The supply chain financial model is a business model in which a fund provider associates a core enterprise with its upstream and downstream enterprises to provide financial products and services.
And after the core enterprise obtains the credit, the fund provider evaluates the core enterprise and gives the responded service limit to the core enterprise. Meanwhile, upstream and downstream enterprises of the core enterprise, namely the suppliers, can also obtain business limits according to related order amount, accounts receivable and the like.
The business limit is reasonably determined, so that the benefit of a core enterprise can be maximized, and the risk born by a fund provider can be reduced.
Currently, the process of determining the service quota is generally divided into three steps: in a first step, a fund provider collects accounts receivable/payable information, logistics information and cash flow information between a core enterprise and a supplier. And secondly, integrating the fund flow information of the fund provider with receivable/accounts payable information, logistics information and cash flow information of the enterprise to finally obtain the service amount of the core enterprise. And thirdly, splitting the service quota to a first-level supplier according to the order information and the account receiving information of the supplier, and splitting the service quota to a second-level supplier by the first-level supplier in the same way.
However, if the business amount of the core enterprise or the supplier is determined, the determined business amount is inconsistent with the actual requirements of the core enterprise and the supplier only according to the receivable/accounts payable information, the logistics information and the cash flow information between the core enterprise and the supplier, so that the business amount is provided too much and the fund is not used reasonably, the credit of the core enterprise is affected, and the risk of the fund provider is increased.
In order to solve the foregoing technical problem, embodiments of the present application provide a method, an apparatus, a device, and a computer storage medium for determining a service quota. First, a method for determining a service quota provided in the embodiment of the present application is described below.
According to the technical scheme, the data acquisition, storage, use, processing and the like meet the relevant regulations of national laws and regulations.
Fig. 1 shows a flow diagram of a method for determining a business quota, provided by an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 1, the method for determining a service quota provided in the embodiment of the present application includes the following steps: s101 to S105.
S101, collecting an evaluation index, an order amount, account receivable and an expected growth rate of a second user corresponding to a first user, wherein the evaluation index comprises at least one of credit investigation times, continuous supply times, litigation conditions, user levels, dispute times, product levels, product quality, supply channels or the cooperation period of the second user and the first user.
The first user may be a core enterprise in a supply chain financial model, and the second user corresponding to the first user may be an enterprise upstream and downstream of the core enterprise, i.e., a supplier.
The evaluation index may be an evaluation index for evaluating the qualification, credit and trade depth of a supplier enterprise and a core enterprise. The evaluation index can be combined with a specific industry and a specific financial institution and is specified by human presetting.
For example, when the first user is a core enterprise and the second user is a provider, the evaluation index includes at least one of credit investigation times, continuous supply times, litigation situations, provider levels, disputes, product levels, product quality, supply channels or the cooperation age of the provider and the core enterprise.
The evaluation index of a supplier can be used for calculating the grade of the supplier, and the risk condition of the supplier can be clearly known through the grade. High-quality enterprises, i.e., low-risk enterprises, may obtain high business credits, and high-risk enterprises may obtain reduced or no credits.
The order amount and the receivable account are historical trade data of the supplier, and represent the trade condition of the supplier and the core enterprise. The larger the order amount and the receivable account are, the larger the trade amount of the supplier and the core enterprise is, the larger the cash can be recovered in the future, and the corresponding service amount basic number should be larger.
The expected growth rate represents the expected future cash flow for the provider. The value of a business is not dependent on the current cash flow, but rather the cash flow expected by the company. A high growth rate indicates that the enterprise will have more capacity to pay for the debt, and therefore, the business quota corresponding to the enterprise with a high growth rate can be increased appropriately. A low or negative growth rate indicates that the future cash flow of the enterprise may decrease, and therefore, the business quota corresponding to the enterprise with the low or negative growth rate needs to be decreased to reduce the risk.
And S102, matching the evaluation index with a preset scoring item to obtain a first score corresponding to the evaluation index consistent with the preset scoring item, wherein the preset scoring item comprises at least one of credit investigation times of the second user, continuous supply times, litigation conditions, user grades, dispute times, product grades, product quality and supply channels or the cooperation period of the second user and the first user.
As shown in table 1, the preset scoring items include, but are not limited to, scoring times of the provider, continuous supply times, litigation situations, provider levels, dispute times, product levels, product quality, supply channels, or the years of cooperation between the provider and the core enterprise, and each scoring item includes a plurality of scoring items, and each scoring item corresponds to a score corresponding to the scoring item. Wherein the relationship of m, q, k and n is m < q < k < n.
For convenience of calculation, the sum of the first scores corresponding to the respective scoring categories may be set to 100 scores, such as A1+ B1+ C1+ D1+ F1+ G1+ H1+ I1=100. The first score corresponding to each preset scoring item corresponding to each scoring type can be set in a decreasing manner according to the requirement, such as A1 being 20, A2 being 10, and A3 being 0.
Table 1: relation between evaluation index and preset scoring item and corresponding first score
Figure BDA0003837909880000061
Figure BDA0003837909880000071
And matching the acquired evaluation indexes of the suppliers with the preset scoring items to obtain the sum of scores corresponding to the scoring items which are successfully matched, namely a first score. The method comprises the steps of evaluating the access of a provider from multiple dimensions such as the cooperation age with a core enterprise, supply continuity, credit investigation information, litigation conditions, the type of the provider, dispute times, product grades, product quality, supply experience and the like, independently scoring each dimension, then adding scores of all dimensions to obtain a final score, and realizing the scoring of the provider based on the overall condition of the provider. The higher the final score, the better the supplier.
S103, matching the first score with a preset scoring interval to obtain a second score corresponding to the first score consistent with the preset scoring interval, and taking the second score as a discount coefficient of the second user.
As shown in table 2, the preset span of the preset scoring interval may include [ a, a ], [ b, a), [ c, b), [ d, c), and d or less, and the second score corresponding to the preset scoring interval may include k, x, y, z, and e. The score of the overall situation of the supplier is not ideal when the preset score interval below d represents, and in order to ensure the risk of the fund provider, such as a bank, the discount coefficient of the supplier corresponding to the score of the preset score interval below d can be directly positioned as e, and e =0.d, the preset scoring interval can be set manually according to experience.
For example, for the convenience of calculation, the set span of the preset scoring interval may be positioned to be 0 to 100 points, d is equal to 60 points, i.e., the preset scoring interval includes [90,100], [80,90), [70,80), [60,70), and 60 or less, and the second scores k =1,x, y, and z corresponding to [90,100] may be sequentially set to 0.8, 0.7, and 0.6.
Thus, when the first score is 85, that is, the scores of all the dimensions of the supplier are added to obtain the final score of 85, the preset score interval matched with the first score is [80,90 ], and the second score corresponding to the first score consistent with the preset score interval is 0.8, that is, the discount coefficient corresponding to the supplier is 0.8. The discount factor will affect the determination of the subsequent serving credit.

And S104, calculating the service amount cardinality of the second user according to the order amount and the accounts receivable.
The service amount cardinality of the supplier can be calculated according to the order amount and the receivable account of the supplier in the preset time period.
In one embodiment, the order amount and accounts receivable of the supplier in the last year are collected, and the service amount base number of the supplier is obtained by dividing the order amount and accounts receivable sum in the last year by the number of months.
And S105, calculating the service quota of the second user according to the discount coefficient, the service quota base and the expected increase rate.
The relationship between the discount coefficient, the service quota base and the expected increase rate and the service quota of the provider is in a direct proportion relationship, namely the larger the discount coefficient, the service quota base and the expected increase rate is, the larger the finally determined service quota of the provider is.
The above is a specific implementation manner of the method for determining the service quota provided by the embodiment of the present application. Acquiring an evaluation index, order amount, account receivable and expected growth rate of a second user corresponding to a first user, wherein the evaluation index comprises at least one of credit investigation times, continuous supply times, litigation conditions, user levels, dispute times, product levels, product quality, supply channels or the cooperation years of the second user and the first user; matching the evaluation index with a preset evaluation item to obtain a first score corresponding to the evaluation index consistent with the evaluation item, wherein the evaluation item comprises at least one of credit investigation times, continuous supply times, litigation conditions, user grades, dispute times, product grades, product quality and supply channels of the second user or the cooperation life of the second user and the first user; matching the first score with a preset scoring interval to obtain a second score corresponding to the first score consistent with the preset scoring interval, and taking the second score as a discount coefficient of the second user; calculating the service amount basic number of the second user according to the order amount and the receivable; and then, calculating the service credit of the second user according to the discount coefficient, the service credit base and the expected growth rate. Therefore, the first value of the second user is obtained by matching the evaluation index of the second user with the preset scoring item, the second user is evaluated based on the overall situation of the second user, the first value is matched with the preset scoring interval, the second value corresponding to the first value, namely the discount coefficient of the second user is obtained, the service amount is effectively regulated and controlled through the discount coefficient, the service amount of the second user is calculated by combining the order amount, the account to be collected, the discount coefficient and the expected growth rate, the service amount is determined based on the main dimensions of the order amount, the account to be collected, the evaluation, the growth rate and the like corresponding to the second user, the accuracy of determining the service amount is improved, the determined service amount is consistent with the actual requirements of the core enterprise and the upstream and downstream enterprises of the core enterprise, and the bearing risk of a fund provider is reduced.
In some embodiments of the present application, in S101, the following steps may be further included: s1011 to S1012.
S1011, collecting the historical growth rate of the second user corresponding to the first user.
And S1012, calculating an average value of the historical growth rates to obtain an expected growth rate of the second user.
The collected historical growth rate of the supplier can be the business growth rate of the supplier in the past year, and the average value of the business growth rates of the supplier in the past year is calculated to obtain the expected growth rate of the supplier.
It should be noted that there are many mature ways to calculate the expected growth rate of an enterprise, and the detailed description is omitted here.
For example, the currently expected growth rate of the supplier can be obtained by obtaining the currently expected revenue and the contemporaneous realization revenue of the supplier, dividing the currently expected revenue by the contemporaneous realization revenue, then reducing by one, and then multiplying by one hundred percent.
The expected growth rate of the supplier is obtained by collecting the annual growth rate of the supplier and calculating the average value of the annual growth rate of the supplier, so that the expected growth rate of the supplier is used for determining the business amount of the supplier, and the accuracy of determining the business amount is further improved.
In some embodiments of the present application, in S105, the following steps may be further included: and S1051. S1051, calculating the service quota by the following formula:
Y=a×(1+δ)×ε
wherein Y represents a business quota; a represents a service quota cardinality; δ represents the expected growth rate; epsilon represents the discount coefficient.
The above is a simple business value unit calculation formula, i.e. the business value unit of the supplier is equal to the basic number of the business value unit multiplied by one plus the sum of the expected increase rate and further multiplied by the discount coefficient.
It should be noted that, the specific way of calculating the service amount of the provider is other specific ways besides the above specific way of calculating, and it is sufficient that the relationship between the discount coefficient, the service amount base number, the expected increase rate, and the service amount of the provider is a direct proportion, and details are not repeated here.
The service quota of the supplier is obtained through the specific calculation formula for calculating the service quota, and the accuracy of determining the service quota is further improved.
In some embodiments of the present application, the above method may further comprise the steps of: and S106.
S106, calculating the sum of the service quota corresponding to the second users to obtain the service quota of the first user.
In the supply chain financial model, the core enterprise generally directly corresponds to a plurality of upstream and downstream enterprises, i.e. a plurality of primary suppliers, and the business limit corresponding to the plurality of primary suppliers can be calculated simultaneously by the way of calculating one primary supplier. Based on the service amount, the sum of the service amounts corresponding to the multiple suppliers connected with the core enterprise is calculated, and the service amount of the core enterprise can be obtained.
In one embodiment, the primary supplier may further interface with a plurality of secondary suppliers, and the accuracy of determining the business quota of the supply business is further improved by calculating the business quota of each of the plurality of secondary suppliers and calculating the business quota of the primary supplier in a reverse manner to check the calculated primary supplier.
For example, the sum of the service quota of each of the plurality of secondary providers is calculated to obtain the service quota of the primary provider, so as to verify the calculated primary provider.
The service quota of the core enterprise is obtained by calculating the sum of the service quota corresponding to the plurality of suppliers, and the accuracy of determining the service quota is further improved.
Based on the method for determining the service limit provided by the embodiment, correspondingly, the application also provides a specific implementation manner of the device for determining the service limit. Please see the examples below.
