Description

Sawing machine with auxiliary workpiece pressing device
Technical Field
The invention relates to a processing device, in particular to a sawing machine with a workpiece auxiliary pressing device.
Background
One known saw cutting machine includes a blade for cutting, and a table adjacent to and movable relative to the blade and adapted to carry a sheet of material. When the saw cutting machine is used to cut the sheet material, in order to prevent the sheet material from being affected by the saw blade during the cutting process, a user must press the unprocessed portion of the sheet material with a palm to keep the sheet material in position relative to the worktable. In order to avoid palm injuries, the portion of the palm that the saw blade does not pass through must be selected and pressed. However, when the area of the plate is small or the width of the plate is narrow, it is difficult to apply force to the plate. In detail, the reason is that the portion capable of applying the force is relatively small, and naturally cannot be pressed with the palm. If the pressing is performed by a finger, the plate cannot be kept in position relative to the workbench because the force applied is small. In addition, the portion capable of exerting force is also in close proximity to the blade, posing a considerable threat to the safety of the user.

Detailed Description
The invention is described in detail below with reference to the following figures and examples:
referring to fig. 1 and 2, an embodiment of the saw cutting machine with the auxiliary workpiece pressing device of the present invention includes a saw blade 81, a worktable 82 adjacent to the saw blade 81 and capable of moving along a processing axis X relative to the saw blade 81, and an auxiliary workpiece pressing device. The worktable 82 has a table surface 83 facing the saw blade 81, a processing area 84 disposed on the table surface 83 and extending along the processing axis X and corresponding to the saw blade 81, and a chute 85 recessed on the table surface 83 and extending toward the processing area 84. The sliding groove 85 has a bottom surface 851, two side surfaces 852 connected to two opposite sides of the bottom surface 851, and two limiting portions 853 formed by protruding the side surfaces 852. The spacing portions 853 are spaced apart from each other and together define a sliding gap 854 therebetween. The bottom surface 851, the side surface 852 and the stopper 853 define a stopper space 855 communicating with the sliding gap 854.
Referring to fig. 2, 3 and 4, the auxiliary pressing device for a workpiece includes a sliding shaft 1, a pressing member 2, a propping member 4, an adjusting member 5, and two end sleeves 3.
The sliding shaft 1 includes a sliding block 11 disposed in the limiting space 855, and a rod 12 connected to the sliding block 11 and penetrating out of the sliding groove 85 through the sliding gap 854. The sliding block 11 is limited in the limiting space 855 by the limiting portion 853 and cannot be separated from the sliding groove 85 along a lifting axial direction Y perpendicular to the table 83, the outer circumferential surface of the rod 12 is provided with threads, and the rod 12 can be operated to move along the sliding groove 85.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment, the sliding block 11 and the rod 12 are integrally formed, but may be assembled by using a nut and a bolt, which is only an example and should not be limited thereto.
The pressing member 2 is curved in an arch shape in a direction away from the table 83, and includes a through groove 21 penetrating along the lifting axial direction Y and allowing the rod 12 to movably pass through, a first end 22 disposed along an extending axial direction L, a second end 23 opposite to the first end 22 along the extending axial direction L, and a plurality of arc-shaped grooves 24 arranged at intervals along the extending axial direction L and having openings facing a side opposite to the table 83. The through groove 21 is disposed between the first end 22 and the second end 23 and extends along the extending axis L.
The end sleeve 3 is respectively sleeved on the first end 22 and the second end 23 of the pressing member 2. Each end sleeve 3 has a contact surface 31 arranged on the side opposite to the abutment 2. The contact surface 31 is arcuate.
The propping element 4 is adjacent to the propping element 2 and is disposed on the side opposite to the table-board 83 along the lifting axial direction Y, and the rod 12 can movably pass through. The abutting element 4 comprises a first surface 41 facing the abutment element 2 and a second surface 42 arranged on the side opposite to the first surface 41. In this embodiment, the second surface 42 is arcuate and sized to fit the arcuate slot 24.
The adjusting member 5 is used for the rod body 12 to penetrate and screw on the rod body 12, and can be operated to rotate. The adjusting member 5 moves along the lifting axis Y when rotating and moves between a tightening position and a loosening position relative to the propping member 4. In the tightening position, the adjusting member 5 is tightly abutted against the second surface 42 of the abutting member 4, so that the first surface 41 is tightly abutted against the abutting member 2. The abutting member 4 is pressed against one of the arc-shaped slots 24 by the first surface 41, so that the rod body 12 of the sliding shaft 1 is kept in position along the extending axial direction L relative to the abutting member 2. In the relaxed position, the adjusting member 5 moves away from or touches the second surface 42 of the abutting member 4, so that the first surface 41 can move away from or touch the pressing member 2.
Before using this embodiment, the embodiment should be adjusted to the relaxed position, so that a workpiece P can be placed between the pressing member 2 and the table surface 83 of the worktable 82. Next, a portion to be pressed against the workpiece P is selected, and the positions of the sliding shaft 1 and the pressing member 2 are adjusted so that the first end 22 or the second end 23 of the pressing member 2 corresponds to the portion to be pressed against. For example, in the embodiment, the second end 23 is used as a fulcrum, and the first end 22 corresponds to a portion of the workpiece P to be pressed (as shown in fig. 5), but a user may select to use the second end 23 for pressing, or use both the first end 22 and the second end 23 for pressing, which should not be limited thereto.
It should be noted that, at this time, the sliding shaft 1 can move along the sliding slot 85, and the pressing member 2 can also slide along the extending axial direction L relative to the rod body 12 of the sliding shaft 1. Furthermore, the abutment 2 can also be rotated with respect to the rod 12 to adjust the extension axis L. In this way, the user can arrange the workpiece P, the sliding shaft 1 and the pressing member 2 according to the actual requirements, and the degree of freedom of operation is high.
After the arrangement of the workpiece P, the slide shaft 1 and the pressing member 2 is completed, the present embodiment can be moved to the tightening position. In the tightening position, since the adjusting member 5 is tightly abutted against the abutting member 4, the abutting member 4 is further tightly abutted against the pressing member 2, and the pressing member 2 firmly presses the workpiece P against the table surface 83. In this way, the function of assisting the workpiece P to be positioned on the table 83 is achieved, and the user does not need to continuously apply force with the palm or fingers. Compared with the prior art, the embodiment is not only more stable, but also more labor-saving and safe.
After the use, the positioning relation between the workpiece P and the table-board 83 can be released only by adjusting the present embodiment from the tightening position to the loosening position, so that the machined workpiece P can be taken out.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment, the workpiece P is a plate, but the workpiece P can also be applied to a block material, a sheet material or a material with other shapes according to the requirement of the user, and should not be limited thereto.
In addition, the end sleeve 3 substantially functions to prevent the first end 22 and the second end 23 from directly contacting the workpiece P to damage the workpiece P. In particular, the pressing member 2 is made of a relatively hard material, such as metal, in order to provide sufficient supporting force. However, the workpiece P is not necessarily harder than the pressing member 2 and is therefore quite likely to be damaged. Thus, the end sleeve 3 of this embodiment can be made of a relatively elastic material, such as rubber. Thus, the workpiece P can be prevented from being damaged, and sufficient supporting force can still be provided. Moreover, the user can replace the end sleeve 3 according to the use requirement or the service life without replacing the embodiment as a whole, thereby achieving the effects of environmental protection and easy maintenance.
In addition, the advantage of designing the abutment 2 in the form of an arch is: when the present embodiment is applied to various workpieces P with different thicknesses (refer to fig. 5 and 6, fig. 5 shows a thicker workpiece P, and fig. 6 shows a thinner workpiece P), one of the first end 22 or the second end 23 can be used as a fulcrum and the other can be pressed against the workpiece P, so that the first end 22 and the second end 23 are located at different heights. In addition, in order to cooperate with this, the first surface 41 of the abutting member 4 and the arc-shaped slot 24 of the pressing member 2 are designed to be arc-shaped, so that the abutting member 4 can still freely correspond to any one of the arc-shaped slots 24 when the pressing member 2 is inclined relative to the table surface 83. The curved contact surface 31 of the end sleeve 3 is also advantageous in coping with the inclined state of the biasing member 2.
Therefore, the present embodiment can make the pressing member 2 firmly press against the workpiece P by the movement of the adjusting member 5 between the tightening position and the loosening position, thereby assisting the positioning of the workpiece P and ensuring the safety of the user.
In summary, the saw cutting machine with the auxiliary workpiece pressing device of the present invention can firmly press the workpiece P by the auxiliary workpiece pressing device, so as to assist the positioning of the workpiece P and ensure the safety of the user, thereby achieving the purpose of the present invention.
