A transformer substation high-pressure water mist fire extinguishing device with a cooling effect comprises a mounting support, an angle adjusting mechanism, a refrigerating mechanism, a mixing mechanism and an injection mechanism, wherein the mounting support is mounted on one side of a power station, the refrigerating mechanism is mounted on the mounting support through the angle adjusting mechanism, the input end of the refrigerating mechanism is connected with a fire extinguishing gas supply tank, the output end of the refrigerating mechanism is connected to one input end of the mixing mechanism, the other input end of the mixing mechanism is also connected with a fire extinguishing water medium conveyor, the output end of the mixing mechanism is connected with the injection mechanism, the mixing mechanism is used for mixing the refrigerated fire extinguishing gas with the fire extinguishing water medium conveyed by the fire extinguishing water medium conveyor and spraying the mixture in a high-pressure spraying manner by the injection mechanism, the mixing mechanism comprises a mixing seat, a mixing cavity, a main discharging channel, a first auxiliary discharging channel and a second auxiliary discharging channel which are arranged in the mixing seat, the end part of the mixing cavity is communicated with the main discharging channel, the first auxiliary discharging channel and the second auxiliary discharging channel, the communication position of the main discharging channel and the first auxiliary discharging channel is a first communication position, the communication position of the main discharging channel and the second auxiliary discharging channel is a second communication position, the first communication position and the second communication position are opposite and are arranged in a communication way, the first communicating part and the second communicating part are positioned at two sides of the main discharging channel, a pressurizing blade is arranged between the first communicating part and the second communicating part, the pressurizing blade is driven by a pressurizing motor, the pressurizing blade is driven by the pressurizing motor to rotate at a high speed, and the pressurizing blade is configured to satisfy the following conditions: the axial thrust that the high-speed rotation of pressurization blade produced makes extinguishing with water medium and fire extinguishing gas push to main discharging channel at a high speed, just the centrifugal force that the high-speed rotation of pressurization blade produced makes extinguishing with water medium and fire extinguishing gas along the blade radial throw to first vice discharging channel and the vice discharging channel of second.
