As used herein, the term "and/or" includes any and all combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, a preferred embodiment of the present invention provides a method for identifying an entrance guard vehicle based on a socially issued electronic identifier, including:
s100: and storing the ID number of the electronic identification which does not store the vehicle information and the vehicle information, wherein the ID number and the vehicle information have a corresponding relation, and the vehicle information comprises the license plate number of the vehicle.
The electronic identifier not storing the vehicle information is usually a socially issued electronic identifier, and if an officially issued electronic identifier appears to store the vehicle information, the corresponding relationship between the ID number and the vehicle information may be established by this method, so the electronic identifier not storing the vehicle information is not limited to the socially issued electronic identifier. When the electronic identification is issued, a vehicle information server can be set, every time an electronic identification is issued to a vehicle owner, the ID number of the electronic identification and the vehicle information of the vehicle identified by the electronic identification are recorded into the vehicle information server, the ID number in the vehicle information server and the vehicle information have a corresponding relation, the corresponding vehicle information can be inquired by using the ID number, and the corresponding ID number can also be inquired by using the vehicle information. The vehicle information at least comprises a license plate number, and can also comprise information such as a vehicle type and color.
S200: image recognition information of the vehicle is acquired.
The process comprises the steps of firstly obtaining an image of a vehicle, for example, shooting a picture of the vehicle entering an identification area of an access control system by a camera, and then identifying vehicle information in the picture by an image identification technology, wherein the vehicle information at least comprises a license plate number and can also comprise information such as a vehicle type, colors and the like.
S300: acquiring radio frequency identification information of a vehicle; the radio frequency identification information includes an ID number of the electronic identification.
The process generally includes that a reading device of the electronic tag sends a radio frequency signal to the electronic tag entering a radio frequency identification area, the electronic tag can be active or passive, the electronic tag can return a signal to the reading device after receiving the signal sent by the reading device, and the reading device can perform a series of signal conversion processes after receiving the signal, so that the signal is converted into radio frequency identification information. The electronic identifiers all have unique ID numbers, so that the radio frequency identification information at least comprises the ID numbers of the electronic identifiers, if the written contents of the electronic identifiers are complete, the vehicle information such as license plates and the like can be included, and the contents stored in the electronic identifiers are possibly few and only have the ID numbers.
S400: and judging whether the vehicle information exists in the radio frequency identification information, if so, directly executing S600, otherwise, executing S500 first and then executing S600.
As previously mentioned, the rfid information does not necessarily include vehicle information, and thus needs to be determined. If the vehicle information exists, the vehicle information can be directly used, and the matching of the radio frequency identification information and the image identification information is directly carried out, namely S600 is executed; if the vehicle information does not exist, the vehicle information is acquired by using the ID number, that is, S500 is performed, and then the radio frequency identification information containing the vehicle information is matched with the image identification information, that is, S600 is performed.
S500: and acquiring corresponding vehicle information according to the ID number of the electronic identification.
In the process, a vehicle information server needs to be accessed, for example, a background computer of an access control system sends an ID number to the vehicle information server, the vehicle information server searches the ID number received from the background computer from the corresponding relation between the stored ID number and the vehicle information, the vehicle information server can find the corresponding vehicle information by searching the ID number, then the vehicle server sends the vehicle information to the background computer, and the background computer obtains the corresponding vehicle information.
The above process can be summarized as follows:
s501: transmitting the ID number to a vehicle information server;
s502: the vehicle information server searches the vehicle information corresponding to the ID number and returns the vehicle information to the sender of the ID number.
After the complete radio frequency identification information is obtained, the consistency of the image identification information and the radio frequency identification information can be judged, namely:
s600: and matching the image identification information with the radio frequency identification information, and outputting a matching result.
The image identification information at least comprises the license plate number of the vehicle, the radio frequency identification information at least comprises the ID number and the vehicle information, and the vehicle information at least comprises the license plate number of the vehicle, so that the matching of the image identification information and the radio frequency identification information mainly comprises the matching of the license plate numbers of the vehicle and the radio frequency identification information, and in some special cases, the matching of the information of the vehicle type and the color may be involved. Taking the example that the image identification information only comprises the brand and the radio frequency identification information only comprises the ID number and the brand, if the brands of the image identification information and the radio frequency identification information are the same, the image identification information and the radio frequency identification information are considered to be matched with each other, and the access control system can pass; if the two brands are different, the card cannot be released immediately, and further judgment may be needed to determine whether the card is released.
By executing the steps, the ID number of the socially issued electronic identification and the corresponding vehicle information are stored in advance, when the access control system for parking management needs to use the vehicle information, the ID number is firstly acquired, then the corresponding vehicle information is inquired by using the ID number, so that the needed vehicle information is acquired, then the vehicle information acquired from the electronic identification is matched with the vehicle information acquired from the image, whether the vehicle is allowed to enter a parking management area or not and whether other matters such as charging or not are determined according to the matching result, the access control system for parking management accurately identifies the vehicle information to which the socially issued electronic identification belongs, and effective management of the vehicle is realized.
In one embodiment of the present invention, S600 includes:
s601: and judging whether the image identification information is consistent with the radio frequency identification information, if so, executing S602, and if not, executing S603.
S602: and outputting the matching result as the accurate matching success and the brand in the radio frequency identification information.
If the brand in the image identification information and the brand in the radio frequency identification information are consistent, the possibility that the identification of the brand of the vehicle is wrong is extremely low, the identification result can be considered to be accurate, so that the output matching result is an accurate match, and the brand can be output at the same time, for example, the output text can be' the accurate matching brand: XXXXXXX ".
If the brand in the image identification information and the brand in the radio frequency identification information are not consistent, the degree of the inconsistency between the two needs to be further considered, i.e., S603 is executed.
S603: and judging whether the number of the inconsistent marks is within 2 bits, if so, executing S604, and otherwise, executing S605.
S604: and outputting the matching result as the successful fuzzy matching and the brand in the radio frequency identification information.
S605: and outputting the matching result as the matching failure, the brand in the image identification information and the brand in the video identification information.
If the part of the brand in the image identification information and the part of the brand in the radio frequency identification information which are not consistent are within 2 bits, the difference between the brand in the image identification information and the brand in the radio frequency identification information is not large, a small error possibly occurs in a certain identification process, the brand in the image identification information and the brand in the radio frequency identification information can be consistent after certain improvement is carried out, and therefore the output result is fuzzy matching. Because the rfid information is generally accurate and the image identification information has a high possibility of error, the brand in the rfid information can be used as the brand actually identified, for example, the output text can be "fuzzy matching brand: XXXXXXX ". If the clearance condition set by the access control system is fuzzy matching, the vehicle which is judged to be fuzzy matching can pass through the access control, if the clearance condition set by the access control system is accurate matching, the vehicle which is judged to be fuzzy matching still needs to be further manually or automatically accurately identified, so that the vehicle which is fuzzy matching is shunted into the vehicle which is accurate matching or fails to be matched, and whether the access control system is permitted is determined.
If the part of the image identification information with the brand inconsistent with the brand in the radio frequency identification information is more than 2 bits, the possibility that the two are inconsistent is very high, so that the two are considered to be inconsistent, and the output result is a matching failure, for example, the output text can be' matching failure radio frequency brand: XXXXXX physical designation: ZZZZZZZZ ". At this time, the reason why the matching of the image identification information and the radio frequency identification information of the vehicle fails needs to be further specifically analyzed in a manual or automatic mode, and whether the vehicle has conditions such as law violation or not is judged, so that the next step of processing is performed.
The embodiment realizes double-base comparison of the radio frequency identification information and the image identification information through the processes, adopts classification of accurate matching and fuzzy matching, can prevent the vehicle from entering a parking management area due to image identification errors caused by weather and other reasons, and realizes accurate judgment on whether the radio frequency identification information and the image identification information of the vehicle are matched.
In one embodiment of the present invention, S200 includes:
s201: and starting to record the image recognition time, shooting an image of the vehicle, and capturing image recognition information from the image of the vehicle.
This process requires a device having a timing function, such as an image recognition timing module 201, which is set to start timing while the image capturing device captures an image of the vehicle, and then performs analysis processing on the captured image to capture image recognition information therefrom.
S202: and judging whether the image identification information exists, if so, executing S400, otherwise, executing S203.
In S201, an error may occur in the shooting and capturing process, but the image identification information cannot be successfully acquired, so that it may be determined whether the image identification information has been successfully acquired, if so, the image identification information may be matched with the radio frequency identification information in the next step, and if not, it is determined whether the image identification information can be acquired again.
S203: and judging whether the image recognition time exceeds a preset timeout time, if so, executing S204, and if not, executing S205.
S204: and outputting information of failure in acquisition of the image identification information.
S205: after the preset waiting time elapses, S202 is executed.
An overtime time, for example, 500ms, may be preset, and if the time recorded by the image recognition timing module exceeds 500ms, the acquisition of the image recognition information is already overtime, which indicates that the image recognition information cannot be acquired, and at this time, information that the acquisition of the image recognition information fails may be directly output, for example, the output text may be "matching failure radio frequency brand: XXXXXX physical brand identification error "; a waiting time, for example, 100ms, may be preset, if the time recorded by the image recognition timing module does not exceed 500ms, the collection of the image recognition information is not timed out, and after 100ms, S202 may be executed again.
According to the embodiment, the function of timeout management for the acquisition of the image identification information is realized through the process, and the waste of time caused by long-time stagnation of the system when the image identification information of the vehicle cannot be acquired is prevented.
In one embodiment of the present invention, S300 includes:
s301: and starting to record the radio frequency identification time, sending a signal to the electronic identifier, receiving the signal returned by the electronic identifier, and converting the signal returned by the electronic identifier into radio frequency identification information.
This process requires a device with timing function, such as a rfid timing module 301, to start timing while the electronic tag reading device sends a signal to the electronic tag, and then the electronic tag returns a signal to the electronic tag reading device, and the electronic tag reading device converts the returned signal into rfid information.
S302: and judging whether the radio frequency identification information exists, if so, executing S400, and if not, executing S303.
In S301, an error may occur in the process of receiving, transmitting, and converting the radio frequency signal, and the radio frequency identification information cannot be successfully acquired, so that it may be determined whether the radio frequency identification information has been successfully acquired, and if the radio frequency identification information exists, the next step of matching the image identification information with the radio frequency identification information may be performed, and if the radio frequency identification information does not exist, it is determined whether the radio frequency identification information can be acquired again.
S303: determining whether the radio frequency identification time exceeds a preset timeout time, if so, performing S304, and if not, performing S305.
S304: and outputting the information of the failure of obtaining the radio frequency identification information.
S305: after the preset waiting time elapses, S302 is executed.
As described above, the timeout time may be set to 500ms, and if the time recorded by the rfid timing module exceeds 500ms, the collection of the rfid information is already timeout, which indicates that the rfid information cannot be acquired, and at this time, the information indicating that the acquisition of the rfid information fails may be directly output, for example, the output text may be "match failed rfid tag identifies a wrong physical tag: XXXXXXX "; the preset waiting time may be 100ms, if the time recorded by the rfid timing module does not exceed 500ms, the collection of the rfid information is not over time, and after 100ms, S302 may be executed again.
According to the embodiment, the function of overtime management for acquiring the radio frequency identification information is realized through the process, and the problem that the system is stopped for a long time and time is wasted when the radio frequency identification information of the vehicle cannot be acquired is solved.
