The double-layer overhead guide rail 10, namely the double-layer overhead chain-through guide rail, comprises an upper-layer square tube guide rail and a lower-layer square tube guide rail, wherein a trolley draw hook opening is arranged below the upper-layer square tube guide rail; the double-layer overhead guide rail 10 is arranged at the outer side of the double main beams of the frame in an overhead manner; which serves as a guide for the double-drag-plate trolley 12 and supports the drive chain 11.
The chain transmission device comprises a three-chain wheel long shaft (a driving shaft and a chain wheel), a single chain wheel short shaft (a driven shaft and a chain wheel), a driving short single chain and a transmission chain 11 (namely a transmission long double chain); the transmission chain 11 passes through the double-layer overhead guide rail 10, and both ends of the transmission chain are connected with the pulling plate trolley 12; used for driving the double-pulling-plate trolley 12 to synchronously roll on the double overhead guide rail 10.
The working process of the plate pulling and cake discharging mechanism comprises the following steps: under the control of a PLC control system, (1) the trolley moves forwards in an empty way: when the motor driving device drives the double-pulling-plate trolley 12 to synchronously move forwards in the air through the transmission chain 11, the driving lever is tilted by twisting the return spring 9; (2) grabbing the plate by a mechanical arm: when the pulling plate deflector rod 7 touches the filter plate 13, the pulling plate deflector rod 7 is pressed down by the filter plate 13, the grabbing plate deflector rod 6 grabs the filter plate 13, and the twisting reset spring 9 immediately resets (tilts) the pulling plate deflector rod 7; (3) pulling a plate by a trolley: at the moment, the plate grabbing deflector rod 6 is blocked by the filter plate 13, the motor of the motor driving device is blocked by the force to rotate reversely, and the plate pulling is started; (4) placing a plate by a manipulator: when the plate pulling trolley 12 pulls the filter plate 13 backwards to a proper position, the plate grabbing deflector rod 6 is pressed down, and the filter plate 13 is released; (5) the trolley moves back and forth: at the moment, the pulling plate deflector rod 7 is blocked by the filter plate 13, the motor of the motor driving device is blocked by force to rotate forwards, the forward idling is recovered, and the filter plates 13 are automatically pulled one by one to realize gravity cake unloading.
The invention provides a plate pulling and cake unloading mechanism of a filter press, which has the beneficial effects that: by innovating the rail-embracing rolling mode of the upper and lower double rollers of the drawplate trolley and replacing a wear-resistant sliding block with the double polypropylene groove type roller 51, the friction resistance of the drawplate trolley 12 during rolling operation is small, the guide rail is not damaged, the drawplate is rapid, and grease lubrication is avoided; meanwhile, the adaptability of the existing sliding block support is improved into the built-in roller seat 1, so that the pull plate trolley 12 is compact in structure and safe to operate; the running resistance of the pull plate trolley 12 is reduced, the running stability of the pull plate trolley is improved, the safety performance and the working efficiency of the pull plate cake discharging mechanism are improved, the service life of the trolley overhead guide rail 10 is prolonged, and the cleanness of the double-layer overhead guide rail 10 is guaranteed; resistance reduction and efficiency improvement.
