Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a heatable prepreg paving layer pre-compaction tool and a paving layer pre-compaction method, wherein a platform of the tool has a heating function, can heat prepreg and improve the compaction rate between layers, so that the paving quality of the prepreg is improved; the preheating temperature of the tool is adjustable, and the excess resin can flow by adjusting the temperature of the platform and then be led out by the adhesive absorption felt, so that the thickness of a product is controlled, and the mechanical property of the product is improved.
In order to solve the above problems, an aspect of the present invention provides a heatable prepreg ply pre-compaction tool, including:
a platform for laying prepreg;
the heating part is arranged in the platform and used for heating the platform;
the sealing gasket is arranged above the platform;
the upper sealing part is arranged above the sealing gasket and is arranged around the edge of the sealing gasket;
the lower sealing part is arranged below the platform and corresponds to the upper sealing part in position;
the clamping part is used for detachably clamping the upper sealing part and the lower sealing part to seal the edge of the sealing gasket;
and the vacuum nozzle is arranged on the upper surface of the platform, is positioned on the inner side of the area defined by the upper sealing part and is used for being connected with a vacuumizing device.
Preferably, the heatable prepreg laying-up pre-compaction tool further comprises:
the groove is arranged on the upper surface of the platform and is arranged along the bottom edge of the upper sealing part;
and the sealing strip is arranged in the groove.
Preferably, the heatable prepreg laying-up pre-compaction tool further comprises:
and the temperature control device is electrically connected with the heating part and is used for controlling the temperature of the heating part.
Preferably, the upper sealing portion is an annular plate surrounding an edge of the sealing gasket;
the lower sealing part is an annular plate with the shape and the size identical to those of the upper sealing part.
Preferably, the upper sealing part and the lower sealing part are made of aluminum alloy.
Preferably, the platform is a fibre reinforced resin based composite material.
Preferably, the sealing pad is a silicone pad.
Preferably, the lower sealing portion is fixedly connected with the platform.
Preferably, the heating part is a layered structure, and the heating part is parallel to the upper surface of the platform.
Preferably, the clamping portion is a quick clamp.
The invention further provides a prepreg paving layer pre-compaction method which is completed by adopting the heatable prepreg paving layer pre-compaction tool.
Preferably, the method comprises the following steps:
s1, preheating the platform through the heating part;
s2, paving a glue absorption felt on the platform;
s3, laying a prepreg on the adhesive absorption felt until the number of layers is specified;
s4, laying demolding cloth on the prepreg;
s5, laying a breathable felt on the demolding cloth;
s6, laying the sealing gasket on the breathable felt, then placing the upper sealing part above the sealing gasket, and clamping the upper sealing part and the lower sealing part through the clamping part;
s7, vacuumizing to a selected vacuum degree;
and S8, maintaining the pressure at the selected temperature for the selected time, and taking out the prepreg to finish the laying and pre-compaction of the prepreg.
Preferably, before step S1, the method further includes, before the step S1, debugging the vacuum system, specifically including the following steps:

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. according to the heatable prepreg laying-up pre-compaction tool, the platform of the tool has a heating function and can heat prepreg, the temperature of a clean room is generally set at 25 ℃ when laying-up is carried out, the prepreg is harder and is not easy to lay-up, so that the compaction rate between layers is poor, the problems of bridge frame, air inclusion and the like are possibly caused, the prepreg is preheated in the laying-up process by arranging the heating part in the platform, the defects can be overcome, and the good laying-up quality is obtained; the tool integrates two functions of preheating a laying layer and vacuum pre-compacting, so that the preparation efficiency can be greatly improved;
2. the heatable prepreg paving layer pre-compaction tool is also provided with the temperature control device, the preheating temperature of the tool is adjustable by adjusting the heating temperature of the heating part through the temperature control device, redundant resin flows by adjusting the temperature, and the redundant resin is led out through the glue absorption felt, so that the thickness of a product is controlled, the fiber content of the product is improved, and higher mechanical property is obtained;
3. according to the heatable prepreg paving layer pre-compaction tool, the platform is made of the fiber reinforced resin matrix composite material, the fiber reinforced resin matrix composite material can be conveniently manufactured into a high-precision complex curved surface, and the tool can be suitable for preparing prepreg paving layer structures in various shapes.

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

Example 1
As shown in fig. 1, the heatable prepreg ply pre-compaction tool according to the embodiment includes:
a platform 10 for laying the prepreg 5;
a heating unit 11 provided inside the stage 10 to heat the stage 10;
the sealing gasket 2 is arranged above the platform 10;
an upper sealing part 1 which is arranged above the sealing gasket 2 and is arranged around the edge of the sealing gasket 2;
a lower sealing part 9 provided below the stage 10 and corresponding to the upper sealing part 1;
a clamp portion that detachably clamps the upper seal portion 1 and the lower seal portion 9, and seals the edge of the gasket 2;
and the vacuum nozzle 7 is arranged on the upper surface of the platform 10, is positioned on the inner side of the area enclosed by the upper sealing part 1, and is used for being connected with a vacuum-pumping device.
The process of laying and pre-compacting the prepreg by using the heatable prepreg laying and pre-compacting tool described in the embodiment comprises the following steps: 1. cleaning the composite material platform, and applying a release agent; 2. connecting a vacuum pump and a vacuum meter through a vacuum nozzle, laying a sealing gasket on a platform, placing an upper sealing part above the sealing gasket and surrounding the edge of the sealing gasket, clamping the upper sealing part and a lower sealing part correspondingly arranged in position through a clamping part so as to seal the peripheral edge of the sealing gasket, debugging a vacuum system, closing a vacuum switch after debugging is finished, detaching the upper sealing part and the sealing gasket, and placing the sealing gasket on one side for standby; 3. opening the heating part to start preheating the platform; 4. paving a glue absorption felt 6 on the platform; 5. laying the prepreg 5 on a rubber suction felt until the number of layers is specified, and scraping each layer by using a scraper blade; 6. laying a demoulding cloth 4 on the prepreg; 7. paving a breathable felt 3 on the demoulding cloth; 8. laying a sealing gasket on the breathable felt, then placing an upper sealing part above the sealing gasket, and clamping the upper sealing part and a lower sealing part through a clamping part; 9. opening a vacuum switch to vacuumize until the designated number of the vacuum table is indicated; 10. and (3) maintaining the pressure for a specified time at a specified temperature, opening the cover, taking out the prepreg, and finishing the laying and pre-compaction of the prepreg.
In the heatable prepreg laying layer pre-compaction tool, a platform of the tool has a heating function and can heat prepreg, the temperature of a clean room is generally set at 25 ℃ when laying layers, the prepreg is harder and is not easy to lay layers, so that the problems of poor sticking rate between layers, bridge frame, air inclusion and the like are caused, the prepreg is preheated in the laying process by arranging the heating part in the platform, the defects can be overcome, and better laying quality is obtained; and the tool integrates two functions of preheating and paving layers and vacuum pre-compaction, so that the preparation efficiency can be greatly improved.
As a preferred embodiment, the heatable prepreg ply pre-compaction tool further comprises:
a groove 12 provided on the upper surface of the platform 10 and along the bottom edge of the upper sealing part 1;
and the sealing strip 8 is arranged in the groove 12.
The gap between the sealing gasket and the platform is sealed under the action of the sealing strip, so that the sealing performance during vacuum pumping is further ensured.
As a preferred embodiment, the heatable prepreg ply pre-compaction tool further comprises:
and the temperature control device is electrically connected with the heating part and is used for controlling the temperature of the heating part.
The heating temperature of the heating part is adjusted through the temperature control device, so that the preheating temperature of the tool can be adjusted, redundant resin flows through adjusting the temperature, and then the resin is led out through the glue absorption felt, so that the thickness of a product is controlled, the fiber content of the product is improved, and higher mechanical property is obtained.
In a preferred embodiment, the heating unit 11 has a layered structure, and is parallel to the upper surface of the stage 10. The heating uniformity of the platform can be ensured.
Further, the heating unit may be a structure in which a plurality of heating wires are arranged side by side, or may be a heating plate.
As a preferred embodiment, the upper seal portion 1 is an annular plate surrounding the edge of the seal gasket 2; the lower seal portion 9 is an annular plate having the same shape and size as the upper seal portion 1.
In a preferred embodiment, the clamping portion is a quick clamp. The upper sealing part and the lower sealing part can be clamped or loosened quickly, and the operation is convenient and quick.
In a preferred embodiment, the upper seal portion 1 and the lower seal portion 9 are made of an aluminum alloy. The aluminum alloy material is convenient for the quick clamp to apply clamping pressure.
As a preferred embodiment, the platform 10 is a fiber reinforced resin based composite material. The fiber reinforced resin matrix composite material can be used for conveniently manufacturing high-precision complex curved surfaces and is suitable for preparing prepreg paving layers of various shapes.
In a preferred embodiment, the sealing pad 2 is a silicone pad.
In a preferred embodiment, the lower sealing portion 9 is fixedly connected to the platform 10.
The whole process of laying and pre-compacting the prepreg by using the heatable prepreg laying and pre-compacting tool in the embodiment comprises the following steps: cleaning the composite material platform, and applying a release agent; connecting a vacuum pump and a vacuum meter through a vacuum nozzle, laying a sealing gasket on a platform, placing an upper sealing part above the sealing gasket and surrounding the edge of the sealing gasket, clamping the upper sealing part and a lower sealing part correspondingly arranged in position through a quick clamp so as to seal the peripheral edge of the sealing gasket, debugging a vacuum system, closing a vacuum switch after the debugging is finished, detaching the upper sealing part and the sealing gasket, and placing the sealing gasket on one side for standby; opening the heating part to start preheating the platform, and heating the heating part to a specified temperature through the temperature control device; paving a glue absorption felt 6 on the platform; laying the prepreg 5 on a rubber suction felt until the number of layers is specified, and scraping each layer by using a scraper blade; laying a demoulding cloth 4 on the prepreg; paving a breathable felt 3 on the demoulding cloth; laying a sealing gasket on the breathable felt, then placing an upper sealing part above the sealing gasket, and clamping the upper sealing part and a lower sealing part through a quick clamp; opening a vacuum switch to vacuumize until the designated number of the vacuum table is indicated; and (4) maintaining the pressure at the specified temperature for the specified time, opening the cover, taking out the prepreg, and finishing the layering and pre-compaction of the prepreg.
Example 2
The method for pre-compacting the prepreg paving layer in the embodiment is completed by using the heatable pre-compacting tool for prepreg paving layers in the embodiment 1, and comprises the following steps of:
1. cleaning the composite material platform, and applying a release agent;
2. connecting a vacuum pump and a vacuum meter through a vacuum nozzle, laying a sealing gasket on a platform, placing an upper sealing part above the sealing gasket and surrounding the edge of the sealing gasket, clamping the upper sealing part and a lower sealing part correspondingly arranged in position through a clamping part so as to seal the peripheral edge of the sealing gasket, debugging a vacuum system, closing a vacuum switch after debugging is finished, detaching the upper sealing part and the sealing gasket, and placing the sealing gasket on one side for standby;
3. opening the heating part to start preheating the platform, and heating the heating part to a specified temperature through the temperature control device;
4. paving a glue absorption felt on the platform;
5. spreading prepreg on a glue absorption felt until the number of layers is specified, and scraping each layer by using a scraper blade to be flat and solid;
6. laying a demolding cloth on the prepreg;
7. paving an air felt on the demoulding cloth;
8. laying a sealing gasket on the breathable felt, then placing an upper sealing part above the sealing gasket, and clamping the upper sealing part and a lower sealing part through a clamping part;
9. opening a vacuum switch to vacuumize until the designated number of the vacuum table is indicated;
10. and (3) maintaining the pressure for a specified time at a specified temperature, opening the cover, taking out the prepreg, and finishing the laying and pre-compaction of the prepreg.
In the method for pre-compacting the prepreg paving layer in the embodiment, the heatable pre-compacting tool for the prepreg paving layer in the embodiment 1 is adopted, a platform of the tool has a heating function, the prepreg can be heated, the temperature of a clean room is generally set at 25 ℃ when the prepreg is paved, the prepreg is hard and is not easy to pave, the sticking rate between layers is poor, a bridge frame and air inclusion problems are likely to occur, the prepreg is preheated through the heating part in the platform in the paving process, the defects can be overcome, and the better paving quality is obtained; the tool integrates two functions of preheating layering and vacuum pre-compaction, so that the preparation efficiency can be greatly improved; the tooling of embodiment 1 is also provided with a temperature control device, the preheating temperature of the tooling is adjustable by adjusting the heating temperature of the heating part through the temperature control device, redundant resin flows by adjusting the temperature, and then the resin is led out through the adhesive absorption felt, so that the thickness of a product is controlled, and the fiber content of the product is improved to obtain higher mechanical property.
