Disclosure of Invention
The invention discloses an anti-lost lamp and a system, and aims to solve the problem that a working lamp in the prior art is easy to lose in the management process.
The first embodiment of the invention provides an anti-lost lamp, which comprises: the working lamp comprises a working lamp, a first controller arranged in the working lamp, and a first wireless module, a positioning module and an alarm mechanism which are electrically connected with the first controller;
wherein the first controller is configured to implement the following steps by executing a computer program stored therein:
connecting a wireless signal received by the first wireless module, wherein the wireless signal is generated by a terminal;
activating the working light fixture when the current light fixture is judged to be registered at the terminal according to the wireless signal so that the working light fixture can be operated between an on state and an off state;
acquiring current position information of the working lamp acquired by the positioning module;
and when the current position information is judged to exceed the electronic fence area, the working lamp is dormant, and the current position information is sent to the terminal through the alarm mechanism for alarming or the first wireless module.
Preferably, the first wireless module includes a bluetooth module and a 4G module;
the Bluetooth module and the 4G module are electrically connected with the first controller.
Preferably, the alarm mechanism comprises: a buzzer, an indicator light and a vibrator;
the control end of the buzzer, the control end of the indicator light and the control end of the vibrator are electrically connected with the output end of the first controller.
Preferably, the positioning module is a GPS module.
Preferably, when the current position information is determined to exceed the electronic fence area, the working lamp is dormant, and the current position information is sent to the terminal by the alarm mechanism or the first wireless module, specifically:
when judging that the working lamp is in a first alarm area according to the current position information, dormancy the working lamp and simultaneously generating an alarm signal through the alarm mechanism;
and when the working lamp is judged to be in the second alarm area according to the current position information, the current position information is sent to the terminal through the first wireless module, wherein the radius of the second alarm area is larger than that of the first alarm area.
Preferably, the alarm signal includes a blinking signal generated by an indicator light of the alarm mechanism, a buzzing signal generated by a buzzer of the alarm mechanism, and a vibration signal generated by a vibrator of the alarm mechanism.
Preferably, the wireless signal is a bluetooth signal.
Preferably, the method further comprises: and when the first wireless module is monitored to be disconnected with the wireless signal, the working lamp is dormant.
A second embodiment of the present invention provides a system comprising: the anti-lost lamp comprises a second controller, a touch screen electrically connected with the second controller, a second wireless module and the anti-lost lamp;
wherein the second controller is configured to implement the following steps by executing a computer program stored therein:
acquiring registration information received by the touch screen;
and sending a wireless signal with the registration information through the second wireless module, wherein the wireless signal is used for activating the working lamp when the working lamp matched with the registration information is accessed, so that the working lamp can be operated between an on state and an off state.
Preferably, the method further comprises: acquiring position information of the working lamp received by the second wireless module;
and displaying alarm information on the touch screen according to the position information, wherein the alarm information comprises identity information of a registrant and the position of a working lamp on a map.
According to the anti-lost lamp and the system provided by the embodiment of the invention, the controller is connected with a wireless signal generated by the terminal through the first wireless module, judges whether the working lamp is registered at the terminal according to the wireless signal, activates the working lamp if the working lamp is registered at the terminal, so that the working lamp can operate between an on state and an off state, sleeps the working lamp after the first wireless module is monitored to be disconnected with the wireless signal generated by the terminal, and simultaneously, when the working lamp is monitored to exceed an electronic fence area, the real-time position information of the working lamp is sent to the terminal, so that the problem that the working lamp is easy to lose in the management process is solved.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a first embodiment of the present invention provides an anti-lost lamp, including: the working lamp comprises a working lamp, a first controller 1 arranged in the working lamp, a first wireless module 2 electrically connected with the first controller 1, a positioning module 3 and an alarm mechanism 4;
wherein the first controller 1 is configured to implement the following steps by executing a computer program stored therein:
s101, connecting a wireless signal received by the first wireless module 2, wherein the wireless signal is generated by a terminal;
s102, activating the working lamp when the current lamp is judged to be registered at the terminal according to the wireless signal, so that the working lamp can be operated between an on state and an off state;
s103, acquiring current position information of the working lamp acquired by the positioning module 3;
and S104, when the current position information is judged to exceed the electronic fence area, the working lamp is dormant, and the current position information is sent to the terminal through the alarm mechanism 4 or the first wireless module 2.
It should be noted that, when a constructor performs construction in some working scenarios, the constructor may need to illuminate the construction site by using the working lamp like an article management department, in some cases, the constructor may intentionally or unintentionally take the working lamp off site, which further results in the phenomenon that articles are lost in the construction site.
In this embodiment, the terminal may be configured at an article management place, which may be a wireless signal, such as a bluetooth signal (of course, not limited to this), where the working lamp is connected to the bluetooth signal, and the controller determines whether the working lamp is registered at the terminal after the bluetooth signal is connected, if yes, activates the working lamp so that the working lamp can operate between an on state and an off state, and it is noted that by verifying the bluetooth signal and the registration information, it is possible to effectively avoid the constructor from taking the working lamp away from the construction site, and meanwhile, due to the verification of the registration information, it is possible to effectively urge the constructor to return the lamp after the lamp is used on the same day.
In this embodiment, if the constructor takes the working lamp off site intentionally or unintentionally, the working lamp can remind the constructor through the alarm mechanism 4, and meanwhile, the position information of the working lamp is sent to the terminal, so that the lost lamp can be quickly retrieved by the article management department.
In one possible embodiment of the present invention, the first wireless module 2 may include a bluetooth module and a 4G module;
the Bluetooth module and the 4G module are electrically connected with the first controller 1.
It should be noted that the bluetooth module and the 4G module may be integrated together, for example, a wireless module with a model number of Air722UG-NFM, and of course, the two modules may also be separated, which is not limited herein.
In one possible embodiment of the invention, the positioning module 3 may be a GPS module.
It should be noted that the type of the GPS module may be SKG09A, and in other embodiments, the positioning module 3 may also be another type of positioning module 3, which is not limited herein.
In one possible embodiment of the invention, the alarm mechanism 4 may comprise: a buzzer, an indicator light and a vibrator;
the control end of the buzzer, the control end of the indicator light and the control end of the vibrator are electrically connected with the output end of the first controller 1.
The buzzer is used for receiving the control signal of the controller when the working lamp leaves the preset range, and generating beeping sound or other types of sounds so as to remind constructors;
the indicator lamp is used for receiving a control signal of the controller and flashing when the working lamp leaves a preset range so as to remind constructors;
the vibrator is used for receiving the control signal of the controller when the working lamp leaves the preset range, and vibrating to drive the working lamp body to vibrate so as to remind constructors.
In one possible embodiment of the present invention, when the current location information is determined to exceed the electronic fence area, the working lamp is dormant, and the current location information is sent to a terminal by the alarm mechanism 4 or the first wireless module 2, specifically:
when judging that the working lamp is in a first alarm area according to the current position information, dormancy the working lamp and simultaneously generating alarm signals through the alarm mechanism 4, wherein the alarm signals can comprise a flicker signal generated by an indicator lamp of the alarm mechanism 4, a buzzing signal generated by a buzzer of the alarm mechanism 4 and a vibration signal generated by a vibrator of the alarm mechanism 4;
it should be noted that, in this embodiment, the first alarm area may be an area formed by a boundary of a bluetooth signal and a boundary of the second alarm area, and it should be understood that, when the working lamp enters the first alarm area, the working lamp enters a dormant state, and cannot perform lighting operation, at this time, the controller may control the indicator lamp to start flashing, the vibrator to start vibrating, and the buzzer to generate an alarm sound, so as to remind a constructor that the working lamp has left the working area.
And when the working lamp is judged to be in the second alarm area according to the current position information, the current position information is sent to the terminal through the first wireless module 2, wherein the radius of the second alarm area is larger than that of the first alarm area.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, if the constructor reminds nothing about, the constructor further carries the work to leave the first alarm area and enter the second alarm area, and the controller may send the position information of the working lamp to the terminal through the 4G module in the wireless module, so that the article management department can retrieve the lamp.
In one possible embodiment of the present invention, further comprising: and when the first wireless module 2 is detected to be disconnected with the wireless signal, the working lamp is dormant.
It should be noted that, the bluetooth signal generated by the first wireless module 2 is used to activate the working lamp, when the bluetooth is disconnected, the working lamp may be subjected to sleep processing, in this embodiment, the boundary of the first alarm area may be set to be the covered boundary of the bluetooth signal, in other embodiments, the boundary of the first alarm area may also be set according to the actual situation, which is not limited herein, but these solutions are all within the scope of protection of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, a second embodiment of the present invention provides a system, comprising: the anti-lost lamp comprises a second controller 6, a touch screen 7 electrically connected with the second controller 6, a second wireless module 5 and the anti-lost lamp;
wherein the second controller 6 is configured to implement the following steps by executing a computer program stored therein:
s201, acquiring registration information received by the touch screen 7;
s202, a wireless signal with the registration information is sent through the second wireless module 5, where the wireless signal is used to activate a working light fitting matched with the registration information when the working light fitting is accessed, so that the working light fitting can operate between an on state and an off state.
Preferably, the method further comprises: acquiring position information of the working lamp received by the second wireless module 5;
and displaying alarm information on the touch screen 7 according to the position information, wherein the alarm information comprises identity information of a registrant and the position of a working lamp on a map.
According to the anti-lost lamp and the system provided by the embodiment of the invention, the controller is connected with a wireless signal generated by the terminal through the first wireless module 2, judges whether the working lamp is registered at the terminal according to the wireless signal, activates the working lamp if the working lamp is registered at the terminal, so that the working lamp can operate between an on state and an off state, sleeps the working lamp after the wireless signal generated by the first wireless module 2 and the terminal is disconnected is monitored, and simultaneously, when the working lamp is monitored to exceed an electronic fence area, the real-time position information of the working lamp is sent to the terminal, so that the problem that the working lamp is easy to lose in the management process is solved.
