The stirring and soaking mechanism 2 and the inclined plate 4 can effectively prevent the sediment from precipitating and can fully mix the mud and the leaching agent. The height of the lifting gate plate 7 is adjusted, the height of an overflow surface can be changed, the concentration of the supernatant can be controlled, and the lifting gate plate is higher and lower. The spiral grading mechanism 3 can effectively separate silt and mud.
