Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention clearer and clearer, the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
The invention monitors the watching of children, and further improves the intelligent terminal, so that the intelligent terminal can shoot and recognize the shot images when playing videos, so as to analyze whether human faces exist in the images, further analyze the human face images to judge whether children watch the movies, and start a monitoring program for the children if the children watch the movies. It can be understood that the intelligent terminal adopted by the invention is not limited to intelligent video and audio playing equipment such as a television, a mobile phone, a tablet and the like. In the following examples, a television is used for illustration of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a method for supervising healthy viewing of children according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, a method for supervising healthy viewing of children according to an embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps:
s100, the camera collects and identifies images in a set shooting range.
Specifically, when a video is played on the television, the camera of the television is controlled to be started, and the shooting range of the camera is based on the shooting range of the camera hardware. After the image is shot, there are two situations, namely, a person is watching the television or no person watches the television but the television is normally played, and therefore, the shot image needs to be identified.
S200, when the facial image belonging to the child is identified, analyzing the film watching information of a film viewer with the facial image of the child, wherein the film watching information at least comprises film watching behaviors or film watching contents.
Specifically, by recognizing the image, when the face is recognized and it is determined that an image with a child feature exists in the face, the image with the child face feature is focused for subsequent analysis.
S300, when the film watching behaviors are analyzed, judging the film watching behaviors according to preset standard behaviors, and when the film watching behaviors do not accord with the preset standard behaviors, sending behavior correction prompts.
Specifically, children's sight shadow action is including watching closely, the position of sitting is just, the strabismus etc. can be in advance at TV set or high in the clouds storage standard behavior, and then compare the image that acquires with standard behavior, when both are inconsistent, then need correct children's sight shadow action, the accessible sends voice prompt or shows standard in order to remind children, certainly, can establish the communication with the head of a family and be connected, send the head of a family with children's unconventional action, standardize to remind the head of a family to children's action.
S400, when the film watching content is analyzed, judging the film watching content according to the preset film and television classification and the corresponding film watching duration, and when the film watching content does not accord with the film and television type film watching duration, sending a film watching overtime prompt.
Specifically, in order to prevent children from depending on the movie content, on one hand, limitation of movie watching duration is set, and on the other hand, the movie content is distinguished, whether parents need to accompany the movie content to watch the movie content or not can be further judged according to the category of the movie content, the accompanying time of the parents can be further limited, and certainly, the watching time of children limited by different types of movie content can also be directly determined by judging the category of the movie content.
According to the invention, the shadow watching behaviors and the watching contents of the children are supervised, so that the children correct the bad shadow watching behaviors, a good sitting posture habit is formed, a humpback is placed, the eyesight is protected, and furthermore, the shadow watching contents and the shadow watching time are limited, so that the children can watch positive and healthy videos, the healthy growth of the children is facilitated, the good shadow watching habits of the children are developed, and the healthy life style of the children is guided. By analyzing the film watching information of the children, the invention can effectively replace the supervision of parents, and remind the children in time to play a role in assisting teaching, thereby being beneficial to popularization in daily life.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, step S100 includes:
and S110, the camera collects images in a set shooting range.
A camera on the television collects a first frame of image, and then the image is monitored.
And S120, inputting the image into a classifier to distinguish a face image from a non-face image.
Before the step is implemented, a classifier is trained in advance, wherein the training mode of the classifier is as follows: the method comprises the steps of collecting image information and distinguishing and marking a face image and a non-face image in the image information. When the image is identified through the classifier, the face image can be quickly identified according to the marks in the classifier.
Specifically, the way of identifying the image by the classifier is: the classifier classifies each block in the image, for example, a window with a fixed size is constructed, the window is moved on the image in the order of first along the X axis and then along the Y axis, and if a region block has a face mark, the region block is determined to be a face image. S130, when a face image exists in the image, extracting the identity characteristics of the face image, comparing the identity characteristics with the face in the cloud family account, and judging the family identity corresponding to the face image.
Specifically, after the face image is detected, the identity characteristics of the face image can be extracted, wherein the identity characteristics can be expressed as characteristics of gender, age and the like, after the identity characteristics are obtained, whether the child face exists in the face image can be judged, and when the child face exists, subsequent supervision operation is performed on the child face. It can be understood that, when the television shoots, the number of faces that can be shot is not limited to one, and when a plurality of faces exist, it is determined whether children exist therein, and if children exist, subsequent determination is performed, and if children do not exist, subsequent interpretation is not performed.
Furthermore, a family account can be set for the television, the facial image is compared with the facial image uploaded in the family account in advance, whether the child is a family member or not is judged, if yes, the behavior of the child and the watching movie and television content are recorded and stored, so that the child can conveniently log in the family account to check, the family account can be represented by a cloud, and can also be set in the television, and the specific embodiment mode is not limited here.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, step S130 further includes:
and S121, converting the face image into a face print code when the face image exists in the image.
After the face image is identified by the classifier, the authenticity of the face image needs to be judged, and specifically, the face image can be converted into a face print code and stored.
And S122, inquiring the face print code in the face print pre-recorded in the face print library, and if the face print code can be inquired, indicating that the face image represents a real face.
Specifically, a facial print library is pre-established, wherein real facial prints are recorded, and the recorded facial prints are corresponding to facial print codes. Whether the face image is true or not can be quickly judged by inquiring the face print codes in the face print library, and when the face print codes can be inquired, the face image is true; if the face image cannot be inquired, the face image is false, and then a prompt that the correct face is not detected can be sent out or the follow-up operation of supervising the child is not executed.
Certainly, when performing the check of the facial texture coding, a similarity threshold may also be set, and when the similarity between the facial texture coding corresponding to the facial image and the recorded facial texture coding is higher than the similarity threshold, it is determined that the facial image is true, otherwise, it is false.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, step S200 includes:
s211, when the film watching behavior is analyzed, measuring the distance between the film viewer and the film watching screen.
Specifically, the camera can measure the distance from the viewer to the screen of the television, and then display the distance.
And S212, when the distance is smaller than the distance threshold value, sending a too close distance prompt.
In order to limit the phenomenon that the distance between the children and the video cannot be too close when the children watch the video, a distance threshold value can be set to prevent the children from watching the video in a close distance, so that the children are prevented from being short-sighted.
Of course, the definition of the distance may be set uniformly, and may also be limited according to the content of the viewed film and television, and therefore, after step S212, the method further includes:
when the watched movie content belongs to the first type, the distance from the child to the television is limited to be not less than a first distance threshold. For example, and without limitation, the first type may be web class and the first distance threshold may be set to 0-1 meter.
When the watched movie content belongs to the second type, the distance from the child to the television is limited to be not less than the second distance threshold. For example, the second genre may be entertainment such as a television show, a movie, or a fantasy, and the second distance threshold may be set to 3-10 meters.
And when the watched movie content belongs to the third type, limiting the distance from the child to the television to be not less than a third distance threshold. For example, and not by way of limitation, the third type may be a game and the third distance threshold may be set to 0-10 meters.
It should be understood that the first distance threshold, the second distance threshold, and the third distance threshold may be set according to actual requirements, and are not limited herein, and this embodiment is only used for illustrating that the children viewing distance can also be prompted according to the type of the movie content for supervision, and all schemes that can implement this embodiment belong to the protection scope claimed by the present invention.
In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, step S200 includes:
s221, when the film watching behavior is analyzed, comparing the posture of the film viewer with a preset standard posture.
Specifically, the film watching posture of the child can be supervised, when unfavorable behaviors such as crouching, strabismus, inverted film watching and the like occur, a posture adjustment prompt is sent, and specifically, comparison can be carried out according to the standard posture, so that the posture error is prompted, and how to adjust the posture error is prompted.
And S222, sending a posture adjustment prompt when the posture does not accord with the preset standard posture.
In a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, steps S212 and S222 are followed by:
s231, accumulating the film watching duration of the film watching behavior which does not accord with the preset standard behavior.
Specifically, the behaviors of short-distance watching and incorrect watching posture can be called unhealthy watching, the duration of the unhealthy watching can be detected, and when the duration exceeds the watching duration, the video is stopped playing and a behavior correction prompt is provided.
And S232, when the film watching duration exceeds a duration threshold, stopping playing the video and prompting.
The time length threshold here may be determined according to the specific behavior of the child, for example, when the distance is too close, the time length capable of viewing the image at a close distance may be set, when the posture is incorrect, the time length for viewing the image under the incorrect posture may be set, further, there is a close distance and incorrect posture viewing mode at the same time, and at this time, the set time length for viewing the image in such a case is different from the former two.
Therefore, steps S212 and S231 are followed by further including:
when the distance is smaller than the distance threshold, accumulating the film watching duration;
when the viewing duration is greater than the distance duration threshold, a prompt for paying attention to the distance is popped up, for example, the distance can be prompted to be too close, and the eyes can be protected. For example, when the child is 3.2 meters away from the television after starting playing the video for 7 minutes, but the distance threshold is 3 minutes and the distance threshold is 3.5 meters away, a prompt pops up.
Further included after steps S222 and S231 is:
when the posture does not accord with the preset standard posture, accumulating the film watching duration;
when the film watching duration is larger than the gesture duration threshold, a gesture correction prompt pops up, such as a prompt of no humpback, a prompt of looking at the screen, a prompt of sitting right and the like.
Of course, there is also a case where the distance is smaller than the distance threshold and the posture does not conform to the preset standard posture, which is called an unhealthy viewing state, and the threshold of the viewing behavior of the child defined herein is smaller than the distance duration threshold and the posture duration threshold.
Further, the duration of the video watched by the children can be limited by combining the watching content types.
For example, in the unhealthy viewing state, viewing the first type of video may be adjusted to a longer time, viewing the second type of video may be adjusted to a normal time, and viewing the third type of video may be adjusted to a shorter time. The specific time length limit may be determined according to actual requirements, and is only used herein to illustrate different time length limits for the children viewing time length set in the unhealthy state through classification of the movie contents, and of course, the unhealthy state may at least include any one of a distance exceeding limit or a posture exceeding limit.
And S233, continuing to play the video until the film watching behavior of the film viewer is monitored to accord with the preset standard behavior.
Specifically, the camera continuously shoots images, so that the watching behaviors of the children are analyzed, when the distance meets the condition and the posture meets the condition, the limitation on watching the children is cancelled, and the video can be continuously played.
In one embodiment, step S300 includes:
s310, when the film watching content is analyzed, determining the type of the film watching content according to the film watching content, wherein the film and television types comprise a first type, a second type and a third type which are sorted from large to small in occupied ratio. The first genre may be a web class, the second genre may be an entertainment program such as a tv show, a movie or a feature, and the third genre may be a game.
In step S311, when the parent is of the first type, it is not necessary to detect whether there is a parent accompanying the parent.
Specifically, when the child watches the online class, it is not necessary to detect whether the parent accompanies the online class.
When a child watches an entertainment program or a game, it is necessary to detect whether a parent accompanies the game.
And S312, when the parent type belongs to the second type, detecting whether the parent accompanies the parent.
And S313, when the parent is of the third type, detecting whether the parent accompanies the parent.
Specifically, whether the detection has the head of a family to accompany then through the mode in above-mentioned step, and image is shot to specific accessible camera, and then judges whether there is the face image through the classifier to children's face and head of a family's face in the analysis face image, then carry out concrete differentiation to the condition that has the head of a family to accompany or not the head of a family accompany.
In a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, steps S312 and S313 are followed by:
s321, when a parent is detected to accompany, limiting the duration of watching the film and television contents by the viewer by using a first accompanying time threshold, wherein the first accompanying time thresholds corresponding to different types of film and television contents are in direct proportion to the ratio.
S322, when detecting that no parents accompany the film, limiting the duration of watching the film and television contents by the viewer by a second accompanying time threshold, wherein the second accompanying time thresholds corresponding to different types of film and television contents are in direct proportion to the ratio.
It will be appreciated that children may be restricted from viewing for longer periods when watching courseware, for shorter periods when watching entertainment, and for shorter periods when playing games. The description is also applicable to the number of subsequent film-viewing times and the total film-viewing time for describing the proportion of the film-viewing time.
For example, when a child watches a drama, a movie or a variety program, parents accompany the program, the total one-time duration exceeds 2.5 hours, and no parents accompany the program for more than 1.5 hours, the program is classified as unhealthy film watching time, and the times in one day are recorded; when the children play the television games, if parents accompany the children, the total one-time duration exceeds 30 minutes, the children are classified as unhealthy viewing time, and if no parents accompany the children, the total one-time duration exceeds 5 minutes, the children are classified as unhealthy viewing time.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, after step S310, the method further includes:
and S331, recording the time length for the film viewer to watch the film and television content.
S332, when the film watching time length exceeds a time length threshold value, limiting the film watching person to continuously watch the film content, wherein the time length threshold values corresponding to different types of film content are in direct proportion to the proportion.
Specifically, for the currently watched program, the watching time is timed, and when the time is out, a prompt animation is reminded or inserted, so that the eyes of the children are relieved.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, after step S331, the method further includes:
and S341, when the film watching duration exceeds the duration threshold, recording the film watching times for one time.
And S342, accumulating the film watching times, and limiting the film viewer to continue watching the film when the film watching times exceed a time threshold, wherein the time thresholds corresponding to different types of film and television contents are in direct proportion to the ratio.
Specifically, the television can record the movie contents watched by the children at different time periods and watch the duration, record and arrange the information, and upload the information to the cloud family account so that parents can check the information, so that the parents can conveniently set and control the movie contents watched by the children and the watching duration.
And if the film watching duration does not exceed the duration threshold, determining that the child is always paying attention to the television screen, and continuously accumulating the duration.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 9, after step S341, the method further includes:
s351, obtaining the total film watching duration of the film viewers according to the film watching duration corresponding to the film watching times each time.
And S352, when the total film watching duration exceeds a total duration threshold, controlling the film watching screen to be black, wherein the total duration thresholds corresponding to different types of film and television contents are in direct proportion to the ratio.
Specifically, through accumulative total unhealthy film watching times and corresponding accumulative total film watching duration, the method can be used for counting the film watching information of the children, is convenient for analyzing the film watching behaviors of the children, and is convenient for follow-up limitation on the film watching contents of the children or limitation on the film watching duration.
Further, as shown in fig. 10, based on the method for supervising the health viewing of children, the present invention also provides an intelligent terminal, which includes a processor 10, a memory 20 and a display 30.
