In addition, when the deformation portion of the rim seal 140 is deformed by being pressed, the outer circumference of the deformation portion is tightly fitted with the inner sidewall of the cup 160, which can help prevent the cap assembly from falling off the cup 160. Alternatively, the size of the rim portion of the cup 160 is smaller than the size of the main body of the cup 160, and by disposing the deformation portion of the rim seal 140 under the rim portion 161, the deformation portion can be clamped under the rim portion 161 after being pressed to deform, so as to further enhance the bonding stability of the cup assembly and the cup 160.
In a specific application, the number of the clamping parts is at least one, such as two or three. The presence of the engagement portion prevents the lid 120 from rotating relative to the cup 160 and prevents the lid 120 from falling off the cup 160.
Fig. 5 is a partial cross-sectional view of a cup in an embodiment of the present application in the second position of the upper cover 110, with the key switch 150 in an unpressed state, and fig. 6 is another partial cross-sectional view of a cup in an embodiment of the present application in the second position of the upper cover 110, with the key switch 150 in an unpressed state. In a particular application, as shown in fig. 1-4, the rim seal 140 can seal the gap between the cup 160 and the valve cover 130 when the upper cover 110 is rotated to a first position relative to the cover 120. With the upper lid 110 rotated to the second position relative to the lid 120, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the rim seal 140 is unseated away from the cup 160 so that the rim seal 140, the valve cap 130, the lid 120 and the upper lid 110 can be removed from the cup 160 in the field.
Fig. 7 is an exploded schematic view of a cup according to an embodiment of the present application. Further, the cover 120 includes an inner sleeve 124 extending into the cup 160, and the inner sleeve 124 is surrounded to form a through hole; one of the inner sidewall of the inner sleeve 124 and the outer sidewall of the female sleeve 132 is provided with a limiting groove 121, and the other is provided with a limiting projection 133 mated with the limiting groove 121, and the limiting groove 121 and the limiting projection 133 extend in the height direction of the cap 130. Wherein the limit groove 121 or the limit projection 133 on the inner sleeve 124 is configured as a first limit portion. The internal threaded sleeve 132 of the valve cover 130 extends into the internal sleeve 124 of the cover 120, and a limiting structure is arranged between the internal sleeve 124 of the cover 120 and the internal threaded sleeve 132 of the valve cover 130, so that the movement direction of the valve cover 130 is guided, and the valve cover 130 can be stably moved up and down.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1-6, the rim seal 140 includes a bladder seal 141. That is, at least a portion of the rim seal 140 has a hollow cavity, which can have a large amount of deformation and restoring force, facilitating a tight seal of the gap between the cup 160 and the valve cap 130.
Further, the bonnet 130 comprises a bonnet base plate 131, the bonnet base plate 131 comprising an outer flange located at the bottom of the internally threaded sleeve 132 and radially outward of the internally threaded sleeve 132; a bladder seal 141 is fitted over the internally threaded sleeve 132 and between the outer flange and the lower end of the inner sleeve 124. The cup seal 140 further includes an annular connecting portion 142 connected to the capsule seal portion 141, and the connecting portion 142 is sleeved on the outer surface of the inner sleeve 124 of the cover 120. By enabling the cup rim seal 140 to further comprise the connecting portion 142 sleeved on the outer surface of the inner sleeve 124, on one hand, the connection strength of the cup rim seal 140 is improved, and the cup rim seal 140 is prevented from falling off; the rim seal, on the other hand, facilitates contact with the cup 160 by the connection 142 when the inner sleeve 124 of the cap 120 extends into the cup 160. Thereby facilitating an improved sealing effect between the cup 160 and the cover 120.
In some embodiments, the lid assembly further comprises: the key switch 150 is movably disposed on the upper cover 110, and the key switch 150 can control a rotation position of the upper cover 110 relative to the cover 120. By adopting the key switch 150 to control the rotation position of the upper cover 110, on one hand, the upper cover 110 is beneficial to keeping the upper cover 110 at the set position, and the influence on the use of a user caused by the false rotation of the upper cover 110 is avoided; on the other hand, the upper cover 110 can be accurately rotated in place, so that the problem that the gap between the cup 160 and the valve cover 130 cannot be effectively sealed by the cup opening sealing member 140 or the cup cover assembly cannot be detached from the cup 160 due to insufficient rotation or excessive rotation of the upper cover 110 is avoided.
In some embodiments, the key switch 150 includes a second limiting portion extending out of the upper cover 110; the cover 120 is provided with a third limiting portion that can cooperate with the second limiting portion. Under the condition that the key switch 150 is pressed, the third limiting part releases the limitation of the second limiting part, so that the user can conveniently rotate the upper cover 110 and drive the key switch 150 to move. Under the condition that the key is not pressed, the third limiting part can limit the second limiting part, so that the upper cover 110 can only drive the key switch 150 to rotate to the position where the third limiting part is located, the upper cover 110 is prevented from rotating excessively, the upper cover 110 can be directly rotated to the set position, and the effective sealing or unsealing of the cup opening sealing piece 140 is realized.
In some embodiments, the key switch 150 can move laterally on the upper cover 110, and the second limiting portion is a rib 152; the cover 120 is provided with a clamping groove 122 with a notch facing the central axis of the cover 120, and the clamping groove 122 forms a third limiting part. When the key switch 150 is pressed, the rib 152 can be separated from the slot 122 of the slot 122 and rotate to any position along with the upper cover 110 relative to the cover 120; in the case that the key switch 150 is not pressed, the rib 152 can rotate with the upper cover 110 until it extends into the slot 122. The limiting of the rotating position of the upper cover 110 is realized through the clamping grooves 122 and the convex ribs 152, the structure is simple, the operation is convenient, and the position of the second limiting part is adjusted by only pressing the key switch 150.
In some embodiments, the key switch 150 includes a key body 151, a rib 152 extends downward from a lower surface of the key body 151, a card slot 122 is formed of two ribs extending radially inward from an inner sidewall of the cover 120, the two ribs extend in an up-down direction, two slot sidewalls of the card slot 122 are formed, and an upper portion and a radially inner side of the card slot 122 form openings, and the upper cover 110 can rotate relative to the cover 120 when the rib 152 is inserted into the card slot 122 from above.
In some embodiments, at least one of the side walls of the slot 122 has a guiding surface 123, so that the rib 152 can extend into the slot 122 along the guiding surface 123 after rotating with the upper cover 110 to the position of the slot 122.
In a specific application, the guide surface 123 is a guide ramp or arcuate surface.
In a specific application, the number of the clamping grooves 122 is two, and one groove side wall of each clamping groove 122 is provided with a guide surface 123, and the two guide surfaces 123 are distributed oppositely.
In some embodiments, the number of the clamping grooves 122 is two, namely a first clamping groove 122 and a second clamping groove 122; when the upper cover 110 rotates to the first position relative to the cover 120 and the key switch 150 is not pressed, the protruding rib 152 extends into the first clamping groove 122; when the upper cover 110 rotates to the second position relative to the cover 120 and the key switch 150 is not pressed, the rib 152 extends into the second clamping groove 122. By providing two detents 122, it is advantageous to have the rim seal 140 tightly seal the gap between the cup 160 and the cap 130 when the upper cover 110 is rotated to the first position, and to have the rim seal 140 reset when the upper cover 110 is rotated to the second position. The limiting of the upper cover 110 is facilitated through the two clamping grooves 122, so that the upper cover 110 can be accurately rotated in place by a user.
In a specific application, one groove side wall of each clamping groove 122 is provided with a guide surface 123, and the two guide surfaces 123 are distributed oppositely.
Of course, in other embodiments, the number of the clamping slots 122 may be more than two, such as three, four, etc.
In some embodiments, the key switch 150 may further include a second elastic member 153, where the second elastic member 153 connects the key body 151 and the upper cover 110, and is used for resetting the key body 151.

On the other hand, the push-button switch 150 can control pressure relief and control the rotation position of the upper cover 110, so that compared with the control by adopting two keys, the structure is simplified, and the space utilization rate of the cup cover assembly is reduced. In addition, since the key switch 150 needs to be pressed to rotate the upper cover 110 relative to the cover 120, that is, in the use process, the key switch 150 needs to be pressed to release pressure and exhaust air, and then the upper cover 110 is rotated, the problem that the dismounting of the cup cover assembly is affected due to the overlarge pressure in the cup 160 can be effectively avoided.
In a specific application, the key switch 150 may have at least one travel position, for example, when the key switch 150 moves to the third position, the third limiting portion releases the limitation of the second limiting portion, and the user may rotate the upper cover 110 to move relative to the cover 120, and at the same time, the key switch 150 may also enable the air exhaust channel 134 to communicate with the cup 160 and the external environment. For another example, when the key switch 150 is moved to the fourth position, the key switch 150 can enable the air exhaust channel 134 to communicate the cup 160 with the external environment, so as to realize pressure release and air exhaust of the cup 160, and then when the key switch 150 is continuously pressed to move to the fifth position, the third limiting portion releases the limitation of the second limiting portion, and the user can rotate the upper cover 110 to move relative to the cover 120. For another example, the upper cover 110 may be rotated to the first position, so that the valve rod 135 moves upward along with the valve cover 130 to the set position, and then the key switch 150 is pressed to open the air exhaust channel 134; for example, the push switch 150 is moved to the sixth position, and the valve stem 135 is pressed by the push switch 150, thereby pushing the valve stem 135 into the cup 160 to open the air discharge passage 134.
In a specific application, when the key switch 150 is pressed and the upper cover 110 is rotated for a certain number of turns, the valve cover 130 is moved downward by a certain distance through the screw transmission, and conversely, the valve cover 130 is shortened by a certain distance. A cup opening sealing member 140, such as a valve sealing ring, is arranged between the lower cover and the valve cover 130, the shape of the cup opening sealing member 140 is that a certain length is arranged on the side edge, the inside is hollowed out, and the length of the side edge can be deformed and restored according to the up-and-down movement of the valve cover 130. When the cup rim seal 140 is deformed, water can be sealed through the outwards deformed part of the cup rim seal 140, and meanwhile, the cup rim seal is extruded with the diameter-variable part 163 in the cup body 160 and the valve cover 130 to fix the cup cover assembly and the cup body 160 like threads. Conversely, the cup lid assembly can be easily opened after the cup seal 140 is restored. In addition, a stuck point feedback and indication are provided in the locked state of the upper lid 110 (i.e., the state in which the rim of a cup seal 140 seals the gap between the cup 160 and the valve cover 130) and in the fully opened state (i.e., the rim of a cup seal 140 is reset without being pressed), facilitating the user to rotate the upper lid 110 in place. In addition, when the air release button (i.e. the key switch 150) is pressed to rotate when the air release button is opened or closed in the locked and fully opened state, the internal air pressure is released to play a role of internal pressure release, and the air release button is always pressed while the upper cover 110 is rotated, so that the cup cover assembly can be disassembled and cleaned.
In a specific application, the end of the key body 151 facing the valve rod 135 has a guiding slope, the key switch 150 moves a certain distance, the valve rod 135 is driven to move down a certain distance by the guiding slope, and the vent channel sealing member 137, such as a sealing ring, on the valve rod 135 exposes the vent channel 134, and the gap between the valve rod 135 and the valve cover 130 is exposed for venting.
In some embodiments, the lid assembly further includes a first indicator disposed on the lid 120 and a second indicator disposed on the upper lid 110; in the case that the upper cover 110 is rotated to the first position or the second position with respect to the cover 120, the position of the first indicator corresponds to the position of the second indicator. The upper cover 110 is rotated by a user according to the positions of the first indicator and the second indicator, so that the upper cover 110 is guaranteed to rotate in place, and the influence on the deformation of the cup opening sealing element 140 caused by excessive rotation or insufficient rotation of the upper cover 110 is avoided, so that the sealing performance is influenced.
In a specific application, the first indicator and the second indicator may be decals, or may be protrusions 164 or grooves, which are convenient for a user to observe and align the two indicators.
In some embodiments, the lid assembly further includes a first bump disposed on the lid 120 and a second bump disposed on the upper lid 110; in the case that the upper cover 110 is rotated to the first position or the second position with respect to the cover 120, the first bump and the second bump collide. The sound or force generated by the collision can be fed back to the user, thereby facilitating the user to accurately judge that the upper cover 110 is rotated in place.

In these embodiments, the shape of the cap 120 is defined, including the inner sleeve 124, the outer sleeve 125, and the connecting ring 126 connecting the inner sleeve 124 and the outer sleeve 125 at the top, such that the cap 120, when connected with the cup 160, can extend the inner sleeve 124 into the cup 160, while the outer sleeve 125 is disposed outside the cup 160, limited by the inner sleeve 124 and the outer sleeve 125, effectively prevents the cap 120 from shaking relative to the cup 160, and even falling from the cup 160. In addition, the connecting ribs 127 extending upwards are arranged on the connecting ring 126, and the buckling grooves 128 are formed between the limiting ribs on the connecting ribs 127 and the connecting ring 126, so that the buckling parts 113 on the side wall of the upper cover 110 can be favorably inserted into the buckling grooves 128 in an interference manner, and stable connection between the upper cover 110 and the cover body 120 is realized. Further, the notch of the catching groove 128 may be oriented in a horizontal direction, thereby facilitating the rotation of the upper cover 110 with respect to the cover 120. In addition, the existence of the buckling groove 128 makes the edge of the connecting rib 127 and the edge of the connecting ring 126 have a certain distance, so that an installation space can be provided for the side wall of the upper cover 110, which is beneficial to realizing the flush between the outer surface of the side wall of the upper cover 110 and the outer side wall of the cover 120 after the upper cover 110 is covered on the cover 120, and improving the appearance beautification degree.
