In order to solve the technical problem, the application provides a fabric, and the fabric can display contents to be displayed.
As shown in fig. 1, the fabric includes a control module 2, a controllable switch module 1 and light-emitting yarns 3, it is understood that, in practical applications, the number of the light-emitting yarns 3 specifically included in the fabric, the length of each light-emitting yarn 3, the specific setting position in the fabric, the thickness of each light-emitting yarn 3, and the like are all set according to practical requirements, and the fabric may further include normal yarns, and each normal yarn and each light-emitting yarn 3 may be woven to form a knitted fabric or a woven fabric.
Then, the control module 2 may control the controllable switch module 1 according to the received content to be displayed, so as to control the light-emitting yarn 3 to emit light and display the content to be displayed. It should be noted that the luminescent yarn 3 is an electroluminescent display fiber yarn with a luminescent function, and the luminescent yarn 3 can emit light when being powered by itself according to the electroluminescent principle, and it can be understood that the voltage output by the power supply needs to meet the power supply requirement of the electroluminescent display fiber yarn, for example, the voltage can be a high-voltage alternating current of 80 to 280V. The specific type, material, thickness, twist or content, body color, and luminescent color of the luminescent yarn 3, i.e., the electroluminescent fiber yarn, are not particularly limited, and only the execution logic in the present application needs to be satisfied.
It should be further noted that two ends of the luminescent yarn 3 may be connected to the controllable switch module 1 through two conductive yarns, or may be connected to the controllable switch module 1 through two common conductive wires, and the type, fineness, twist or content of the conductive yarn used herein is not particularly limited, and the conductive yarn includes but is not limited to one or a combination of more of metal conductive yarns, inorganic conductive yarns, organic conductive yarns or composite conductive yarns; and the thickness of the ordinary conductive wire used is not particularly limited.
In addition, the control module 2 may include a control chip, and if the control chip itself does not have a communication function, the control module 2 may further include a communication module connected to the control chip. The control chip includes but is not limited to an MCU or ARM processor or an embedded processor or a DSP chip or an FPGA chip. And when the control chip is used for outputting a control signal to the controllable switch module 1, that is, when the IO port connected to the controllable switch module 1 is not enough to be used, the control module 2 may further include an IO extension chip to meet the control requirement in the present application, which is not particularly limited herein and is determined according to the actual requirement.
Compared with a fabric display mode in the prior art, the fabric display method provided by the invention has the advantages that the fabric does not need to be matched with other devices with display functions for use, the content to be displayed can be displayed according to needs, the fabric display method is suitable for equipment with a planar or non-planar appearance, the application of the fabric is enriched, and the use experience of a user is improved.
On the basis of the above-described embodiment:
as a preferred embodiment, when the light-emitting yarns 3 include M, the controllable switch module 1 includes M controllable switch sub-modules connected to the M light-emitting yarns 3 in a one-to-one correspondence, where M is not less than 1 and is an integer;
each controllable switch submodule comprises a first controllable switch 11 and a second controllable switch 12;
a first end of a first controllable switch 11 in the ith controllable switch sub-module is connected with one end of the ith luminous yarn 3, a second end of the first controllable switch 11 is connected with one end of a power supply, and a control end of the first controllable switch 11 is connected with the control module 2;
the first end of a second controllable switch 12 in the ith controllable switch submodule is connected with the other end of the ith luminous yarn 3, the second end of the second controllable switch 12 is connected with the other end of the power supply, and the control end of the second controllable switch 12 is connected with the control module 2.
In this embodiment, when the luminescent yarn 3 comprises M strips, the controllable switch module 1 may comprise M controllable switch sub-modules, and each controllable switch sub-module comprises a first controllable switch 11 and a second controllable switch 12. Therefore, taking one of the controllable switch sub-modules as an example to describe the control process of the control module 2, that is, if the control module 2 determines that a certain luminescent yarn 3 corresponding to the content needs to be powered to generate light according to the received content to be displayed, the first controllable switch 11 and the second controllable switch 12 in the controllable switch sub-module corresponding to the luminescent yarn 3 can be controlled to be both turned on to form a light-emitting loop of one end of the power supply, the first controllable switch 11, the luminescent yarn 3, the second controllable switch 12 and the other end of the power supply, so as to control the luminescent yarn 3 to be powered to generate light and further display the content to be displayed.
Specifically, referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of another fabric provided in the present invention. Wherein, only two light-emitting yarns 3 are illustrated in fig. 2 as an example to illustrate the specific connection manner of the light-emitting circuits, and fig. 2 is limited to the space shown by the figures, wherein one end of the power source and the other end of the power source are shown in the form of circles and characters.
It should be noted that, in practical applications, the first controllable switch 11 and the second controllable switch 12 are selected to satisfy a voltage withstanding standard, which is determined by the voltage required for the luminescent yarn 3 to obtain electricity and light, such as the above-mentioned high-voltage alternating current.
It can be seen that the execution logic of the controllable switch module 1 can be simply and reliably realized by setting the controllable switch sub-modules.
As a preferred embodiment, the first controllable switch 11 is a first optocoupler, and the second controllable switch 12 is a second optocoupler;
an anode of a first light emitting diode of the first optocoupler is connected with a first direct current power supply, a cathode of the first light emitting diode is used as a control end of the first controllable switch 11, a collector of a first phototriode of the first optocoupler is used as a second end of the first controllable switch 11, and an emitter of the first phototriode is used as a first end of the first controllable switch 11;
the anode of the second light emitting diode of the second optocoupler is connected with the first direct current power supply, the cathode of the second light emitting diode is used as the control end of the second controllable switch 12, the collector of the second phototriode of the second optocoupler is used as the second end of the second controllable switch 12, and the emitter of the second phototriode of the second optocoupler is used as the first end of the second controllable switch 12.
In this embodiment, the first controllable switch 11 may be a first optical coupler, the second controllable switch 12 may be a second optical coupler, and the optical coupler has good electrical insulation and anti-interference capabilities, and can well satisfy the requirement of the voltage withstand standard in this application, and can simply and reliably realize the control logic of the first controllable switch 11 and the second controllable switch 12 in this application.

and the light-emitting part covers the surface of the combining part in a second preset structure.
In this embodiment, the light-emitting yarn 3 may include a conductive core, a combination component and a light-emitting component, specifically, the combination component covers the surface of the conductive core in a first preset structure, where the first preset structure includes, but is not limited to, wrapping the surface of the conductive core in a tubular structure; the light emitting component covers the surface of the bonding component in a second predetermined structure, where the second predetermined structure includes, but is not limited to, a tubular structure, a spiral structure or a double spiral structure wound around the surface of the bonding component, and is not particularly limited herein.
It can be seen that the luminous yarn 3 is arranged in the above manner, so that the luminous function of the luminous yarn 3 can be simply and reliably realized, and the application is convenient.
As a preferred embodiment, when the power source is a third dc power source, the fabric further comprises an inverter module;
the input end of the inversion module is connected with the third direct-current power supply, and the output end of the inversion module is connected with the second end of the controllable switch module 1 and used for converting direct-current voltage input by the third direct-current power supply into alternating-current voltage.
In this embodiment, the inventor further considers that the voltage output by the power supply needs to meet the power supply requirement of the luminescent yarn 3, and it can be understood that the luminescent yarn 3 needs to be powered by high-voltage alternating current to realize luminescence, so that when the power supply is a third direct current power supply, the power supply requirement of the luminescent yarn 3 cannot be met at this time, and the fabric may further include an inverter module to convert the direct current voltage input by the third direct current power supply into an alternating current voltage.
It can be understood that, in order to meet the power supply requirement of the light-emitting fabric for the power supply voltage thereof, if the amplitude of the ac voltage obtained by the inverter module does not meet the requirement, the fabric may further include a voltage boosting module to convert the ac voltage into an ac voltage with a preset amplitude of the power supply voltage, which is not particularly limited herein.
As a preferred embodiment, the content to be displayed includes one or more of a combination of numbers, letters, and words.
In this embodiment, considering that the fabric is a fabric capable of directly realizing display, the content to be displayed may be set according to actual requirements, for example, the content to be displayed may include one or a combination of a plurality of numbers, letters, and characters.

Specifically, the functional module includes, but is not limited to, a temperature detection module, so that the temperature detection module can detect the temperature and transmit the detected temperature result as the content to be displayed to the control module 2 for display.
Therefore, the function of the fabric is further enriched by adding the setting of the function detection module in the fabric, the user experience is improved, and the practicability is higher.
As a preferred embodiment, when the content to be displayed includes numbers;
the light-emitting yarns 3 specifically comprise S light-emitting yarns 3 with first lengths and N light-emitting yarns 3 with second lengths, which form at least one group of light-emitting units, wherein the first lengths are greater than the second lengths, N is not less than 1 and is an integer, and S is not less than 7 and is an integral multiple of 7;
each group of light-emitting units comprises 7 light-emitting yarns 3 with first length and light-emitting yarns 3 with second length, wherein the light-emitting yarns 3 are arranged around the splayed layout, the transverse light-emitting yarns 3 of the splayed layout are parallel, and the longitudinal light-emitting yarns 3 of the splayed layout are parallel.
In this embodiment, when the content to be displayed includes numbers, the light-emitting yarns 3 in this application may specifically include S light-emitting yarns 3 with a first length and N light-emitting yarns 3 with a second length, which form at least one group of light-emitting units, where the specific group number of the light-emitting units here may be one group, or may be more groups, where the specific group number, the set size, the placement position in the fabric, and the interval between each group of the light-emitting units are not particularly limited, and are set according to actual requirements. And the specific values of the first length and the second length are not limited, and the logic that the first length is greater than the second length is satisfied.
Each group of light-emitting units comprises 7 light-emitting yarns 3 with first lengths in splayed layout and light-emitting yarns 3 with second lengths around the splayed layout, of course, the light-emitting yarns 3 with the first lengths in the splayed layout in each group of light-emitting units can also be set to be in a form including certain curvature or a form including certain inclination in practical application, final display requirements can be met according to actual requirement setting, and no special limitation is made on the number, thickness and the like of the light-emitting yarns 3 with the second lengths around the splayed layout in each group of light-emitting units, and the light-emitting yarns can be set according to actual requirements.
It should be noted that, for example, when the content to be displayed is content including decimal notation points or colons, the light-emitting yarns 3 of the second length arranged around the eight-shaped layout may be specifically provided with three light-emitting yarns 3 of the second length on the right side of the eight-shaped layout, so as to realize display of punctuations such as decimal notation points and colons.
It can be seen that by the above arrangement, various information such as time, date, temperature, etc. can be displayed using the fabric.
Specifically, as an overall description of the final display effect of the fabric, please refer to fig. 3a, fig. 3b, fig. 4 and fig. 5.
