8. The webbing take-up operating device according to claim 7, wherein the linking member is a wire rope or a connecting rod.

The webbing take-up operation device according to claim 1, wherein the linking member includes a first connecting portion and a second connecting portion at both ends thereof, the first connecting portion being connected to the operation member, the second connecting portion being connected to the driving member.
10. The webbing take-up operation device according to claim 9, wherein one end of the first connecting portion is connected with the operating member, the other end of the first connecting portion is connected to a center of the second connecting portion, and both side ends of the second connecting portion are respectively connected with the driving member.
11. The webbing take-up operating device according to claim 1, wherein the driving member is disposed obliquely on the backrest and is rotatable to abut against the locking member.
12. The webbing take-up operating device according to claim 11, wherein an end of the driving member abutting against the locking member has a certain curvature.
13. The webbing take-up operating device as claimed in claim 11, wherein the driving member includes a central portion and abutting portions and pushing portions at opposite ends of the central portion, the central portion is detachably pivoted to the backrest, the abutting portions are connected to the linking member, and the operating member pulls the linking member to rotate the abutting portions and the pushing portions around the central portion, so that the pushing portions can rotate to push against the locking member.
14. A webbing take-up operating device according to claim 11, wherein the number of said driving members is two, and said driving members are arranged in parallel and spaced apart, and the rotation directions of said driving members are the same.
15. A webbing take-up control device according to claim 11, wherein the number of said driving members is two, and said driving members are arranged at intervals and symmetrically, and the rotation directions of said driving members are opposite.
16. The webbing take-up operating device according to claim 11, wherein the number of the driving members is two, the two driving members are arranged in a crossing manner, and the crossing points of the two driving members form a pivot point pivoted with the backrest, and the rotation directions of the two driving members are opposite.
17. A webbing take-up control device as defined in claim 11, wherein said backrest is provided with a plurality of pivotal connections, said drive member being selectively pivotally connected in any one of said pivotal connections.
18. The webbing take-up operating device according to claim 1, wherein the driving member is vertically arranged on the backrest and is linearly movable to abut against the locking member.
19. The webbing take-up operating device according to claim 18, wherein the driving member includes a butt joint portion and a pushing portion at two ends of the driving member, the butt joint portion is connected with the linking member, and the linking member is driven by the operating member to drive the pushing portion to move linearly to abut against the locking member.
20. A webbing take-up operating device according to claim 18, wherein the driving member is provided with a penetrating hole arranged in a longitudinal direction thereof, and the driving member is movably disposed on the backrest by a positioning pin penetrating into the penetrating hole.
21. A webbing retractor control device as claimed in claim 1, wherein said webbing retractor further comprises an elastic member provided between said operating member and the back rest or/and between said driving member and said back rest for constantly urging said driving member to rotate or move in a direction away from said locking member.
