Mainly aims at the cutting of optical communication chip wafers made of gallium arsenide and indium phosphide before use.
In the dicing process, the wafer needs to be diced by using a dicing saw, and in the dicing process, the angle formed by the dicing saw and the wafer needs to be adjusted.
In the prior art, the adjusting structure is complex, and the adjusting mode is complex.
