When the trigger wheel 851 is in contact with the inner ring of the chuck plate 92, the trigger wheel 851 triggers the switch of the electromagnetic valve 85 to ventilate the air guide seat 3 on the winding shaft 1 moving to the brake assembly 9, so as to release the tension fixation of the tension nail 23 on the reel 12, thereby facilitating the separation of the full reel 12 from the shaft sleeve 24.

the tensioning assembly and the driving wheel are respectively arranged at two ends of the rotating shaft, a winding drum is sleeved on the tensioning assembly, the winding drum is fixed or loosened by adjusting the tensioning assembly through ventilating the air guide seat, the driving wheel drives the driving assembly and drives the rotating shaft to rotate, and the rotating shaft is controlled to rotate or stop by adjusting the connection or disconnection of the driving assembly and the driving wheel;
the driving assembly comprises a driving seat, a connecting seat and a first half clutch, the connecting seat and the rotating shaft coaxially rotate and can axially move along the rotating shaft, the first half clutch is arranged at one end, facing the driving wheel, of the connecting seat, the driving seat can drive the connecting seat to move, a second half clutch is arranged at one end, facing the connecting seat, of the driving wheel, and the driving wheel and the connecting seat coaxially rotate after being mutually embedded through the half clutches with teeth at two end faces;
a pressing spring is sleeved at one end, located at the connecting seat, far away from the first half clutch, of the rotating shaft, two ends of the pressing spring are respectively abutted against a limiting ring on the rotating shaft and one end of the connecting seat, and the first half clutch and the second half clutch are pressed and attached;
the driving seat comprises a ring seat, a support and a roller, the connecting seat is driven to move by the ring seat, the rotating axis of the roller is perpendicular to the axial direction of the rotating shaft, and the roller is fixed on the outer ring of the ring seat by the support;
the yarn arranging assemblies and the brake assemblies are arranged on two sides of the rotary table and are respectively positioned on two sides of the mounting vertical plate, each brake assembly comprises a supporting rod and a clamping plate, each clamping plate is arranged on the corresponding supporting rod and is parallel to the corresponding roller, each clamping plate is arranged to be an arc-shaped plate, a convex plate is arranged on one side, facing the corresponding mounting vertical plate, of each clamping plate, the rotary table drives the winding shaft to move so that the corresponding roller is in contact with one side, facing the corresponding mounting vertical plate, of each clamping plate, and when the corresponding roller rolls to the corresponding convex plate, the corresponding roller drives the driving seat to move towards the corresponding mounting vertical plate, and the driving seat drives the connecting seats to move so that the first half clutch and the second half clutch are separated;

the first transmission assembly comprises a synchronizing wheel, a fixed wheel and an adjusting wheel which are arranged on the same plane with the two driving wheels, the synchronizing wheel is positioned between the two driving wheels, the fixed wheel is positioned between any one of the driving wheels and the synchronizing wheel, the adjusting wheel is matched with the two driving wheels and is arranged in a triangular structure, and the adjusting wheel can be adjusted to be close to or far away from the synchronizing wheel;
the synchronous wheel is driven to rotate through a connecting shaft, the synchronous wheel drives two driving wheels, the fixed wheel and the adjusting wheel to rotate through a synchronous belt, the synchronous belt is provided with double-sided teeth, the synchronous wheel is attached to outer teeth of the synchronous belt, and the two driving wheels, the fixed wheel and the adjusting wheel are all attached to inner teeth of the synchronous belt;
the mounting seat is provided with an electromagnetic valve corresponding to the clamping plate, the electromagnetic valve is provided with a trigger wheel, the trigger wheel is connected with a change-over switch of the electromagnetic valve, and the reel changing seat rotates to drive the electromagnetic valve to move so that the trigger wheel is in contact with the inner ring of the clamping plate and triggers the change-over switch of the electromagnetic valve;
when the trigger wheel is in contact with the inner ring of the clamping plate, the trigger wheel triggers a change-over switch of the electromagnetic valve to ventilate the air guide seat on the winding shaft moving to the brake assembly.
2. The winding shaft reel change brake mechanism according to claim 1, wherein a stop ring is arranged on the connecting seat, the outer diameter of the stop ring is larger than that of the first half clutch, and one end of the compression spring abuts against the stop ring;
the inner diameter of the ring seat is larger than the outline size of the first half clutch and smaller than the outer diameter of the baffle ring.
