The air injection assembly 9 comprises an air inlet main pipe 91, a water return main pipe 92, a water-gas separator 93, a temperature sensor 94, a pressure sensor 95, an electromagnetic valve 96, an air outlet pipe 97, a secondary water return pipe 98, a secondary air inlet pipe 99, a secondary water-gas separator 100 and a secondary air outlet pipe 101; the input ends of the air inlet main pipe 91 and the water return main pipe 92 are both connected with an external boiler, the output ends of the air inlet main pipe 91 and the water return main pipe 92 are assembled with the input end of a water-gas separator 93, the water return main pipe 92 is positioned at the bottom end of the outer wall of the water-gas separator 93, the top end of the water-gas separator 93 is assembled with a temperature sensor 94 and a pressure sensor 95, the output end of the water-gas separator 93 is assembled with the input end of an air outlet pipe 97, the air outlet pipe 97 is positioned at the top end of the outer wall of the water-gas separator 93, the input end of the air outlet pipe 97 is assembled with a Z shape, the output end of the air outlet pipe 97 is assembled with two water-gas separators 100 through two air inlet pipes 99, the two air inlet pipes 99 are positioned at the top end of the outer wall of the two water-gas separators 100, the outside of the two water-gas separators 100 is assembled with the input ends of two water return pipes 98, and the two water return pipes 98 are positioned at the bottom end of the outer wall of the two water-gas separators 100, the output end of the secondary water return pipe 98 is connected with the water return main pipe 92, the output end of the secondary water-vapor separator 100 is provided with the input end of a secondary air outlet pipe 101, and the output end of the secondary air outlet pipe 101 is connected with the air inlet 52 of the air injection plate;
furthermore, a second water-vapor separator 100 and a first water-vapor separator 93 are arranged up and down, and baffle plates are arranged at the top ends of the inner cavities of the second water-vapor separator 100 and the first water-vapor separator 93 to promote the height difference between the second water-vapor separator 100 and the first water-vapor separator 93, wherein the water-vapor separator adopts the principle of the height difference of the inner baffle plates, the baffle plates are the baffle plates which are directly sprayed into the water-vapor separator when steam enters the water-vapor separator, so that part of the water is divided and falls to the lower end of the water-vapor separator, the height difference is that a water drainage and return port is arranged at the lowest end of the separator to effectively discharge the water, and a gas outlet end is arranged at the highest end of the separator to avoid the water being carried out by the steam.
The condensed water treatment system and the use method of the vertical ironing table applying the system are used for ironing clothes, and the method comprises the following steps;
the middle vertical ironing device is arranged along the left and right directions:
step (1), stepping on the pedal 7 to enable the suction fan 10 to work, and placing clothes on the curtain cloth 4 in order, wherein the clothes can be adsorbed on the curtain cloth 4 through the adsorption force of the suction fan 10;
step (2), opening the air injection assembly 9, firstly, connecting steam to an air inlet main pipe 91 through a main pipe by an external steam boiler, starting a water-steam separator 93 to work, discharging condensed water formed in the water-steam separator 93 by a return main pipe 92, and transmitting the numerical value of the steam temperature and pressure to a PLC (programmable logic controller) control system by a temperature sensor 94, a pressure sensor 95 and the temperature, wherein the pressure sensor is used for transmitting the numerical value of the steam temperature and pressure to the PLC control system and realizing monitoring control by the operation platform 6, and the electromagnetic valve 96 is used for switching the steam of the air injection plate 51 on and off under the PLC control system; the air outlet pipe 97 leads the steam to the air inlet of the two water-gas separator 99 under the control of the electromagnetic valve 96, the two water-gas separator 100 starts to work, the condensed water in the two water-gas separator 100 is discharged to the water return main pipe 92 from the two water return pipes 98 at the lowest end under the steam pressure, and meanwhile, the air outlet of the two water-gas separator 100 leads the steam to the air inlet 52 of the air spraying plate;
step (3), the driving end of the driving synchronous belt 31 is controlled to move simultaneously, the two module seats 32 are driven to move towards the clothes simultaneously under the action of the synchronous shaft 34, the air injection plate 51 moves along with the movement of the air injection plate, because one end of the vacuum curtain cloth 56 is fixed, the other end of the vacuum curtain cloth 56 can rotate around the rotating shaft 53, the vacuum curtain cloth 56 covers the outer wall of the curtain cloth 56 and covers the clothes along with the movement of the air injection plate 51, secondary extrusion shaping can be carried out by utilizing the first air cylinder 8, and the electrically heated air injection plate 59 can inject steam out from a plurality of small holes on the front surface of the air injection plate, so that high-temperature shaping of the steam of the clothes is realized;
the first air cylinder 8 can be used for secondary extrusion forming: the mechanism is designed for independently shaping a certain part of appointed clothes, and the principle is that an upper air cylinder I and a lower air cylinder I8 are adopted to drive an air injection plate 51 to stretch and retract to carry out independent high-pressure shaping on the certain part of the clothes, and the action can be set to be multi-type actions through a PLC (programmable logic controller), such as different pressures and different time.
Embodiment 2, please refer to fig. 9-10, the present invention provides another technical solution: in order to iron the trousers, the middle vertical ironing device is arranged along the up-down direction, and the top end of the vertical ironing device is provided with a trousers waist expanding component 12;
the waist expanding component 12 comprises an anti-orthodontic moving module 121, a second cylinder 122, a connecting block 123 and a supporting plate 124; the two driving blocks of the anti-orthodontic moving module 121 are respectively provided with a second air cylinder 122, the driving end of the second air cylinder 122 is provided with a supporting plate 124, the supporting plate 124 is positioned on the side surface of the curtain cloth 4, the outer side surface of the supporting plate 124 is an inclined surface, and a plurality of through holes are uniformly distributed on the surface of the inclined surface, so that the supporting plate 124 can conveniently ventilate;
the device is used for strutting the waist of trousers and conveniently stereotypes, this functional principle adopts the straight line module of a reverse positive screw rod, the module has two slip tables respectively to install a cylinder two 122 on the slip table, connect a design backup pad 124 when operation on every cylinder two 122 and overlap the waist of trousers on two backup pads 124, trousers just can not be because of waist of trousers weight down and the action is driven by cylinder two 122 around propping the waist of trousers with the mode of backup pad, the effect is better when vapour is stereotyped in the action back and forth, backup pad 124 is for the step motor action of the light cover in backup pad 124 of the waist of trousers of convenience, can debug at will by PLC control with the debugging of parameter big or small distance on the touch-sensitive screen, concrete ironing theory is the same with the aforesaid, be applicable to this device equally.
All the electrical components and the adaptive power supply thereof in the present application are connected through a lead by those skilled in the art, and an appropriate controller should be selected according to actual conditions to meet control requirements, specific connection and control sequence.

Claims (8)

1. Condensate water processing system, use vertical ironing table of this system, its characterized in that: the ironing device comprises a vertical ironing device and a PLC control system, wherein the PLC control system is used for controlling the opening and closing of electrical elements of the ironing device and setting various parameters as required, the vertical ironing device comprises a supporting table (1), a pedal plate (7) is arranged at the bottom end of the supporting table (1), an adsorption box (2) is assembled on the side surface of the supporting table (1), an operation platform (6) is arranged on the side surface of the adsorption box (2), the operation platform (6) is connected with the PLC control system, the operation platform (6) is electrically connected with the pedal plate (7), a plurality of cavities (11) are arranged in the inner cavity of the adsorption box (2), a suction fan (10) is assembled in the inner cavity of each cavity (11), the air suction end of each suction fan (10) is positioned on the surface of each cavity (11), and the air exhaust end of each suction fan (10) is arranged upwards, the outer wall surface of the adsorption box (2) is provided with curtain cloth (4), two sides of the adsorption box (2) are provided with guide rail modules (3), the outer walls of the two guide rail modules (3) are provided with ironing assemblies (5) through cylinders I (8), the ironing assemblies (5) can move along the upper surface of the adsorption box (2) under the driving of the guide rail modules (3), and the side surfaces of the ironing assemblies (5) are provided with air injection assemblies (9).
2. The condensed water treatment system and the vertical ironing table using the same as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the guide rail module (3) comprises a driving synchronous belt (31), a module seat (32), a coupler (33) and a synchronous shaft (34);

The condensed water treatment system and the vertical ironing table using the same as claimed in claim 5, wherein: the air injection assembly (9) comprises an air inlet main pipe (91), a water return main pipe (92), a water-air separator (93), a temperature sensor (94), a pressure sensor (95), an electromagnetic valve (96), an air outlet pipe (97), a secondary water return pipe (98), a secondary air inlet pipe (99), a secondary water-air separator (100) and a secondary air outlet pipe (101);
the input ends of the air inlet main pipe (91) and the water return main pipe (92) are connected with an external boiler, the output ends of the air inlet main pipe (91) and the water return main pipe (92) are provided with an input end of a water-gas separator (93), the water return main pipe (92) is positioned at the bottom end of the outer wall of the water-gas separator (93), the top end of the water-gas separator (93) is provided with a temperature sensor (94) and a pressure sensor (95), the output end of the water-gas separator (93) is provided with an input end of an air outlet pipe (97), the air outlet pipe (97) is positioned at the top end of the outer wall of the water-gas separator (93), the input end of the air outlet pipe (97) is provided with an electromagnetic valve (96), the air outlet pipe (97) is Z-shaped, and the output end of the air outlet pipe (97) is provided with two water-gas separators (100) through two air inlet pipes (99), the secondary air inlet pipe (99) is located at the top end of the outer wall of a secondary water-vapor separator (100), the outer portion of the secondary water-vapor separator (100) is provided with the inlet end of a secondary water return pipe (98), the secondary water return pipe (98) is located at the bottom end of the outer wall of the secondary water-vapor separator (100), the output end of the secondary water return pipe (98) is connected with a water return main pipe (92), the output end of the secondary water-vapor separator (100) is provided with the input end of a secondary air outlet pipe (101), and the output end of the secondary air outlet pipe (101) is connected with an air injection plate air inlet (52).

A condensate treatment system, a vertical ironing station using the same, according to claim 6, wherein: the two water-vapor separators (100) and the one water-vapor separator (93) are arranged up and down, and baffles are arranged at the top ends of the inner cavities of the two water-vapor separators (100) and the one water-vapor separator (93) to promote the height difference between the two water-vapor separators (100) and the one water-vapor separator (93).
8. The condensate treatment system according to any one of claims 1 to 7, and a method of using a vertical ironing table using the same, wherein: ironing the clothes comprises the following steps;
step (1), stepping on a pedal (7) to enable a suction fan (10) to work, and putting clothes on the curtain cloth (4) in order, wherein the clothes can be adsorbed on the curtain cloth (4) through the adsorption force of the suction fan (10);
step (2), opening a gas injection assembly (9), firstly, connecting steam to a gas inlet main pipe (91) through a main pipe by an external steam boiler, starting a water-steam separator (93) to work, enabling a return water main pipe (92) to discharge condensed water formed in the water-steam separator (93) in sequence, transmitting a numerical value of steam temperature and pressure to a PLC (programmable logic controller) control system by a temperature sensor (94), a pressure sensor (95) and temperature, realizing monitoring control by an operation platform (6), and enabling the gas injection plate (51) to be switched on and off by a solenoid valve (96) under the PLC control system; the air outlet pipe (97) leads steam to an air inlet of the two water-gas separators (99) under the control of the electromagnetic valve (96), the two water-gas separators (100) start to work, condensed water in the two water-gas separators (100) is discharged to the water return main pipe (92) from the two water return pipes (98) at the lowest end under the steam pressure, and meanwhile, the air outlet of the two water-gas separators (100) leads the steam to the air inlet (52) of the air injection plate;
the water-gas separator utilizes the principle of height difference of an internal baffle plate, the baffle plate is a baffle plate which is directly sprayed into the water-gas separator when steam enters the water-gas separator, partial water is graded to the lower end of the water-gas separator, the height difference is that a water drainage and return port is arranged at the lowest end of the separator to effectively discharge water, and an air outlet end is arranged at the highest end of the separator to avoid that the water can be brought out by the steam;
step (2), the driving end of the driving synchronous belt (31) is controlled to move simultaneously, the two module seats (32) are driven to move towards the direction of clothes simultaneously under the action force of the synchronous shaft (34), the air injection plate (51) moves along with the movement of the synchronous shaft, because one end of the vacuum curtain cloth (56) is fixed, the other end of the vacuum curtain cloth can rotate around the rotating shaft (53), the vacuum curtain cloth (56) covers the outer wall of the curtain cloth (56) along with the movement of the air injection plate (51) and covers the clothes, secondary extrusion shaping can be carried out by utilizing a first air cylinder (8), the electric heating air injection plate (59) can inject steam out from a plurality of small holes on the front surface of the air injection plate, and high-temperature shaping of the steam of the clothes is realized;
the heating jet plate has the function principle that the electric heating plate (59) is arranged in the jet plate (51) to heat the jet plate (51), the heating purpose is to ensure that the temperature of the jet plate (51) is always higher than the temperature of steam, the temperature higher than the temperature of the steam is to ensure that redundant moisture and the steam are secondarily evaporated when the steam enters the jet plate, hundreds of percent of steam is sprayed from the jet plate (51), and the temperature of the electric heating plate (59) is controlled by a PLC (programmable logic controller) to ensure that the temperature of the electric heating plate (59) is always balanced.
