本发明公开了一种磷化气雾漆及其制备方法,该涂料原料包括以下重量份的组分:改性聚乙烯醇缩丁醛树脂10~13份、酚醛补强树脂5~8份、环保稀释剂50~60份、防锈颜料6.5~10份、辅助成膜物质2.6~4份、磷化缓冲液1.5~2.2份、推进剂10~17份,本发明使用改性聚乙烯醇缩丁醛树脂、酚醛补强树脂为成膜物质与磷化缓冲液经合理调配制备的磷化气雾漆,有如下优异效果:1.漆膜在常温下快干,成膜后具有良好的防锈性能、耐水性和附着力。2.磷化气雾漆易制备,适用于工业化生产,漆膜兼具磷化和钝化的双重作用。同时其作为薄涂层,可与各类防腐蚀涂料配合使用,有使用广谱性。3.气雾剂包装,施工雾化良好,操作方便,耐候性优良。

技术领域
本发明涉及涂料与材料交叉技术领域,特别是一种磷化气雾漆制备方法。
背景技术
在市面上很多的建筑物都会用到金属,一般未经处理的金属表面看上去会单调,为了使其美观、耐用,很多人们都会在表面涂上一些涂料进行修饰。但是在涂料施工上,由于金属表面光滑,油漆的附着力不够;其次一些油脂类涂料或醇酸涂料即使涂装后成膜,但其表面氧化反应并未停止,反应中会产生一些能与金属反应的物质(醛和蚁酸等),使得涂层与金属内层间产生一些疏松的物质,从而导致涂层脱落。所以在金属进行涂装前,一般进行磷化处理,以增强上面涂层对金属的附着力,并提高金属的防腐性能。当工件由于体积较大或其他原因而不能进行磷化处理时,就需要采用磷化气雾漆在金属表面进行喷涂。
磷化底漆又称洗涤底漆,能在形成金属表面一层薄膜(干膜厚度9-15微米),通过牢固附着在金属表面以增加上面涂层对金属的附着力和防锈性能,并且对金属有磷化处理和钝化处理的双重作用。
国内市场上传统磷化底漆一般为双组份的,需要配套的固化剂,没有固化剂,磷化底漆不会干。不仅存在着耐盐性、耐水性差,而且因配方中含有磷酸,导致气雾罐容易腐蚀差等系列问题,因此目前需要一种单组份可直接施工且漆膜性能良好的磷化气雾漆来取代传统磷化底漆。
发明内容
本发明为解决缩短磷化底漆干燥时间,提高其漆膜耐水性、防锈性能、附着力、硬度,提高施工效率等问题,提供一种可以实现一种磷化气雾漆制备方案。
为实现以上目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:一种磷化气雾漆,其特征在于,各组分按重量份配比包括:

所述的防锈颜料为SHILDEX®CS 311、HEUCOPHOS®ZAPP、磷钼酸铝锌、经双-[3-(三乙氧基硅)丙基]-四硫化物偶联处理的滑石粉中的至少一种;

本发明还提供了一种磷化气雾漆的制备方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
按重量份配比将环保稀释剂、改性聚乙烯醇缩丁醛树脂、酚醛补强树脂、防锈颜料、润湿分散剂、抗泡剂加入石球球磨机研磨制成色浆;再将色浆投入反应缸后添加流平剂、防沉触变剂、磷化缓冲液分散制成料液;在气雾罐中加入搅拌子,将料液灌装至气雾罐中,加入阀门后进行封口、充填推进剂,过水浴后装上按头;待装液使用的阀门为大出量型有涂层保护的雌阀,气雾罐采用覆有涂层保护的铝制气雾罐或PET塑料气雾罐。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
1.配方优选,附着力强,漆膜耐候性好、硬度高、干燥时间快且防锈性能优异,使得产品具有使用广谱性。
2.体系环保、安全,产品实用性能佳。
3.采用气雾包装,雾化良好,且单组份配方施工方便。

将正丁醇10份、乙二醇苯醚30份、乙二醇乙醚10份、改性聚乙烯醇缩丁醛树脂10份、PR-502528份、经双-[3-(三乙氧基硅)丙基]-四硫化物偶联处理的滑石粉10份、Dispersogen PTS0.5份、NUOSPERSE-FX-600 0.5份、Efka-PB20100.5份加入石球球磨机研磨制成色浆;再将色浆投入反应缸后添加Levaslip-466 1份、M-P-A1078 X1份、磷化缓冲液1.5份分散制成料液;在气雾罐中加入搅拌子,17份推进剂按涂料料液∶DME=2.5∶1.1将料液灌装至气雾罐中,加入阀门后进行封口、充填推进剂,过水浴后装上按头。
实施例二:
将3-甲氧基-3-甲基-1-丁醇20份、乙二醇苯醚21份、乙二醇乙醚13份、改性聚乙烯醇缩丁醛树脂12份、PR-51820 3份、PR-502523份、磷钼酸铝锌6份、经双-[3-(三乙氧基硅)丙基]-四硫化物偶联处理的滑石粉3份、NUOSPERSE-FX-6000.5份、DISPERBYK-2152 0.5份、AFE-31681份加入石球球磨机研磨制成色浆;再将色浆投入反应缸后添加TEGO® Glide4821份、DeuRheo202P1份、磷化缓冲液2份分散料液;在气雾罐中加入搅拌子,13份推进剂按涂料料液∶LPG=3.3∶1.5将料液灌装至气雾罐中,加入阀门后进行封口、充填推进剂,过水浴后装上按头。

将乙二醇乙醚15份、3-甲氧基-3-甲基-1-丁醇30份、正丁醇12份、改性聚乙烯醇缩丁醛树脂11份、PR-502525份、SHILDEX®CS 311 4.5份、经双-[3-(三乙氧基硅)丙基]-四硫化物偶联处理的滑石粉2份、Dispersogen-PTS0.9份、AFE-31680.5份、Efka-PB2010 0.5份加入石球球磨机研磨制成色浆;再将色浆投入反应缸后添加TEGO® Glide 4820.9份、DeuRheo211F0.25份、DeuRheo202P0.25份、磷化缓冲液2.2份分散制成料液;在气雾罐中加入搅拌子,15份推进剂按涂料料液∶DME∶二氧化碳=2.8∶0.8∶0.4将料液灌装至气雾罐中,加入阀门后进行封口、充填推进剂,过水浴后装上按头。
实施例五:
将3-甲氧基-3-甲基-1-丁醇21份、乙二醇苯醚21份、正丁醇10份、改性聚乙烯醇缩丁醛树脂12份、PR-518203.5份、PR-50253.5份、SHILDEX®CS 3111.5份、磷钼酸铝锌3份、经双-[3-(三乙氧基硅)丙基]-四硫化物偶联处理的滑石粉3.5份、DISPERBYK-21520.9份、Efka-PB20100.9份加入石球球磨机研磨制成色浆;再将色浆投入反应缸后添加Levaslip-4660.9份、M-P-A1078 X0.5份、磷化缓冲液1.8份分散制成料液;在气雾罐中加入搅拌子,16份推进剂按涂料料液∶二氧化碳∶134a=2.6∶0.8∶0.6将料液灌装至气雾罐中,加入阀门后进行封口、充填推进剂,过水浴后装上按头。
比较例六:
准备上海某品牌市售双组份磷化底漆 (1kg桶装),取适量进行对比测试。
实施例一~五和比较例六中制备的气雾漆的相关性能测试方法,如下:
1.施工方式:实施例1-5均为气雾型包装,喷涂施工;比较例五为桶装,刷涂施工,直观感受其施工过程、用时长短,施工效果。
2.漆膜起层、皱皮、鼓泡、开裂、变色等现象的评价参照GB/T 1766-1995《色漆和清漆涂层老化的评级方法》中的规定进行。
3.干燥时间:参照GB/T 1728-1979《漆膜、腻子膜干燥时间测定法》中的规定进行,表干按乙法测试,实干按甲法测试。
4.附着力:参照GB/T 1720-1979(89)《漆膜附着力测定法》中的规定进行。
5.硬度:参照GB/T 6739-1986《漆膜硬度测试法》中的规定进行。
6.耐水性:参照ASTM D870-2015《用浸水法测试涂层耐水性的标准实施规程》中的规定进行,将温度保持在38℃,持续进行72h。
7.防锈性:参照NACE TM0174-2002中的规定进行,将待测样板浸泡在试验溶液(5%的氯化钠溶液),将温度保持在50℃,持续进行24h,以锈蚀面积百分数表示防锈性。
综上所述,本发明一种磷化气雾漆与对比例六相比,漆膜拥有高附着力、良好硬度、耐高温性好、防锈效果好、耐水性等特点,并且干燥时间短,能通过制备气雾型获得良好的施工性能。
Claims (10)
1.一种磷化气雾漆,其特征在于,各组分按重量份配比包括:
配方成分成分占比
改性聚乙烯醇缩丁醛树脂10~13份
酚醛补强树脂5~8份
环保稀释剂 50~60份
防锈颜料6.5~10份
抗泡剂 0.5~1份
流平剂 0.7~1份
润湿分散剂 0.9~1份
磷化缓冲液 1.5~2.2份
推进剂 10~17份
防沉触变剂 0.5~1份。
2.如权利要求1所述,其特征在于,所述的改性聚乙烯醇缩丁醛树脂为天元新材公司的改性PVB树脂。
3.如权利要求1所述,其特征在于,所述的酚醛补强树脂为日本住友公司的PR-51820、PR-5025中的至少一种。
4.如权利要求1所述,其特征在于,所述的环保稀释剂为正丁醇、乙二醇苯醚、3-甲氧基-3-甲基-1-丁醇、乙二醇乙醚中的至少一种。
5.如权利要求1所述,其特征在于,所述的防锈颜料为SHILDEX®CS 311、HEUCOPHOS®ZAP、磷钼酸铝锌、经双-[3-(三乙氧基硅)丙基]-四硫化物偶联处理的滑石粉中的至少一种。
6.如权利要求1所述,其特征在于,所述的抗泡剂为Efka-PB2010、AFE-3168、DAPRO-DF-7073中的至少一种;流平剂为Levaslip-466、TEGO® Glide 482、Coapur2025中的至少一种。
7.如权利要求1所述,其特征在于,所述的防沉触变剂为DeuRheo202P、M-P-A1078 X、DeuRheo211F中的至少一种;润湿分散剂为Dispersogen-PTS、NUOSPERSE-FX-600、DISPERBYK-2152中的至少一种。
8.如权利要求1所述,其特征在于,所述的磷化缓冲液为游离磷酸、磷酸二氢锌、硝酸钙、马日夫盐复配的缓冲液。
9.如权利要求1所述,其特征在于,所述的推进剂为DME、LPG、134a、二氧化碳中的至少一种,按重量份涂料料液∶推进剂=2.5~3.5∶1~1.5进行填充。
10.如权利要求1所述,其特征在于,制备方法包括以下步骤:
按重量份配比将环保稀释剂、改性聚乙烯醇缩丁醛树脂、酚醛补强树脂、防锈颜料、润湿分散剂、抗泡剂加入石球球磨机研磨制成色浆;再将色浆投入反应缸后添加流平剂、防沉触变剂、磷化缓冲液分散制成料液;在气雾罐中加入搅拌子,将料液灌装至气雾罐中,加入阀门后进行封口、充填推进剂,过水浴后装上按头;待装液使用的阀门为大出量型有涂层保护的雌阀,气雾罐采用覆有涂层保护的铝制气雾罐或PET塑料气雾罐。
