In the embodiment of the invention, the sponge strip 5 can be reliably and adaptively conveyed by the limitation of the feeding guide roller 8, the receiving guide roller 9 and the transfer roller 4, and the glue spreading roller 31 can be ensured to perform better secondary glue spreading on the sponge strip 5, so that the application effect is good.
