Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a device for reducing growth of a shell head packet, in particular to a device for reducing growth of an aluminum electrolysis shell head packet.
Background
The aluminum electrolysis crust breaking system consists of a crust breaking cylinder and a crust breaking hammer head. The crust breaking hammer head is a cylindrical structure which is made of Q235 cast iron and has a hollow upper part and a solid bottom, the hollow part and the solid part are welded into a whole, and are fixed at the bottom of the cylinder by a snap ring and move in a reciprocating manner under the pushing of the cylinder.
And part of the liquid electrolyte can be adhered to the ramming hammer after each ramming. Because the liquid electrolyte has high viscosity and is easy to solidify after being cooled in air. In normal production, each electrolytic cell is provided with 6 groups of crust breaking mechanisms, and each group of crust breaking mechanisms crust every 60s on average. After several times of crust breaking, the crust breaking hammer head can be stuck with thick electrolyte to form a crust head bag. When the solid electrolyte completely wraps the shell head, and the blanking crust breaking system cannot normally crust, the cell control machine can send out an alarm signal. At this time, the electrolyzer needs to use hammers (each 5 kg) to forcefully knock the head of the shell to knock and break the solid electrolyte and then drop the solid electrolyte, and each electrolyzer consumes one hammer per shift (8 hours per shift), thereby greatly increasing the labor intensity of the electrolyzer. Meanwhile, the crust breaking hammer head is damaged and is frequently knocked.
Therefore, there is a particular need for an apparatus for reducing the growth of head packets of aluminum electrolysis cells to solve the above-mentioned problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a device for reducing the growth of an aluminum electrolysis shell head ladle, aiming at the defects of the prior art, the device is repaired on line, is convenient and easy to implement, saves time and saves cost.
The technical problem solved by the invention can be realized by adopting the following technical scheme:
the device for reducing the growth of the aluminum electrolytic shell head packet is characterized by comprising a protective sleeve, wherein the protective sleeve is arranged on two sides of a crust breaking hammer head, and an inverted cone protective sleeve is arranged on the outer side of the bottom of the protective sleeve.
In one embodiment of the invention, the inner circle diameter of the inverted conical sheath is 50-55 mm.
In one embodiment of the invention, the outer ring diameter of the inverted conical sheath is 60-65 mm.
In one embodiment of the invention, a groove is arranged in the middle of the inverted conical sheath, and the diameter of the groove is 5-6 mm.
In one embodiment of the invention, obliquely arranged carved stripes are respectively arranged on the surfaces of the inverse conical sheath in contact with the protective sleeve.
Compared with the prior art, the device for reducing the growth of the aluminum electrolytic cell head packet can automatically process the cell head packet, greatly reduce the labor intensity of an electrolyzer worker for knocking the cell head packet and replacing the crust-breaking hammer head by a cell maintainer, simultaneously avoid the phenomenon that the crust-breaking mechanism cannot normally break the crust after the cell head packet grows up, effectively prolong the service lives of the crust-breaking hammer head and the cylinder of the electrolyzer, is convenient and easy to implement, is easy to realize under the existing conditions, realizes on-line repair, saves time and reduces cost, is not only limited to crust breaking of the electrolyzer, but also can be used for other industries to remove surface impurities similar to the working conditions of special environments through the resonance principle, and achieves the purpose of the invention.
