the moving mechanism (200) comprises a fixing plate (201), clamping grooves (202), a moving plate (203), two groups of guide rods (204), a screw rod (205) and a travel switch (207), the clamping grooves (202) are of a U-shaped structure and are symmetrically arranged, the fixing plate (201) is fixedly connected to two ends of each clamping groove (202), the fixing plate (201) is fixedly connected with one side of the lifting box (102), the moving plate (203), the guide rods (204), the screw rod (205) and the travel switch (207) are arranged in the clamping grooves (202), a first bevel gear (2052) is arranged at one end of each screw rod (205), a second bevel gear (206) is meshed with the bottom of each first bevel gear (2052), and a moving motor (2061) is arranged on one side of each second bevel gear (206);
The spraying mechanism (300) comprises a vertical plate (301), a nozzle (302), an air inlet (303), a guide cover (304) and a roller (305), wherein the vertical plate (301) is arranged at the top of the moving plate (203), a coating pipe (3013) is arranged at the top of the vertical plate (301), the nozzle (302) and the roller (305) are both arranged on one side of the vertical plate (301), the air inlet (303) is arranged at the top of the nozzle (302), the guide cover (304) is arranged at one end of the nozzle (302), a feeding cavity (3021), a mixing cavity (3023), a throat pipe cavity (3024) and a diffusion cavity (3025) which are communicated are sequentially arranged in the nozzle (302), the air inlet (303) is communicated with the mixing cavity (3023), and one end of the air inlet (303) is connected with an air pipe (3031);
the construction method applied to the spraying device comprises the following steps:
s1, cleaning and protecting the wall surface, removing the protruded steel bars and other metal objects by using a cutting machine, then using a grinder or abrasive paper to grind the sundries attached to the wall surface, adding an acid detergent into a water gun to wash the wall surface in the radial direction, removing the specks, the oil stain and the soil, and covering the parts which do not need to be protected, such as windows, doors and glass, by using plastic cloth and adhesive tapes after the wall surface is dried;
S2, installing a spraying device, fixing installing seats (1011) at four corners of a supporting frame (101) on a wall surface needing to be protected, connecting power supplies of all motors and sensors, and respectively connecting a coating pipe (3013) and an air pipe (3031) to a coating supply pump and an air storage tank;
s3, operating the spraying device, starting a moving motor (2061), engaging a first bevel gear (2052) through a second bevel gear (206) to drive a screw rod (205) to rotate, enabling the moving plate (203) to start to move to one side, synchronously starting a paint supply pump and an air pipe valve, conveying paint and high-pressure air into a nozzle (302), spraying the paint on the surface of concrete after the paint is atomized, uniformly troweling the paint sprayed on the surface of the concrete by a roller (305), contacting a travel switch (207) when the moving plate (203) moves to an end point of one end, starting a lifting motor (1022), enabling the moving mechanism (200) to move downwards for a certain distance, then reversely rotating the moving motor (2061), and enabling the moving plate (203) to move to the other side to spray the paint until the concrete protective paint is flatly covered on the whole wall surface;
s4, cleaning the site and protecting, dismantling the spraying device, cleaning the operation site, assigning a special person to carry out finished product protection, and arranging inspection and acceptance.
