call command carrying the phone number, call type, video call or voice call of the contact "dad" to smart sound box 200 or smart television 300. This prevents false triggering.
Continuing with fig. 7 as an example, assuming that the call modes supported by smart sound box 200 include a PSTN and a voice-over-internet call, when voice call control 504 is triggered, the mobile phone displays interface 506 as shown in (B) of fig. 7, where interface 506 includes control 506-1 corresponding to the PSTN and control 506-2 corresponding to the voice-over-internet call. If the mobile phone detects that the control 506-1 is triggered, the call mode in the call command sent by the mobile phone to smart sound box 200 is PSTN, so that after receiving the call command, smart sound box 200 initiates a voice call to a device corresponding to contact "dad" through PSTN. If the control 506-2 is detected to be triggered, the call mode in the call command sent by the mobile phone to the smart sound box 200 is smooth voice, so that after receiving the call command, the smart sound box 200 initiates a voice call to the device corresponding to the contact "dad" through the smooth voice.
In an embodiment of the present application, the user may also trigger the mobile phone to set to display the name of smart sound box 200 and the name of smart television 300 on the detail page of only some contacts in the address book.
For example, the user may join the contact "dad" and the contact "mom" in the address book into the same group, and set that the name of the smart sound box 200 and the name of the smart television 300 are displayed only on the detail page of the contact in the group, so that the name of the smart sound box 200 and the name of the smart television 300 are displayed only on the detail pages of the contact "dad" and the contact "mom".
Optionally, the user may also trigger the mobile phone to set that the smart sound box 200 or the smart television 300 in the address list is invisible, or the smart sound box 200 or the smart television 200 cannot make a voice call to the contact "dad" 605, for example, pull the smart sound box 200 or the smart television 300 into a blacklist, or the like.
In an embodiment of the application, the user may further set whether to enable the name of the smart device to be displayed in the address book in the mobile phone.
For example, the user triggers the mobile phone to turn on or turn off the function of displaying the intelligent device in the address list. For example, when the mobile phone starts the function of displaying the smart device in the address book, the name of the smart sound box 200 may be displayed in the address book after the mobile phone registers the smart sound box 200 in the address book. For example, if the user does not want to display the name of the smart device in the address book, the user may trigger the function of the smart device to be in the off state, and then the name of the smart device will not be displayed in the address book by the mobile phone.
In an embodiment of the present application, if the mobile phone registers names of a plurality of smart devices in the address list, the user may close some of the names of the smart devices in the mobile phone, and then the names of the closed some of the smart devices may not be displayed in the address list of the mobile phone, or the user may close all of the names of the smart devices in the mobile phone, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present application.
In an embodiment of the present application, when the mobile phone is communicatively connected to smart sound box 200 or the mobile phone is communicatively connected to smart television 300, the name of smart sound box 200 or the name of smart television 300 is displayed in the address book. That is, once the communication connection between the mobile phone and the smart sound box 200 is interrupted or the communication connection between the mobile phone and the smart television 300 is interrupted, the name of the smart sound box 200 or the name of the smart television 300 is no longer displayed in the address book of the mobile phone.
In an embodiment of the present application, when the communication connection between the mobile phone and the smart sound box 200 is interrupted or the communication connection between the mobile phone and the smart television 300 is interrupted, although the name of the smart sound box 200 or the name of the smart television 300 is still displayed in the address book of the mobile phone, at this time, the name of the smart sound box 200 or the name of the smart television 300 displayed in the address book of the mobile phone is in an disabled state (of course, words such as "call cannot be initiated" may also be displayed). It can also be understood that when the mobile phone and smart sound box 200 or the mobile phone and smart television 300 are in communication connection, the control of the name of smart sound box 200 or the name of smart television 300 displayed in the address book is in an enabled state (such words as "call can be initiated" may also be displayed).
In an embodiment of the present application, taking a smart device with a call capability as an example of the smart sound box 200, when the mobile phone and the smart sound box 200 have a communication connection, the mobile phone may obtain one or more call records corresponding to the smart sound box 200 from the smart sound box 200. Each call record corresponds to a call record table, and the basic information of the call record is recorded in different fields stored in the call record table, for example, the ID of the call record (the value of the ID may increase sequentially along with the number of the call records), the telephone number of the call, the call incoming and outgoing type of the call, the call duration, and the like. If the call is a calling type call and the call duration is 0 second, the dialing failure is indicated when the mobile phone carries out the call. At this time, the mobile phone may also store the reason of the dialing failure of the current call in the call record table. For example, the reason for the call failure may be the contra-party refusing, the timeout not being on, the contra-party busy tone, or a network failure. The mobile phone can obtain the specific reason of the dialing failure of the call from the network equipment such as the base station, and the embodiment of the application does not limit the reason.
After the mobile phone obtains the one or more call records corresponding to the smart sound box 200, as shown in fig. 8, the mobile phone may display the one or more call records corresponding to the smart sound box 200 on the mobile phone based on an operation for displaying the one or more call records corresponding to the smart sound box 200 on the mobile phone. This is convenient for the user to know the call record of the smart speaker 200 by means of the mobile phone. Especially, when the intelligent device with the call capability does not have a display screen, it is more convenient for the user to know the call record of the intelligent sound box 200.
The one or more call records corresponding to the smart sound box 200 may be sent by the smart sound box 200 to the mobile phone actively, or may be sent by the smart sound box 200 to the mobile phone after the mobile phone sends the request to the smart sound box 200.
In an embodiment of the present application, after the mobile phone sends the call command to the smart device through the communication connection, if the mobile phone determines that the smart device has established a voice call connection or a video call connection with a device corresponding to the first contact, the method provided in an embodiment of the present application further includes: the method comprises the steps that a call interface is displayed on the mobile phone, the call interface is used for making a call with equipment corresponding to a first contact person through intelligent equipment, the call interface comprises a first control, and the first control is used for indicating that the call between the equipment corresponding to the first contact person is terminated. And when the operation of the first control is detected, the electronic equipment sends a call termination command to the intelligent equipment through the communication connection, wherein the call termination command is used for indicating the intelligent equipment to terminate the voice call or the video call between the intelligent equipment and the equipment corresponding to the first contact person.
