A control method of a cooking appliance according to an embodiment of a third aspect of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1 to 8.
The cooking appliance comprises a cooking container and a washing device, wherein the cooking container is provided with a cooking cavity, the washing device comprises a steam generator, the steam generator is communicated with the cooking cavity through a stop valve, the steam generator is communicated with a water inlet control part, and the cooking container is communicated with a water outlet control part.
As shown in fig. 5, the cooking appliance has a washing stage, and the control method of the cooking appliance includes the following steps:
s1: in the material washing stage, controlling the water inlet control part to feed water into the steam generator and controlling the steam generator to heat so as to feed water and steam into the cooking cavity;
for example, the water inlet control member may be a water inlet pump, a water inlet valve, a water inlet tap, or the like, and the water inlet control member may directly convey a water source (for example, water in an external water source or a water storage container) into the cooking cavity, or may convey the water source (for example, water in the external water source or the water storage container) to the steam generator first, and convey the heated water into the cooking cavity after being heated by the steam generator, or may convey steam formed after the steam generator is heated into the cooking cavity.
It should be noted that, the water inlet flow of the water inlet control member can be adjusted, and the water inlet control member is used in cooperation with the steam generator, so that water and/or steam with different temperatures can be introduced into the cooking cavity, for example, water (hot water or cold water) can be introduced into the cooking cavity first, then steam can be introduced into the cooking cavity, the water in the cooking cavity is stirred, and the function of cleaning food materials by hot bubbles is realized.
S2: the control drainage control part is used for discharging water in the cooking cavity, namely the water after the food materials are cleaned in the cooking cavity is discharged, for example, the drainage control part can be a drainage pump or a drainage valve, the drainage control part can be used for directly discharging the water in the cooking cavity to the outside, and the water in the cooking cavity can also be discharged into a waste water container, so that subsequent cooking treatment is facilitated.
According to the control method of the cooking appliance, in the material washing stage, the on-off state of the on-off valve is switched to realize the on-off of the material washing device and the cooking cavity, so that water and water vapor are introduced into the cooking cavity by the material washing device under the on-off state of the on-off valve to wash food materials, then the water in the cooking cavity is discharged by the water discharge control part, the food materials are conveniently cooked subsequently, and the automatic washing and cooking are realized.
Particularly, cooking utensil can realize advancing the washing material with cold water, hot water or hot steam as required, stirs the contact through the high temperature bubble and eats the material, improves water-soluble starch solubility, reaches the supplementary purpose that reduces sugar and ingest, can effectively shorten the culinary art time simultaneously, realizes fast and absorbs water the washing material function before the stage.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, according to some embodiments of the present invention, the controlling of the water inlet control to supply water into the steam generator includes:
controlling the water inlet control element to feed water into the steam generator at a first preset flow rate C1 until the water feeding time reaches a first preset water feeding time T1;
and controlling the water inlet control element to feed water into the steam generator at a second preset flow rate C2 until the water feeding time reaches a second preset water feeding time T2, wherein the first preset flow rate C1 is greater than the second preset flow rate C2.
That is, the water inlet control element is controlled to supply water into the steam generator at a first preset flow rate C1, when the water supply time of the water inlet control element at the first preset flow rate C1 is less than a first preset water supply time T1, the water inlet control element is controlled to continuously supply water into the steam generator, and when the water supply time of the water inlet control element at the first preset flow rate C1 is greater than or equal to a first preset water supply time T1, the water inlet control element is controlled to supply water into the steam generator at a second preset flow rate C2 until the water supply time of the water inlet control element at the second preset flow rate C2 reaches a second preset water supply time T2.
Therefore, water is introduced into the steam generator at different flow rates by the water inlet control element in different time periods, and different requirements for washing food materials can be met.
As shown in fig. 6, in some embodiments, controlling steam generator heating includes:
and controlling the steam generator to heat at a first preset power P1 while introducing water into the steam generator at a second preset flow rate by the water inlet control piece until the heating time reaches a first preset heating time, wherein the first preset heating time is more than or equal to a second preset water introduction time.
That is, the water inlet control part is controlled to supply water into the steam generator at a first preset flow rate C1 (large flow rate), when the time for the water inlet control part to supply water at the first preset flow rate C1 is less than a first preset water supply time T1, the water inlet control part is controlled to continuously supply water into the steam generator, and when the time for the water inlet control part to supply water at the first preset flow rate C1 is greater than or equal to a first preset water supply time T1, the water inlet control part is controlled to supply water into the steam generator at a second preset flow rate C2.
Because the steam generator is not heated in the time period (i.e. the time period that the water inlet control element is communicated with the first preset flow rate C1), when the water inlet control element works, the water in the water storage container actually flows through the steam generator and is directly communicated into the cooking cavity, i.e. the water inlet control element is used for communicating the water with lower temperature in the water storage container into the cooking cavity, so as to wash the food in the cooking cavity, and reduce the influence of the water with higher temperature on the food with easily damaged nutrition.
When the water flowing time of the water inlet control element at the second preset flow rate C2 (small flow rate) is less than the second preset water flowing time T2, the water inlet control element is controlled to continuously flow water into the steam generator, meanwhile, the steam generator is heated at the first preset power P1, when the water flowing time of the water inlet control element at the second preset flow rate C2 is greater than or equal to the second preset water flowing time T2, and the heating time of the steam generator is greater than or equal to the first preset heating time, the steam generator is controlled to stop running.
Because in this period, when the control piece that intakes leads to water in to steam generator, steam generator heats, consequently, the steam impact on-off valve that produces after steam generator heating makes on-off valve switch on to let in the culinary art intracavity with steam, high temperature steam produces the hot bubble in aqueous, and high temperature steam liquefaction secondary makes eating material and surplus water heating and heaies up, stirs the culinary art intracavity through on-off valve and eats the material, makes eating material roll under the hot bubble impact and washes, reaches abluent purpose.
According to some embodiments of the invention, controlling the drain control to drain water from the cooking chamber comprises: and controlling the drainage control piece to drain the water in the cooking cavity at a fourth preset flow rate until the water pumping time reaches a fourth preset water flowing time. From this, through the waste water discharge who forms after will cooking the intracavity and wash the edible material, convenient follow-up cooks edible material, realizes automatic culinary art promptly.
According to other embodiments of the invention, the cooking appliance further comprises a material storage device and a switch device, the material storage device is provided with a discharge hole, the switch device is used for opening and closing the discharge hole so as to control the connection and disconnection between the discharge hole and the feed hole of the cooking container,
the cooking appliance is also provided with a discharging stage, and in the discharging stage, the storage device and the switching device are controlled to work so as to feed food materials into the cooking container.
Wherein, storage device includes storage container, dials piece and driving motor, dials the discharge gate that the piece movably located storage container, and driving motor is used for the drive to dial the piece activity. The switch device comprises a sealing plate and an opening and closing motor, the sealing plate is rotatably arranged on the base and provided with a blanking through hole, and the opening and closing motor is connected with the sealing plate to drive the sealing plate to rotate.
Therefore, the opening and closing motor is controlled to open the discharge hole of the sealing plate, so that the discharge hole is communicated with the feed inlet of the cooking container; through controlling driving motor, can make and dial the edible material of stirring in the storage container and discharge from the discharge gate to get into the culinary art intracavity through the unloading through-hole.
In some embodiments, prior to the blanking stage, comprising:
detecting the volume of food materials in the storage device;
determining that the volume of the food materials in the storage device is smaller than a preset amount, and controlling a cooking appliance to give out a prompt;
and determining that the volume of the food materials in the storage device is larger than or equal to a preset amount, and controlling the storage device and the switching device to work so as to introduce the food materials into the cooking container.
That is to say, before controlling storage device and switching device to let in edible material in the cooking container, carry out the detection of edible material in the storage device first, the detection method can be modes such as infrared reflection, if the measuring value does not satisfy the culinary art demand quantity that sets up, stop the unloading and indicate the user, if the measuring value satisfies the culinary art demand quantity that sets up, then control storage device and switching device work to in letting in the culinary art container with the edible material of default quantity.
As shown in fig. 5 and 8, according to further embodiments of the present invention, controlling steam generator heating includes:
and controlling the steam generator to heat at a second preset power P2 while the water inlet control member leads water into the steam generator at a first preset flow and a second preset flow until the heating time reaches a second preset heating time.
That is, the water inlet control is controlled to supply water into the steam generator at a first preset flow rate C1, and at the same time, the steam generator is controlled to be heated at a second preset power P2, when the time for the water inlet control to supply water at the first preset flow rate C1 is less than a first preset water supply time T1, the water inlet control is controlled to supply water into the steam generator continuously, and when the time for the water inlet control to supply water at the first preset flow rate C1 is greater than or equal to a first preset water supply time T1, the water inlet control is controlled to supply water into the steam generator at the second preset flow rate C2.
And when the water flowing time of the water inlet control element at the second preset flow rate C2 is less than the second preset water flowing time T2, controlling the water inlet control element to continuously flow water into the steam generator, and when the water flowing time of the water inlet control element at the second preset flow rate C2 is more than or equal to the second preset water flowing time T2 and the heating time of the steam generator is more than or equal to the second preset heating time, controlling the steam generator to stop running.
Since the steam generator is heated during this time period (i.e., during the time period in which the water inlet control member is supplied with water at the first preset flow rate C1 and the second preset flow rate C2), the steam generated after the steam generator is heated impacts the on-off valve, so that the on-off valve is turned on, thereby allowing the steam to be supplied into the cooking chamber.
As shown in fig. 8, in some embodiments, before controlling the water inlet control member to supply water into the steam generator at the first preset flow rate, the method includes: and controlling the steam generator to preheat at a third preset power P3 until the heating time reaches a third preset heating time, wherein the third preset power P3 is less than or equal to the second preset power P2.
That is, before the water inlet control member is used to supply water into the steam generator, the steam generator is preheated at the third preset power P3, then the water inlet control member is supplied with water at the first preset flow rate C1, and then supplied with water at the second preset flow rate C2, and at the same time, the heating power of the steam generator is adjusted to the second preset power P2 or kept unchanged.
Since the first preset flow rate C1 is greater than the second preset flow rate C2, the steam generator is preheated with the third preset power P3 before the water inlet control element enters water with the first preset flow rate C1, and when the water inlet control element enters water with the first preset flow rate C1 (large flow rate), the water with higher temperature formed after being heated by the steam generator is actually introduced into the cooking cavity, so that the food material is primarily contacted with the water with higher temperature.
And when the water inlet control piece is used for feeding water at a first preset flow rate C1, the steam generator is controlled to be continuously heated at a second preset power P2, then the water inlet flow rate of the water inlet control piece is adjusted to be a second preset flow rate C2 (small flow rate), so that the fed water is completely vaporized, high-temperature steam enters the cooking cavity to generate hot bubbles, the food material and the residual water are heated for a second time by transferring heat through the hot bubbles, the temperature is raised, stirred and impacted, and the food material cleaning process is completed.
In some embodiments, the second preset heating time is equal to the sum of the first preset water passage time and the second preset water passage time. That is, the water inlet control part heats the steam generator at the second preset power P2 all the time during the whole water inlet process, and when the time that the water inlet control part is communicated with the second preset flow rate C2 reaches the second preset water communication time T2, the steam generator is controlled to stop heating.
As shown in fig. 5 and 10, according to further embodiments of the present invention, before controlling the water inlet control member to supply water into the steam generator at the first preset flow rate, the method includes:
controlling the water inlet control element to feed water into the steam generator at a third preset flow rate until the water feeding time reaches a third preset water feeding time;
controlling the steam generator to heat at a fourth preset power while the water inlet control piece leads water into the steam generator at a third preset flow rate until the heating time reaches a fourth preset heating time,
and the third preset flow is smaller than the first preset flow, and the third preset water-passing time is equal to the fourth preset heating time.
Because the third preset flow is less than the first preset flow, when the water inlet control element is used for feeding water at the third preset flow (small flow), the steam generator is used for heating at the fourth preset power, so that high-temperature steam is formed, namely, the food materials are heated to be semi-gelatinized in advance by the high-temperature steam, and then the food materials in the cooking cavity are washed, so that the dissolution of soluble starch and saccharides in the food materials is further promoted, and the purpose of assisting the blood glucose reduction is achieved.
In some embodiments, the third predetermined flow rate is equal to the second predetermined flow rate.
As shown in fig. 10, in some embodiments, controlling steam generator heating includes:
and controlling the steam generator to heat at a fifth preset power while the water inlet control piece leads water into the steam generator at a first preset flow and a second preset flow until the heating time reaches a fifth preset heating time, wherein the fifth preset power is more than or equal to a fourth preset power.
That is, the water inlet control part is controlled to supply water into the steam generator at a first preset flow rate C1 (large flow rate), and at the same time, the steam generator is controlled to heat at a fifth preset power P5, when the time for the water inlet control part to supply water at the first preset flow rate C1 is less than the first preset water supply time T1, the water inlet control part is controlled to supply water into the steam generator continuously, and when the time for the water inlet control part to supply water at the first preset flow rate C1 is greater than or equal to the first preset water supply time T1, the water inlet control part is controlled to supply water at the second preset flow rate C2 into the steam generator.
And when the water flowing time of the water inlet control element at the second preset flow rate C2 (small flow rate) is less than the second preset water flowing time T2, controlling the water inlet control element to continuously flow water into the steam generator, and when the water flowing time of the water inlet control element at the second preset flow rate C2 is more than or equal to the second preset water flowing time T2, and the heating time of the steam generator at the fifth preset power P5 is more than or equal to the fifth preset heating time, controlling the steam generator to stop running.
Since the first preset flow rate C1 is greater than the second preset flow rate C2, during this time period (i.e. during the time period when the water inlet control member is communicated with the first preset flow rate C1 and the second preset flow rate C2), the steam generator is heated all the time, and therefore, the water with higher temperature generated after the steam generator is heated impacts the on-off valve, so that the on-off valve is turned on, so as to introduce the water into the cooking cavity, and then the steam generated by the steam generator is introduced into the cooking cavity, so as to stir the food material, thereby washing the food material.
In some examples, the fifth preset heating time is equal to the sum of the first preset water passage time and the second preset water passage time.
That is, in the whole water inlet process of the water inlet control member, the steam generator is heated at the fourth preset power P4 and then heated at the fifth preset power P5, or the power is kept unchanged, and when the water inlet control member is supplied with water at the second preset flow rate C2 for the second preset water supply time T2, the steam generator is controlled to stop heating.
In the following, a method for controlling a cooking appliance according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 7, 9 and 11, taking cooked rice, porridge and other staple food as an example, taking a water inlet control member as a water inlet portion and a water discharge control member as a water discharge pump.
The control method of the cooking appliance of the present invention is applicable to, but not limited to, various kinds of staple food materials such as rice, porridge, and the like.
As shown in fig. 9, in the present embodiment, after the user starts the cooking mode and completes the cooking mode setting, the automatic reservation mode is entered, and the cooking process is formally started.
Firstly, entering a blanking stage:
the system detects the rice quantity in the storage container, if the detected rice quantity does not meet the preset cooking requirement (the quantity n1 bowls, the volume X of the single bowl rice quantity), the blanking is stopped, the user is prompted, if the detected rice quantity does not meet the preset cooking requirement, the control unit controls the storage device and the switch device to work, and the food material meeting the preset cooking requirement is led into the cooking cavity.
Secondly, entering a material washing stage:
1) the control unit controls the steam generator to start at a third preset power P3, the P3 meets the condition that P3 is not more than Pmax, the Pmax is the rated maximum power of the steam generator, and the P3 can be adjusted according to different food material types and food material components. Preheating is carried out by starting the steam generator to work in advance, and the preheating time is greater than or equal to t3, and the steam generator reaches a certain temperature.
2) The water route at intake pump place is switched to the control unit control three-way valve, starts the intake pump and intakes with first predetermined flow C1, keeps steam generator to heat with second predetermined power P2, P2 is greater than or equal to P3, the lower water of temperature passes through steam generator in the water container this moment, takes place the heat transfer, and the lower water of temperature heaies up rapidly and makes steam generator cool down simultaneously, finally reaches temperature balance, and the water after steam generator heating gets into the culinary art intracavity to mix the contact with the edible material.
The P2 and the P3 satisfy the relationship: p2 × Δ t ≧ P3 × Δ t ≧ C1 × Δ t 1g/cm3 × 4.2 × 103J/(kg · ° C) Tmax; wherein, Δ t is unit time, 4.2 × 103 is specific heat capacity value of water, Tmax is food cleaning temperature set by the control unit, and the temperature can be adjusted according to food cooking menu content.
3) When the running time of the water inlet pump is controlled to be greater than or equal to T1, the water inflow in the cooking cavity is as follows: C1T 1/n1/X is more than or equal to 1.3/1. The water inlet amount is controlled within the range, so that the requirement of rice washing is met, water is saved, and 1.3 is the minimum value of the water-rice ratio of the steamed rice. At the moment, the cooking utensil finishes the process of injecting hot water into the cooking cavity and waits for rice washing.
