背景技术
油污清洗剂是由多种表面活性剂、渗透剂及助剂复配而成,具有渗透、乳化、分散、玻璃功能。油污清洗剂是专门为机械加工过程中金属零部件的生产工艺清洗而开发,对油脂、油污及混合污垢具有优良的清洗作用。
目前国内工业油污清洗剂市场主要分为有机溶剂型清洗剂和水基清洗剂两种,有机溶剂类清洗剂具备挥发速度快,清洗力强,产生废液量少等优点,但有部分清洗剂闪点较低,易燃风险大,部分高闪点清洗剂大部分有毒或者低毒等。
针对市场上有机溶剂清洗剂,闪点低,易燃风险大的问题,传统方式加入二氯甲烷,三氯乙烯,四氯乙烯等有毒物质可以达到提高闪点的目的,但是因为添加剂本身对人体有较大毒性,所以对使用操作人员及环境有很高的防护要求。所以提供一款清洗剂兼备清洗力强,挥发速度快,无毒无害,闪点较高易燃风险小是市场的需求。

为实现本发明的上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种油污清洗剂,包括下述重量份的原料:2,3-二甲基丁烷10-20重量份、异己烷10-20重量份、庚烷20-30中两份、甲基溶纤剂5-10重量份、十二烷基磺酸钠3-8重量份、乳化剂1-3重量份、一氟二氯乙烷20-30重量份。
2,3-二甲基丁烷是含有6个碳原子的烷烃,可用作良好的有机溶剂,被广泛使用在化工有机合成、植物油浸出、机械设备表面清洗去污等环节。
异己烷一般指2-甲基戊烷,为无色透明液体,不溶于水,溶于乙醇、乙醚、苯等多数有机溶剂。具有低芳,低硫、无色无毒的特点,其不会通过呼吸道,皮肤和胃肠道吸收进入人体。
庚烷指正庚烷,几乎不溶于水,微溶于醇,能溶于醚、氯仿。是典型的非极性溶剂,常用作测定辛烷值的标准、麻醉剂、有机合成原料等,在医药、农药、橡胶合成、化纤合成、试剂、电子清洗等行业也有广泛应用。
正癸烷可用作溶剂,及用于有机合成。也作为燃料研究、医药研发和中间体、仪器洗涤、干洗、印刷油墨的无臭溶剂。
甲基溶纤剂指乙二醇单甲醚,是一种无色透明液体,具有令人愉快的气味。与水、乙醇、乙醚、甘油、丙酮、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺混溶。用作涂料溶剂、渗透剂、匀染剂及有机合成中间体,也用作喷气燃料的添加剂。
两性表面活性剂是表面活性剂中产量最低的一类,在洗涤剂配方中一般不作为主剂。十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱具有优良的去污、柔软、抗静电、发泡和润湿性能;有良好的抗硬水性和对金属的缓蚀性;对皮肤温和,对眼睛刺激性小,易生物降解。
一氟二氯乙烷是一种有机化合物,结构式为CCl2FCH3。是无色透明易挥发液体,有刺激性芳香气味。性能稳定,不腐蚀金属。主要应用在清洗行业,发泡行业,硅油稀释行业,制冷剂行业等。

实施例2所述油污清洗剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将2,3-二甲基丁烷、异己烷、两性表面活性剂和一氟二氯乙烷在搅拌温度为15℃、搅拌速度为25r/min的条件下混合搅拌15min,制得混合料;
(2)向混合料中加入剩余原料,在搅拌温度为15℃、搅拌速度为25r/min的条件下混合搅拌10min,得所述油污清洗剂。
实施例3
实施例3所述油污清洗剂,包括下述重量份的原料:2,3-二甲基丁烷15重量份、异己烷15重量份、庚烷25重量份、正癸烷15重量份、甲基溶纤剂7重量份、两性表面活性剂5重量份、一氟二氯乙烷25重量份;
所述两性表面活性剂为十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱。
实施例3所述油污清洗剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将2,3-二甲基丁烷、异己烷、两性表面活性剂和一氟二氯乙烷在搅拌温度为12℃、搅拌速度为25r/min的条件下混合搅拌12min,制得混合料;
(2)向混合料中加入剩余原料,在搅拌温度为12℃、搅拌速度为25r/min的条件下混合搅拌15min,得所述油污清洗剂。
实施例4
实施例4所述油污清洗剂,包括下述重量份的原料:2,3-二甲基丁烷18重量份、异己烷18重量份、庚烷22重量份、正癸烷18重量份、甲基溶纤剂8重量份、两性表面活性剂7重量份、一氟二氯乙烷28重量份;
所述两性表面活性剂为十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱。
实施例4所述油污清洗剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将2,3-二甲基丁烷、异己烷、两性表面活性剂和一氟二氯乙烷在搅拌温度为15℃、搅拌速度为20r/min的条件下混合搅拌15min,制得混合料;
(2)向混合料中加入剩余原料,在搅拌温度为20℃、搅拌速度为20r/min的条件下混合搅拌10min,得所述油污清洗剂。
实施例5
实施例5所述油污清洗剂,包括下述重量份的原料:2,3-二甲基丁烷20重量份、异己烷20重量份、庚烷20重量份、正癸烷20重量份、甲基溶纤剂10重量份、两性表面活性剂8重量份、一氟二氯乙烷30重量份;
所述两性表面活性剂为十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱。
实施例5所述油污清洗剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将2,3-二甲基丁烷、异己烷、两性表面活性剂和一氟二氯乙烷在搅拌温度为20℃、搅拌速度为20r/min的条件下混合搅拌10min,制得混合料;
(2)向混合料中加入剩余原料,在搅拌温度为20℃、搅拌速度为20r/min的条件下混合搅拌10min,得所述油污清洗剂。

Claims (7)
1.一种油污清洗剂,其特征在于,包括下述重量份的原料:2,3-二甲基丁烷10-20重量份、异己烷10-20重量份、庚烷20-30重量份、正癸烷10-20重量份、甲基溶纤剂5-10重量份、两性表面活性剂3-8重量份、一氟二氯乙烷20-30重量份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的油污清洗剂,其特征在于,包括下述重量份的原料:2,3-二甲基丁烷12-18重量份、异己烷12-18重量份、庚烷22-28重量份、正癸烷12-18重量份、甲基溶纤剂6-8重量份、两性表面活性剂5-7重量份、一氟二氯乙烷22-28重量份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的油污清洗剂,其特征在于,包括下述重量份的原料:2,3-二甲基丁烷15重量份、异己烷15重量份、庚烷25重量份、正癸烷15重量份、甲基溶纤剂7重量份、两性表面活性剂5重量份、一氟二氯乙烷25重量份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的油污清洗剂,其特征在于,所述两性表面活性剂为十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱。
5.权利要求1-4任一项所述油污清洗剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将2,3-二甲基丁烷、异己烷、两性表面活性剂和一氟二氯乙烷混合搅拌均匀,制得混合料;
(2)向混合料中加入剩余原料,混合搅拌均匀,得所述油污清洗剂。
6.根据权利要求5所述油污清洗剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中,混合搅拌的温度为10-20℃,混合搅拌的速度为20-30r/min,混合搅拌的时间为10-20min。
7.根据权利要求5所述油污清洗剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,混合搅拌的温度为10-20℃,混合搅拌的速度为20-30r/min,混合搅拌的时间为10-20min。
