Description

Monitoring method, monitoring equipment and medical central station system
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of medical devices, and in particular, to a monitoring method, system, device, and storage medium.
Background
The central station connects the monitors in one department or a plurality of departments through a network so as to achieve the purposes of real-time centralized monitoring and mass data storage. The proportion of the number of patients and nurses in the non-critical department is low. Particularly in night care, there are usually only one or two on-duty nurses, but all patients in the entire department must be attended to. Therefore, medical care is usually based on a central station system to intensively monitor the vital sign information of a plurality of patients.
In non-critical departments, patients usually have the ability to actively move, and in order to facilitate their activities, the patients usually remove the sensors of the bedside monitor or the telemetering monitor and then actively wear the sensors again after short-term activities. Under the conventional monitor and the central station system, nurses can detect the technical alarm of the falling of the related accessories, and the alarm disappears after the patients wear the system actively. However, after such alarm occurs, the monitoring of the physiological state of an illness of a patient is interrupted, and medical care cannot sense the dangerous situations such as syncope and falling of the patient in the period of time. If the technical alarm occurs in a plurality of beds at the same time, medical care cannot directly sense which bed has the longest alarm time, namely, cannot sense which patients have high risk of dangerous situations, and cannot pay attention to and handle the high-risk patients in time, so that the occurrence probability of the dangerous situations in clinic is increased.
