In the prior art, a first party mechanism is a system for processing the transfer business between a second party mechanism and a third party mechanism, and generates the transaction of the financial assembly line through daily transfer to realize fund transfer between the second party mechanism and the third party mechanism; the daytime money transfer means that a user in a second party mechanism signs a contract with a first party mechanism, an asset card is bound to the first party mechanism, and money is transferred to a deposit account set in a third party mechanism through the asset card, so that the third party mechanism utilizes funds in the deposit account to trade.
Therefore, the first party organization relates to the funds of the second party organization and the third party organization, and in order to ensure that the first party organization can operate safely, the fund safety problem and the accounting balance problem of the user are very important, so that a clearing way which can ensure the fund safety of the client and can also verify the fund balance of the first party organization and the third party organization is urgently needed.
In order to solve the prior art problems, embodiments of the present application provide a data processing method, apparatus, device, and computer storage medium. First, a data processing method provided in an embodiment of the present application is described below.
Fig. 1 is a schematic view of an application scenario of a data processing method according to an embodiment of the present application, including: a first party organization 101, a third party organization 102, and a second party organization 103; the third party organization 102 is an organization for conducting transactions, the transactions may be stock transactions, and the second party organization 103 is a financial organization capable of accessing funds.
The first party institution 101 includes a standing book system, in which information such as account basic information, account balance, and account fund change, for example, information such as account name, account transfer details, account transaction occurrence amount, and the like, is recorded.
The first-party organization 101 also records basic information of the third-party organization, for example, information about the third-party organization, such as the name of the third-party organization, and information about each business department in the third-party organization.

After daily and final account checking is carried out between the first party mechanism and the second party mechanism, the first party mechanism sends the running file to the third party mechanism, so that the third party mechanism carries out account checking on the basis of the running file, and after account checking, the first party mechanism sends the account checking file to the first party mechanism.
After receiving the account checking file sent by the third-party organization, the first-party organization analyzes the account checking file to obtain a clearing file and a settlement file, and performs fund clearing on the basis of the clearing file and the settlement file to check the fund change of each client, the fund change of each business department in the third-party organization and the total fund change of the third-party organization, and under the condition that all the checks are successful, the first-party organization determines that the fund clearing is passed, ensures the fund safety of the client in a clearing way, balances the funds of the first-party organization and the third-party organization, and effectively ensures the healthy and stable operation of the first-party organization.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flowchart of a data processing method according to an embodiment of the present application, and it should be noted that the data processing method may be applied to a data processing apparatus, as shown in fig. 2, the data processing method may include the following steps:
s210, acquiring a first fund balance of an account with changed fund in a first party mechanism, a second fund balance of the account in a third party mechanism, a third fund balance of each business department in the third party mechanism in the first party mechanism and a fourth fund balance in the third party mechanism, and a total balance of the third party mechanism in a first period and a total balance and a total generation amount of a second period; the first period is a period before the second period;
s220, checking whether a clearing result of the account balance meets a first preset condition or not according to the first fund balance and the second fund balance to obtain a first checking result;
s230, checking whether the clearing result of the balance of each business department meets a second preset condition or not according to the third fund balance and the fourth fund balance to obtain a second checking result;
s240, checking whether a clearing result of the total balance of the third party mechanism meets a third preset condition or not according to the sum of the total balance of the third party mechanism in the first period and the total generation amount in the second period and the total balance of the third party mechanism in the second period to obtain a third checking result;
and S250, determining that the fund clearing is passed under the condition that the first check result, the second check result and the third check result are all yes.
Therefore, the fund of the account with the changed fund is cleared in the first party institution, whether the clearing result of the account with the changed fund of the first party institution and the clearing result of the account with the changed fund of the third party institution meet the preset condition or not is verified, and the fund verification for the account is determined to be passed under the condition that the preset condition is met, so that the fund safety of the account in the first party institution is ensured, and the fund balance between the account in the first party institution and the account in the third party institution is ensured; the method comprises the steps that a first party organization and a third party organization are connected with the first party organization, the first party organization and the third party organization respectively, and the third party organization respectively carry out clearing on funds of each business department in the third party organization; and clearing the total funds of the third-party institution in the first-party institution by using the total balance of the third-party institution in the first period and the total generation amount of the third-party institution in the second period, and checking whether the clearing result of the first-party institution for the total funds of the third-party institution and the clearing result of the third-party institution for the total funds meet preset conditions, and determining that the total funds of the third-party institution pass the checking under the condition that the preset conditions are met, further, determining that the funds are cleared under the condition that the funds checking for the funds of the accounts with changed funds, the funds checking for each business department and the total funds checking for the third-party institution pass, so that the funds safety of the accounts in the first-party institution can be ensured by checking the funds of the accounts, the funds of each business department and the total funds of the third-party institution, accounting balance between the first party authority and the third party authority can also be guaranteed.
Wherein the first preset condition is that the first fund balance is equal to the second fund balance; the second predetermined condition is that the third fund balance is equal to the fourth fund balance; the third preset condition is that the sum of the total balance of the third party institution in the first period and the total generation sum in the second period is equal to the total balance in the second period.
S210, clearing accounts with changed funds in a first party organization, clearing accounts with changed funds recorded in a standing book to obtain a clearing result, namely the total balance of the standing book, namely the first fund balance, and acquiring the second fund balance of the accounts in a third party organization; clearing the current balance of each business department in the third-party organization at the first-party organization, acquiring a third fund balance, and acquiring the real balance of each business department in the third-party organization, namely a fourth fund balance; and acquiring the sum of the total balance of the first period of the third party mechanism and the total generation amount of the second period of the third party mechanism, and acquiring the total balance of the third party mechanism in the second period, wherein the first period is the previous period of the second period.
In some embodiments, in the step S210, acquiring a first fund balance of the account with changed funds in the first party institution and a second fund balance of the account in the third party institution may specifically include:
acquiring the fund change amount of a plurality of accounts with changed funds in the second-party institution, the generation amount of the plurality of accounts in the third-party institution and the fund balance of the plurality of accounts in the third-party institution;
calculating the fund change amount of the plurality of accounts in the second party mechanism and the generation amount of the plurality of accounts in the third party mechanism to obtain a first fund balance of the plurality of accounts in the first party mechanism;
and acquiring the sum of the fund balances of the plurality of accounts in the third-party institution to obtain a second fund balance.
Specifically, since the ledger of the first party organization records the fund details of all the customers who contract with the first party organization, before checking whether the total ledger balance (i.e., the first fund balance) of the first party organization is equal to the total account balance (i.e., the second fund balance) of the third party organization, it is necessary to acquire the fund change amount of the plurality of accounts with changed funds in the second party organization, the generation amount of the plurality of accounts in the third party organization, and the fund balance of the plurality of accounts in the third party organization.
In one example, a customer signs up with a first party organization, an asset card is bound to the first party organization and used for storing and drawing funds, a deposit account is set in a third party organization for the customer, the customer transfers money to the deposit account through the asset card bound to the first party organization, the transfer amount is the balance of the deposit account, and then the balance of the deposit account is used for transaction to generate a transaction generation amount, meanwhile, the customer also has an account corresponding to the deposit account in the first party organization, the balance of the account changes along with the balance change of the deposit account and is the real-time balance of the customer in the first party organization, and the account with the changed funds refers to the account which has transacted in the third party organization, namely the account which generates the transaction generation amount.
After counting all users with changed funds, acquiring the fund change amount of a plurality of accounts with changed funds in the second-party institution (namely the amount of money transferred from the asset card to the deposit account), the generation amount of a plurality of accounts in the third-party institution (namely the transaction generation amount), and the fund balance of a plurality of accounts in the third-party institution (namely the fund balance obtained after the third-party institution clears the transaction).
And calculating the fund variation amount of the plurality of accounts in the second party mechanism and the generation amount of the plurality of accounts in the third party mechanism to obtain the first fund balance of the plurality of accounts in the first party mechanism, namely the total balance of the standing book.
And calculating the sum of the fund balances of the accounts in the third-party mechanism to obtain a second fund balance, namely the total balance in the third-party mechanism.
And then checking whether the total balance of the standing book of the first party mechanism is equal to the total balance of the standing book of the third party mechanism.
Therefore, the account with the changed fund in the first party mechanism is cleared, whether the total balance of the account in the account system of the account with the changed fund recorded by the first party mechanism is equal to the total balance of the account counted by the third party mechanism is checked, namely, the fund safety of each client is ensured by checking the fund change of the account, and the account balance of the first party mechanism, the third party mechanism and the second party mechanism is ensured by checking the balance of the total balance of the account and the total balance of the account counted by the third party mechanism.
In some embodiments, the calculating the fund change amount of the account in the second party institution and the generation amount of the account in the third party institution to obtain the first fund balance of the account with changed fund in the first party institution may specifically include:
calculating the sum of the fund change amount of each account in the plurality of accounts in the second party mechanism and the generation amount of each account in the third party mechanism to obtain the fund balance of each account in the first party mechanism;
calculating the difference between the fund balance of each account in the first party mechanism and the fund balance of each account in the third party mechanism to obtain the difference of each account;
and calculating the sum of the total change amount of the funds of the plurality of accounts in the second party mechanism, the total occurrence amount of the plurality of accounts in the third party mechanism and the total difference amount of the plurality of accounts to obtain the first fund balance of the account with changed funds in the first party mechanism.
Specifically, since the account book records the fund detail of each user, before checking whether the total balance of the account book of the first party institution is equal to the total balance of the third party institution, the fund of each user whose fund changes needs to be checked, specifically including:
the first party mechanism needs to check accounts with the second party mechanism to obtain all accounts with changed funds recorded by the second party mechanism (namely, accounts for transferring accounts from the second party mechanism to the third party mechanism), account transferring amount and other information; the first party mechanism also needs to receive a reconciliation file sent by the third party mechanism, wherein the reconciliation file comprises an account with changed funds counted by the third party mechanism, the total balance counted by the third party mechanism, the transaction occurrence amount and other information.
Then, the first party organization respectively liquidates all accounts with changed funds, and verifies whether the balance of the account in the first party organization is equal to that of the account in the third party organization;
if yes, clearing the next account; if not, registering a reconciliation balance table, recording the difference between the balance of the account in the first party organization and the balance of the third party organization, counting the reconciliation balance table after clearing all the accounts, obtaining the total difference of the accounts with changed funds, and if the total difference is not zero, representing that the funds of individual accounts are unbalanced when checking whether the funds of each account are balanced.
After counting all accounts with changed funds, checking whether the total balance of the standing account of the first party organization is equal to the total balance of the third party organization, specifically, the total balance of the standing account of the first party organization is equal to the total balance of the second party organization (namely, after the first party organization and the second party organization perform reconciliation, the total fund variation amount of a plurality of accounts in the second party organization is obtained, the total fund variation amount of the plurality of accounts in the second party organization, the total generation amount of the plurality of accounts in the third party organization (namely, the transaction generation amount) and the sum of the total difference amounts of the plurality of accounts are calculated, and the first fund balance of the account with changed funds in the first party organization is obtained.
In one example, assuming that the total amount of occurrence of the third-party institution is 0, the total balance of the third-party institution is 100, the balance of the account a in the third-party institution is 50, the total balance of the standing book is 110, and the balance of the account a in the standing book is 40, then the total balance 100 (i.e., the second fund balance) of the third-party institution is equal to the sum of the total balance of the standing book 110, the total amount of occurrence of the third-party institution 0, and the total difference 10 (i.e., the first fund balance), and thus it can be seen that although the individual accounts have unequal balances, the first fund balance is equal to the second fund balance, and the settlement is passed (i.e., the total balance of the own standing book is balanced with the total balance of the third-party institution), and if the reconciliation file is retransmitted by the third-party institution.
In one example, according to the date, the number of the third-party institution and the checking-out completion mark of the third-party institution, the checking-out mark of the third-party institution is updated to be in progress, the clearing-out mark of the third-party institution is updated to be in progress, and the previous checking-out data clearing is cleared, so that the checking-out clearing can be repeatedly initiated.
The method comprises the steps of obtaining currency information in a first party organization, obtaining business department information of a third party organization, and obtaining the number of records in a temporary list of the deposit account of the third party organization according to date and the number of the third party organization (for example, the temporary list of the deposit account of the third party organization stores ten information of accounts with changed funds, and the number of records is ten). Inquiring a deposit account clearing temporary table and an account balance table of a third party mechanism through the association of the deposit account and the currency, and checking whether the first party mechanism has unprocessed deposit accounts, namely records of deposit accounts which are not cleared; if yes, calculating whether the balance of the deposit account number (namely the sum of the transfer amount of the second party mechanism and the transaction occurrence amount of the third party mechanism) is less than 0, and inquiring whether the third party mechanism allows the bonus (namely whether overdraft is allowed); and under the condition of no, updating the reconciliation clearing state table of the third-party organization into a reconciliation mark, wherein the clearing mark is in an initial state. If yes, checking the account status as normal or reporting loss; and under the condition of loss report, updating the reconciliation clearing state table of the third-party organization into a reconciliation mark, wherein the clearing mark is in an initial state. Under normal conditions, checking whether the balance of the account in the first party mechanism is not equal to the balance of the account in the third party mechanism, and judging the account non-sales status; calculating whether the difference value between the balance and the balance of the third-party organization is 0; inquiring the account transfer generation amount on the same day according to the date, the guaranteed account number and the currency, wherein if no record exists, the account transfer generation amount is 0; and registering the difference value of the generated amount, the balance and the balance of the third-party mechanism into a balance account balance list of the security account and the third-party mechanism, and counting accounts with changed funds, wherein the first-party mechanism records the number of the accounts with changed funds counted by the first-party mechanism every time one account is counted.
And comparing whether the record number of the third-party mechanism is equal to the record number of the first-party mechanism, and under the condition of no record number, updating the reconciliation clearing state table of the third-party mechanism into a reconciliation mark, wherein the clearing mark is in an initial state. If yes, using a deposit account clearance table generated during the accounting check of the second party mechanism (namely, the first party mechanism and the second party mechanism carry out in-line reconciliation), wherein the deposit account clearance table stores accounts with fund change, including transfer accounts and settlement accounts, and is compared with a temporary third party mechanism deposit account clearance table storing details in a third party mechanism clearance file, and inserting records (namely, the number of the accounts is the same, but the accounts are different) of the second party mechanism and the third party mechanism into the deposit account and the balance table of the third party mechanism.
Acquiring the total balance of the third-party organization (namely the second fund balance) of all the deposit accounts of the third-party organization by inquiring a clearing fund balance summary table (data comes from the total balance of a clearing file of the third-party organization); and calculating the total fund change amount of the plurality of accounts in the second party organization, specifically, the total balance (including account transfer and single account settlement) of each business department in a business department balance statistical table (generated during inline reconciliation) of the third party organization and the occurrence amount (positive or negative) of the netting of the third party organization in the single account settlement offset table.
And calculating the total generation amount of the plurality of accounts in the third-party organization, specifically, obtaining the total generation amount (positive or negative) of the third-party organization by rolling the generation amount of all records in the deposit clearance temporary table (detail records in the clearance file of the third-party organization) of the third-party organization.
And calculating the sum of the total difference of the accounts, specifically, counting the uneven difference of all records in the account balance table of the deposit account and the third-party organization to obtain the total difference (positive and negative), judging whether to act on the third-party organization to send an account balance file, and checking the total balance if the total difference is positive.
And calculating the sum of the total fund change amount of the plurality of accounts in the second party mechanism, the total generation amount of the plurality of accounts in the third party mechanism and the total difference amount of the plurality of accounts to obtain the first fund balance of the account with changed fund in the first party mechanism.
And calculating whether the first fund balance is equal to the second fund balance, if not, calculating the difference between the first fund balance and the second fund balance, registering the difference into a balance table between the deposit account and the third-party organization, updating an account checking and clearing state table of the third-party organization into an account checking mark, and setting the account checking mark into an initial state, so that the third-party organization can check the account again.
Therefore, through clearing each account with changed funds in the first party organization, whether the total balance of the standing book in the standing book system of the account with changed funds recorded by the first party organization is equal to the total balance of the account counted by the third party organization is checked, namely, through checking the fund change of each account, the fund safety of each client is ensured, and through checking the balance between the total balance of the standing book and the total balance of the account counted by the third party organization, the account balance of the first party organization, the third party organization and the second party organization is ensured.
In some embodiments, to further secure the funds of the customer, after calculating a difference between the fund balance of each account in the first party institution and the fund balance of each account in the third party institution, and obtaining the difference of each account, the data processing method may further include:
under the condition that the difference is not zero, registering the account with the difference not zero into a reconciliation balance table;
and sending the account balance table to a third party organization.
Therefore, by checking the fund change of each account, recording the account with the clearing result of the first party organization inconsistent with the clearing result of the third party organization, and sending the inconsistent clearing result to the third party organization, the third party organization can find the problem, and the fund safety of each client is ensured.
In some embodiments, in the step S210, acquiring a third fund balance of each business department in the third-party institution in the first-party institution and a fourth fund balance in the third-party institution may specifically include:
acquiring the sum of the fund variation amount of each business department in the third-party organization in the second-party organization and the generation amount of each business department in the third-party organization to obtain a third fund balance; and
and acquiring the sum of the fund balance of each business department of the third-party organization in the first period and the generation amount of the second period in the first-party organization to obtain a fourth fund balance.
And (2) clearing the funds of each business department in the third-party organization respectively, and calculating whether the sum of the balance of the first period of the business department door (namely how much money the business department leaves in the first period) and the current transaction amount of the business department in the second period (namely the sum of how much money the second-party organization transfers to the business department and the current transaction amount of the business department) is equal to the sum of the balance of the business department in the second-party organization (namely the fund variation amount of each business department in the third-party organization) and the current balance of the business department in the first-party organization (namely the third fund balance), if not, the third-party organization resends the account files.
If yes, under the condition that the current balance of each business department in the first party mechanism is equal to the fourth fund balance, the current balance of the business department is registered in a balance summary table of the business department of the third party mechanism, and under the condition that the current balance is not equal to the fourth fund balance, the account checking file is sent again by the third party mechanism.
In one example, a query is made as to whether the third party organization cancels the delivery; if yes, assigning the balance value and the generated balance value of each balance summary table of the business department of the third party organization to be 0; if not, circularly processing each business department; checking whether an unprocessed business department exists; calculating the sum of the business department yesterday balance and the current generation amount (namely the sum of the business department gate first period balance and the business department gate second period current generation amount), specifically, inquiring a third party organization business department balance summary table to obtain the third party organization business department daily balance information, inquiring the business department generation amount statistical table according to the date, the third party organization number, the business department number, the currency type and the transaction type, summarizing total record number, debit generation amount, debit record number, credit generation amount and credit record number, wherein the total generation amount (positive and negative) of the business department obtains the current generation amount; setting the total generation amount lending direction according to the positive and negative of the total generation amount of the business department, wherein the negative is lending, and the positive is lending.
Then, the balance of the current business department (namely, the balance of the business department in the first party organization, namely, the balance of the third party organization) is calculated, specifically, the sum of the balance of the business department in the business department statistical table of the third party organization (including account transfer and single account settlement) and the generation amount in the single account settlement correction table under the business department is calculated, then the difference of the generation amount of the business department in the temporary settlement table of the third party organization (the detail record in the settlement file of the third party organization) is counted according to the business department to obtain the generation amount of the business department (positive and negative, which is the transaction generation amount), and the sum is added to obtain the balance of the third party organization.
And further, judging whether the current business department balance is equal to the sum of yesterday business department balance and the total business department generation amount of the day, and updating the checking and clearing state table of the third party organization into a checking mark and the clearing mark into an initial state under the condition of no. If yes, setting the yesterday balance as the current balance, setting the actual balance of the yesterday account as the current account balance, setting the current balance as the calculated total balance of the business department of the third party institution, and setting the actual balance of the current account as the sum of the actual balance of the current account and the daily occurrence amount of the business department of the third party institution.
Calculating account generation amount and a loan mark, and assigning the account generation amount as the total business department generation amount of the current day; judging whether the yesterday actual balance of the account is larger than the calculated today actual balance; if yes, setting the account real balance running difference lending mark as lending, and if not, setting the account real balance running difference lending mark as lending; and judging whether the current balance is equal to the actual balance of the account, and under the condition of no, updating the account checking and clearing state table of the third-party organization into an account checking mark, wherein the clearing mark is in an initial state. If so, setting the generation amount absolute value of the business department, the generation amount absolute value of the spare payment of the business department and the deposit and borrowing mark managed and stored by a third party institution as a loan; and registering the calculated current balance of the business department to a balance summary table of the business department of the third party institution.
Therefore, the fund of each business department in the third-party organization is cleared, and the account balance of each business department is ensured.
The method includes steps of S220, wherein S220 corresponds to a first verification mode, specifically, before verification, clearing an account with each fund changed in a first party organization, then clearing accounts with all the funds changed recorded in a standing book, obtaining a clearing result aiming at account balances, namely a standing book total balance, namely a first fund balance, and further according to the first fund balance and a second fund balance, verifying whether the clearing result of the account balances meets a first preset condition, obtaining a first verification result, namely verifying whether an account total balance (namely a second fund balance) counted by a third party organization aiming at the accounts with all the funds changed is equal to the standing book total balance (namely the first fund balance) of the first party organization, wherein the standing book of the first party organization records fund detail change of each account.
S230 and S230 correspond to the second verification method, and specifically, according to the third fund balance and the fourth fund balance, whether the clearing result of the balances of the business departments satisfies the second preset condition is verified, so as to obtain a second verification result, that is, whether the current balances of the business departments in the third party organization in the first party organization (i.e., the third fund balances, that is, the clearing results of the balances of the business departments in the first party organization) are respectively verified to be equal to the real balances of the business departments in the third party organization (i.e., the fourth fund balances, that is, the clearing results of the balances of the business departments in the third party organization). Wherein the current balance of each business department at the first party institution is calculated on the basis that the first party institution has a periodic fund balance at each business department.
S240 is involved, and S240 corresponds to a third verification method, specifically, according to the sum of the total balance of the third party institution in the first period and the total generation amount in the second period and the total balance in the second period, whether the clearing result of the total balance of the third party institution meets a third preset condition is verified, so as to obtain a third verification result, namely, whether the sum of the first period total balance (namely the first period account total balance) and the second period total generation (namely the second period transaction total generation) of the third party institution (namely the clearing result of the third party institution total balance in the first party institution) is equal to the second period total balance (namely the second period account total balance, namely the clearing result of the third party institution total balance in the third party institution) is calculated, wherein the first period is a period prior to the second period, and calculating whether the total balance of the third party institution is equal to the sum of the actual balance of the account and the balance of the reserve payment. Wherein the total balance of the third party institution is calculated by the first party institution based on the total balance of the previous period.
The execution sequence of S220, S230, and S240 is not limited to any execution sequence, and any execution sequence may be used; for example, S220, S230, S240 are performed in sequence; for another example, S230 is executed first, then S240 is executed, and finally S220 is executed; for another example, S240, S230 and S220 are performed first.
In some embodiments, the third preset condition is that the sum of the total balance of the third party institution in the first period and the total generation amount in the second period is equal to the total balance in the second period, and therefore, verifying whether the sum of the total balance of the third party institution in the first period and the total generation amount in the second period is equal to the total balance in the second period, and obtaining the third verification result may include:
and checking whether the sum of the total balance of the third-party mechanism in the first period and the total generation amount in the second period is equal to the sum of the real balance of the account and the reserve payment balance of the third-party mechanism or not to obtain a third checking result.
In one example, business department information of a third party organization is queried; if yes, judging whether the third party organization cancels the delivery, and if yes, assigning the balance value and the generation sum value of each item of the account information table collected by the third party organization to be 0; if not, inquiring the balance of each item in the summary account information table of the third party institution; inquiring the balance summary table of the business department of the third-party institution to count the credit number of the third-party institution, the sum of the credit generation amount, the number of borrowers, the sum of the borrower generation amount, the total balance information and the record number information; setting the total generation amount of the loan to 0 in the case that the record number is 0; under the condition that the record number is not 0, inquiring a spare payment adjustment information table, wherein the statistical types are spare payment adjustment, in-line transfer reddening, delivery reddening and loan indication which is borrowed and the total generation amount of spare payment borrowers in finished states; and the statistic type is adjustment of the reserve payment, intra-row transfer turning red, in-line collection turning red, and the total occurrence amount of the reserve payment lenders with loan marks of credit and finished states.
Assigning the yesterday balance to a current balance, assigning the yesterday account real balance to a current account real balance, and assigning the yesterday reserve balance to a current reserve balance; judging whether the sum of the generation of the borrower is larger than the sum of the generation of the lender; in the case of yes, marking the occurrence of the loan as loan; if not, the generated loan mark is the loan; judging whether the total sum of the spare payment borrower is larger than the total sum of the spare payment lender; in the case of yes, the reserve fund debit/credit flag is debit; if not, the spare payment debit and credit mark is credit; then calculating the occurrence amount, namely the absolute value of the difference between the debit occurrence amount and the credit occurrence amount; calculating the occurrence amount of the reserve payment, namely the absolute value of the difference between the occurrence amount of the reserve payment debit and the occurrence amount of the reserve payment credit; calculating the rolling difference of the real balance of the account, namely the generation amount of the debit, the generation amount of the reserve payment credit, the generation amount of the credit and the generation amount of the reserve payment debit.
Further, judging whether the rolling difference of the real balance of the account is greater than 0; if so, marking the loan of the account real balance as loan; under the condition of no, marking the debit and credit of the real balance of the account as credit; and the actual balance of the current account is assigned as the actual balance of the current account, the generation amount of the prepaid debit, the generation amount of the credit and the generation amount of the debit; assigning the current balance of the reserve payment as the balance of the reserve payment, the generation amount of the reserve payment credit and the generation amount of the reserve payment debit; taking an absolute value of the rolling difference of the real balance of the account; setting a third-party institution escrow borrowing mark as a loan; in the case that the occurring amount loan mark is loan, the difference is 0-the occurring amount; if the occurring amount loan mark is a loan, the difference is equal to the occurring amount; and judging whether the balance of the third-party organization is less than 0, and if so, updating the reconciliation clearing state table of the third-party organization into a reconciliation mark, wherein the clearing mark is in an initial state. And under the condition of no, judging whether the sum of the yesterday balance and the difference of the third party mechanism is equal to the balance of the third party mechanism, under the condition of no, updating the account checking and clearing state table of the third party mechanism into an account checking mark, wherein the clearing mark is in an initial state. And if not, updating the account checking and clearing state table of the third party mechanism to be an account checking mark, and the clearing mark is in an initial state. If so, assigning the actual balance of the account as the difference between the balance of the third-party institution and the balance of the reserve payment; calculating the difference between the actual balance of the account and the total generation amount according to the date, the number of the first-level line, the number of the third-party institution and the abstract type, wherein the abstract type is the total generation amount (positive or negative) in a transaction collection accounting information table and a currency counting accounting information table, and obtaining a check balance; and registering the balance and the generated amount data into a third-party organization summary account information table.
Thus, by clearing the total fund balance in the third-party organization, the accounting balance of the total fund balance of the third-party organization in the first-party organization is ensured.
