Background
In order to meet the requirements of users for classified washing and large washing capacity, some washing machines are provided with two washing drums, and the two washing drums can contain washing water and washings so as to achieve the purpose of double-drum washing. When the washing machine has a high-temperature cooking and disinfecting function, the washing water in two washing drums of the washing machine is usually heated to a higher temperature to achieve the purpose of cooking and disinfecting the washed objects, when the two washing drums are required to execute a high-temperature cooking program, in order to avoid overlarge working power of the washing machine and difficulty in adapting to the safe current-limiting conditions in most of the homes of users, the washing water in the two washing drums is usually heated in sequence to perform the high-temperature cooking work, and because the heating temperature of the washing water set in the high-temperature cooking program is higher, a large amount of steam is sprayed out of the double-drum washing machine for a long time when the high-temperature cooking program is executed, so that household equipment such as the wall surfaces and furniture at the placing positions of the double-drum washing machine in the homes of the users are easily damaged due to long-time damp, and if the placing space of the double-drum washing machine is closed, the visibility of the placing space is reduced due to the large amount of the steam, the visibility of the user when should placing the space is reduced, has the potential safety hazard.
Accordingly, there is a need in the art for a new high temperature cooking method, a computer readable storage medium, and a control device to solve the above problems.

Detailed Description
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that in the description of the invention, although the steps of the control method of the invention are described in a particular order in the present application, the order is not limiting and that the steps may be performed in a different order by those skilled in the art without departing from the basic principles of the invention.
Based on the problem that excessive steam escapes when two washing drums of the existing double-drum washing machine simultaneously carry out a high-temperature cooking program, the invention provides a high-temperature cooking method of a double-drum washing machine, which aims to reduce the overall steam amount escaping when the two washing drums of the double-drum washing machine carry out the high-temperature cooking program and eliminate the adverse effect of the steam amount escaping from the double-drum washing machine on the decoration environment and the visual environment of a user home.
Referring first to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic view showing an internal structure of a dual drum washing machine according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the dual drum washing machine of the present invention includes a housing, and a first washing drum 1, a second washing drum 2, a three-way valve 3, an air duct 4, and a heating device (not shown) provided in the housing. The air duct 4 is internally provided with a fan 5, an air outlet of the air duct 4 is communicated with an air inlet valve port of the three-way valve 3, a first valve port of air outlet of the three-way valve 3 is communicated with the first washing drum 1 (hereinafter, the valve port of the three-way valve 3 communicated with the first washing drum 1 is collectively referred to as a first valve port), a second valve port of air outlet of the three-way valve 3 is communicated with the second washing drum 2 (hereinafter, the valve port of the three-way valve 3 communicated with the second washing drum 2 is collectively referred to as a second valve port), and a valve core of the three-way valve 3 can be switched between a plugging position of the first valve port and a plugging position of the second valve port, so that air flow in the air duct 4 can selectively enter the first washing drum 1 and the second washing drum 2 for ventilation or drying. The heating means comprise a first heating unit capable of heating the washing water in the first washing drum 1 and a second heating unit capable of heating the washing water in the second washing drum 2. The three-way valve 3 is any valve device capable of selectively blocking any one of the first valve port and the second valve port, such as a wax motor three-way valve. The first heating unit and the second heating unit are any heating equipment capable of meeting the heating requirement of the washing water. The first heating unit comprises a heating module and a temperature control module, wherein the heating module achieves the purpose of heating the washing water in the first washing drum 1, and the temperature control module can control the heating module to be turned off at least when the washing water in the first washing drum 1 is heated to a desired temperature. The basic structure of the second heating unit is the same as the first heating unit, but since the first washing drum 1 and the second washing drum 2 do not need to be heated simultaneously, the temperature control module of the second heating unit is preferably provided in combination with the temperature control module of the first heating unit. Specifically, the first heating unit or the second heating unit may heat the water in the first washing cylinder 1 or the second washing cylinder 2 by heating the first washing cylinder 1 or the second washing cylinder 2, for example, the heating module of the first heating unit or the second heating unit may be an electromagnetic heating device, at least a part of the structure of the first washing cylinder 1 or the second washing cylinder 2 is made of a metal material, so that the cylinder body of the first washing cylinder 1 or the second washing cylinder 2 can generate a vortex effect and further generate heat by a magnetic field generated by the electromagnetic heating device, and the heating heat is transferred to the water in the first washing cylinder 1 or the second washing cylinder 2, thereby achieving a washing water temperature-raising effect, or the first heating unit or the second heating unit may extend into the first washing cylinder 1 or the second washing cylinder 2 to heat the washing water in the first washing cylinder 1 or the second washing cylinder 2 in a manner that the rotation of the first washing cylinder 1 or the second washing cylinder 2 is not affected, for example, the heating module of the first heating unit or the second heating unit is an electric heating wire heating device extending into the first washing drum 1 or the second washing drum 2 in a manner of not affecting the rotation of the first washing drum 1 or the second washing drum 2, so as to directly enter the washing water in the first washing drum 1 or the second washing drum 2 to heat the washing water. The specific structure and the arrangement position of the first heating unit and the second heating unit can be the same or different, as long as the first heating unit and the second heating unit can correspondingly meet the heating requirement of the washing water of the first washing drum 1 and the second washing drum 2.
The autoclaving method according to the invention is explained below in conjunction with the double-drum washing machine:
referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flow chart illustrating the steps of the high-temperature steaming method of the dual drum washing machine according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the high-temperature steaming method of the dual drum washing machine of the present invention includes:
step S1: heating a first heating unit of the heating device for the first washing drum 1, and plugging a first valve port by a three-way valve 3;
step S2: acquiring the temperature of washing water of the first washing drum 1;
step S3: when the temperature of the washing water in the first washing cylinder 1 reaches a first cooking temperature, stopping heating the first washing cylinder 1 by the first heating unit, and heating the second washing cylinder 2 by the second heating unit;
step S4: acquiring the cooling temperature of the washing water of a first washing cylinder 1 and the temperature of the washing water of a second washing cylinder 2;
step S5: if the cooling temperature of the washing water in the first washing cylinder 1 is reduced to a preset temperature, the three-way valve 3 is switched to a valve position and blocks a valve port communicated with the second washing cylinder 2;
step S6: when the temperature of the washing water in the second washing tub 2 reaches the second cooking temperature, the second heating unit stops heating the second washing tub 2.
In the above-described steps, the "temperature of the washing water in the first washing tub 1" is a temperature at which the washing water in the first washing tub 1 is heated. The "temperature of the washing water of the second washing tub 2" is a temperature at which the washing water in the second washing tub 2 is heated. The "first cooking temperature" is the highest temperature that the first washing tub 1 can rise after the internal washing water is heated in the high-temperature cooking process. The "second cooking temperature" is the highest temperature that the second washing tub 2 can rise after the internal washing water is heated in the high-temperature cooking process. The set values of the first cooking temperature and the second cooking temperature can be the same or different, and a person skilled in the art can set specific temperature values of the first cooking temperature and the second cooking temperature according to the cooking and sterilizing requirements. Illustratively, the first cooking temperature is a temperature value greater than 90 ℃, and the second cooking temperature is the same as the first cooking temperature, for example, the first cooking temperature and the second cooking temperature are both 95 ℃, the first heating unit stops heating the washing water in the first washing drum 1 to 95 ℃, and the second heating unit starts heating the washing water in the second washing drum 2 until the washing water in the second washing drum 2 is heated to 95 ℃, and the heating operation in the high-temperature cooking program is completed. The "cooling temperature of the washing water of the first washing drum 1" is the temperature of the washing water in the cooling process of the first washing drum 1 after not being heated. The "preset temperature" is a preset expected cooling temperature value of the cooling temperature of the washing water in the first washing drum 1, when the cooling temperature of the washing water in the first washing drum 1 is reduced to the expected cooling temperature value, the amount of steam generated by the washing water in the first washing drum 1 is small, and a small amount of steam escaping from the first washing drum 1 can be condensed, evaporated and dissipated on the way of escaping from the inside of the double-drum washing machine outwards, even if a small amount of steam can escape from the double-drum washing machine, the amount of escaping steam can be dissipated into the air quickly, and the influence on the decoration environment and the visual environment is negligible. Preferably, the preset temperature is any temperature value between 50 ℃ and 60 ℃ (including 50 ℃ and 60 ℃), such as 60 ℃. The temperature parameters required to be obtained, such as the first washing water temperature, the second washing water temperature, the washing water cooling temperature of the first washing cylinder 1, and the like, can be obtained by temperature obtaining devices, such as temperature sensors, and the like, arranged in the corresponding washing cylinders.
Through the above steps, the temperature of the washing water in the first washing drum 1 can be reduced to the preset temperature as the timing for the three-way valve 3 to switch the blocking position of the valve core, so as to block the steam escaping from the first washing drum when the temperature of the washing water in the first washing drum 1 is high and the amount of generated steam is large, prevent a large amount of steam from escaping from the first washing drum 1 to the outside of the double-drum washing machine, and execute the valve core position switching operation of the three-way valve 3 when the temperature of the washing water in the first washing drum 1 is reduced and the amount of generated steam is small and the steam can hardly escape to the outside of the double-drum washing machine, so that the valve core blocks the second valve port, so as to block the passage of the steam escaping from the second washing drum 2 before the temperature of the washing water in the second washing drum 2 is increased to the high temperature and the amount of generated steam is increased sharply, and block a large amount of steam escaping from the first washing drum 1 and the second washing drum 2 in turn by switching the timing, thereby minimizing the amount of steam escaping from the first washing drum 1 and the second washing drum 2 during the execution of the whole cooking process.
In a possible embodiment, the heating rate of the washing water in the second washing cylinder 2 can be controlled by adjusting the heating power of the washing water in the second washing cylinder 2, and the output power of the second heating unit is increased or decreased according to the decreasing rate of the cooling temperature of the washing water in the first washing cylinder 1 in the high-temperature cooking process, so as to increase or decrease the increasing rate of the temperature of the washing water in the second washing cylinder 2, so as to control the washing water in the second washing cylinder 2 to be heated to a temperature not exceeding the preset temperature when the cooling temperature of the washing water in the first washing cylinder 1 decreases to the preset temperature, preferably to increase the temperature of the washing water in the second washing cylinder 2 to just the preset temperature when the cooling temperature of the washing water in the first washing cylinder 1 decreases to the preset temperature, thereby ensuring the overall heating efficiency of the first washing cylinder 1 and the second washing cylinder 2, and when the washing water in the first washing cylinder 1 does not obviously escape the steam and the washing water in the second washing cylinder 2 is about to escape more steam, the three-way valve 3 can be controlled to switch the valve core from the first valve port to the second valve port in time, so that the valve ports corresponding to the washing cylinders can be in a closed state when a large amount of steam is generated in the two washing cylinders, and the whole steam escape amount is effectively reduced. Of course, besides controlling the heating power of the second heating unit, the skilled person can also predict or control the washing water temperature-rising speed of the second washing drum 2 in combination with the amount of washing water in the second washing drum 2.
In another possible embodiment, the high-temperature steaming method of a twin-tub washing machine of the present invention further comprises:
if the cooling temperature of the washing water of the first washing drum 1 is greater than the preset temperature and the temperature of the washing water of the second washing drum 2 is within the set temperature range, temporarily stopping the second heating unit from heating the second washing drum 2;
the cooling temperature of the washing water of the first washing cylinder 1 is obtained again;
and under the condition that the cooling temperature of the washing water of the first washing cylinder 1 is reduced to the preset temperature, the second heating unit is enabled to continue to heat the second washing cylinder 2, wherein the maximum temperature value of the set temperature range is less than or equal to the preset temperature.
In the above steps, the temperature values within the set temperature range are all close to and less than the preset temperature, and once the washing water temperature of the second washing drum 2 rises to the set temperature range before the cooling temperature of the washing water of the first washing drum 1 is reduced to the preset temperature, the second heating unit is controlled to stop working temporarily, so that the washing water temperature of the second washing drum 2 can be suspended to continue rising, and the second washing drum 2 is prevented from beginning to largely escape steam to the outside before the three-way valve 3 switches the valve core to the blocking position of the second valve port. When the cooling temperature of the washing water in the first washing cylinder 1 is reduced to the preset temperature, the three-way valve 3 controls the valve core to block the second valve port, and at this time, the second heating unit continues to heat the washing water in the second washing cylinder 2, and even if the temperature of the washing water in the second washing cylinder 2 is quickly increased to be out of the set temperature range or even exceeds the preset temperature, a large amount of steam gradually increased in the second washing cylinder 2 is blocked by the valve core and cannot escape to the outside. Wherein the set temperature range is preferably 40 ℃ to 50 ℃.
In yet another possible embodiment, the high-temperature cooking method of a dual drum washing machine of the present invention further includes:
in the case where the washing water cooling temperature of the first washing drum 1 is greater than the preset temperature and the washing water temperature of the second washing drum 2 is increased to the preset temperature, if the washing water cooling temperature of the first washing drum 1 is decreased to be less than or equal to the washing water temperature of the second washing drum 2, the three-way valve 3 is caused to switch the valve position and block the valve port of the second washing drum 2.
In the above-described steps, if the temperature of the washing water in the second washing tub 2 has risen to the preset temperature before the cooling temperature of the washing water in the first washing tub 1 drops to the preset temperature, the washing water in the first washing tub 1 and the second washing tub 2 can both escape a large amount of steam, in which case, if the cooling temperature of the washing water in the first washing tub 1 drops to less than or equal to the temperature of the washing water in the second washing tub 2, indicating that the temperature of the washing water in the second washing tub 2 is higher and the amount of generated steam is more, without waiting for the cooling temperature of the washing water in the first washing tub 1 to drop to the preset temperature, the three-way valve 3 is directly controlled to switch the valve spool from the blocking position of the first valve port to the blocking position of the second valve port, thereby blocking the second washing tub 2 where the amount of steam that can escape is more, if the cooling temperature of the washing water in the first washing tub 1 is greater than the temperature of the washing water in the second washing tub 2, the state that the three-way valve 3 blocks the first valve port is maintained, thereby blocking the first washing drum 1 having a larger amount of steam that can escape.
In any of the above embodiments, the step of "causing the three-way valve 3 to close the first port" includes:
in case that the first heating unit heats the washing water of the first washing drum 1 and the three-way valve 3 blocks the second valve port (i.e. the valve core of the three-way valve 3 is not in the blocking position of the first valve port when the washing water of the first washing drum 1 is heated), if the temperature of the washing water of the first washing drum 1 reaches the preset temperature, the three-way valve 3 switches the blocking position of the valve core from the second valve port to the first valve port;
in case that the first heating unit heats the washing water of the first washing drum 1 and the three-way valve 3 blocks the first valve port (i.e. the valve core of the three-way valve 3 is already in the blocking position of the first valve port when the washing water of the first washing drum 1 is heated), the three-way valve 3 is kept in the state of blocking the first valve port.
Of course, in the first situation, the fact that the temperature of the washing water in the first washing drum 1 reaches the preset temperature is only the latest timing for the three-way valve 3 to switch the blocking position of the valve plug to the first valve port, and in practical operation, the three-way valve 3 may also switch the valve plug to the position for blocking the first valve port at any time before the temperature of the washing water in the first washing drum 1 does not exceed the preset temperature.
Further, the present invention also provides a computer readable storage medium.
In an embodiment of a computer readable storage medium according to the present invention, the computer readable storage medium may be configured to store a program for executing the above-described method embodiment of the dual drum washing machine, which may be loaded and executed by a processor to implement the above-described method of autoclaving. For convenience of explanation, only the parts related to the embodiments of the present invention are shown, and details of the specific techniques are not disclosed. The computer-readable storage medium may be a storage medium formed by including various electronic devices, and optionally, the storage in the embodiment of the present invention is a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium.
