According to one aspect of the present invention, a system for remotely acquiring a vehicle environment is provided for remote interaction between a user and a vehicle.
In one embodiment, the system for remotely acquiring a vehicle environment as shown in fig. 1 may include a vehicle 110, a cloud terminal 120, and a user terminal 130.
The vehicle 110 may be mounted with a plurality of image pickup devices 1 to n and a network transmission device 112 as shown in fig. 2.
The plurality of image capturing devices 1 to n may be installed at different positions on the vehicle 110 to capture image data at corresponding positions, respectively, based on the directions around the vehicle and the imaging requirements of the internal space of the vehicle 110.
The imaging devices 1 to n may be any of the existing commercially available imaging devices such as cameras.
The image data may be a video file captured by a camera or an intercepted picture file or a combination thereof.
The mounting positions of the plurality of image pickup devices 1 to n on the vehicle 110 can be set correspondingly based on the user's needs. For example, if the user's private parking space is located in a corner, the installation location of the camera device for capturing the external environment on the vehicle 110 may be more focused on one or more sides of the outward passageway; the vehicle 110 is of an SVU vehicle type and has a higher vehicle height, and the installation angle of the camera device used for shooting the external environment of the vehicle 110 is slightly downward so as to shoot the vicinity of the vehicle 110; if the height of the seat in the vehicle 110 is high and the view behind the seat is easily obstructed, a plurality of image capturing devices for capturing images of the vehicle interior space may be provided in the vehicle 110 to meet the requirements for capturing images of the vehicle interior environment.
The network transmission device 112 is connected to the plurality of image pickup devices 1 to n in communication, and is used to realize communication between the vehicle and an external device.
It is understood that the network transmission device 112 may be a device installed on the vehicle and capable of communicating with an external device in a long distance by wireless communication. Such as existing T-Box modules, etc.
The cloud 120 communicates with all of its vehicle network transmission devices to obtain image data captured by the camera devices on the vehicle. It is understood that the cloud 120 is a cloud software platform operated by the service provider on the background processor, and is typically a data center of the service provider. The service provider in the cloud may be a vehicle provider, multiple vehicle providers, or a third party.
User terminal 130 is a mobile terminal used by a user who may log into his personal account to effect control of vehicle 110 through an application installed on user 130 for vehicle control. The user terminal 130 may communicate with the cloud end 120 through 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G, or a wireless network, and when a user initiates a request for viewing the vehicle environment of the vehicle 110 through the user terminal 130, the user terminal 130 establishes a communication connection with the cloud end 120 to control the vehicle 110 through the cloud end 120. The mobile terminal can be an existing or future terminal such as a smart phone, a palm computer, an IPAD or a smart watch.
It will be appreciated that the user is only allowed to initiate a view vehicle environment request to the vehicle to which the user has usage rights. That is, the user at least needs to have the right of use of the vehicle 110 to initiate a request for viewing the vehicle environment for the vehicle 110 through the user terminal 130.
Meanwhile, after logging in the personal account of the user on any mobile terminal, the user can view all image data under the personal account.
In response to receiving the vehicle environment viewing request sent by the user, the cloud 120 wakes up the network transmission device 112 of the vehicle 110 corresponding to the vehicle environment viewing request and sends the vehicle environment viewing request to the network transmission device 112.
Based on the request for viewing the vehicle environment, the network transmission device 112 of the vehicle 110 wakes up the corresponding camera device, and the woken-up camera device captures image data at the corresponding position in real time and transmits the image data to the network transmission device 112. The network transmission device 112 returns 120 the captured image data to the cloud end, and the cloud end 120 returns the image data to the personal account of the user corresponding to the request for viewing the vehicle environment.
The view vehicle environment request may be further divided into a view in-vehicle environment request and a view out-of-vehicle environment request.
When the request for checking the vehicle environment initiated by the user is the request for checking the vehicle environment, the corresponding camera device awakened by the network transmission device 112 of the vehicle 110 corresponding to the request for checking the vehicle environment is the camera device used for shooting the vehicle internal environment in the plurality of camera devices 1 to n, and the acquired image data is the image data of the vehicle internal environment.
When the request for checking the vehicle environment initiated by the user is the request for checking the external environment, the corresponding image pickup device awakened by the network transmission device 112 of the vehicle 110 corresponding to the request for checking the vehicle environment is the image pickup device used for picking up the external environment of the vehicle among the plurality of image pickup devices 1 to n, and the acquired image data is the image data of the external environment of the vehicle.
Further specifically, if the user determines that the required image data is captured by a camera at a certain location installed on the vehicle, the user may also initiate a view request for the camera. For example, if the user stops the vehicle 110 in a public parking lot and forgets the number of the parking space, the number of the parking space is generally printed right in front of the parking space, so that the user can shoot image data in front of the parking space by using a camera device installed at the head of the vehicle 110 and used for shooting the environment outside the vehicle; if the user needs to view the personal items placed on the passenger seat, a viewing request can be initiated for the camera device capable of shooting the passenger space to view the image data of the passenger space. It is understood that the image pickup device may take a picture file as image data for a viewing request that needs to acquire still information. For a viewing request requiring acquisition of dynamic information, the image pickup device may capture a segment of a video file as image data.
Further, the devices within the vehicle 110 may return to the original vehicle parked state, such as a dormant or powered off state, in response to the completion of the image data capture or transmission. For example, the image pickup apparatus may enter a sleep or power off state in response to the transmission of the image data that is photographed being completed to the network transmission apparatus 112; the network transmission device 112 may go to sleep in response to completing transmission of image data captured by the corresponding camera to the cloud 120.
In another embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, a central controller 113 may also be included within the vehicle 110.
The central controller 113 is connected to the network transmission device 112 and the plurality of imaging devices 1 to n in a communication manner. Specifically, the communication connection may be realized by a CAN (Controller Area Network) bus or a LIN (Local Interconnect Network) bus.
The central controller 113 can control the network transmission device 112 and the plurality of image pickup devices 1 to n. Then, the network transmission device 112 is communicatively connected to the plurality of image pickup devices 1 to n via the central controller 113.
Specifically, the network transmission device 112 sends the received request for viewing the vehicle environment to the central controller 113 after being woken up by the cloud 120. The central controller 113 wakes up the corresponding camera based on the request for viewing the vehicle environment and controls the awakened camera to capture image data at the corresponding position in real time and transmit the image data to the network transmission device 112.
It is understood that if the central controller 113 is in a sleep or power-off state when the vehicle is parked, the information used by the cloud 120 to wake up the network transmission device 112 can also be used to wake up the central controller 113. The information used by the cloud 120 to wake up the network transmission device 112 may be incidental information of the request to view the vehicle environment, or may be wake-up information independent of the request to view the vehicle environment.
Further, the view vehicle environment request for the vehicle 110 initiated by the user terminal 130 may include the personal identity information of the user and the vehicle identity information of the vehicle 110, so that the cloud end 120 may identify whether the corresponding user has the usage right of the vehicle 110 based on the personal identity information and the vehicle identity information in the view vehicle environment request.
Specifically, a user may initiate a view request for vehicle 110 through user terminal 130. In response to the user triggering a view request for several cameras of the vehicle 110, the user terminal 130 adds the personal identity information of the user and the corresponding vehicle identity information of the vehicle 110 to the view request to form a corresponding view vehicle environment request. Further, the user terminal 130 establishes a communication connection with the cloud terminal 120 serving the vehicle 110 and transmits the request for viewing the vehicle environment to the cloud terminal 120.
In response to the user's authentication of the usage right through the cloud end 120, the cloud end 120 sends the request for viewing the vehicle environment to the corresponding vehicle 110; in response to the user failing to pass the usage right authentication of the cloud end 120, the cloud end 120 discards the request for viewing the vehicle environment and returns a prompt indicating that the usage right authentication fails to pass to the personal account of the user corresponding to the request for viewing the vehicle environment.
Specifically, the user may provide personal identification information and vehicle identification information with usage rights when registering a personal account. Correspondingly, the cloud 120 stores the personal identity information of the user in association with the vehicle identity information with the use authority based on the registration information of the user.
It can be understood that, in order to prevent the situation that part of information is missing or changed later when the user registers for the first time, the user can also log in a personal account through the user terminal 130 to add or modify personal identity information and vehicle identity information with use authority.
It is understood that the personal identity information may include information for characterizing the identity of the user, such as a SIM card number bound to a personal account of the user, an identity number of the user, and/or facial recognition information of the user, and so on.
The Vehicle Identification information may include information for indicating the Vehicle Identification, such as a Vehicle VIN Number (Vehicle Identification Number).
Preferably, the process of authenticating the usage right of the user by the remote end 120 may be: in response to receiving a vehicle environment viewing request sent by the user terminal 130, the cloud end 120 matches vehicle identity information included in the vehicle environment viewing request with stored vehicle identity information associated with personal identity information of a user in the vehicle environment viewing request; in response to that any vehicle identity information associated with the vehicle identity information included in the vehicle environment checking request and the stored personal identity information of the user in the vehicle environment checking request is successfully matched, the cloud 120 judges that the user passes the right-of-use authentication, and sends the vehicle environment checking request to the vehicle corresponding to the successfully matched vehicle identity information; in response to that all the vehicle identity information associated with the vehicle identity information included in the vehicle environment checking request and the stored personal identity information of the user in the vehicle environment checking request fails to be matched, the cloud end 120 determines that the user fails to pass the usage right authentication, discards the vehicle environment checking request and returns a prompt indicating that the usage right authentication fails to pass to the personal account of the user corresponding to the vehicle environment checking request.
For example, suppose that the cloud stores the personal identity information of A, B, C and D4 users, and the identity information of each user is associated with 1 to N vehicle identity information, that is, the user a is associated with vehicle identity information a1 to AN, and if the user a initiates a request for checking a vehicle environment for a vehicle Ai (i is greater than or equal to 1 and less than or equal to N), the usage right identification process of the cloud 120 is as follows: firstly, acquiring personal identity information A and vehicle identity information Ai included in the request for checking the vehicle environment; secondly, personal identity information A is searched in a stored database, and vehicle identity information A1-AN related to the personal identity information A can be obtained; matching the vehicle identity information Ai with vehicle identity information A1-AN associated with the personal identity information A one by one; and if the matching of the vehicle identity information Ai and one of the vehicle identity information A1-AN associated with the personal identity information A is successful, judging that the use authority identification is passed, and if the matching of the vehicle identity information Ai and the vehicle identity information A1-AN associated with the personal identity information A is failed, judging that the use authority identification is not passed.
