Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are illustrative and intended to be illustrative of the invention and are not to be construed as limiting the invention.
As described in the background art, when a gear controller of a conventional vehicle has a fault, the gear output in the fault mode is determined by the vehicle speed, the accelerator and the brake, however, the fault processing mode cannot continue to drive after the vehicle is stopped. In the prior art, when a vehicle gear controller has a fault, a cruise function of a vehicle is stopped, and a cruise key of the vehicle is used for replacing a gear key, so that a driver can drive the vehicle to a maintenance point for maintenance under the condition of the gear fault. However, a driver is not familiar with the gear key replaced by the cruise key, the gear function corresponding to the cruise key is not clear, misoperation is easy to occur, gear engaging errors are caused, serious safety accidents can be caused, and great potential threats are generated to the life and property safety of the driver. In addition, according to the scheme, when the gear is in fault, the cruise function can be stopped, and the driving comfort and the driving convenience of a driver are greatly reduced.
In view of the above technical problems, the present application provides a method for processing a fault of a vehicle gear controller, which can continue to drive when the gear controller of the vehicle has a fault, does not affect a cruise function, and ensures that a user can continue to drive the vehicle to a maintenance point safely in a fault mode.
The following describes a method for handling a fault of a vehicle gear controller according to an embodiment of the present invention with reference to the drawings.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a method for handling a fault of a vehicle gear controller according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 1, the method may include the steps of:
and S101, when the gear controller is determined to have a fault, generating a first fault control signal, and controlling a control screen in the vehicle to display a gear operation area according to the first fault control signal.
Specifically, the gear controller is used to determine the gear engaged by the gear lever, and when the gear controller fails, the gear of the current vehicle cannot be determined.
In this embodiment, the Vehicle further includes a Vehicle Control Unit (VCU), and the VCU is configured to detect whether the gear controller is out of order, and generate a first failure control signal when the gear controller is out of order. The VCU is provided with a gear fault replacing mark bit, and when the gear controller has a fault, the VCU replaces the mark bit 1 with the gear fault to generate a first fault control signal. And the VCU also controls a central control screen of the vehicle to display a gear operating area at a fixed position according to the first fault control signal, so that a driver can switch gears through the gear operating area to drive the vehicle.
Further, when the gear controller is determined to have a fault, the VCU also generates a second fault control signal, controls the vehicle instrument to display fault information according to the second fault control signal, and timely reminds a driver. In addition, the VCU can also display information that the gear control mode is switched to the central control screen control mode on the central control screen according to the second fault control signal, or prompt information that the gear control mode is switched to the central control screen control mode by a driver through voice.
And step S103, receiving a gear operation instruction of a driver through the gear operation area, and controlling the vehicle according to the gear operation instruction.
Specifically, the gear operation area has different gear operation keys, and when a driver needs to shift gears, the gears can be switched through the touch gear operation keys. In this embodiment, the shift operation area of the central control panel includes a D-shift operation key, an N-shift operation key, an R-shift operation key, and a P-shift operation key, so that the driver can control the vehicle to move forward, move backward, and stop according to the shift operation area.
The central control screen sends the received gear operation instruction to the VCU, the VCU judges a target gear according to the gear operation instruction, judges whether a condition of entering the target gear is met or not according to the current vehicle state, and if the condition is met, the VCU target gear controls the vehicle to shift gears.
According to the fault processing method for the vehicle gear controller, when the gear controller is determined to have a fault, the first fault control signal is generated, the control screen in the vehicle is controlled to display the gear operation area according to the first fault control signal, the gear operation instruction of the driver is received through the gear operation area, the vehicle is controlled according to the gear operation instruction, and the gear operation rod is replaced by the mode that the control screen displays the gear operation area, so that the driver can still perform gear shifting operation through the control screen when the gear controller has the fault, and normal running of the vehicle is not affected. Moreover, the gear operation area is displayed through the central control screen, so that the gear operation is more visual, convenient and efficient, the possibility of misoperation of a driver when a cruise key is adopted to replace a gear operating lever in the traditional technology is avoided, and the driving safety risk is greatly reduced. In addition, when the gear controller breaks down, the gear control right is handed over to the central control screen, the cruise function is not affected, a driver can continue to use the cruise function, and the driving comfort is improved.
In one embodiment, when the gear controller is determined to be in fault, the vehicle is further controlled to continue to run according to the current gear, and when a gear switching instruction of a driver is received through the gear operating area, the vehicle is controlled to run according to the switched gear.
Specifically, when it is determined that the gear controller has a fault, the VCU generates a first fault control signal, and controls the target gear, the actual gear, and the display gear to maintain the output value at the current time according to the first fault control signal. The target gear is a gear switched by a driver during the last gear shifting operation, the actual gear is a vehicle running gear at the current moment when the gear controller fails, and the display gear is a gear displayed on an instrument panel. When the fault of the gear controller occurs, the VCU controls the vehicle to continue running according to the current gear, and the vehicle is prevented from suddenly stopping to cause accidents. Subsequent gear control signals are sent to the VCU by a central control screen through a CAN (Controller Area Network) bus, and if a driver has a new gear shifting operation, the VCU outputs a new target gear, an actual gear and a display gear according to a gear shifting instruction of the driver.
In one embodiment, when determining the fault recovery of the gear controller, the control panel in the vehicle is controlled to exit the display of the gear operating zone and the gear control function of the gear controller is recovered.
Specifically, the VCU may detect whether the fault of the gear controller is recovered in real time after the vehicle is powered on again or while the vehicle is running, and if the VCU detects that the fault of the gear controller is recovered, the VCU marks the gear fault position 0, recovers the gear control function of the gear controller, automatically switches the gear control mode back to the original gear operation lever, and the central control screen button automatically exits the display of the gear operation area.
According to the fault processing method for the vehicle gear controller, the VCU immediately switches the gear shifting function to the gear operation area of the central control screen when detecting that the gear controller has a fault, and switches the gear control function back to the gear controller when the fault of the gear controller is recovered, so that a driver can perform gear shifting operation through the gear operation rod.
In one embodiment, when a gear operation instruction of a driver is received, the VCU is adopted to replace a primary gear controller to filter and delay a gear signal corresponding to the gear operation instruction so as to control the vehicle to run according to the processed gear control signal.

The second control module 130 is configured to receive a gear operation instruction of a driver through a gear operation region, and control the vehicle according to the gear operation instruction.
