The condensed water treatment system and the use method of the vertical ironing table applying the system for ironing clothes comprise the following steps of;
the above-mentioned neutral ironing device is provided in the left-right direction:
step (1), the pedal 7 is stepped on to promote the suction fan 10 to start working, clothes are placed on the curtain cloth 4 in order, and the clothes can be adsorbed on the curtain cloth 4 through the adsorption force of the suction fan 10;
step (2), starting the air injection assembly 9, namely firstly, connecting steam through a main pipeline by an external steam boiler to an air inlet main pipe 91, starting the operation of a water-steam separator 93, and sequentially discharging condensed water formed in the water-steam separator 93 by a water return main pipe 92, wherein a temperature sensor 94 and a pressure sensor 95 are used for transmitting the numerical value of the temperature and the pressure of the steam to a PLC control system, and realizing monitoring control by an operation platform 6, and an electromagnetic valve 96 is used for switching on and switching off the steam of an air injection plate 51 under the PLC control system; the air outlet pipe 97 leads the steam to the air inlet of the two-channel water-steam separator 100 under the control of the electromagnetic valve 96, the two-channel water-steam separator 100 starts to work, condensed water in the two-channel water-steam separator 100 is discharged to the main water return pipe 92 from the two-channel water return pipe 98 at the lowest end under the steam pressure, and the air outlet of the two-channel water-steam separator 100 leads the steam to the air inlet 52 of the air injection plate;
step (3), the driving end of the active synchronous belt 31 is controlled to move simultaneously, the two module seats 32 are driven to move towards the direction of clothes simultaneously under the action force of the synchronous shaft 34, the air injection plate 51 moves along with the movement, one end of the vacuum curtain cloth 56 is fixed, the other end of the vacuum curtain cloth 56 can rotate around the rotating shaft 53, the vacuum curtain cloth 56 covers the outer wall of the curtain cloth 4 and covers the clothes along with the movement of the air injection plate 51, the air cylinder I8 is utilized to carry out secondary extrusion shaping, and the electric heating plate 59 can spray steam out of a plurality of small holes on the front surface of the air injection plate to realize high-temperature shaping of the steam of the clothes;
the first cylinder 8 can be used for secondary extrusion shaping: the device is designed for independently shaping a certain part of appointed clothes, and the principle is that an upper cylinder I and a lower cylinder I8 drive an air injection plate 51 to stretch and retract to perform independent high-pressure shaping on the certain part of the clothes, and the action can be set into multiple types of actions, such as different pressures and different times, through a PLC.
Embodiment 2, please refer to fig. 9-10, the present invention provides another technical solution: for ironing trousers, the above-mentioned neutral ironing device is arranged along the up-down direction, and the top end of the vertical ironing device is equipped with a waist expanding component 12;
the waist expanding assembly 12 comprises an orthodontic movement module 121, a second cylinder 122, a connecting block 123 and a supporting plate 124; the two driving blocks of the orthodontic movement module 121 are respectively provided with a second cylinder 122, the driving end of the second cylinder 122 is provided with a supporting plate 124, the supporting plate 124 is positioned on the side face of the curtain cloth 4, the outer side face of the supporting plate 124 is an inclined face, and a plurality of through holes are uniformly distributed on the surface of the supporting plate 124, so that the supporting plate 124 is convenient to breathe;
the device is used for propping up the waist of trousers and conveniently shaping, the functional principle is that a linear module of an orthodontic screw rod is adopted, two sliding tables are respectively provided with a second cylinder 122, when each second cylinder 122 is connected with a shaping supporting plate 124 for operation, the waist of trousers is sleeved on the two supporting plates 124, the waist of trousers can not fall down because of the weight of the waist of trousers and the waist of trousers is propped up and moved back and forth by the second cylinder 122 in a supporting plate mode, the effect is better when the waist of trousers is propped up and shaped by the front and back actions, the supporting plates 124 are stepping motors for conveniently and easily sleeving the waist of trousers on the supporting plates 124 for action, the adjustment of the size and distance of parameters on a touch screen can be adjusted at will by PLC control, the specific ironing working principle is the same as the above, and the device is also suitable for the device.
All electric parts and the adaptive power supply are connected through wires by the person skilled in the art, and a proper controller is selected according to actual conditions so as to meet control requirements, specific connection and control sequence, and the electric connection is completed by referring to the following working principles, namely the sequential working sequence among the electric parts, and the detailed connection means is a well-known technology in the art.

Condensate treatment system of vertical ironing table, its characterized in that: the ironing device comprises a vertical ironing device and a PLC control system, wherein the PLC control system is used for controlling the opening and closing of electrical components of the ironing device and setting various parameters according to requirements, the vertical ironing device comprises a supporting table (1), the bottom end of the supporting table (1) is provided with a pedal (7), the side surface of the supporting table (1) is provided with an adsorption box (2), the side surface of the adsorption box (2) is provided with an operation platform (6), the operation platform (6) is connected with the PLC control system, the operation platform (6) is electrically connected with the pedal (7), the inner cavity of the adsorption box (2) is provided with a plurality of cavities (11), the inner cavity of the cavities (11) is provided with a suction fan (10), the suction end of the suction fan (10) is positioned on the surface of the cavities (11), the exhaust end of the suction fan (10) is upwards arranged, the outer wall surface of the adsorption box (2) is provided with a guide rail module (3), the two sides of the adsorption box (2) are provided with guide rail modules (3), the upper outer walls of the guide rail modules (3) are provided with a curtain cloth module (5) and the guide rail module (5) can be driven to move along the upper ironing surface of the air cylinder module (5), the side of the ironing component (5) is provided with an air injection component (9);
the guide rail module (3) comprises an active synchronous belt (31), a module seat (32), a coupler (33) and a synchronous shaft (34);

the ironing assembly (5) further comprises an electric heating plate (59),
an inner cavity of the air injection plate (51) is provided with an electric heating plate (59), the electric heating plate (59) is kept in a constant temperature state under the control of the operation platform (6), and the temperature is set to be higher than the temperature of steam;
the air injection assembly (9) comprises an air inlet main pipe (91), a water return main pipe (92), a water-vapor separator (93), a temperature sensor (94), a pressure sensor (95), an electromagnetic valve (96), an air outlet pipe (97), a secondary water return pipe (98), a secondary air inlet pipe (99), a secondary water-vapor separator (100) and a secondary air outlet pipe (101);

A condensate treatment system for a vertical ironing station as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the two water-vapor separators (100) and the one water-vapor separator (93) are arranged up and down, and baffle plates are arranged at the top ends of inner cavities of the two water-vapor separators (100) and the one water-vapor separator (93) so as to promote the height difference between the two water-vapor separators (100) and the one water-vapor separator (93).

step (2), starting an air injection assembly (9), namely connecting steam through a main pipeline by an external steam boiler to an air inlet main pipe (91), starting a water-steam separator (93) to work, sequentially discharging condensed water formed in the water-steam separator (93) by a water return main pipe (92), transmitting the numerical value of the temperature and the pressure of the steam to a PLC (programmable logic controller) control system by a temperature sensor (94) and a pressure sensor (95), realizing monitoring control by an operation platform (6), and controlling the steam on-off of an air injection plate (51) by the PLC control system by an electromagnetic valve (96); the air outlet pipe (97) can lead the steam to the air inlet of the two-channel water-steam separator (100) under the control of the electromagnetic valve (96), the two-channel water-steam separator (100) starts to work, condensed water in the two-channel water-steam separator (100) can be discharged to the main water return pipe (92) from the two-channel water return pipe (98) at the lowest end under the steam pressure, and meanwhile, the air outlet of the two-channel water-steam separator (100) can lead the steam to the air inlet (52) of the air injection plate;
the working principle of the water-gas separator is that the water-gas separator utilizes the principle of the height difference of an internal baffle plate, the baffle plate is a baffle plate which is directly sprayed into the water-gas separator when steam enters the water-gas separator, so that part of water falls to the lower end of the water-gas separator in a partitioning way, the height difference is that a water draining return port is arranged at the bottommost end of the separator to effectively drain water, and an air outlet end is arranged at the topmost end of the separator, so that the water is prevented from being carried out by the steam;
step (2), the driving end of the active synchronous belt (31) is controlled to move simultaneously, the two module seats (32) are driven to move towards the direction of clothes simultaneously under the action force of the synchronous shaft (34), the air injection plate (51) moves along with the movement, one end of the vacuum curtain cloth (56) is fixed, the other end of the vacuum curtain cloth can rotate around the rotating shaft (53), the vacuum curtain cloth (56) covers the outer wall of the curtain cloth (4) and covers the clothes along with the movement of the air injection plate (51), the air cylinder I (8) can be used for carrying out secondary extrusion shaping, and the electric heating plate (59) can spray steam at a plurality of small holes on the front surface of the air injection plate to realize high-temperature shaping of the steam of the clothes;
